3 Mosebok 27

1 Og Herren talte til Moses og sa:

And he spoke Yahweh to Moses saying.

2 Tal til Israels barn og si til dem: Når nogen gjør et hellig løfte efter det verd du setter på folk som helliger sig til Herren,

Speak to [the] people of Israel and you will say to them anyone if he will make hard a vow by valuation of your persons to Yahweh.

3 da skal du verdsette en mann som er mellem tyve og seksti år gammel, til femti sekel sølv efter helligdommens sekel.

And it will be valuation of your the male from a son of twenty year[s] and to a son of sixty year[s] and it will be valuation your fifty shekel[s] silver by [the] shekel of the holy place.

4 Men er det en kvinne, da skal du verdsette henne til tretti sekel.

And if [is] female she and it will be valuation your thirty shekel[s].

5 Er det en som er mellem fem år og tyve år gammel, da skal du verdsette en som er av mannkjønn, til tyve sekel, og en som er av kvinnekjønn, til ti sekel.

And if from a son of five years and to a son of twenty year[s] and it will be valuation of your the male twenty shekels and of the female ten shekels.

6 Er det en som er mellem en måned og fem år gammel, da skal du verdsette en gutt til fem sekel sølv og en pike til tre sekel sølv.

And if from a son of a month and to a son of five years and it will be valuation of your the male five shekels silver and of the female valuation your three shekels silver.

7 Er det en som er seksti år gammel eller derover, da skal du, dersom det er en mann, verdsette ham til femten sekel, og en kvinne til ti sekel.

And if from a son of sixty year[s] and up-wards if male and it will be valuation your fif-teen shekel[s] and of the female ten shekels.

8 Men dersom nogen er for fattig til å betale efter din verdsetning, da skal han stilles frem for presten, og presten skal verdsette ham; efter som den som har gjort løftet, har råd til, skal presten verdsette ham.

And if [is too] impoverished he for valuation your and he will station him before the priest and he will evaluate him the priest on [the] mouth of [that] which it will reach [the] hand of the [one who] vows he will evaluate him the priest.

9 Dersom det er dyr, sådanne som en ofrer til Herren, da skal alt det en gir Herren av sådant, være hellig.

And if an animal which people will present from it a present to Yahweh all that someone will give from it to Yahweh it will be a holy thing.

10 En skal ikke gi noget annet i stedet og ikke bytte det, hverken et godt med et dårlig eller et dårlig med et godt; bytter nogen et dyr med et annet, da skal både det og det som det byttes med, være hellig.

Not he will substitute it and not he will exchange it good for bad or bad for good and if ever he will exchange an animal for an animal and it will be it and substitute its it will be a holy thing.

11 Men dersom det er et eller annet urent dyr, som en ikke ofrer til Herren, da skal dyret stilles frem for presten,

And if any animal unclean which not people will present from it a present to Yahweh and he will station the animal before the priest.

12 og presten skal verdsette det efter som det er, godt eller dårlig; som du, prest, verdsetter det, således skal det være.

And he will evaluate the priest it between good and between bad according to valuation of your the priest so it will be.

13 Men vil nogen innløse det, da skal han gi femtedelen mere enn det du har verdsatt det til.

And certainly [if] he will redeem it and he will add fifth its to valuation your.

14 Når nogen helliger sitt hus som gave til Herren, da skal presten verdsette det efter som det er, godt eller dårlig; som presten verdsetter, til hvis arvejord i landet den har således skal det stå ved makt.

And anyone if he will set apart as holy house his a holy thing to Yahweh and he will evaluate it the priest between good and between bad just as he will evaluate it the priest so it will stand.

15 Men dersom den som har helliget sitt hus, vil innløse det, da skal han gi femtedelen mere enn du har verdsatt det til, så blir det hans.

And if the [one who] sets apart as holy he will redeem house his and he will add [the] fifth part of [the] silver of valuation your to it and it will belong to him.

16 Dersom nogen helliger Herren noget av sin jordeiendom, da skal du verdsette det efter utsæden, en homer byggsæd til femti sekel sølv.

And if - some of [the] field of possession his he will set apart as holy anyone to Yahweh and it will be valuation your to [the] mouth of seed its seed of a homer of barley for fifty shekel[s] of silver.

17 Dersom han helliger sin jord fra jubelåret av, da skal din verdsetning stå ved makt.

If from [the] year of the jubilee he will set apart as holy field his according to valuation your it will stand.

18 Men dersom han helliger sin jord efter jubelåret, da skal presten utregne pengene efter de år som er tilbake til næste jubelår; og der skal gjøres avkortning i det verd du har satt.

