ਲੂਕਾ 24
The however on [the] first [day] of the week dawn very early to the tomb they came bringing that they had prepared spices (and certain with them. *K)
They found then the stone rolled away from the tomb.
(and *k) Having entered (however *no) not they found the body of the Lord Jesus.
4 ੪ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੋਇਆ ਕਿ ਜਦ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਲਝਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਨ, ਤਾਂ ਵੇਖੋ, ਦੋ ਪੁਰਸ਼ ਚਮਕੀਲੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਾਕ ਪਹਿਨੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਆ ਖਲੋਤੇ।
And it came to pass while (perplexing *N+kO) they about this that behold men two stood by them in (garment dazzling. *N+kO)
5 ੫ ਜਦ ਉਹ ਡਰ ਗਈਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਿਰ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਦੀ ਵੱਲ ਝੁਕਾਉਂਦੀਆਂ ਸਨ ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪੁਰਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਜਿਉਂਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਰਦਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਉਂ ਲੱਭਦੀਆਂ ਹੋ?
Terrified then were becoming they and bowing (their faces *N+kO) to the ground they said to them; Why seek you the living among the dead?
Not He is here but He is risen! do remember how He spoke to you yet being in Galilee
7 ੭ ਕਿ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਪੀ ਮਨੁੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਥੀਂ ਫੜਵਾਇਆ ਜਾਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਲੀਬ ਉੱਤੇ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਇਆ ਜਾਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਤੀਜੇ ਦਿਨ ਮੁਰਦਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਜੀ ਉੱਠਣਾ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਹੈ।
saying The Son of Man that it behooves to be delivered into hands of men sinful and to be crucified and on the third day to arise.
And they remembered the declarations of Him,
9 ੯ ਅਤੇ ਕਬਰ ਤੋਂ ਵਾਪਸ ਆ ਕੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗਿਆਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਚੇਲਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਭਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ।
And having returned from the tomb they related these things all to the eleven and to all the rest.
10 ੧੦ ਸੋ ਮਰਿਯਮ ਮਗਦਲੀਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਯੋਆਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਯਾਕੂਬ ਦੀ ਮਾਂ ਮਰਿਯਮ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਦੀਆਂ ਹੋਰ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਨੇ ਰਸੂਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਦੱਸੀਆਂ।
It was now Magdalene Mary and Joanna and Mary the [mother] of James and the other women with them; (who *k) were telling to the apostles these things,
And appeared before them like folly the declarations (of them *N+kO) and they were not believing in them.
12 ੧੨ ਪਰ ਪਤਰਸ ਉੱਠ ਕੇ ਕਬਰ ਵੱਲ ਭੱਜਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਝੁੱਕ ਕੇ ਕਬਰ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਵੇਖਿਆ, ਪਰ ਕੇਵਲ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਹੀ ਵੇਖੇ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਬਾਰੇ ਅਚਰਜ਼ ਮੰਨਦਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰ ਚੱਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ।
But Peter having risen up he ran to the tomb, and having stooped down he sees the linen strips (lying *k) alone and he went away in (himself *NK+o) wondering at that having come to pass.
13 ੧੩ ਤਾਂ ਵੇਖੋ, ਉਸੇ ਦਿਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਦੋ ਜਣੇ ਇੰਮਊਸ ਨਾਮਕ ਇੱਕ ਪਿੰਡ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਸਨ, ਜਿਹੜਾ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਤੋਂ ਸੱਤ ਮੀਲ ਦੂਰੀ ਤੇ ਹੈ।
And behold two of them on same the day were going to a village being distant stadia sixty from Jerusalem whose name [is] Emmaus.
and they themselves were talking with one another about all which having taken place these things.
15 ੧੫ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੋਇਆ ਕਿ ਜਦ ਉਹ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਅਤੇ ਚਰਚਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਨ ਤਾਂ ਯਿਸੂ ਆਪ ਨੇੜੇ ਆਣ ਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਤੁਰਨ ਲੱਗਾ,
And it came to pass during the talking by them and reasoning that Himself Jesus having drawn near He was walking along with them.
but the eyes of them were held not to know Him.
17 ੧੭ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਤੁਰੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਆਪਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋ? ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਉਦਾਸ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਹੋ ਗਏ।
He said then to them; What words [are] these that you exchange with one another walking? And (they stood still *N+KO) looking sad.
