For as moche as many have take in hand to compyle a treates of thoo thinges which are surely knowen amonge vs
2 ၂ ငါ တို့သည် ထင်ရှားစွာဖြစ်လေပြီး သော အတ္ထုပ္ပတ္တိ များကို ငါ တို့အားကြားပြော သည် အစဉ် အတိုင်းမှတ်သားသောစာ ကို စီရင် ရေးထားသောသူ အများ ရှိကြသည်ဖြစ်၍၊
even as they declared them vnto vs which from the beginnynge sawe them their selves and were ministers at the doyng:
I determined also assone as I had searched out diligently all thinges from the beginnynge that then I wolde wryte vnto the good Theophilus:
4 ၄ စေ့စေ့ ဖွေရှာလိုက်စစ် ပြီးလျှင်၊ ကိုယ်တော်သင် ပြီးသောအကြောင်းအရာတို့သည်ဧကန်အမှန် ဖြစ် ကြောင်းကို ကိုယ်တော်သိ စေခြင်းငှာ အစဉ် အတိုင်းရေးထား ၍ ကြားလိုက်မည်အကြံရှိ ပါ၏၊ အလွန်မြတ် သော သော်ဖိလု ။
that thou myghtest knowe the certente of thoo thinges wher of thou arte informed.
5 ၅ ယုဒ ပြည်ကို အစိုးရသော ဟေရုဒ် မင်းကြီး လက်ထက် ၊ အဘိယ အသင်း အဝင်ဖြစ် ၍၊ ဇာခရိ အမည် ရှိ သော ယဇ် ပုရောဟိတ်တစ်ပါး ရှိ၏။ သူ ၏ခင်ပွန်း သည် အာရုန် အမျိုးအနွယ်ဖြစ်၏။ သူ့ အမည် ကား ဧလိရှဗက် တည်း။
There was in the dayes of Herode kynge of Iurie a certayne prest named Zacharias of ye course of Abia. And his wyfe was of ye doughters of Aaron: And her name was Elizabeth.
6 ၆ ထိုသူနှစ် ယောက်တို့သည် ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏ ပညတ်တရား တော်အမျိုးမျိုး တို့ကို ကျင့်ဆောင် ၍ အပြစ်တင်ခွင့်နှင့်လွတ် သဖြင့်၊ ဘုရားသခင် ရှေ့ တော်၌ ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်း ပါရမီရှိ ကြ၏။
Booth were perfect before God and walked in all the lawes and ordinaces of the Lorde that no man coulde fynde fawte with them.
7 ၇ ဧလိရှဗက် သည် မြုံ သောကြောင့် သူတို့သည်သား မ ရှိ ။ ထိုသူ နှစ် ယောက်တို့သည် အသက် အရွယ်ကြီးရင့် ကြ၏။
And they had no chylde because that Elizabeth was barre and booth were well stricken in age.
8 ၈ ဇာခရိသည် မိမိ အသင်း နှင့်တကွအလှည့် သင့်၍ ၊ ဘုရားသခင့် ရှေ့ တော်၌ ယဇ် ပုရောဟိတ်အမှုကို ဆောင်ရွက်သည်တွင် ၊
And it cam to passe as he executed the prestes office before god as his course came
9 ၉ ယဇ် ပုရောဟိတ်ထုံးစံ အတိုင်း စာရေးတံ ချသဖြင့်၊ သူ သည်ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏ ဗိမာန် တော်အတွင်း သို့ ဝင် ၍နံ့သာပေါင်း ကိုမီးရှို့၏။
(accordinge to the custome of the prestes office) his lot was to bourne incece.
10 ၁၀ ထိုသို့နံ့သာပေါင်း ကို မီးရှို့သည့်အချိန် တွင်၊ လူ အများ အပေါင်း တို့သည် ပြင် ၌ဆုတောင်း လျက် နေ ကြ ၏။
And wet into ye teple of ye Lorde and the whoale multitude of ye people were with out in prayer whill the incense was aburnynge.
