नहेम्याह 12
1 शालतिएलका छोरा यरुबाबेल र येशूअसँग फर्केर आएका पुजारीहरू र लेवीहरू यिनै हुन्:
And these are the priests and the Levites that went up with Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, and Jeshua: Seraiah, Jeremiah, Ezra,
2 सरायाह, यर्मिया, एज्रा, अमर्याह, मल्लूक, हत्तूश,
Amariah, Malluch, Hattush,
3 शकन्याह, रेहूम, मरेमोत,
Shechaniah, Rehum, Meremoth,
4 इद्दो, गिन्नतोन, अबिया,
Iddo, Ginnethoi, Abijah,
5 मियामीन, मदाहा, बिल्गा,
Mijamin, Maadiah, Bilgah,
6 शमायाह, योयारीब, यदायाह,
Shemaiah, and Joiarib, Jedaiah,
7 सल्लू, अमोक, हिल्कियाह र यदायाह । येशूअको समयमा पुजारीका अगुवाहरू र तिनीहरूका सहयोगीहरू यिनै थिए ।
Sallu, Amok, Hilkijah, Jedaiah. These were the chief of the priests and of their brethren in the days of Jeshua.
8 लेवीहरू: येशूअ, बिन्नूई, कादमीएल, शरेबियाह, यहूदा र मत्तन्याह । मत्तन्याह आफ्ना सहयोगीहरूसँग धन्यवाद ज्ञापनका भजनहरूका जिम्मावाल थिए ।
And the Levites: Jeshua, Binnui, Kadmiel, Sherebiah, Judah, Mattaniah, [who was] over the thanksgiving, he and his brethren;
9 तिनका सहयोगीहरू बक्बुक्याह र उन्नीचाहिँ सेवामा तिनीहरूका सामुन्ने उभिन्थे ।
and Bakbukiah and Unni, their brethren, were over against them as watches.
10 येशूअ योयाकीमका पिता थिए । योयाकीम एल्यासीबका पिता थिए । एल्यासीब योयादाका पिता थिए ।
And Jeshua begot Joiakim, and Joiakim begot Eliashib, and Eliashib begot Joiada,
11 योयादा जोनाथनका पिता थिए, र जोनाथन यद्दूअका पिता थिए ।
and Joiada begot Jonathan, and Jonathan begot Jaddua.
12 योयाकीमको समयमा यी पुजारीहरू आ-आफ्ना परिवारका मुखिया थिए: सरायाहका परिवारका मरायाह, यर्मियाका हनन्याह,
And in the days of Joiakim were priests, chief fathers: of Seraiah, Meraiah; of Jeremiah, Hananiah;
13 एज्राका मशुल्लाम, अमर्याहका येहोहानान,
of Ezra, Meshullam; of Amariah, Jehohanan;
14 मल्लूकका जोनाथन, शकन्याहका योसेफ,
of Melicu, Jonathan; of Shebaniah, Joseph;
15 हारीमका अदना, मरेमोतका हल्कै ।
of Harim, Adna; of Meraioth, Helkai;
16 इद्दोका जकरिया, गिन्नतोनका मशुल्लाम,
of Iddo, Zechariah; of Ginnethon, Meshullam;
17 अबियाका जिक्री, मिन्यामीन र मोदाहाका पिल्तै,
of Abijah, Zichri; of Miniamin [and] Moadiah, Piltai;
18 बिल्गाका शम्मूअ, शमायाहका यहोनातान,
of Bilgah, Shammua; of Shemaiah, Jehonathan;
19 योयारीबका मत्तनै, यदायाहका उज्जी,
and of Joiarib, Mattenai; of Jedaiah, Uzzi;
20 सल्लूका कल्लै, अमोकका एबेर,
of Sallai, Kallai; of Amok, Eber;
21 हिल्कियाहका हशब्याह, यदायाहका नतनेल ।
of Hilkijah, Hashabiah; of Jedaiah, Nethaneel.
22 एल्यासीब, योयादा, योहानान र यद्दूअका समयका लेवीहरूका परिवारहरू तथा पुजारीका मुखियाहरूका नाउँ फारसी राजा दाराको शासनकालमा लेखिएका थिए ।
of the Levites, the chief fathers were recorded in the days of Eliashib, Joiada, and Johanan, and Jaddua, and the priests, until the reign of Darius the Persian.
23 लेवी परिवारका मुखियाहरूका नाउँचाहिँ एल्यासीबका छोरा योहानानको पालासम्मै इतिहासको पुस्तकमा लेखिएका थिए ।
The children of Levi, the chief fathers, were recorded in the book of the chronicles, even until the days of Johanan the son of Eliashib.
24 लेवीहरूका अगुवाहरू हशब्याह, शरेबियाह, कादमीएलका छोरा येशूअ र तिनीहरूका सहयोगीहरू, जो तिनीहरूका सामुन्ने खडा हुन्थे, र आ-आफ्नो पालोअनुसार परमेश्वरका जन दाऊदको आज्ञामुताबिक प्रशंसा गर्ने र धन्यवाद दिने गर्थे ।
And the chief Levites: Hashabiah, Sherebiah, and Jeshua the son of Kadmiel, with their brethren over against them, to praise [and] to give thanks, according to the commandment of David the man of God, ward over against ward.