And if after the jubilee he will set apart as holy field his and he will calculate for himself the priest the money on [the] mouth of the years which remain until [the] year of the jubilee and it will be deducted from valuation your.

19 Vil den som har helliget jorden, innløse den, da skal han gi femtedelen mere enn du har verdsatt den til, så skal den være hans for godt.

And certainly [if] he will redeem the field the [one who] set apart as holy it and he will add [the] fifth part of [the] silver of valuation your to it and it will stand to him.

20 Men dersom han ikke innløser jorden, eller han selger den til en annen, da kan den ikke innløses mere.

And if not he will redeem the field and if he has sold the field to a man another not it will be redeemed again.

21 Men når jorden gis fri i jubelåret, skal den være helliget Herren, likesom bannlyst jord; den skal høre presten til som hans eiendom.

And it will be the field when goes out it in the jubilee a holy thing to Yahweh like [the] field of total destruction to the priest it will belong possession his.

22 Men dersom nogen helliger Herren et jordstykke som han har kjøpt, som ikke har hørt til den jordeiendom han har arvet,

And if field of purchase his which not [is] from [the] field of possession his he will set apart as holy to Yahweh.

23 da skal presten utregne for ham hvor høit det skal verdsettes, efter tiden inntil jubelåret, og han skal samme dag gi det du verdsetter det til; det skal være helliget Herren.

And he will calculate for himself the priest [the] amount of valuation your until [the] year of the jubilee and he will give valuation your on the day that a holy thing to Yahweh.

24 I jubelåret skal jorden komme tilbake til den han har kjøpt den av, til hvis arvejord i lander har hørt.

In [the] year of the jubilee it will return the field to [the one] whom he bought it from with him to [the one] whom [belongs] to him [the] possession of the land.

25 All din verdsetning skal skje efter helligdommens sekel; sekelen skal være tyve gera.

And every valuation your it will be by [the] shekel of the holy place twenty gerah[s] it will be the shekel.

26 Det førstefødte i buskapen skal ikke nogen hellige; som førstefødt hører det Herren til, enten det er et stykke storfe eller småfe, hører det Herren til.

Nevertheless a firstborn which it will be born a firstling [belongs] to Yahweh among livestock not he will set apart as holy anyone it whether an ox or a sheep [belongs] to Yahweh it.

27 Men dersom det er av de urene dyr, da skal en innløse det efter din verdsetning og legge femtedelen til; dersom det ikke innløses, da skal det selges efter din verdsetning.

And if among the livestock unclean and he will redeem [it] by valuation your and he will add fifth its to it and if not it will be redeemed and it will be sold by valuation your.

28 Men intet bannlyst som nogen vier til Herren av alt det han eier, må selges eller innløses, enten det er folk eller fe eller jordeiendom; alt bannlyst er høihellig for Herren.

Nevertheless every devoted thing which he will dedicate to destruction anyone to Yahweh from all that [belongs] to him from humankind and livestock and from [the] field of possession his not it will be sold and not it will be redeemed every devoted thing [is] a holy thing of holy things it to Yahweh.

29 Intet menneske som lyses i bann, skal løses; han skal late livet.

Every dedicated person who he will be dedicated to destruction from humankind not he will be redeemed certainly he will be put to death.

30 All landets tiende av jordens sæd og av trærnes frukt hører Herren til; den er helliget Herren.

And all [the] tithe of the land from [the] seed of the land from [the] fruit of the tree[s] [belongs] to Yahweh it [it is] a holy thing to Yahweh.

31 Vil nogen innløse noget av sin tiende, da skal han legge femtedelen til.

And certainly [if] he will redeem anyone any of tithe his fifth its let him add to it.

32 Og all tiende av storfe og av småfe, av alt det som går under hyrdestaven - hvert tiende stykke - skal være helliget Herren.

And all [the] tithe of [the] herd and [the] flock all that it will pass by under the rod the tenth it will be a holy thing to Yahweh.

33 En skal ikke se efter om det er godt eller dårlig, og ikke bytte det; bytter en det, da skal både det og det som det byttes med, være hellig; det skal ikke innløses.

Not he will scrutinize between good and the bad and not he will exchange it and if ever he will exchange it and it will be it and substitute its it will be a holy thing not it will be redeemed.

34 Dette er de bud som Herren gav Moses på Sinai berg og bød ham kunngjøre for Israels barn.

These [are] the commandments which he commanded Yahweh Moses to [the] people of Israel on [the] mountain of Sinai.
