လုကာ 18
And he also spoke a parable to them about it being necessary to always pray, and not to give up,
saying, In a certain city there was a judge who did not fear God, and did not regard man.
3 ၃ ထိုမြို့၌နေသော မုတ်ဆိုးမတယောက်သည် တရားသူကြီးထံသို့သွား၍၊ ကျွန်မရန်ဘက်ကို လက်စား ချေလောက်အောင် အပြစ်အလျောက်ဒဏ် စီရင်ပါဟု တောင်းပန်သော်လည်း၊
And a widow was in that city, and she came to him, saying, Avenge me of my opponent.
4 ၄ တရားမစီရင်ဘဲ ကြာမြင့်စွာနေ၏။ ထိုနောက် တရားသူကြီးက၊ ငါသည် ဘုရားသခင်ကို မကြောက်ရွံ့၊ လူကို အားမနာတတ်သောသူ ဖြစ်သော်လည်း၊
And for a time he would not, but after these things he said within himself, Although I fear not God, and regard not man,
5 ၅ ဤမုတ်ဆိုးမသည် ငါ့ကိုနှောင့်ရှက်သောကြောင့် သူ့ဘက်၌ တရားစီရင်မည်။ သို့မဟုတ် အစဉ်လာ၍ ငါ့ကို ပင်ပန်းစေလိမ့်မည်ဟု စိတ်ထဲ၌ အကြံရှိ၏။
yet because this widow causes me a beating, I will avenge her, lest by no end of coming she give me a black eye.
And the Lord said, Hear ye what the unrighteous judge says.
7 ၇ ဘုရားသခင် ရွေးကောက်တော်မူသောသူတို့သည် ညဉ့်နေ့မပြတ် အော်ဟစ်၍ တောင်းလျှောက်လျှင်၊ ဘုရားသခင်သည် သူတို့ဘက်၌ တရားမစီရင်ဘဲ နေတော်မူမည်လော။ ကြာမြင့်စွာ သည်းခံတော်မူမည်လော။
And God, will he, no, not do the vengeance of his chosen who cry out to him day and night, and yet being patient toward them?
8 ၈ ငါဆိုသည်ကား၊ သူတို့ဘက်၌ အလျင်အမြန် တရားစီရင်တော်မူမည်။ သို့သော်လည်း လူသားသည် ကြွလာသောအခါ ယုံကြည်ခြင်းကို မြေကြီးပေါ်မှာ တွေ့မည်လောဟု သခင်ဘုရားသည် မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
I say to you, that he will do their vengeance speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of man comes, will he then find faith on the earth?
And he also spoke this parable to some of those who were persuaded in themselves that they were righteous, and disdained other men.
10 ၁၀ လူနှစ်ယောက်တို့သည် ဆုတောင်းပဌနာပြုခြင်းငှါ ဗိမာန်တော်ပေါ်သို့ တက်ကြ၏။ တယောက်ကား ဖာရိရှဲဖြစ်၏။ တယောက်ကား အခွန်ခံဖြစ်၏။
Two men went up into the temple to pray, the one a Pharisee, and the other a tax collector.
11 ၁၁ ဖာရိရှဲသည် တယောက်တည်းရပ်လျက်၊ အိုဘုရားသခင်၊ သူတပါးတို့သည် အနိုင်အထက်လုယူခြင်း၊ မတရားသဖြင့်ကျင့်ခြင်း၊ သူ့မယားကိုပြစ်မှားခြင်းအပြစ်ရှိသကဲ့သို့ အကျွန်ုပ်၌မရှိသည်သာမက၊ ဤအခွန်ခံကဲ့သို့ ပင် မဟုတ်သောကြောင့် ကျေးဇူးတော်ကြီးလှပေ၏။
Having stood by himself, the Pharisee prayed these things: God, I thank thee that I am not as the rest of men, predatory, unjust, adulterers, or even as this tax collector.
12 ၁၂ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ခုနှစ်ရက်တွင် နှစ်ရက်အစာရှောင်ပါ၏။ ဥစ္စာရှိသမျှတို့ကို ဆယ်ဘို့တဘို့ လှူပါ၏ဟူ ၍ ဆုတောင်းပဌနာပြု၏။
I fast twice of the week. I tithe all things, as many as I acquire.
13 ၁၃ အခွန်ခံမူကား၊ အဝေးကရပ်၍ ကောင်းကင်သို့မမျှော်မကြည့်ဝံ့ဘဲ ရင်ပတ်ကိုခက်လျက်၊ အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ အပြစ်များသော အကျွန်ုပ်ကို သနားခြင်းကရုဏာစိတ် ရှိတော်မူပါဟုဆုတောင်းလေ၏။
But the tax collector, having stood from afar, would not even lift his eyes to the sky, but beat upon his breast, saying, God, be thou merciful to me a sinful man.