18 ੧੮ ਤਦ ਕਲਿਉਪਸ ਨਾਮ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਤਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਭਲਾ, ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਇਕੱਲਾ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਓਪਰਾ ਹੈਂ ਅਤੇ ਅੱਜ-ਕੱਲ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਉੱਥੇ ਬੀਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਹੈਂ?
Answering now (the *k) one (from of them *O) (whose *k) (name *NK+o) Cleopas said to Him; You yourself alone visit (in *k) Jerusalem and not have known the [things] having come to pass in it in days these?
19 ੧੯ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ, ਕਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ? ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, ਯਿਸੂ ਨਾਸਰੀ ਦੇ ਬਾਰੇ, ਜਿਹੜਾ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਰਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਬਚਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਮਰੱਥੀ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦਾ ਨਬੀ ਸੀ।
And He said to them; What things? And they said to Him; The [things] concerning Jesus (of Nazareth, *N+kO) who was a man a prophet mighty in deed and word before God and all the people,
20 ੨੦ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਜਾਜਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਸਰਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਤਲ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਹਵਾਲੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਲੀਬ ਉੱਤੇ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਇਆ।
that then delivered up him the chief priests and the rulers of us to [the] judgment of death and crucified Him.
21 ੨੧ ਪਰ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਆਸ ਸੀ ਜੋ ਇਹ ਉਹ ਹੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦਾ ਨਿਸਤਾਰਾ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਭਨਾਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਬੀਤਿਆਂ ਅੱਜ ਤਿੰਨ ਦਿਨ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ।
We ourselves however were hoping that He himself it is who is about to redeem Israel. But indeed (also *no) with all these things [the] third this day brings (today *ko) away from which these things came to pass.
However also women certain out from us amazed us Having been (at dawn *N+kO) to the tomb
23 ੨੩ ਅਤੇ ਜਦ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਲੋਥ ਨਾ ਪਾਈ ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਆਖਦੀਆਂ ਆਈਆਂ ਜੋ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਦੂਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਦਰਸ਼ਣ ਵੀ ਹੋਇਆ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਜਿਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ!
and not having found the body of Him they came declaring also a vision of angels to have seen who say He [is] living.
24 ੨੪ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਦਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਵੀ ਕਈ ਕਬਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਉਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਾਇਆ ਪਰ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਨਾ ਵੇਖਿਆ।
And went some of those with us to the tomb and found [it] so even as also the women said, Him however not they saw.
And He himself said to them; O foolish and slow of heart to believe in all that spoke the prophets;
Surely these things it was necessary for to suffer the Christ and to enter into the glory of Him?
27 ੨੭ ਯਿਸੂ ਨੇ ਮੂਸਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਭਨਾਂ ਨਬੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਰਥ ਦੱਸਿਆ, ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਗ੍ਰੰਥਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਹੱਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਖੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਸਨ।
And having begun from Moses and from all the Prophets (He interpreted *N+kO) to them in all the Scriptures the [things] concerning (of Himself. *NK+o)
And they drew near to the village where they were going, and He himself (appeared *N+kO) farther to be going.
29 ੨੯ ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕ ਕੇ ਆਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਸਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਰਹੋ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਪੈ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਦਿਨ ਢੱਲ਼ ਚੱਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਤਦ ਉਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਰਹਿਣ ਲਈ ਅੰਦਰ ਗਿਆ।
And they constrained Him saying; do abide with us, for toward evening it is and has declined (now *no) the day. And He entered in to abide with them.
30 ੩੦ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੋਇਆ ਕਿ ਜਦ ਉਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਭੋਜਨ ਖਾਣ ਨੂੰ ਬੈਠਾ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਰੋਟੀ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਬਰਕਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਤੋੜ ਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਫੜ੍ਹਾਈ।
And it came to pass during the reclining of Him with them having taken the bread He blessed [it] and having broken [it] He was giving [it] to them.
Of them then were opened the eyes and they knew Him; And He himself vanished being seen from them.
32 ੩੨ ਤਦ ਉਹ ਇੱਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਣ ਲੱਗੇ ਕਿ ਜਦ ਉਹ ਰਾਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਗ੍ਰੰਥਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਰਥ ਖੋਲ੍ਹਦਾ ਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਕੀ ਸਾਡਾ ਦਿਲ ਸਾਡੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਉਬਾਲੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਖਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ?
And they said to one another; Surely the heart of us burning it was within us as He was speaking with us on the road (and *k) as He was opening to us the Scriptures?
