< Bhakoloshai 2 >

For I would that all of you knew what great conflict I have for you, and for them at Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh;
2 Ngunatenda nnei nkupinga bhatagwanje ntima na bhalundananje nkupingana, bhaumanyanje utajili gowe gwa kuimanya ukoto indu ya kweli. Nkupinga bhaimanyanje kaje ya nng'iyo gwa a Nnungu, yani a Kilishitu bhayene.
That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in (agape) love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ;
In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.
4 Bhai, ngunakummalanjilanga genega, nkupinga mundu jojowe ananntembanje kwa malobhe ga unami, nkali ganonye.
And this I say, lest any man should beguile you with enticing words.
For though I be absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in the (pneuma) spirit, rejoicing and beholding your order, and the steadfastness of your faith in Christ.
6 Bhai, shimwaaposhelenje a Yeshu Kilishitu kubha Bhakulungwa bhenunji, bhai ntamangananje nneyo peyo nkulundana nabho.
As all of you have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk all of you in him:
7 Ntamangananje ukoto nkulundana na bhenebho na shengwa panani jabho, na kwiishimilika nngulupai malinga shinnjigenywenje, na mpundanje kutenda eja.
Rooted and built up in him, and established in the faith, as all of you have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.
8 Bhai mwiiteiganje, mundu anantembanje kwa lumanyio lwakwe lwa unami, lwa poshela kubhandu na majiganyo ga pa shilambolyo, gali nngabha ga a Kilishitu!
Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.
9 Pabha kukamilika kowe kwa a Nnungu, kwabhoneshe mwa a Kilishitu nshiilu shabho,
For in him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily.
10 na mmanganyanji nshipegwanga gumi gwa nng'ilimila nkulundana na bhenebho, bhali bhakulungwa bha mashili na ukulungwa gowe.
And all of you are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:
11 Nkulundana na a Kilishitu mmanganyanji nnjalwikenje, numbe nngabha kwa tagwa na bhandu, ikabheje na a Kilishitu bhayene, nkugombolwa kopoka kushiilu shangali mashili.
In whom also all of you are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:
12 Pabha, nkabhatishwanjeje mwashinkushikwanga pamo na a Kilishitu, na yuywa pamo na bhenebho kwa kulupalila mashili ga a Nnungu, bhaayushiye a Kilishitu bhakaweje.
Buried with him in baptism, wherein also all of you are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who has raised him from the dead.
Ikabheje nnaino a Nnungu bhashikumpanganga gumi pamo na a Kilishitu, nikutuleshelela yambi yetu yowe,
And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, has he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;
14 gubhaputile malobhe gajandikwe ga kutulugula, na ukumu jakwe nikujishoya jinapagwe kabhili, kwa kujikomela munshalabha.
Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;
And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
16 Kwa nneyo, bhai, mundu ananng'ukumulanje kwa ligongo lya shalya, eu ya papila, eu kwa ligongo lya shikukuu, eu ga mwei gwa ambi, eu ga lyubha lya pumulila.
Let no man therefore judge you in food, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:
17 Pabha yeneyo ni ilanda ya indu ikwiya, ikabhe shindu ukoto, ni a Kilishitu.
Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.
18 Mundu jojowe ananng'ukumulanje, alikwiitemba kwiitimalika akuno ali kwaatindibhalila ashimalaika. Mundu malinga jwenejo anakagulila agamii yakwe, alikwiitapa kwa lunda lwake lwa shigundu,
Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he has not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,
19 jwene mundujo ashikwaaleka a Kilishitu bhali ntwe gwa shiilusho. Nkulongoywa na a Kilishitu, shiilu showe shinaliywa na lundanywa pamo kwa ibhalo na minanga jakwe, penepo shiilu shinakula, malinga shibhapinga a Nnungu.
And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increases with the increase of God.
20 Bhai, ibhaga mmanganyanji mwashinkuwanganga pamo na a Kilishitu na gombolwa mmashili ga bhaatagwala bha pa shilambolyo, bhai, kwa nndi tama kabhili mbuti bhandu bha pa shilambolyo, nnibhishilwanga ibhagu?
Wherefore if all of you be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are all of you subject to ordinances,
21 “Eti nnakamulanje ashi, eu nnapayanje ashi, eu nnakwayanje ashi!”
(Touch not; taste not; handle not;
Which all are to perish with the using; ) after the commandments and doctrines of men?
Which things have indeed a (logos) show of wisdom religious outlook, and humility, and neglecting of the body: not in any honour to the satisfying of the flesh.