14 ၁၄ ငါဆိုသည်ကား၊ ထိုသူသည် အပြစ်ပြေလျက် မိမိအိမ်သို့ပြန်သွား၏။ ဖာရိရှဲမူကား အပြစ်မပြေ။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ကိုယ်ကိုကိုယ် ချီးမြှောက်သောသူ မည်သည်ကား၊ နှိမ့်ချခြင်းသို့ရောက်လတံ့။ ကိုယ်ကိုကိုယ် နှိမ့်ချသောသူမည်သည်ကား၊ ချီးမြှောက်ခြင်းသို့ရောက်လတံ့ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
I say to you, this man went down to his house justified rather than that man. Because every man who lifts himself up will be made lower, and he who makes himself lower will be lifted up.
15 ၁၅ ထိုအခါ သူငယ်တို့ကို လက်တော်နှင့်တို့စေခြင်းငှါ အထံတော်သို့ ဆောင်ခဲ့သည်ကို တပည့်တော် တို့သည် မြင်လျှင် အပြစ်တင်ကြ၏။
And they were also bringing the infants to him, so that he would touch them, but when the disciples saw it, they rebuked them.
16 ၁၆ ယေရှုသည် ထိုသူငယ်တို့ကို ခေါ်တော်မူ၍ ငါ့ထံသို့လာပါလေစေ။ မဆီးတားကြနှင့်။ ဘုရားသခင်၏ နိုင်ငံတော်သည် ထိုသို့သောသူတို့၏နိုင်ငံဖြစ်၏။
But having summoned them, Jesus said, Allow the children to come to me, and do not forbid them, for of such is the kingdom of God.
17 ၁၇ ငါအမှန်ဆိုသည်ကား၊ အကြင်သူသည် ဘုရားသခင်၏နိုင်ငံတော်ကို သူငယ်ကဲ့သို့ မခံမယူ၊ ထိုသူသည် နိုင်ငံတော်သို့ မဝင်ရဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
Truly I say to you, whoever will not receive the kingdom of God as a child, will, no, not enter into it.
18 ၁၈ အရာရှိတယောက်က၊ ကောင်းမြတ်သောဆရာ၊ ထာဝရအသက်ကို အမွေခံရအံ့သောငှါ အကျွန်ုပ် သည် အဘယ်အမှုကို ပြုရပါမည်နည်းဟု မေးလျှောက်သော်၊ (aiōnios g166)
And a certain ruler questioned him, saying, Good teacher, having done what, will I inherit eternal life? (aiōnios g166)
And Jesus said to him, Why do thou call me good? None is good except one, God.
20 ၂၀ သင်သည် ပညတ်တော်တို့ကို သိသည်မဟုတ်လော။ သူ့မယားကို မပြစ်မှားနှင့်။ မမှန်သော သက်သေ ကို မခံနှင့်။ မိဘကို ရိုသေစွာပြုလော့ဟု မိန့်တော်မူလျှင်၊
Thou know the commandments. Thou shall not commit adultery. Thou shall not murder. Thou shall not steal. Thou shall not give false testimony. Honor thy father and thy mother.
21 ၂၁ အရှင်ဘုရား၊ ထိုပညတ်ရှိသမျှတို့ကို ငယ်သောအရွယ်မှစ၍ အကျွန်ုပ်စောင့်ရှောက်ပါပြီဟု လျှောက် ပြန်သည်ကို ယေရှုသည်ကြားလျှင် သင်သည် တခုလိုသေး၏။
And he said, All these things I have kept from my youth.
22 ၂၂ ကိုယ်ဥစ္စာရှိသမျှကို ရောင်း၍ ဆင်းရဲသောသူတို့အား ပေးဝေလော့။ ထိုသို့ပြုလျှင် ကောင်းကင်ဘုံ၌ ဘဏ္ဍာကို ရလိမ့်မည်။ သို့ပြီးမှ လာ၍ ငါ့နောက်သို့လိုက်လော့ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
And when he heard these things, Jesus said to him, Yet one thing is lacking from thee. Sell all things, as many as thou have, and distribute to the poor, and thou will have treasure in heaven. And come, follow me.
23 ၂၃ ထိုသူသည် များစွာသောဥစ္စာကို ရတတ်သောသူဖြစ်၍၊ ထိုစကားကိုကြားလျှင် အလွန်စိတ်မသာသည် နှင့် သွားလေ၏။
But when he heard these things, he became very sorrowful, for he was very rich.
24 ၂၄ ထိုသို့ စိတ်မသာသည်ကို ယေရှုသည် မြင်တော်မူလျှင်၊ ဥစ္စာရတတ်သောသူသည် ဘုရားသခင်၏ နိုင်ငံတော်သို့ အလွန်ဝင်ခဲလှ၏။
And having seen him become very sorrowful, Jesus said, How difficultly those who have riches will enter into the kingdom of God.