11 ၁၁ ထိုအခါ ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏ ကောင်းကင်တမန် သည်ထင်ရှား ၍၊ နံ့သာပေါင်း ကိုရှို့သော ယဇ်ပလ္လင် လက်ျာဘက် ၌ ရပ် နေသည်ကို၊
And ther appered vnto him an angell of the lorde stondinge on the ryght syde of the altare of incense.
And when Zacharias sawe him he was abasshed and feare came on him.
13 ၁၃ ကောင်းကင် တမန်ကလည်း ၊ ဇာခရိ ၊ ကြောက်ရွံ့ ခြင်းမ ရှိနှင့်။ သင် ပြုသော ပဌနာ ကိုနာခံ တော်မူပြီ။ သင် ၏ခင်ပွန်း ဧလိရှဗက် သည် သား ယောက်ျားကိုဘွားမြင် လိမ့်မည်။ ထိုသား ကို ယောဟန် အမည် ဖြင့် မှည့် ရ မည်။
And the angell sayde vnto him: feare not Zachary for thy prayer is hearde: And thy wyfe Elizabeth shall beare ye a sonne and thou shalt call his name Iohn
14 ၁၄ သင် သည်ဝမ်းသာ ရွင်မြူး ခြင်း ရှိ လိမ့်မည်။ ထိုသား ကိုဘွားမြင် သောကြောင့် လူအများ တို့သည်လည်း ဝမ်းမြောက် ခြင်းသို့ရောက်ကြလိမ့်မည်။
and thou shalt have ioye and gladnes and many shall reioyce at his birth.
15 ၁၅ အကြောင်းမူကား ၊ ထိုသားသည် ထာဝရ ဘုရားရှေ့ တော်၌ ကြီးမြတ် သောသူဖြစ် လိမ့်မည်။ စပျစ်ရည်နှင့် ယစ်မျိုး ကို မ သောက် ဘဲနေ၍ ၊ အမိ ဝမ်း ထဲ ကပင် သန့်ရှင်း သောဝိညာဉ် တော်နှင့် ပြည့်ဝ လိမ့်မည်။
For he shalbe greate in the sight of the lorde and shall nether drinke wyne ner stronge drinke. And he shalbe filled with the holy goost even in his mothers wombe:
and many of the chyldren of Israel shall he tourne to their Lorde God.
17 ၁၇ အဘ တို့နှင့် သား တို့ကို အသင့်အတင့်ဖြစ်စေခြင်းငှာ၎င်း၊ ငြင်းဆန် သောသူတို့ကို သူတော်ကောင်း တို့၏ သတိပညာ လမ်းသို့ ပြောင်းလဲ စေသောအားဖြင့်၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရားအဘို့အလိုငှာ ပြင်ဆင် သောလူမျိုး ဖြစ် စေခြင်းငှာ၎င်း၊ သူ သည်ဧလိယ ၏ စိတ်ဝိညာဉ် တန်ခိုး နှင့် ပြည့်စုံလျက်၊ ဘုရားသခင် ရှေ့ တော်သို့ သွား လိမ့်မည်ဟု ကောင်းကင်တမန်ပြောဆို ၏။
And he shall goo before him in the sprete and power of Helyas to tourne the hertes of the fathers to the chyldren and the vnbelevers to the wysdom of the iuste men: to make the people redy for the Lorde.
18 ၁၈ ဇာခရိ ကလည်း ၊ ထိုသို့ ဖြစ်လိမ့်မည်ကို အကျွန်ုပ်သည် အဘယ်သို့ သိ ရပါမည်နည်း။ အကျွန်ုပ် သည် လူအို ဖြစ် ပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် မယား သည်လည်း အသက် အရွယ်ကြီးရင့် ပါပြီဟုကောင်းကင်တမန် အား ပြောဆို လျှင်၊
And Zacharias sayde vnto ye angell: Wher by shall I knowe this? seinge that I am olde and my wyfe well stricken in yeares.