33 ੩੩ ਉਹ ਉਸੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਉੱਠ ਕੇ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੜੇ ਅਤੇ ਗਿਆਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਚੇਲਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਪਾਇਆ,
And having risen up on [that] same hour they returned to Jerusalem and they found (gathered *N+kO) the eleven and those with them
saying that Indeed has risen the Lord and He has appeared to Simon.
35 ੩੫ ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸੁਣਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਰਾਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀ ਕੁਝ ਹੋਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਰੋਟੀ ਤੋੜਨ ਵੇਲੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਛਾਣਿਆਂ।
And they themselves were relating the [things] on the road and how He was known to them in the breaking of the bread.
36 ੩੬ ਉਹ ਇਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੀ ਸਨ ਕਿ ਯਿਸੂ ਆਪ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਆ ਕੇ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਮਿਲੇ।
These things now when they are telling He Himself (Jesus *K) stood in midst of them and says to them; Peace to you.
Having been terrified however and filled with fear having been they were thinking [themselves] a spirit to see.
And He said to them; Why troubled are you and through why doubts do come up in (the heart *N+kO) of you?
39 ੩੯ ਮੇਰੇ ਹੱਥ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਪੈਰ ਵੇਖੋ, ਕਿ ਇਹ ਮੈਂ ਹੀ ਹਾਂ। ਮੈਨੂੰ ਛੂਹੋ ਅਤੇ ਵੇਖੋ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਆਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਮਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੇਖਦੇ ਹੋ।
do see the hands of Me and the feet of Me that I myself am He himself; do touch Me and do see for a spirit flesh and bones not has even as Me myself you see having.
And this having said (He showed *N+kO) to them the hands and the feet.
41 ੪੧ ਤਦ ਉਹ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਮਾਰੇ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ, ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, ਕੀ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਕੁਝ ਭੋਜਨ ਹੈ?
Still now while are disbelieving they for the joy and amazement He said to them; Have you anything to eat here?
And they gave to Him of a fish broiled part (and from honeycomb tablet. *KO)
And having taken [it] before them He ate [it].
44 ੪੪ ਤਦ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, ਇਹ ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਉਹੋ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਹਨ, ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਰਹਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਹੋਇਆਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਆਖੀਆਂ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਭਨਾਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਹੋਣਾ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਮੂਸਾ ਦੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਅਤੇ ਨਬੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਪੁਸਤਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਬੂਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੇਰੇ ਹੱਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਖੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਹਨ।
He said now (unto *no) (to them; *N+kO) These [are] the words (of mine *NO) which I spoke to you still being with you that it behooves to be fulfilled all things which written in the law of Moses and (in the *no) Prophets and in [the] Psalms concerning Me.
Then He opened their mind to understand the Scriptures
46 ੪੬ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਮਸੀਹ ਦੁੱਖ ਝੱਲੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਤੀਜੇ ਦਿਨ ਮੁਰਦਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਫਿਰ ਜੀ ਉੱਠੇਗਾ।
And He said to them that Thus it has been written (and thus it was necessary for *K) Was to suffer the Christ and to rise out from [the] dead on the third day
47 ੪੭ ਅਤੇ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਉੱਤੇ ਤੋਬਾ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਾਫ਼ੀ ਦਾ ਪਰਚਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
and to be proclaimed in the name of Him repentance (to *N+KO) forgiveness of sins to all nations (having begun *N+kO) from Jerusalem.
You yourselves (now *k) (are *ko) witnesses of these things,
49 ੪੯ ਅਤੇ ਵੇਖੋ, ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਦਾ ਵਾਇਦਾ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਭੇਜਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਪਰ ਜਦ ਤੱਕ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਵਰਗੀ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਨਾ ਪਾਓ ਯਰੁਸ਼ਲਮ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਠਹਿਰੇ ਰਹੋ।
And behold (I myself am sending *NK+o) the promise of the Father of Mine upon you. you yourselves however do remain in the city (Jerusalem *k) until that you may be clothed with from on high power.
He led now them out until (to *N+kO) Bethany, and having lifted up the hands of Him He blessed them.
51 ੫੧ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੋਇਆ ਕਿ ਜਦ ਉਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਰਕਤ ਦੇ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਅਲੱਗ ਹੋਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਸਵਰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਉੱਠਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ।
And it came to pass during the blessing by Him them He was separated from them and was carried up into heaven.
And they themselves having worshiped Him returned to Jerusalem with joy great
and were (through *N+KO) (all [times] *N+kO) in the temple (praising and *KO) blessing God. (Amen *K)
