Esaias 3
1 For se, Herren, Israels Gud, hærskarenes Gud, tar bort fra Jerusalem og Juda støtte og stav, hver støtte av brød og hver støtte av vann,
For here! the lord Yahweh of hosts [is] about to remove from Jerusalem and from Judah support and support every support of food and every support of water.
2 helt og krigsmann, dommer og profet, spåmann og eldste,
Warrior and man of war judge and prophet and diviner and elder.
3 høvedsmann over femti og hver høit aktet mann, rådsherre og håndverksmester og kyndig åndemaner.
Commander of fifty and [one] uplifted of face and counselor and skillful [one] of magic arts and understanding [one] of charming.
4 Og jeg vil sette barn til styrere over dem, og guttekåthet skal herske over dem.
And I will make youths leaders their and wantonness they will rule over them.
5 Blandt folket skal den ene undertrykke den andre, hver mann sin næste; den unge skal sette sig op mot den gamle, den ringeaktede mot den høit ærede.
And it will oppress the people each a person and each neighbor his they will act insolently the youth[s] in the old [person] and the lightly esteemed in the honored.
6 Når en da tar fatt på en annen i hans fars hus og sier: Du har en kappe, du skal være vår fyrste, og denne ruin skal være under din hånd,
For he will seize each brother his [the] house of father his a cloak [belongs] to you a ruler you will be of us and the heap of ruins this [will be] under hand your.
7 så skal han samme dag svare og si: Jeg vil ikke være læge, og i mitt hus er det intet brød og ingen klær; I skal ikke sette mig til folkets fyrste.
He will lift up in the day that - saying not I will be a wrapper and in house my there not [is] food and there not [is] a cloak not you must appoint me a ruler of [the] people.
8 For Jerusalem snubler, og Juda faller, fordi deres tunge og deres gjerninger er mot Herren, de trosser hans herlighets øine.
For it has stumbled Jerusalem and Judah it has fallen for tongue their and deeds their [are] against Yahweh to rebel toward [the] eyes of glory his.
9 Uttrykket i deres ansikter vidner mot dem, og om sin synd taler de åpent som folket i Sodoma, de dølger den ikke; ve deres sjeler, for de volder sig selv ulykke!
[the] expression of Faces their it has testified against them and sin their like Sodom they have declared not they have hidden [it] woe! to self their for they have done to themselves harm.
10 Si om den rettferdige at det går ham godt! For han skal ete frukten av sine gjerninger.
Tell [the] righteous that good for [the] fruit of deeds their they will eat.
11 Ve den ugudelige! Ham går det ille; for det hans hender har gjort, skal gjøres mot ham selv.
Woe! to [the] wicked it will be bad for [the] dealing of hands his it will be done to him.
12 Mitt folks herskere er barn, og kvinner råder over det. Mitt folk! Dine førere er forførere, og den vei du skal gå, har de ødelagt.
People my oppressors its [is] acting like children and women they have ruled over it O people my guides your [are] misleading and [the] way of paths your they have confused.
13 Herren treder frem for å føre sak, og han står der for å dømme folkene.
[is] taking his stand To conduct a case Yahweh and [is] standing to judge peoples.
14 Herren møter i retten sitt folks eldste og dets høvdinger: I har avgnaget vingården! I har rov fra de fattige i husene hos eder!
Yahweh in judgment he will come with [the] elders of people his and leaders its and you you have consumed the vineyard [the] plunder of the poor [is] in houses your.
15 Hvorledes kan I tråkke mitt folk ned og knuse de fattige? sier Herren, Israels Gud, hærskarenes Gud.
(What [is] to you? *QK) you crush people my and [the] faces of poor [people] you grind [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh of hosts.
16 Og Herren sa: Fordi Sions døtre er overmodige og går med kneisende nakke og lar øinene løpe om, går og tripper og klirrer med sine fotringer,
And he said Yahweh because that they are haughty [the] daughters of Zion and they have walked (stretched out *Qk) of neck and making seductive glances of eyes walking and mincing along they walk and on feet their they tinkle with anklets.
17 skal Herren gjøre Sions døtres isse skurvet, og Herren skal avdekke deres blusel.
And he will make scabby [the] Lord scalp of [the] daughters of Zion and Yahweh forehead their he will lay bare.
18 På den dag skal Herren ta bort de prektige fotringer og soler og halvmåner,
In the day that he will remove [the] Lord [the] splendor of the anklets and the amulets and the ornaments.
19 øredobbene og kjedene og slørene,
The pendants and the bracelets and the veils.
20 hodeprydelsene og fotkjedene og beltene og lukteflaskene og tryllesmykkene,
The head-dresses and the ankle chains and the sashes and [the] houses of the breath and the amulets.
21 signetringene og neseringene,
The signet-rings and [the] rings of the nose.
22 høitidsklærne og kåpene og de store tørklær og pungene,
The robes and the over-tunics and the cloaks and the purses.
23 speilene og de fine linneter og huene og florslørene.
And the mirrors and the linen garments and the headdresses and the shawls.
24 Og det skal skje: I stedet for balsam skal det være stank, og for belte rep, og for kunstig krusede krøller skallet hode, og for vid kappe trang sekk, brennemerke for skjønnhet.
And it will be in place of perfume rottenness it will be and in place of a belt a rope and in place of a work well-set hair baldness and in place of a robe a girding of sackcloth branding in place of beauty.
25 Dine menn skal falle for sverdet, og dine helter i krigen.
Men your by the sword they will fall and strength your in battle.
26 Og hennes porter klager og sørger, og utplyndret sitter hun på jorden.
And they will lament and they will mourn gates its and it will be emptied to the ground it will sit.