25 मत्तन्याह, बक्बुक्याह, ओबदिया, मशुल्लाम, तल्मोन र अक्कूबचाहिँ मूल ढोकानेर भएका भण्डार-कोठाहरूमा रक्षा दिने द्वारपालहरू थिए ।
Mattaniah and Bakbukiah, Obadiah, Meshullam, Talmon, Akkub, were doorkeepers keeping the ward at the storehouses of the gates.
26 तिनीहरूले येशूअका छोरा, योसादाकका नाति योयाकीमको पालोमा अनि राज्यपाल नहेम्याह र पुजारीसाथै शास्त्री एज्राको पालोमा सेवा गरे ।
These were in the days of Joiakim the son of Jeshua the son of Jozadak, and in the days of Nehemiah the governor, and of Ezra the priest, the scribe.
27 यरूशलेमको पर्खालको अर्पणको बेलामा धन्यवाद ज्ञापन दिँदै अनि झ्याली, वीणा र सारङ्गी बजाउँदै आनन्दसाथ अर्पणको उत्सव मनाउन मानिसहरूले लेवीहरू जहाँसुकै बसेका भए तापनि तिनीहरूको खोजी गरे ।
And at the dedication of the wall of Jerusalem they sought the Levites out of all their places, to bring them to Jerusalem, to hold the dedication with gladness, both with thanksgivings, and with singing, [with] cymbals, lutes and harps.
28 यरूशलेम वरिपरिको जिल्ला र नतोपातीहरूका गाउँहरूबाट गायकहरू सँगै भेला भए ।
And the children of the singers were assembled, both from the plain [of Jordan] round about Jerusalem, and from the villages of the Netophathites,
29 तिनीहरू बेथ-गिलगाल, गेबा र अज्मावेतका क्षेत्रहरूबाट पनि आए किनकि गायकहरूले यरूशलेमको वरिपरि आफ्ना लागि गाउँहरू बनाएका थिए ।
also from Beth-Gilgal, and out of the fields of Geba and Azmaveth; for the singers had built themselves hamlets round about Jerusalem.
30 पुजारी र लेवीहरूले आ-आफूलाई शुद्ध पारे, अनि तिनीहरूले मानिसहरू, मूल ढोकाहरू र पर्खाललाई शुद्ध पारे ।
And the priests and the Levites purified themselves; and they purified the people, and the gates and the wall.
31 तब मैले यहूदाका अगुवाहरूलाई पर्खालको माथि जान लगाएँ, र धन्यवाद दिन मैले दुईवटा ठुला-ठुला गायन-झुण्ड नियुक्त गरेँ । एउटा झुण्ड दाहिनेतिर पर्खालमा फोहोर ढोकामा गयो ।
And I brought up the princes of Judah upon the wall, and appointed two great choirs and processions, on the right hand upon the wall towards the dung-gate.
32 होशयाह र यहूदाका आधा अगुवाहरूले तिनीहरूलाई पछ्याए,
And after them went Hoshaiah, and half of the princes of Judah,
33 अनि अजर्याह, एज्रा, मशुल्लाम,
and Azariah, Ezra, and Meshullam,
34 यहूदा, बेन्यामीन, शमायाह र यर्मिया तिनीहरूको पछि लागे ।
Judah and Benjamin, and Shemaiah, and Jeremiah,
35 साथै, तुरहीहरू बोकेर केही पुजाहारीहरूका छोराहरू र जकरिया, जो जोनाथनका छोरा, जो शमायाहका छोरा, जो मत्तन्याहका छोरा, जो मीकायाका छोरा, जो जक्कूरका छोरा, जो आसापका छोरा थिए, तिनीहरू पनि पछि लागे ।
and [certain] of the priests' sons with trumpets: Zechariah the son of Jonathan, the son of Shemaiah, the son of Mattaniah, the son of Micaiah, the son of Zaccur, the son of Asaph;
36 त्यहाँ जकरियाका नातेदारहरू अर्थात् शमायाह, अज्रेल, मिललै, गिललै, माऐ, नतनेल, यहूदा र हनानी पनि परमेश्वरका जन दाऊदका साङ्गीतिक साधनहरू बोकेर आएका थिए । शास्त्री एज्रा सबैभन्दा अगाडि थिए ।
and his brethren, Shemaiah, and Azareel, Milalai, Gilalai, Maai, Nethaneel, and Judah, Hanani, with the musical instruments of David the man of God; and Ezra the scribe before them.
37 तिनीहरू फुहारा ढोकाबाट भएर दाऊदको सहरका सिँढीहरूबाट सिधै पर्खालमा उकालो चढ्ने बाटो भएर दाऊदको दरबार पार गरी पूर्वतिर अवस्थित पानी ढोकासम्मै गए ।
And at the fountain-gate, and over against them, they went up by the stairs of the city of David, at the ascent of the wall, above the house of David, even to the water-gate eastward.