19 ၁၉ ကောင်းကင် တမန်က၊ ငါ သည် ဘုရားသခင့် အထံ တော်၌ ခစား သောဂါဗြေလ ဖြစ် ၏။ သင့် ကို နှုတ်ဆက် ၍ ဤ ဝမ်းမြောက်စရာသိတင်းကို ကြားပြော စေခြင်းငှာငါ့ကိုစေလွှတ် တော်မူ၏။
And the angell answered and sayde vnto him: I am Gabriell that stonde in the presens of God and am sent to speake vnto the: and to shewe the these glad tydinges.
20 ၂၀ သင် သည် ငါ့ စကား ကိုမ ယုံသောကြောင့် ဤအကြောင်းအရာမ ဖြစ် မှီနေ့ တိုင်အောင်စကား မ ပြောနိုင် ဘဲ၊ အ လျက် နေ လိမ့်မည်။ ငါ့စကားသည်ကား၊ အချိန်တန် လျှင် ပြည့်စုံ လိမ့်မည်ဟု ပြောဆို ၏။
And beholde thou shalt be domme and not able to speake vntyll the tyme that these thinges be performed because thou belevedst not my wordes which shalbe fulfilled in their season.
21 ၂၁ လူ များတို့သည် ဇာခရိ ကို ငံ့လင့် ၍ ၊ ဗိမာန် တော်အတွင်း ၌ ကြာမြင့် စွာနေသည်ကိုအံ့ဩ ခြင်းရှိကြ၏။
And the people wayted for Zacharias and mervelled that he taryed in the temple.
22 ၂၂ သူသည်ထွက်လာ သောအခါ စကားမ ပြော နိုင် သည်ဖြစ်၍ ၊ ဗိမာန် တော်၌ ဗျာဒိတ် ရူပါရုံကို မြင် ပြီဟု ရိပ်မိ ကြ၏။ ဇာခရိ သည်သူ တို့အား အရိပ် အမှတ်ကိုသာပေး၍ စကားအ လျက် နေ ၏။
And whe he cam oute he could not speake vnto them. Wherby they perceaved that he had sene some vision in the temple. And he beckened vnto them and remayned speachlesse.
And it fortuned assone as ye tyme of his office was oute he departed home into his awne housse.
And after thoose dayes his wyfe Elizabeth coceaved and hyd her sylfe. v. monethes sayinge:
25 ၂၅ ငါသည်လူတို့ တွင် ခံရသော ကဲ့ရဲ့ခြင်း အကြောင်းကို ထာဝရ ဘုရားသည် ပယ်ရှင်း ခြင်းငှာငါ့ ကို ကြည့်ရှု တော်မူစဉ် တွင်၊ ဤ ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ပြု တော်မူပြီဟုဆို လျက် ၊ ငါး လ ပတ်လုံးအိမ်တွင်း၌အောင်း၍ နေလေ ၏။
This wyse hath God dealte wt me in ye dayes when he loked on me to take from me the rebuke yt I suffred amonge men.
26 ၂၆ ငါးလ လွန် သောအခါ ၊ ဂါလိလဲ ပြည် နာဇရက် မြို့၌ ဒါဝိဒ် အမျိုးသား ၊ ယောသပ် အမည် ရှိသောလူ နှင့် ထိမ်းမြားဆောင်နှင်း ၍၊
And in ye. vi. moneth ye angell Gabriel was sent fro god vnto a cite of Galile named Nazareth
27 ၂၇ မရှက်တင်သေးသော သတို့သမီး ကညာဆီသို့ ဘုရားသခင် သည် ကောင်းကင်တမန် ဂါဗြေလ ကို စေလွှတ် တော်မူ၏။ သတို့သမီး ကညာကား ၊ မာရိ အမည် ရှိ၏။
to a virgin spoused to a man whose name was Ioseph of ye housse of David and ye virgins name was Mary.
28 ၂၈ ကောင်းကင်တမန်သည် ရောက်လာ လျှင် ၊ ကျေးဇူး တော်ကိုခံရသောမိန်းမ၊ သင့်အားမင်္ဂလာ ဖြစ်စေ သတည်း။ ထာဝရ ဘုရားသည် သင် နှင့်အတူ ရှိတော်မူ၏။ သင်သည် မိန်းမတကာတို့ ထက်မြတ်စွာသော မင်္ဂလာရှိသည်ဟု ပြောဆို ၏။
And ye angell went in vnto her and sayde: Hayle full of grace ye Lorde is with ye: blessed arte thou amonge wemen.
