10 ੧੦ ਕੂਸ਼ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਨਿਮਰੋਦ ਸੀ। ਉਹ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਸੂਰਬੀਰ ਹੋਇਆ।

13 ੧੩ ਕਨਾਨ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ: ਸੀਦੋਨ ਉਹ ਦਾ ਪਹਿਲੌਠਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ, ਹੇਤ,

14 ੧੪ ਯਬੂਸੀ, ਅਮੋਰੀ, ਗਿਰਗਾਸ਼ੀ,

15 ੧੫ ਹਿੱਵੀ, ਅਰਕੀ, ਸੀਨੀ,

16 ੧੬ ਅਰਵਾਦੀ, ਸਮਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਹਮਾਥੀ।

17 ੧੭ ਸ਼ੇਮ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ: ਏਲਾਮ, ਅੱਸ਼ੂਰ, ਅਰਪਕਸਦ, ਲੂਦ, ਅਰਾਮ, ਊਸ, ਹੂਲ, ਗਥਰ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਸ਼ੇਕ।

The sons of Sem, Aelam, and Assur,

18 ੧੮ ਅਰਪਕਸਦ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਸ਼ਾਲਹ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਲਹ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਏਬਰ ਸੀ।

24 ੨੪ ਸ਼ੇਮ, ਅਰਪਕਸਦ, ਸ਼ਾਲਹ,

25 ੨੫ ਏਬਰ, ਪੇਲੇਗ, ਰਊ,

Eber, Pheleg, Ragan,

26 ੨੬ ਸਰੂਗ, ਨਾਹੋਰ, ਤਾਰਹ

Seruch, Nachor, Tharrha,

27 ੨੭ ਅਬਰਾਮ ਜੋ ਅਬਰਾਹਾਮ ਹੈ।

Abraam.

28 ੨੮ ਅਬਰਾਹਾਮ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ, ਇਸਹਾਕ ਤੇ ਇਸਮਾਏਲ ਸਨ।

29 ੨੯ ਇਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਵੰਸ਼ਾਵਲੀ ਹੈ, ਇਸਮਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ: ਪਹਿਲੌਠਾ ਨਬਾਯੋਤ, ਫਿਰ ਕੇਦਾਰ, ਅਦਬਏਲ, ਮਿਬਸਾਮ,

And these [are] their generations: the firstborn of Ismael, Nabaeoth, and Kedar, Nabdeel, Massam,

30 ੩੦ ਮਿਸ਼ਮਾ, ਦੂਮਾਹ, ਮੱਸਾ, ਹਦਦ, ਤੇਮਾ,

Masma, Iduma, Masse, Chondan, Thaeman,

31 ੩੧ ਯਤੂਰ, ਨਾਫ਼ੀਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਕੇਦਮਾਹ। ਇਹ ਇਸਮਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਸਨ।

Jettur, Naphes, Kedma: these [are] the sons of Ismael.

32 ੩੨ ਅਬਰਾਹਾਮ ਦੀ ਦਾਸੀ ਕਤੂਰਾਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਅਬਰਾਹਾਮ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਜਨਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ: ਜਿਮਰਾਨ, ਯਾਕਸਾਨ, ਮਦਾਨ, ਮਿਦਯਾਨ, ਯਿਸ਼ਬਾਕ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ੁਆਹ। ਯਾਕਸਾਨ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ: ਸ਼ਬਾ ਅਤੇ ਦਦਾਨ।

And the sons of Chettura Abraam's concubine: —and she bore him Zembram, Jexan, Madiam, Madam, Sobac, Soe: and the sons of Jexan; Daedan, and Sabai;

33 ੩੩ ਮਿਦਯਾਨ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ: ਏਫਾਹ, ਏਫਰ, ਹਨੋਕ, ਅਬੀਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਅਲਦਾਅ। ਇਹ ਸਭ ਕਤੂਰਾਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਸਨ।

and the sons of Madiam; Gephar, and Opher, and Enoch, and Abida, and Eldada; all these [were] the sons of Chettura.

34 ੩੪ ਅਬਰਾਹਾਮ ਤੋਂ ਇਸਹਾਕ ਜੰਮਿਆ। ਇਸਹਾਕ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ: ਏਸਾਓ ਤੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ।

And Abraam begot Isaac: and the sons of Isaac [were] Jacob, and Esau.

35 ੩੫ ਏਸਾਓ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ: ਅਲੀਫਾਜ਼, ਰਊਏਲ, ਯਊਸ਼, ਯਾਲਾਮ ਅਤੇ ਕੋਰਹ।

The sons of Esau, Eliphaz, and Raguel, and Jeul, and Jeglom, and Core.

36 ੩੬ ਅਲੀਫਾਜ਼ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ: ਤੇਮਾਨ, ਓਮਾਰ, ਸਫੋ, ਗਾਤਾਮ, ਕਨਜ਼, ਤਿਮਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਅਮਾਲੇਕ।

The sons of Eliphaz: Thaeman, and Omar, Sophar, and Gootham, and Kenez, and Thamna, and Amalec.

37 ੩੭ ਰਊਏਲ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ: ਨਹਥ, ਜ਼ਰਹ, ਸ਼ੰਮਾਹ, ਅਤੇ ਮਿੱਜ਼ਾਹ।

And the sons of Raguel, Naches, Zare, Some, and Moze.

38 ੩੮ ਸੇਈਰ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ: ਲੋਤਾਨ, ਸ਼ੋਬਾਲ, ਸਿਬਓਨ, ਅਨਾਹ, ਦੀਸ਼ੋਨ, ਏਸਰ ਅਤੇ ਦੀਸ਼ਾਨ।

The sons of Seir, Lotan, Sobal, Sebegon, Ana, Deson, Osar, and Disan.

