မြည်တမ်းစကား 3

1 ၁ ငါသည် ဘုရားသခင်၏ အမျက်တော်ကြိမ်လုံး အောက်၌ ဆင်းရဲခြင်းကို ခံရသောသူဖြစ်၏။

Aleph. I am the man that see my poverty by the rod of his indignation.

2 ၂ ငါ့ကိုသွေးဆောင်၍ အလင်းသို့မပို့၊ မှောင်မိုက် ထဲသို့ ပို့ဆောင်တော်မူ၏။

Aleph. He hath led me, and brought me into darkness, and not into light.

3 ၃ အကယ်စင်စစ်ငါ့ကို တနေ့လုံးအထပ်ထပ် ဒဏ်ခတ်တော်မူ၏။

Aleph. Only against me he hath turned, and turned again his hand all the day.

4 ၄ ငါ့အရေနှင့်အသားကို ဆွေးရိစေ၍ ငါ့အရိုး တို့ကိုလည်း ချိုးတော်မူ၏။

Beth. My skin and my flesh he hath made old, he hath broken my bones.

5 ၅ ငါ့တဘက်၌ တပ်တည်၍ခါးသောအရာ၊ ပင်ပန်းစရာအကြောင်းတို့နှင့် ပိုင်းတော်မူ၏။

Beth. He hath built round about me, and he hath compassed me with gall and labour.

6 ၆ သေလွန်သောသူတို့ကို ပြုတတ်သကဲ့သို့၊ ငါ့ကို မိုက်သောအရပ်၌ ထားတော်မူ၏။

Beth. He hath set me in dark places as those that are dead for ever.

7 ၇ ငါမထွက်နိုင်အောင် ဝင်းခတ်၍၊ လေးသော သံကြိုးနှင့် ချည်နှောင်တော်မူ၏။

Ghimel. He hath built against me round about, that I may not get out: he hath made my fetters heavy.

8 ၈ ထိုမျှမကငါသည် ကြွေးကြော်အော်ဟစ်၍ ဆုတောင်းသော်လည်း ငြင်းပယ်တော်မူ၏။

Ghimel. Yea, and when I cry, and entreat, he hath shut out my prayer.

9 ၉ ငါသွားရာလမ်းကို ကျောက်ထရံနှင့်ပိတ်၍၊ ကောက်သောလမ်းဖြင့် သွားစေတော်မူ၏။

Ghimel. He hath shut up my ways with square stones, he hath turned my paths upside down.

10 ၁၀ ငါ့ကို ချောင်းမြောင်းသောဝက်ဝံကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ မထင်ရှားသော အရပ်၌နေသော ခြင်္သေ့ကဲ့သို့၎င်း ဖြစ် တော်မူ၏။

Daleth. He is become to me as a bear lying in wait: as a lion in secret places.

11 ၁၁ ငါ့ကိုလမ်းလွဲစေပြီးလျှင် အပိုင်းပိုင်းဖြတ်၍ ဖျက်ဆီးတော်မူ၏။

Daleth. He hath turned aside my paths, and hath broken me in pieces, he hath made me desolate.

12 ၁၂ လေးတော်ကိုတင်၍ ပစ်စရာစက်အရာ၌ ငါ့ကို ထားတော်မူ၏။

Daleth. He hath bent his bow, and set me as a mark for his arrows.

13 ၁၃ မြှားတော်တို့ကိုလည်း၊ ငါ့ကျောက်ကပ်ကို ခွင်း စေတော်မူ၏။

He. He hath shot into my reins the daughters of his quiver.

14 ၁၄ ငါသည်ငါ၏လူတို့တွင် ကဲ့ရဲ့စရာအကြောင်းနှင့် တနေ့လုံး သီချင်းဆိုစရာအကြောင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်တကား။

He. I am made a derision to all my people, their song all the day long.

15 ၁၅ ခါးသောဆေးနှင့်ငါ့ကိုဖြည့်၍၊ ဒေါနနှင့်ယစ်မူး စေတော်မူ၏။

He. He hath filled me with bitterness, he hath inebriated me with wormwood.

16 ၁၆ ကျောက်စရစ်ကိုကျွေး၍ ငါ့သွားတို့ကို ချိုးတော် မူ၏။ မီးဖိုပြာနှင့် ဖုံးတော်မူ၏။

Vau. And he hath broken my teeth one by one, he hath fed me with ashes.

17 ၁၇ ငါ၏ဝိညာဉ်ကို ချမ်းသာနှင့်ဝေးစွာ ရွေ့တော်မူ သောကြောင့်၊ ငါသည် မင်္ဂလာအကြောင်းကို မေ့လျော့ ၏။

Vau. And my soul is removed far off from peace, I have forgotten good things.