29 ၂၉ မာရိ သည် ထို စကားကိုကြားလျှင် စိတ် နှလုံးမငြိမ်မဝပ်ရှိ၍ ၊ ဤ နှုတ်ဆက် ခြင်းကား အဘယ်သို့ သော နှုတ်ဆက်ခြင်းဖြစ်လိမ့်မည်နည်းဟု တွေးတောဆင်ခြင် ၍နေ ၏။
When she sawe him she was abasshed at his sayinge: and cast in her mynde what maner of salutacion yt shuld be.
30 ၃၀ ကောင်းကင် တမန်ကလည်း ၊ မာရိ ၊ ကြောက်ရွံ့ ခြင်းမ ရှိနှင့်။ သင်သည် ဘုရားသခင် ရှေ့တော်၌ မျက်နှာ ရ ပြီ။
And ye angell sayde vnto her: feare not Mary: for thou hast founde grace wt god.
31 ၃၁ သင်သည် ပဋိသန္ဓေ စွဲယူ၍ သား ယောက်ျားကိုဘွားမြင် လိမ့်မည်။ ထိုသား ကို ယေရှု အမည် ဖြင့် မှည့် ရ မည်။
Loo: thou shalt coceave in thy wombe and shalt beare a sonne and shalt call his name Iesus.
32 ၃၂ ထိုသား သည်ကား၊ ကြီးမြတ် သောသူ ဖြစ် လိမ့်မည်။ အမြင့်ဆုံး သော ဘုရား၏သားတော်ဟု ခေါ်ဝေါ် သမုတ်ခြင်းကို ခံရလိမ့်မည်။ သူ့ အဘ ဒါဝိဒ် ၏ ရာဇပလ္လင် ကို ထာဝရ အရှင်သခင် သည် သူ့ အားပေး တော်မူမည်။
He shalbe greate and shalbe called the sonne of the hyest. And ye lorde God shall geve vnto him the seate of his father David
33 ၃၃ ထိုသူသည်လည်း ယာကုပ် အမျိုးအနွယ် ကို အစဉ်မပြတ် အုပ်စိုး လိမ့်မည်။ သူ ၏နိုင်ငံ သည်လည်း ဆုံး ခြင်းမ ရှိ ရဟုပြောဆို ၏။ (aiōn g165)
and he shall raygne over ye housse of Iacob forever and of his kyngdome shalbe none ende. (aiōn g165)
34 ၃၄ မာရိ ကလည်း ၊ ဤအမှုအရာ သည် အဘယ်သို့ ဖြစ် လိမ့်မည်နည်း။ အကျွန်ုပ်ယောက်ျား နှင့် မ ဆက်ဆံ ပါဟု ကောင်းကင်တမန် အား ပြန်ပြော ၏။
Then sayd Mary vnto ye angell: How shall this be seinge I knowe not a man?
35 ၃၅ ကောင်းကင် တမန်ကလည်း ၊ သန့်ရှင်း သောဝိညာဉ် တော်သည် သင် ၏အပေါ်မှာ သက်ရောက် တော်မူ၍ ၊ အမြင့်ဆုံး သောဘုရား၏တန်ခိုးအာနုဘော် တော်သည် သင့် ကိုလွှမ်းမိုး လိမ့်မည်။ ထို အကြောင်းကြောင့် ထိုသန့်ရှင်း သောသားသည် လည်း ဘုရားသခင် ၏သား တော်ဟု ခေါ်ဝေါ် သမုတ်ခြင်းကို ခံရလိမ့်မည်။
And ye angell answered and sayd vnto her: The holy goost shall come apon the and ye power of ye hyest shall over shaddowe ye. Therfore also yt holy thinge which shalbe borne shalbe called ye sonne of god.
