मार्क 9
1 १ येशू त्या लोकांस म्हणाला, “मी तुम्हास खरे सांगतो की, येथे उभे असलेले काही असे आहेत की, ज्यांना देवाचे राज्य सामर्थ्यानिशी आलेले दिसेपर्यंत मरणाचा अनुभव येणार नाही.”
AND he said to them, Amen I say to you, There are some who are standing here, who shall not taste death, until they shall have seen the kingdom of Aloha come with power.
2 २ सहा दिवसानंतर येशूने पेत्र, याकोब आणि योहान यांना आपल्याबरोबर एका उंच डोंगरावर नेले आणि तेथे त्यांच्यासमोर त्याचे रूपांतर झाले.
And after six days Jeshu took Kipha, and Jacub, and Juchanon, and led them up to a high mountain by themselves. And he was altered before their eyes:
3 ३ त्याची वस्त्रे चमकदार, अत्यंत पांढरी शुभ्र, इतकी की तशी पृथ्वीवरील कोणत्याही परिटाला शुभ्र करता येणार नाहीत, अशी झाली होती.
and his raiment shone, and became exceeding white as the snow; as the sons of man on earth could not make white.
And there were seen with them Musha and Elia discoursing with Jeshu.
5 ५ पेत्र येशूला म्हणाला, “रब्बी, आपण येथे आहोत हे चांगले आहे. आपण तीन मंडप बनवू. एक आपणासाठी, एक मोशेसाठी व एक एलीयासाठी.”
And Kipha said to him, Rabi, it is good for us here to be: and let us make three tabernacles; for thee one, and for Musha one, and for Elia one.
But he knew not what he said, for they were in fear.
7 ७ तेव्हा एक ढग आला आणि त्याने त्यांच्यावर छाया केली आणि मेघातून एक वाणी झाली, “हा माझा प्रिय पुत्र आहे याचे तुम्ही ऐका.”
And there was the cloud, and it shadowed over them: and the voice was from the cloud, saying, This is my Son, the Beloved, him hear.
And instantly, while the disciples looked, they saw no man, but Jeshu alone with them.
9 ९ ते डोंगरावरून खाली येत असता, येशूने त्यांना आज्ञा केली की, “तुम्ही जे पाहीले आहे ते मनुष्याचा पुत्र मरण पावलेल्यातून उठेपर्यंत कोणालाही सांगू नका.”
And while they were descending from the mountain, he charged them to tell no man what they had seen, until the Son of man should have arisen from the dead.
10 १० म्हणून त्यांनीही गोष्ट त्यांच्यातच ठेवली, परंतु ते मरण पावलेल्यातून उठणे याचा अर्थ काय याविषयी आपसात चर्चा करीत होते.
And they held discourse among themselves, and inquired what was this word, when he should have arisen from among the dead.
And they asked him, saying, How then say the Sophree that Elia must come before?
12 १२ तो त्यांना म्हणाला, “होय, एलीया पहिल्याने येऊन सर्वकाही व्यवस्थितपणे करतो हे खरे आहे. परंतु मनुष्याच्या पुत्राविषयी त्याने पुष्कळ दुःखे सोसावीत व नाकारले जावे असे पवित्र शास्त्रात का लिहिले आहे?
He said to them, Elia doth come before, to restore all things; and how it is written concerning the Son of man, that much he should suffer, and be rejected.
13 १३ मी तुम्हास सांगतो, एलीया आलाच आहे आणि त्याच्याविषयी लिहिल्याप्रमाणे, त्यांना पाहिजे तसे त्यांनी त्याचे केले.”
But I tell you, Elia hath also come, and they have done to him whatever they would, as it is written concerning him.
14 १४ नंतर ते शिष्यांजवळ आले, तेव्हा त्यांना त्यांच्याभोवती मोठा लोकसमुदाय आहे आणि नियमशास्त्राचे शिक्षक त्याच्याशी वाद करत आहेत असे त्यांना दिसले.
AND when he came to his disciples, he saw with them a great crowd, and the Sophree questioning with them.
And immediately all the crowd saw him, and wondered, and ran to salute him.
And he inquired of the Sophree, What dispute you with them?
17 १७ तेव्हा समुदायातील एकाने त्यास उत्तर दिले, “गुरुजी, मी माझ्या मुलाला आपणाकडे आणले. त्यास दुष्ट आत्मा लागला असून तो बोलू शकत नाही.