18 ၁၈ သို့ဖြစ်၍၊ ငါသည် ထာဝရဘုရားရှေ့တော်၌ အစွမ်းသတ္တိနှင့် မြော်လင်စရာအကြောင်း ပျက်လေပြီဟု ဆိုရ၏။

Vau. And I said: My end and my hope is perished from the Lord.

19 ၁၉ အကျွန်ုပ်ခံရသော ဆင်းရဲငြိုငြင်ခြင်းကို၎င်း၊ ဒေါနနှင့် သည်းခြေအရည်ကို၎င်း အောက်မေ့တော်မူပါ။

Zain. Remember my poverty, and transgression, the wormwood, and the gall.

20 ၂၀ ဧကန်အမှန်အောက်မေ့တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။

Zain. I will be mindful and remember, and my soul shall languish within me.

21 ၂၁ ထိုသို့အကျွန်ုပ်၏ စိတ်နှလုံးသည် ဆင်ခြင်၍ သတိရသောအခါ မြော်လင့်စရာအခွင့်ရှိပါ၏။

Zain. These things I shall think over in my heart, therefore will I hope.

22 ၂၂ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် သနားတော်မူ၍ ကရုဏာ တော်သည် မကုန်သောကြောင့် ငါတို့သည် ဆုံးရှုံးခြင်းသို့ မရောက်ဘဲနေကြ၏။

Heth. The mercies of the Lord that we are not consumed: because his commiserations have not failed.

23 ၂၃ နံနက်တိုင်းကရုဏာတော်အသစ်ကို ခံရကြ၏။ သစ္စာတော်သည် ကြီးမြတ်ပါ၏။

Heth. They are new every morning, great is thy faithfulness.

24 ၂၄ ငါ့ဝိညာဉ်၏ သဘောဟူမူကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ငါ၏အဘို့ ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ထိုကြောင့်၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ငါမြော်လင့်ပါ၏။

Heth. The Lord is my portion, said my soul: therefore will I wait for him.

25 ၂၅ ကိုယ်တော်ကို မြော်လင့်သောသူနှင့် ကိုယ်တော် ကို ရှာသောသူ၏ စိတ်ဝိညာဉ်အား ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ကျေးဇူးပြုတော်မူ၏။

Teth. The Lord is good to them that hope in him, to the soul that seeketh him.

26 ၂၆ ကယ်တင်တော်မူမည်ဟု မြော်လင့်လျက်၊ ငြိမ်ဝပ်စွာ စောင့်၍ နေကောင်း၏။

Teth. It is good to wait with silence for the salvation of God.

27 ၂၇ လူသည်အသက်ပျိုစဉ်အခါ ထမ်းဘိုးကို ထမ်း ကောင်း၏။

Teth. It is good for a man, when he hath borne the yoke from his youth.

28 ၂၈ ထမ်းဘိုးကို တင်တော်မူသောကြောင့် တယောက်တည်းထိုင်၍ ငြိမ်ဝပ်စွာနေစေ။

Jod. He shall sit solitary, and hold his peace: because he hath taken it up upon himself.

29 ၂၉ မြော်လင့်စရာအခွင့်ရှိကောင်းရှိလိမ့်မည်ဟု ထင်လျက်၊ မိမိနှုတ်ကို မြေမှုန့်၌ကပ်စေ။

Jod. He shall put his mouth in the dust, if so be there may be hope.

30 ၃၀ ရိုက်သောသူအား မိမိပါးကိုပေး၍၊ ကဲ့ရဲ့ပြစ်တင် ခြင်းနှင့်ပြည့်ဝစေ။

Jod. He shall give his cheek to him that striketh him, he shall be filled with reproaches.

31 ၃၁ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် အစဉ် စွန့်ပစ်တော်မမူတတ်။

Caph. For the Lord will not cast off for ever.

32 ၃၂ ဝမ်းနည်းစေတော်မူသော်လည်း၊ ကရုဏာတော် များပြားသည်နှင့်အညီ သနားတော်မူလိမ့်မည်။

Caph. For if he hath cast off, he will also have mercy, according to the multitude of his mercies.

33 ၃၃ ဆင်းရဲစေချင်သော စိတ်နှင့်လူသားတို့ကို ညှဉ်းဆဲ၍ ဝမ်းနည်းစေတော်မူသည်မဟုတ်။

Caph. For he hath not willingly afflicted, nor cast off the children of men.