36 ၃၆ ထိုမှတပါး ၊ အမြုံမ ဟူ၍ခေါ်ဝေါ် သောသင် ၏ အဆွေအမျိုး ဧလိရှဗက် သည် ပဋိသန္ဓေ စွဲယူ၍ ယခု ခြောက် လ အဝင်ရှိ ပြီ။
And beholde thy cosen Elizabeth she hath also conceaved a sonne in her age. And this is hyr sixte moneth though she be called barren:
for wt god can nothinge be vnpossible.
38 ၃၈ မာရိ က၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏ကျွန် မဖြစ်ပါ၏၊ ကိုယ်တော် ၏စကား အတိုင်း အကျွန်ုပ် ၌ ဖြစ် ပါစေသောဟု ဝန်ခံပြီးမှ ၊ ကောင်းကင်တမန် သည် မာရိ ထံမှ သွား လေ၏။
And Mary sayd: beholde ye honde mayden of ye lorde be it vnto me even as thou hast sayde. And the angell departed from her.
39 ၃၉ ထို အခါ မာရိ သည်ထ ၍ ၊ တောင် ကြားအရပ်၌ ရှိ သောယုဒ မြို့တစ်မြို့ သို့ အလျင်အမြန် သွား ပြီးလျှင်၊
And Mary arose in thoose dayes and went into ye mountayns wt hast into a cite of Iurie
and entred into the housse of zachary and saluted Elizabeth.
41 ၄၁ ထို နှုတ်ဆက် ခြင်းစကားကို ဧလိရှဗက် သည် ကြား စဉ် တွင် မိမိ ဝမ်း ၌ ရှိသောသူငယ် သည်ခုန် ၍ ၊ မိမိသည် သန့်ရှင်း သောဝိညာဉ် တော်နှင့် ပြည့်ဝ လျက်၊
And it fortuned as Elizabeth hearde ye salutacion of Mary the babe spronge in her belly. And Elizabeth was filled with the holy goost
42 ၄၂ သင် သည် မိန်းမ တကာတို့ ထက်မြတ်စွာသောမင်္ဂလာ ရှိ၏။ သင် ၏ဝမ်း ၌ရှိသောသူငယ် သည်လည်း မြတ်စွာသော မင်္ဂလာ ရှိ၏။
and cryed with a loude voyce and sayde: Blessed arte thou amonge wemen and blessed is the frute of thy wombe.
43 ၄၃ အကျွန်ုပ် သခင် ၏ မယ်တော် သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ဆီသို့ ကြွလာ သောကျေးဇူးကို အဘယ် အကြောင်းကြောင့် အကျွန်ုပ် ခံရပါသနည်း။
And whence hapeneth this to me that the mother of my Lorde shuld come to me?
44 ၄၄ သင် ၏နှုတ်ဆက် ခြင်းစကား သံကို အကျွန်ုပ် ကြား စဉ် တွင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ဝမ်း ထဲ၌ သူငယ် သည်ရွှင်မြူး သော စိတ်နှင့် ခုန် ၏။
For loo assone as the voyce of thy salutacion sownded in myne eares the babe sprange in my belly for ioye.
45 ၄၅ ယုံကြည် သောမိန်းမ သည်မင်္ဂလာ ရှိ၏။ အကြောင်းမူကား ၊ ထိုမိန်းမ အား ထာဝရ ဘုရားမိန့် တော်မူသောစကား သည် ပြည့်စုံ လိမ့်မည်ဟု ကြီး သောအသံ နှင့် မြွက်ဆို ၏။
And blessed arte thou that belevedst: for thoose thinges shalbe performed wich were tolde ye from the lorde.
And Mary sayde. My soule magnifieth the Lorde.
And my sprete reioyseth in god my savioure
48 ၄၈ အကြောင်းမူကား ၊ မိမိ ကျွန် မ၏နှိမ့်ချသောအဖြစ် ကိုကြည့်ရှု တော်မူပြီ။ နောင် ကာလ၌ ခပ်သိမ်း သောလူ အစဉ်အဆက်တို့သည် ငါ့ ကိုမင်္ဂလာ ရှိသောသူဟူ၍ ခေါ်ကြလိမ့်မည်။
For he hath loked on the povre degre of his honde mayde. Beholde now from hence forth shall all generacions call me blessed.