And one from the company answered and said, Malphona, I had brought my son to thee, because he hath a spirit which speaketh not;
18 १८ आणि जेव्हा तो त्यास धरतो तेव्हा त्यास खाली आपटतो व तोंडाला फेस आणतो, दात चावतो व नंतर ताठ होतो. मी आपल्या शिष्यांना त्यास काढावायास सांगितले परंतु ते काढू शकले नाहीत.”
and when he seizeth him, he dasheth him, and teareth and grindeth his teeth, and he becometh dry. And I spake to thy disciples that they should cast him out, but they could not.
19 १९ येशू त्यांना म्हणाला, “हे विश्वासहीन पिढी, मी कोठवर तुमच्याबरोबर असणार? मी तुमच्याबरोबर कोठवर सहन करू? मुलाला इकडे आणा.”
Jeshu answered, and said to him, O generation that believeth not! how long shall I be with you? how long shall I tolerate you? bring him to me.
20 २० नंतर त्यांनी मुलाला येशूकडे आणले आणि जेव्हा त्या दुष्ट आत्म्याने येशूकडे पाहिले तेव्हा लगेच त्या मुलाला पिळून टाकले आणि तो जमिनीवर पडून तोंडाला फेस आणून लोळू लागला.
And they brought him unto him: and when the spirit saw him, he immediately dashed him, and he fell upon the ground; and was convulsed, and was torn.
21 २१ नंतर येशूने त्याच्या वडिलांना विचारले, “किती काळ हा असा आहे?” वडीलांनी उत्तर दिले, “बाळपणापासून हा असा आहे.
And Jeshu asked the father, How long is it from the time from which it was thus? He saith to him, Behold, from his childhood.
22 २२ पुष्कळदा ठार करण्यासाठी त्याने त्यास अग्नीत किंवा पाण्यात टाकले. जर आपल्या हातून काही होणे शक्य असेल तर आम्हावर दया करा व आम्हास मदत करा.”
And many times he casteth him into the fire, and into the waters, to destroy him: but whatever thou canst, help me, and have mercy upon me.
Jeshu saith to him, If thou canst believe, every thing can be to him who believeth.
24 २४ तेव्हा लागलेच मुलाचे वडील मोठ्याने ओरडून म्हणाले, “मी विश्वास करतो, माझा अविश्वास घालवून टाका.”
And in a moment the father of the youth cried out, weeping and saying, I am believing; help the defect of my faith.
25 २५ येशूने लोकसमुदाय त्याच्याकडे धावत येत आहे असे पाहिले तेव्हा येशू त्या दुष्ट आत्म्याला धमकावून म्हणाला, “अरे मुक्या बहिऱ्या आत्म्या, मी तुला आज्ञा करतो की, याच्यातून बाहेर नीघ आणि पुन्हा कधीही याच्यात शिरू नको.”
But when Jeshu saw the people running together, and assembling to him, he rebuked the unclean spirit, and said to him, Spirit, deaf and unspeaking! I command thee, come forth from him, and enter not into him again!
26 २६ नंतर तो ओरडून व त्यास अगदी पिळून बाहेर निघाला व मुलगा मृतासारखा झाला आणि लोकांस वाटले, तो मरण पावला.
And that devil cried greatly, and crushed him, and went forth. And he became as the dead; as that many would say, He is dead.
But Jeshu took him by the hand, and raised him.
28 २८ नंतर येशू घरात गेल्यावर त्याच्या शिष्यांनी त्यास एकांतात विचारले, “आम्ही तो अशुद्ध आत्मा का काढू शकलो नाही?”
But when Jeshu had gone into the house, his disciples inquired of him by themselves, Why could not we cast him out?
Jeshu said to them, This kind with nothing can be cast out, but by fasting and prayer.
30 ३० ते तेथून निघाले आणि गालील प्रांतातून प्रवास करीत चालले होते. हे कोणालाही कळू नये अशी येशूची इच्छा होती.
And when he had gone forth from thence, they passed into Galila: and he was not willing that any man should know of him.
31 ३१ कारण तो आपल्या शिष्यांना शिकवीत होता. तो त्यांना म्हणाला, “मनुष्याचा पुत्र विश्वासघाताने धरून मनुष्यांच्या हाती दिला जाणार आहे. ते त्यास ठार मारतील. परंतु मारला गेल्यानंतर तो तिसऱ्या दिवशी उठेल.”
And he taught his disciples, and told them, That the Son of man would be delivered into the hands of men, and they would kill him; and that when he was slain, on the third day he should arise.
But they understood not his word, and feared to ask him.
33 ३३ पुढे ते कफर्णहूमास आले. येशू घरात असता त्याने त्यांना विचारले, “वाटेत तुम्ही कशाविषयी चर्चा करीत होता?”
AND they came to Kapher-nachum: and when they had entered the house, he asked them of what they had argued in the way among themselves.