25 ၂၅ ကုလားအုပ်သည် အပ်နဖားကို လျှိုလွယ်၏။ ငွေရတတ်သောသူသည် ဘုရားသခင်၏ နိုင်ငံတော်သို့ ဝင်ခဲသည်ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
For it is easier for a camel to enter in through the hole of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.
26 ၂၆ ကြားသောသူတို့ကလည်း၊ သို့ဖြစ်လျှင် အဘယ်သူသည် ကယ်တင်တော်မူခြင်းသို့ ရောက်နိုင်မည်နည်း ဟု ပြောဆိုကြ၏။
And those who heard it said, And who can be saved?
And he said, The things impossible with men are possible with God.
28 ၂၈ ထိုအခါ ပေတရုက၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ရှိသမျှကို စွန့်ပစ်၍ ကိုယ်တော်နောက်သို့ လိုက်ကြပါပြီဟု လျှောက်လေသော်၊
And Peter said, Lo, we have left all and followed thee.
29 ၂၉ ကိုယ်တော်က၊ ငါအမှန်ဆိုသည်ကား၊ အကြင်သူသည် ဘုရားသခင်၏ နိုင်ငံတော်ကြောင့်၊ အိမ်ရာ၊ မိဘ၊ ညီအစ်ကို၊ သားမယားတည်းဟူသော တပါးပါးကို စွန့်၏။
And he said to them, Truly I say to you, that there is no man who has left house, or parents, or brothers, or wife, or children for the sake of the kingdom of God,
31 ၃၁ ထိုအခါ ကိုယ်တော်သည် တကျိပ်နှစ်ပါးသောတပည့်တော်တို့ကို ခေါ်၍၊ ငါတို့သည် ယေရုရှလင်မြို့သို့ ယခု သွားကြ၏။ ပရောဖက်များ ရေးမှတ်သမျှသည် လူသား၌ ပြည့်စုံရလိမ့်မည်။
And having taken along the twelve, he said to them, Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem, and all the things that are written through the prophets about the Son of man will be completed.
32 ၃၂ တပါးအမျိုးသားတို့လက်သို့ အပ်နှံခြင်း၊ ပြက်ယယ်ပြုခြင်း၊ ညှဉ်းဆဲခြင်း၊ တံတွေးနှင့် ထွေးခြင်းကို ခံရလိမ့်မည်။
For he will be delivered up to the Gentiles, and he will be mocked and insulted and spit upon.
33 ၃၃ သူတို့သည် လူသားကို ရိုက်ပုတ်၍သတ်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ သုံးရက်မြောက်သောနေ့၌ ထမြောက်လိမ့်မည်ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
And after scourging, they will kill him, and the third day he will rise up.
34 ၃၄ ထိုစကားတော်တခွန်းကိုမျှ တပည့်တော်တို့သည်နားမလည်ကြ။ ထိုအကြောင်းအရာသည် ဝှက်ထား လျက် ရှိသည်ဖြစ်၍ မိန့်တော်မူချက်အနက်ကို မရိပ်မိကြ။
And they understood none of these things, and this saying was hidden from them, and they did not understand the things that were said.
And it came to pass as he approached Jericho, a certain blind man sat beside the road begging.
And having heard a multitude going by, he inquired what this may be.
And they informed him that Jesus the Nazarene passes by.
And he cried out, saying, Jesus, thou son of David, be merciful to me.
39 ၃၉ ထိုသူကို တိတ်ဆိတ်စွာနေစေခြင်းငှါ ရှေ့တော်၌ သွားသောသူတို့သည် ငေါက်၍ ဆိုကြသော်လည်း၊ ဒါဝိဒ်၏ သားတော်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ကယ်မသနားတော်မူပါဟု သာ၍ ဟစ်ကြော်ကြလေ၏။
And those who went ahead rebuked him, so that he would be quiet, but he cried out much more, Thou son of David, be merciful to me.
40 ၄၀ ယေရှုသည်လည်း ရပ်တော်မူလျက်၊ ထိုသူကို ခေါ်ခဲ့ဟု အမိန့်တော်ရှိ၏။ လူကန်းသည် အထံတော်သို့ ချဉ်းကပ်ပြီးမှ၊ သင်၌အဘယ်သို့ ပြုစေလိုသနည်းဟု မေးတော်မူလျှင်၊
And having stood still, Jesus commanded him to be brought to him. And when he came near, he questioned him,
saying, What do thou that I would do to thee? And he said, Lord, that I may receive sight.
And Jesus said to him, Receive sight. Thy faith has healed thee.
43 ၄၃ ထိုခဏခြင်းတွင် ထိုသူသည် မျက်စိမြင်၍ ဘုရားသခင်၏ဂုဏ်တော်ကို ချီးမွမ်းလျက် နောက်တော်သို့ လိုက်လေ၏။ လူအပေါင်းတို့သည် မြင်လျှင် ဘုရားသခင်ကို အံ့ဩချီးမွမ်းကြ၏။
And immediately he received sight, and followed him glorifying God. And all the people when they saw it gave praise to God.