49 ၄၉ တန်ခိုး နှင့်ပြည့်စုံတော်မူသောဘုရား သည် အံ့ဘွယ် သောကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ငါ့ အားပြု တော်မူပြီ၊ ထိုဘုရား နာမ တော်သည် ရိုသေ ဘွယ်ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။
For he that is myghty hath done to me greate thinges and holye is his name.
And his mercy is on them that feare him thorow oute all generacions.
51 ၅၁ လက်ရုံး တော်အားဖြင့် တန်ခိုး ကိုပြ တော်မူပြီ။ မာနထောင်လွှား သောသူတို့ကို ကွဲလွင့် စေတော်မူပြီ။
He sheweth strength with his arme he scattereth them that are proude in the ymaginacion of their hertes.
He putteth doune the myghty from their seates and exalteth them of lowe degre.
He filleth the hongry with good thinges: and sendeth awaye the ryche emptye.
He remenbreth mercy: and helpeth his servaunt Israel.
55 ၅၅ အာဗြဟံ မှစသောသူ ၏အမျိုးအနွယ် အား သနား ခြင်းကျေးဇူးတော်ကို အစဉ်အမြဲ ပြုခြင်းငှာသတိ ထား၍မိမိ ကျွန် ဣသရေလ ကို မစ တော်မူပြီဟုဆို ၏။ (aiōn g165)
Even as he promised to oure fathers Abraham and to his seede for ever. (aiōn g165)
And mary aboode with hyr aboute a. iii. monethes and retourned agayne to hyr awne housse.
Elizabethes tyme was come that she shuld be delyvered and she brought forth a sonne.
58 ၅၈ ထာဝရ ဘုရားသည် ထူးမြတ် သောသနား ခြင်းကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ဧလိရှဗက် အား ပြုတော်မူသည်ကို ၊ အိမ်နီးချင်း အဆွေအမျိုး တို့သည် ကြား လတ်သော်၊ သူ နှင့်အတူဝမ်းမြောက်ဝမ်းသာ ကြ၏။
And her neghboures and her cosins hearde tell how the lorde had shewed great mercy vpon her and they reioysed with her.
59 ၅၉ ရှစ် ရက်မြောက်သောနေ့ ၌ အရေဖျားလှီး ခြင်းကို သူငယ် အားပေးအံ့သောငှာလာ ကြ၍၊ အဘ ၏အမည် ဖြစ်သော ဇာခရိ အမည်ဖြင့် မှည့် သောအခါ အမိ က၊ ထိုသို့မ မှည့်ရ။
And it fortuned ye eyght daye: they cam to circumcise the chylde: and called his name zacharias after the name of his father.
How be it his mother answered and sayd: not so but he shalbe called Ihon.
And they sayd vnto hyr: Ther is none of thy kynne that is named wt this name.
And they made signes to his father how he wolde have him called.
63 ၆၃ အဘသည်လည်း သင်ပုံး ကိုတောင်း ၍ ၊ သူ ၏အမည် ကားယောဟန် ဖြစ် ၏ဟု ရေး လေသော်၊ ထိုသူ အပေါင်း တို့သည် အံ့ဩ ခြင်းရှိကြ၏။
And he axed for wrytynge tables and wroote saying: his name is Iohn. And they marvelled all.
64 ၆၄ ထိုခဏခြင်း တွင် ဇာခရိ သည်နှုတ် ဖွင့် ခြင်း၊ လျှာ လွတ်ခြင်းရှိသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ စကား အားဖြင့်ဘုရားသခင် ၏ကျေးဇူး တော်ကို ချီးမွမ်းလေ၏။
And his mouthe was opened immediatly and his tonge also and he spake lawdynge God.