34 ၃၄ ချုပ်ထားသော ပြည်သားအပေါင်းတို့ကို ခြေနှင့် နင်းကြိတ်ခြင်းအမှု၊

Lamed. To crush under his feet all the prisoners of the land,

35 ၃၅ လူခံထိုက်သောတရားကို အမြင့်ဆုံးသော ဘုရား မျက်မှောက်၌ ဖျက်ခြင်းအမှု၊

Lamed. To turn aside the judgment of a man before the face of the most High,

36 ၃၆ သူတပါးကိုမတရားသဖြင့် ရှုံးစေခြင်းအမှုတို့ကို ထာဝရဘုရားနှစ် သက်တော်မမူ။

Lamed. To destroy a man wrongfully in his judgment, the Lord hath not approved.

37 ၃၇ ထာဝရဘုရားမှာထားတော်မမူဘဲ၊ အဘယ်သူ သည် ပြော၍တစုံတခုကို ဖြစ်စေနိုင်သနည်း။

Mem. Who is he that hath commanded a thing to be done, when the Lord commandeth it not?

38 ၃၈ အမြင့်ဆုံးသော ဘုရား၏နှုတ်ထွက်ရှိသည် အတိုင်း အမင်္ဂလာနှင့် အမင်္ဂလာဖြစ်တတ်သည် မဟုတ် လော။

Mem. Shall not both evil and good proceed out of the mouth of the Highest?

39 ၃၉ အသက်ရှင်သောလူသတ္တဝါသည် အဘယ် ကြောင့် မြည်တမ်းရမည်နည်း။ မိမိဒုစရိုက်အပြစ်ကြောင့် မြည်တမ်းရမည်လော။

Mem. Why hath a living man murmured, man suffering for his sins?

40 ၄၀ ငါတို့သည်ကိုယ်လိုက်သောလမ်းတို့ကို စစ်ကြော စုံစမ်း၍၊ ထာဝရဘုရားထံတော်သို့ ပြန်သွားကြကုန်အံ့။

Nun. Let us search our ways, and seek, and return to the Lord.

41 ၄၁ ကောင်းကင်ဘုံ၌ရှိတော်မူသော ဘုရားသခင့် ထံတော်သို့ နှလုံးနှင့်လက်တို့ကို ချီကြွကြကုန်အံ့။

Nun. Let us lift up our hearts with our hands to the Lord in the heavens.

42 ၄၂ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ပြစ်မှား ပုန်ကန်မိပါပြီ။ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အပြစ်လွှတ်တော်မမူပါ။

Nun. We have done wickedly, and provoked thee to wrath: therefore thou art inexorable.

43 ၄၃ အမျက်တော်ထွက်၍ မျက်နှာလွှဲတော်မူ၏။ တဖန်အကျွန်ုပ်တို့ကိုလိုက်၍ ကရုဏာမရှိဘဲ ကွပ်မျက် တော်မူ၏။

Samech. Thou hast covered in thy wrath, and hast struck us: thou hast killed and hast not spared.

44 ၄၄ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့ ပဌနာစကားသည် အထံတော်သို့ မပေါက်နိုင်အောင်၊ မိုဃ်းတိမ်ဖြင့်ကိုယ်ကို ကွယ်ကာ တော်မူ၏။

Samech. Thou hast set a cloud before thee, that our prayer may not pass through.

45 ၄၅ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့ကိုလူမျိုးတို့တွင် လှည်းပစ်သော တန်မြက်ချေး အမှိုက်ကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ ရွံစရာအရာကဲ့သို့၎င်း ဖြစ်စေတော်မူ၏။

Samech. Thou hast made me as an outcast, and refuse in the midst of the people.

46 ၄၆ ရန်သူအပေါင်းတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်တို့တဘက်၌ နှုတ်ကိုဖွင့်ကြပါ၏။

Phe. All our enemies have opened their mouths against us.

47 ၄၇ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ကြောက်လန့်ဘွယ်သော အရာထဲသို့၎င်း၊ တွင်းထဲသို့၎င်း၊ သုတ်သင်ပယ်ရှင်း ဖျက်ဆီးခြင်းထဲသို့၎င်း ရောက်ကြပါပြီ။

Phe. Prophecy is become to us a fear, and a snare, and destruction.

48 ၄၈ ငါ၏လူမျိုးသတို့သမီးပျက်စီးသောကြောင့်၊

Phe. My eye hath run down with streams of water, for the destruction of the daughter of my people.

49 ၄၉ ငါမျက်စိသည်မြစ်ရေဖြစ်၍ စီးလျက်ရှိ၏။

Ain. My eye is afflicted, and hath not been quiet, because there was no rest:

50 ၅၀ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ကောင်းကင်က ငုံ့ကြည့်၍ ရှုမှတ်တော်မမူမှီတိုင်အောင်၊ ငါ့မျက်ရည်သည် ကျ၍ အစဉ်မပြတ် ယိုစီးလျက်ရှိ၏။

Ain. Till the Lord regarded and looked down from the heavens.