But they were silent: for they had contended in the way one with another, who should be greatest among them.
35 ३५ मग येशू खाली बसला, त्याने बाराजणांना बोलावून त्यांना म्हटले, “जर कोणाला पहिले व्हावयाचे असेल तर त्याने सर्वात शेवटला व सर्वांचा सेवक झाले पाहिजे.”
And Jeshu sat, and he called the twelve, and said to them, Whoever wills to be the first, shall be the last of all, and the servant of all.
And he took a certain child, and made him stand in the midst: and he took him upon his arms, and said to them,
37 ३७ “जो कोणी या लहान बालकाला माझ्या नावाने स्वीकारतो तो मला स्वीकारतो आणि जो कोणी मला स्वीकारतो तो केवळ माझाच स्वीकार करतो असे नाही तर ज्याने मला पाठवले त्याचाही स्वीकार करतो.”
Every one who receiveth (one who is) as this child in my name, me he receiveth: and whoever me receiveth, not me he receiveth, but Him who sent me.
38 ३८ योहान येशूला म्हणाला, “गुरुजी, आम्ही एकाला आपल्या नावाने भूते काढताना पाहिले आणि आम्ही त्यास मना केले, कारण तो आपल्यापैकी नव्हता.”
Juchanon said to him, Rabi, we saw a man casting out devils in thy name; and we forbad him, because he did not adhere to us.
39 ३९ परंतु येशू म्हणाला, “त्याला मना करू नका, कारण जो कोणी माझ्या नावाने चमत्कार करतो तो नंतर माझ्याविषयी वाईट बोलू शकणार नाही.
Jeshu saith to them, Forbid him not; for no man who doeth powerful works in my name, can soon speak of me that which is evil.
He therefore who is not against you is for you.
41 ४१ मी तुम्हास खरे सांगतो, ख्रिस्ताचे म्हणून तुम्हास जो कोणी एक प्याला पाणी देईल तो नक्कीच आपल्या प्रतिफळाला मुकणार नाही.”
For every one who shall give you only a cup of waters to drink in the name that you are of the Meshicha, Amen I say to you, He shall not lose his reward.
42 ४२ माझ्यावर विश्वास ठेवणाऱ्या या लहानातील एकाला जो कोणी देवापासून परावृत्त करील, त्याच्या गळ्यात जात्याची तळी बांधून त्यास समुद्रात फेकून देणे हे त्याच्यासाठी बरे आहे.
And every one who shall offend one of these little ones who believe in me, it had been better for him that an ass-millstone had been set to his neck, and he had been cast forth into the sea.
43 ४३ जर तुझा उजवा हात तुला पाप करण्यासाठी प्रवृत्त करीत असेल तर तो तोडून टाक. दोन हात असून नराकात न विझणाऱ्या अग्नीत जाण्यापेक्षा एक हात नसून जीवनात जाणे बरे. (Geenna g1067)
But if thy hand offend thee, cut it off: better for thee mutilated to go into life, than having two hands to go into gihana; (Geenna g1067)
44 ४४
where their worm dieth not, and their fire is not quenched.
45 ४५ आणि जर तुझा पाय तुला पाप करण्यासाठी प्रवृत्त करीत असेल तर तो काढून टाक. दोन पाय असून नरकात फेकले जावे यापेक्षा लंगडे होऊन जीवनात गेलेले बरे. (Geenna g1067)
And if thy foot offend thee, cut it off: better for thee to go into life lame, than having two feet to fall into gihana: (Geenna g1067)
46 ४६
where their worm dieth not, and their fire is not quenched.
47 ४७ जर तुझा उजवा डोळा तुला पाप करण्यासाठी प्रवृत्त करीत असेल तर तो काढून टाक. दोन डोळे असून जेथे त्यांना खाणारे किडे मरत नाहीत आणि अग्नी विझत नाही अशा नरकात फेकले जावे यापेक्षा एक डोळा असून देवाच्या राज्यात जाणे हे बरे (Geenna g1067)
And if thine eye offend thee, root it out: better for thee that with one eye thou enter the kingdom of Aloha, than having two eyes to fall into the gihana of fire: (Geenna g1067)
48 ४८
where their worm dieth not, and their fire is not quenched.
For every (thing) with fire is salted, and every victim with salt shall be salted.
50 ५० “मीठ चांगले आहे. जर मीठाने त्याचा खारटपणा घालविला तर ते पुन्हा कसे खारट कराल. तुम्ही आपणामध्ये मीठ असू द्या आणि एकमेकांबरोबर शांतीने रहा.”
Good is salt: but if the salt shall (become) insipid, how shall it be salted? Let there be in you salt, and in peace be one with another.