65 ၆၅ အိမ်နီးချင်း ရှိသမျှ တို့သည် ကြောက်ရွံ့ ခြင်းရှိ ကြ၍ ထို အမှုအရာ များသည် ယုဒ ပြည်တောင် ကြားအရပ် တို့၌ အနှံ့အပြား ကျော်စော လေ၏။
And feare came on all the that dwelt nye vnto them. And all these sayinges were noysed abroade throughout all ye hyll coutre of Iurie
66 ၆၆ ကြား သောသူ အပေါင်း တို့သည် နှလုံး ထဲ၌ မှတ်သား ၍ ၊ ဤ သူငယ် သည် အဘယ်သို့ သောသူဖြစ် လိမ့်မည်နည်းဟုဆို ကြ၏။ ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏ လက် တော်သည်လည်း သူငယ် နှင့်အတူ ရှိ တော်မူ၏။
and all they yt herde the layde them vp in their hertes saying: What maner chylde shall this be? And the honde of ye lorde was with him.
And his father zacharias was filled with the holy goost and prophisyed sayinge:

69 ၆၉ အကြောင်းမူကား ၊ ကမ္ဘာ ဦးမှစ၍ ပေါ်ထွန်းသောမိမိ သန့်ရှင်း သောပရောဖက် တို့နှုတ် ဖြင့် ဗျာဒိတ် ထားတော်မူသည်နှင့်အညီ ၊
And hath reysed vp an horne of salvacion vnto vs in the housse of his servaunt David.
70 ၇၀ ငါ တို့ သည် ရန်သူ ဘေး နှင့် ကင်းလွတ် ၍ ဘုရားသခင့် ရှေ့ တော်၌ တသက်လုံး သန့်ရှင်း ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းပါရမီအားဖြင့် ဘုရား ဝတ်ကိုရဲရင့် စွာပြုရ သောအခွင့်ကိုပေး မည်ဟု (aiōn g165)

71 ၇၁ ငါ တို့အဘ အာဗြဟံ အား ကျိန်ဆို ခြင်းဂတိ တော်တည်းဟူသော သန့်ရှင်း သောပဋိညာဉ် တရားကို အောက်မေ့ တော်မူသဖြင့် ၎င်း၊
That we shuld be saved from oure enemies and from the hondis of all that hate vs:
To fulfill the mercy promised to oure fathers and to remember his holy covenaunt.
And to performe the oothe which he sware to oure father Adraham
for to geve vs. That we delyvered oute of ye hondes of oure enemyes myght serve him with oute feare
all the dayes of oure lyfe in suche holynes and ryghtewesnes that are accept before him.
And thou chylde shalt be called the Prophet of the hyest: for thou shalt goo before the face of the lorde to prepare his wayes:
77 ၇၇ အကြောင်းမူကား ၊ ငါ တို့ဘုရားသခင် ၏ သနား တော်မူခြင်း ကျေးဇူးတော်အားဖြင့် အပြစ် ဖြေ ၍ ကယ်တင် ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်နိုင်ကြောင်းကို ဘုရားသခင် ၏လူမျိုး အား ဖော်ပြ သဖြင့်၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏ လမ်းခရီး တော် ကို ပြင်ဆင် ခြင်းငှာသင်သည် ရှေ့ တော်၌သွား ရလိမ့်မည်။
And to geve knowlege of salvacion vnto his people for the remission of synnes:
Through the tender mercy of oure God wherby the daye springe from an hye hath visited vs.
79 ၇၉ မှောင်မိုက် နှင့် သေမင်း ၏ အရိပ် ထဲ တွင်ရှိ နေသောသူ တို့၌ အလင်းပေါ်ထွန်း ၍၊ ငါ တို့အား ငြိမ်သက် ခြင်းလမ်း ကို ပြ လျက်ရှိသည်ဟု ပရောဖက် ဉာဏ်နှင့် ဟောလေ၏။
To geve light to the that sate in darcknes and in shadowe of deth and to gyde oure fete into the waye of peace.
80 ၈၀ ထိုသူငယ် သည်ကား ၊ ကြီးပွား ၍ ဉာဏ် သတ္တိ နှင့်ပြည့်စုံ၏။ ဣသရေလ လူ တို့အား မ ထင်ရှား မှီ တိုင်အောင်တော အရပ်၌ နေ လေ၏။
And the chylde grew and wexed stronge in sprete and was in wyldernes tyll the daye cam when he shuld shewe him sylfe vnto the Israhelites.