38 धन्यवाद दिनेहरूको अर्को गायन झुण्ड अर्को दिशामा गयो । मानिसहरूका आधा भागसँगै मैले तिनीहरूलाई पर्खालमा पछ्याएँ । यो झुण्ड भट्टिको बुर्जा भएर, चौडा पर्खालसम्म,
And the second choir went in the opposite direction upon the wall, and I after them, and the half of the people, from beyond the tower of the furnaces even to the broad wall;
39 र एफ्राइमको ढोका, येशना ढोका, माछा ढोका, हननेलको बुर्जा र सयको बुर्जादेखि भेडा ढोकासम्म गएपछि तिनीहरू गारदको ढोकामा अडिए ।
and from above the gate of Ephraim, and above the gate of the old [wall], and above the fish-gate, and the tower of Hananeel, and the tower of Meah, even to the sheep-gate; and they stood still in the prison-gate.
40 यसरी धन्यवाद दिनेहरूका यी दुवै गायन-झुण्ड परमेश्वरको मन्दिरमा आ-आफ्नो स्थानमा बसे, र म पनि अधिकारीहरूको आधा भागसँगै आफ्नो स्थानमा बसेँ ।
And both choirs stood in the house of God, and I, and the half of the rulers with me;
41 त्यसपछि पुजारीहरू एल्याकीम, मासेयाह, मिन्यामीन, मीकाया, एल्योएनै, जकरिया र हनन्याह तुरहीहरू बोकेर आ-आफ्नो स्थानमा बसे ।
and the priests, Eliakim, Maaseiah, Miniamin, Micaiah, Elioenai, Zechariah, Hananiah, with trumpets;
42 साथै, मासेयाह, शमायाह, एलाजार, उज्जी, येहोहानान, मल्कियाह, एलाम र एसेर पनि त्यहाँ थिए । गायकहरूले तिनीहरूका अगुवा यिज्रहियाहको निर्देशनमा गाए ।
and Maaseiah, and Shemaiah, and Eleazar, and Uzzi, and Jehohanan, and Malchijah, and Elam, and Ezer. And the singers sang loud; and Jizrahiah was their overseer.
43 त्यस दिन तिनीहरूले ठुला-ठुला बलिदानहरू चढाए, र आनन्द मनाए, किनकि परमेश्वरले तिनीहरूलाई बडो आनन्द मनाउन दिनुभएको थियो । स्त्रीहरू र बालबालिकाहरूले पनि आनन्द मनाए । यसरी यरूशलेमको आनन्द टाढा-टाढासम्म सुन्न सकिन्थ्यो ।
And that day they offered great sacrifices, and rejoiced: for God had made them rejoice with great joy; and also the women and the children rejoiced. And the joy of Jerusalem was heard even afar off.
44 त्यस दिन भेटीहरू, अगौटे फलहरू र दशांशहरूका निम्ति भण्डार-कोठाहरूको जिम्मा लिन अनि लेवीहरू र पुजारीहरूका निम्ति व्यवस्थाले तोकेबमोजिम हिस्सा जम्मा गर्न मानिसहरू नियुक्त गरिए । सहरका नजिकका बस्तीहरूबाट काम गर्न हरेकलाई जिम्मा दिइएको थियो । किनकि यहूदा पुजारीहरू र लेवीहरूबाट प्रसन्न भए जो तिनीहरूका सामु खडा थिए ।
And at that time men were appointed over the chambers of the treasures for the heave-offerings, for the first-fruits, and for the tithes, to gather into them, out of the fields of the cities, the portions assigned by the law for the priests and the Levites; for Judah rejoiced over the priests, and over the Levites that waited.
45 दाऊद र तिनका छोरा सोलोमनको आज्ञामुताबिक तिनीहरूले आफ्ना परमेश्वरको सेवा र शुद्धिको सेवा गरे, अनि गायकहरू र द्वारपालहरूले पनि त्यसै गरे ।
And, with the singers and the doorkeepers, they kept the ward of their God, and the ward of the purification, according to the commandment of David [and] of Solomon his son.
46 किनकि धेरै पहिले दाऊद र आसापको समयमा गायकहरूका निर्देशकहरू थिए, र त्यहाँ परमेश्वरको निम्ति प्रशंसासाथै धन्यवाद ज्ञापन हुन्थ्यो ।
For of old, in the days of David and Asaph, there were the chiefs of the singers, and songs of praise and thanksgivings to God.
47 यरुबाबेल र नहेम्याहको समयमा सारा इस्राएलले गायकहरू र द्वारपालहरूका लागि दैनिक हिस्सा दिन्थे । तिनीहरूले लेवीहरूका निम्ति भाग छुट्ट्याउँथे, र लेवीहरूले हारूनका सन्तानहरूका निम्ति भाग छुट्ट्याउँथे ।
And all Israel, in the days of Zerubbabel and in the days of Nehemiah, gave the portions of the singers and the doorkeepers, every day what was needed, and they consecrated things for the Levites; and the Levites consecrated for the children of Aaron.