39 ੩੯ ਲੋਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ: ਹੋਰੀ, ਹੋਮਾਮ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਤਾਨ ਦੀ ਭੈਣ ਤਿਮਨਾ ਸੀ।

And the sons of Lotan, Chorri, and Aeman; and the sister of Lotan [was] Thamna.

40 ੪੦ ਸ਼ੋਬਾਲ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ: ਅਲਵਾਨ, ਮਾਨਹਥ, ਏਬਾਲ, ਸ਼ਫੋ ਅਤੇ ਓਨਾਮ। ਸਿਬਓਨ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ: ਅੱਯਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਅਨਾਹ।

The sons of Sobal; Alon, Machanath, Taebel, Sophi, and Onan: and the sons of Sebegon; Aeth, and Sonan.

41 ੪੧ ਅਨਾਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ: ਦੀਸ਼ੋਨ। ਦੀਸ਼ੋਨ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ: ਹਮਦਾਨ, ਅਸ਼ਬਾਨ, ਯਿਥਰਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਕਰਾਨ।

The sons of Sonan, Daeson: and the sons of Daeson; Emeron, and Asebon, and Jethram, and Charran.

42 ੪੨ ਏਸਰ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ: ਬਿਲਹਾਨ, ਜਾਵਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਅਕਾਨ। ਦੀਸ਼ਾਨ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ: ਊਸ ਤੇ ਅਰਾਨ।

And the sons of Hosar, Balaam, and Zucam, and Acan: the sons of Disan, Os, and Aran.

43 ੪੩ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਅਦੋਮ ਦੇਸ ਦੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਰਾਜ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਨ ਸੋ ਇਹ ਸਨ, ਬਓਰ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਬਲਾ।

And these [are] their kings, Balac the son of Beor; and the name of his city [was] Dennaba.

44 ੪੪ ਜਦੋਂ ਬਲਾ ਮਰ ਗਿਆ, ਤਾਂ ਜ਼ਰਹ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਯੋਬਾਬ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਬਾਸਰਾਹ ਤੋਂ ਸੀ, ਉਹ ਦੇ ਥਾਂ ਰਾਜ ਕਰਨ ਲੱਗਾ।

And Balac died, and Jobab the son of Zara of Bosorrha reigned in his stead.

45 ੪੫ ਜਦੋਂ ਯੋਬਾਬ ਮਰ ਗਿਆ, ਤਾਂ ਹੂਸ਼ਾਮ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਤੇਮਾਨੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਤੋਂ ਸੀ, ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸਥਾਨ ਤੇ ਰਾਜ ਕਰਨ ਲੱਗਾ।

And Jobab died, and Asom of the land of the Thaemanites reigned in his stead.

46 ੪੬ ਜਦੋਂ ਹੂਸ਼ਾਮ ਮਰ ਗਿਆ, ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸਥਾਨ ਤੇ ਬਦਦ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਹਦਦ, ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਮੋਆਬ ਦੇ ਮੈਦਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿਦਯਾਨੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਸੀ, ਰਾਜ ਕਰਨ ਲੱਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨਗਰ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਅਵੀਤ ਸੀ।

And Asom died, and Adad the son of Barad reigned in his stead, who struck Madiam in the plain of Moab: and the name of his city [was] Gethaim.

47 ੪੭ ਜਦੋਂ ਹਦਦ ਮਰ ਗਿਆ, ਤਾਂ ਸਮਲਾਹ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਮਸਰੇਕਾਹ ਤੋਂ ਸੀ, ਉਹ ਦੇ ਥਾਂ ਰਾਜ ਕਰਨ ਲੱਗਾ।

And Adad died, and Sebla of Masecca reigned in his stead.

48 ੪੮ ਜਦੋਂ ਸਮਲਾਹ ਮਰ ਗਿਆ, ਤਾਂ ਸ਼ਾਊਲ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਦਰਿਆ ਦੇ ਰਹੋਬੋਥ ਤੋਂ ਸੀ, ਉਹ ਦੇ ਥਾਂ ਰਾਜ ਕਰਨ ਲੱਗਾ।

And Sebla died, and Saul of Rhoboth by the river reigned in his stead.

49 ੪੯ ਜਦੋਂ ਸ਼ਾਊਲ ਮਰ ਗਿਆ, ਤਾਂ ਅਕਬੋਰ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਬਆਲਹਾਨਾਨ, ਉਹ ਦੇ ਥਾਂ ਰਾਜ ਕਰਨ ਲੱਗਾ।

And Saul died, and Balaennor son of Achobor reigned in his stead.

51 ੫੧ ਹਦਦ ਵੀ ਮਰ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਅਦੋਮ ਦੇ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਇਹ ਸਨ, ਸਰਦਾਰ ਤਿਮਨਾ, ਸਰਦਾਰ ਅਲਵਾਹ, ਸਰਦਾਰ ਯਥੇਥ,

The princes of Edom: prince Thamna, prince Golada, prince Jether,

52 ੫੨ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਆਹਾਲੀਬਾਮਾਹ, ਸਰਦਾਰ ਏਲਾਹ, ਸਰਦਾਰ ਪੀਨੋਨ,

prince Elibamas, prince Elas, prince Phinon,

53 ੫੩ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਕਨਜ਼, ਸਰਦਾਰ ਤੇਮਾਨ, ਸਰਦਾਰ ਮਿਬਸਾਰ

prince Kenez, prince Thaeman, prince Babsar, prince Magediel,

54 ੫੪ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਮਗਦੀਏਲ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਈਰਾਮ। ਇਹ ਅਦੋਮ ਦੇ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਸਨ।