51 ၅၁ ငါ၏မြို့သမီးအပေါင်းတို့အတွက်ကြောင့်၊ ငါမျက်စိသည် ငါ့နှလုံးကို ပူစေတတ်၏။

Ain. My eye hath wasted my soul because of all the daughters of my city.

52 ၅၂ အကြောင်းမရှိဘဲ ငါ့ကိုရန်ပြုသောသူတို့သည် ငှက်ကိုလိုက်၍ ရှာသကဲ့သို့ ငါ့ကိုလိုက်၍ ရှာကြ၏။

Sade. My enemies have chased me and caught me like a bird, without cause.

53 ၅၃ မြေတွင်း၌ ငါ့အသက်ကို ဖြတ်၍ ငါ့အပေါ်မှာ ကျောက်ကို တင်ထားကြ၏။

Sade. My life is fallen into the pit, and they have laid a stone over me.

54 ၅၄ ငါ့ခေါင်းကို ရေလွှမ်းမိုးသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ ငါသည် ဆုံးရှုံးပြီဟု ဆိုရ၏။

Sade. Waters have flowed over my head: I said: I am cut off.

55 ၅၅ အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ နက်သော မြေတွင်းထဲက အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ်တော်၏နာမကို ခေါ်ပါ၏။

Coph. I have called upon thy name, O Lord, from the lowest pit.

56 ၅၆ အကျွန်ုပ်ခေါ်သံကို ကြားတော်မူသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ညည်းတွားအော်ဟစ်သောအခါ နားတော်ကို လွှဲတော်မမူပါနှင့်။

Coph. Thou hast heard my voice: turn not away thy ear from my sighs, and cries.

57 ၅၇ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ်တော်ကို ဟစ်ခေါ်သော အခါ၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ချဉ်းကပ်တော်မူ၍၊ မကြောက်နှင့် ဟု မိန့်တော်မူပြီ။

Coph. Thou drewest near in the day, when I called upon thee, thou saidst: Fear not.

58 ၅၈ အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ် အသက်နှင့် ဆိုင်သောအမှုကိုစောင့်၍ ရွေးနှုတ်တော်မူပြီ။

Res. Thou hast judged, O Lord, the cause of my soul, thou the Redeemer of my life.

59 ၅၉ အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ခံရသော ညှဉ်းဆဲခြင်းကို မြင်တော်မူပြီ။ အကျွန်ုပ်အဘို့ တရားစီရင်တော်မူပါ။

Res. Thou hast seen, O Lord, their iniquity against me: judge thou my judgment.

60 ၆၀ သူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ရန်ငြိုးဖွဲ့သမျှနှင့် မကောင်းသော အကြံရှိသမျှကို ကိုယ်တော်မြင်တော်မူပြီ။

Res. Thou hast seen all their fury, and all their thoughts against me.

61 ၆၁ အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ သူတို့ကဲ့ရဲ့သောအကြောင်း နှင့်မကောင်း သောအကြံရှိသမျှကို၎င်း၊

Sin. Thou hast heard their reproach, O Lord, all their imaginations against me.

62 ၆၂ အကျွန်ုပ်တဘက်၌ ထသောသူတို့၏ အပြစ်တင် ခြင်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တဘက်၌ တနေ့လုံးကြံစည်ခြင်းကို၎င်း ကိုယ်တော်ကြားတော်မူပြီ။

Sin. The lips of them that rise up against me: and their devices against me all the day.

63 ၆၃ သူတို့ထိုင်ခြင်း၊ ထခြင်းကိုကြည့်ရှုတော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် သူတို့သီချင်းဆိုစရာအကြောင်းဖြစ်ပါ၏။

Sin. Behold their sitting down, and their rising up, I am their song.

64 ၆၄ အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ သူတို့ကျင့်သော အကျင့်နှင့် အလျောက်အကျိုးအပြစ်ကို ဆပ်ပေးတော်မူပါ။

Thau. Thou shalt render them a recompense, O Lord, according to the works of their hands.

65 ၆၅ သူတို့စိတ်နှလုံးကိုခိုင်မာစေ၍ ကျိန်တော်မူပါ။

Thau. Thou shalt give them a buckler of heart, thy labour.

66 ၆၆ အမျက်တော်ထွက်၍ သူတို့ကို ညှဉ်းဆဲသဖြင့်၊ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ မိုဃ်းကောင်းကင်အောက်မှ သုတ်သင် ပယ်ရှင်းတော်မူပါ။

Thau. Thou shalt persecute them in anger, and shalt destroy them from under the heavens, O Lord.
