1 Halleluja! Jeg vil prise Herren av hele mitt hjerte i de opriktiges råd og i menigheten.

Alleluya. Lord, Y schal knouleche to thee in al myn herte; in the counsel and congregacioun of iust men.

2 Store er Herrens gjerninger, søkt av alle dem som har lyst til dem.

The werkis of the Lord ben greete; souyt out in to alle hise willis.

3 Høihet og herlighet er hans gjerning, og hans rettferdighet står fast evindelig.

His werk is knoulechyng and grete doyng; and his riytfulnesse dwellith in to the world of world.

4 Han har sørget for at hans undergjerninger ihukommes; Herren er nådig og barmhjertig.

The Lord merciful in wille, and a merciful doere, hath maad a mynde of hise merueilis;

5 Han har gitt dem føde som frykter ham; han kommer sin pakt i hu evindelig.

6 Han har kunngjort sine gjerningers kraft for sitt folk idet han har gitt dem hedningers arv.

7 Hans henders gjerninger er sannhet og rett, alle hans bud er trofaste;

That he yyue to hem the eritage of folkis; the werkis of hise hondis ben treuthe and doom.

8 de er grunnfestet for all tid, for evighet, de er gjort i sannhet og rettvishet.

Alle hise comaundementis ben feithful, confermed in to the world of world; maad in treuthe and equite.

9 Han har sendt sitt folk forløsning, han har fastsatt sin pakt for evig tid; hans navn er hellig og forferdelig.

The Lord sente redempcioun to hys puple; he comaundide his testament with outen ende. His name is hooli and dreedful;

10 Å frykte Herren er begynnelsen til visdom; god forstand har alle de som gjør derefter. Hans pris varer til evig tid.
