ਗਲਾਤਿਯਾ ਨੂੰ 6

1 ੧ ਹੇ ਭਰਾਵੋ, ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਕਿਸੇ ਅਪਰਾਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੜਿਆ ਵੀ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਆਤਮਿਕ ਹੋ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਨਰਮਾਈ ਦੇ ਸੁਭਾਓ ਨਾਲ ਸੁਧਾਰੋ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਵੀ ਚੌਕਸੀ ਰੱਖੋ ਕਿਤੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਵੀ ਪਰਤਾਵੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾ ਪੈ ਜਾਵੋ।

And brothers, if a man is overtaken in some transgression, ye the spiritual, restore such in a spirit of meekness, looking to thyself lest thou also be tempted.

2 ੨ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇੱਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਦੇ ਭਾਰ ਚੁੱਕ ਲਵੋ ਅਤੇ ਇਉਂ ਮਸੀਹ ਦੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰੋ।

Bear the burdens of each other, and so fulfill the law of the Christ.

3 ੩ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਕੁਝ ਸਮਝੇ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਵੇ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਨਾ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਧੋਖਾ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।

For if some man presumes to be something when he is nothing, he deceives himself.

4 ੪ ਪਰ ਹਰੇਕ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੀ ਕੰਮ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਖੇ ਤਦ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਕੇਵਲ ਆਪਣੀ ਹੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ, ਨਹੀਂ ਸਗੋਂ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਦੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵੀ ਆਦਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।

But let each man examine his own work, and then he will have the boast in himself alone and not in the other man.

5 ੫ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਹਰੇਕ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਹੀ ਭਾਰ ਚੁੱਕਣਾ ਪਵੇਗਾ।

For each man will bear his own burden.

6 ੬ ਪਰ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਬਚਨ ਦੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਸਿਖਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਪਦਾਰਥਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਕਰੇ।

But let him who is taught in the word share in all good things with him who teaches.

7 ੭ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਧੋਖਾ ਨਾ ਖਾਓ, ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਠੱਠਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਉਡਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਜੋ ਕੁਝ ਬੀਜਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਹੀ ਵੱਢੇਗਾ।

Be not misled, God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows this he will also reap.

8 ੮ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਰੀਰ ਲਈ ਬੀਜਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਸਰੀਰ ਦੇ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਬਿਨਾਸ ਦੀ ਵਾਢੀ ਵੱਢੇਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਆਤਮਾ ਲਈ ਬੀਜਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਆਤਮਾ ਤੋਂ ਸਦੀਪਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੀ ਵਾਢੀ ਵੱਢੇਗਾ। (aiōnios g166)

Because he who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life. (aiōnios g166)

9 ੯ ਅਤੇ ਭਲਿਆਈ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਹੌਂਸਲਾ ਨਾ ਹਾਰੀਏ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਜੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਢਿੱਲੇ ਨਾ ਪਈਏ ਤਾਂ ਵੇਲੇ ਸਿਰ ਵਾਢੀ ਵੱਢਾਂਗੇ।

And let us not be weary doing good, for in our own time we will reap, not desponding.

10 ੧੦ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਮੌਕਾ ਮਿਲੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਸਭਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਭਲਾ ਕਰੀਏ ਪਰ ਖ਼ਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ।

So then as we have time, let us work what is good toward all men, and especially toward those belonging to a household of the faith.

11 ੧੧ ਵੇਖੋ, ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੱਥੀਂ ਕਿੱਡੇ ਮੋਟੇ ਅੱਖਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੈ।

12 ੧੨ ਜਿੰਨੇ ਲੋਕ ਸਰੀਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਡਾ ਵਿਖਾਵਾ ਵਿਖਾਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਉਹ ਜ਼ਬਰਦਸਤੀ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਸੁੰਨਤ ਕਰਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਮਸੀਹ ਦੀ ਸਲੀਬ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਸਤਾਏ ਨਾ ਜਾਣ।

As many as desire to make a good impression in flesh, these compel you to be circumcised, only so that they may not be persecuted for the cross of the Christ.

13 ੧੩ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਸੁੰਨਤੀ ਹਨ ਉਹ ਆਪ ਵੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਨਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਪਰ ਉਹ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਸੁੰਨਤ ਕਰਾਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਭਈ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਹੀ ਸਰੀਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਘਮੰਡ ਕਰਨ।

For not even those who have been circumcised themselves keep law, but they want you to be circumcised, so that they may boast in thy flesh.

14 ੧੪ ਪਰ ਮੇਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਇਹ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਗੱਲ ਉੱਤੇ ਘਮੰਡ ਕਰਾਂ ਬਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਡੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਯਿਸੂ ਮਸੀਹ ਦੀ ਸਲੀਬ ਦੇ ਜਿਹ ਦੇ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਮੇਰੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਦੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਲੀਬ ਉੱਤੇ ਚਾੜ੍ਹਿਆ ਗਿਆ।

But may it not be from me to boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.

15 ੧੫ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਨਾ ਤਾਂ ਸੁੰਨਤ, ਨਾ ਹੀ ਅਸੁੰਨਤ ਕੁਝ ਹੈ, ਸਗੋਂ ਨਵੀਂ ਸਰਿਸ਼ਟ।

For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision avails anything nor uncircumcision, but a new creation.

16 ੧੬ ਅਤੇ ਜਿੰਨੇ ਇਸ ਨਿਯਮ ਉੱਤੇ ਚੱਲਣਗੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋਵੇ ਨਾਲੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਨੂੰ।

And as many as will march by this standard, peace upon them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God.

17 ੧੭ ਅਗਾਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਦੁੱਖ ਨਾ ਦੇਵੇ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਦੇਹ ਉੱਤੇ ਯਿਸੂ ਦੇ ਦਾਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਈ ਫਿਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ।

Finally, let no man cause troubles for me, for I bear in my body the marks of the Lord Jesus.

18 ੧੮ ਹੇ ਭਰਾਵੋ, ਸਾਡੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਯਿਸੂ ਮਸੀਹ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਆਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਰਹੇ। ਆਮੀਨ।
