भजनसंग्रह 30

1 हे परमप्रभु, म तपाईंलाई उचाल्छु, किनकि तपाईंले मलाई उठाउनुभएको छ र मेरा शत्रुहरूलाई ममाथि आनन्‍दित हुन दिनुभएको छैन ।

A psalm; a song at the dedication of the temple. A psalm of David. I will exalt you, Yahweh, for you have raised me up and have not allowed my enemies to rejoice over me.

2 हे परमप्रभु मेरो परमेश्‍वर, मैले सहयताको निम्ति तपाईंमा पुकारा गरें र तपाईंले मलाई निको गर्नुभयो ।

Yahweh my God, I cried to you for help, and you healed me.

3 हे परमप्रभु, तपाईंले मेरो प्राणलाई चिहानबाट माथि ल्याउनुभएको छ । तपाईंले मलाई चिहानमा जानबाट जीवित राख्‍नुभएको छ । (Sheol h7585)

Yahweh, you have brought up my soul from Sheol; you have kept me alive from going down to the grave. (Sheol h7585)

4 हे परमप्रभुका विश्‍वासी मानिसहरू हो, उहाँको स्‍तुति गाओ । उहाँको पवित्रता तिमीहरूले याद गर्दा धन्यवाद देओ ।

Sing praises to Yahweh, you his faithful people! Give thanks when you remember his holiness.

5 किनकि उहाँको रिस क्षणभरको निम्ति मात्र हुन्‍छ । तर उहाँको कृपा जीवनभरिको निम्ति हो । रातको निम्ति रोदन आउँछ, तर बिहान आनन्द आउँछ ।

For his anger is only for a moment; but his favor is for a lifetime. Weeping comes for a night, but joy comes in the morning.

6 दृढतामा मैले भनें, “म कदापि डग्‍नेछैन ।”

In confidence I said, “I will never be shaken.”

7 हे परमप्रभु, आफ्‍नो कृपाले तपाईंले मलाई बलियो पहाडको रूपमा स्थापित गर्नुभयो । तर जब तपाईंले आफ्नो मुहार लुकाउनुभयो, तब मलाई कष्‍ट पर्‍यो ।

Yahweh, by your favor you established me as a strong mountain; but when you hid your face, I was troubled.

8 हे परमप्रभु, मैले तपाईंमा पुकारा गरें र मेरा परमप्रभुबाट कृपा खोजें ।

I cried to you, Yahweh, and sought favor from my Lord!

9 मेरो मृत्युमा म चिहानमा गएँ भने के फाइदा हुन्छ र? के धूलोले तपाईंको प्रशंसा गर्नेछ र? के त्‍यसले तपाईंको विश्‍वासनीयताको घोषणा गर्छ र?

What advantage is there in my death, if I go down to the grave? Will the dust praise you? Will it declare your trustworthiness?

10 हे परमप्रभु, सुन्‍नुहोस् र मलाई दया गर्नुहोस् । हे परमप्रभु, मेरो सहायक हुनुहोस् ।

Hear, Yahweh, and have mercy on me! Yahweh, be my helper.

11 तपाईंले मेरो शोकलाई नाँचमा परिणत गर्नुभएको छ । तपाईंले मेरो भाङ्ग्रा हटाउनुभएको छ र मलाई खुसीको पोशाक लगाउनुभएको छ ।

You have turned my mourning into dancing; you have removed my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness.

12 त्यसैले मेरो महिमाले तपाईंको प्रशंसा गाउनेछ र चूप लाग्‍ने छैन । हे परमप्रभु मेरो परमेश्‍वर, सदासर्वदा म तपाईंलाई दन्यवाद दिनेछु ।

So now my glory will sing praise to you and not be silent; Yahweh my God, I will give thanks to you forever!
