1 Na ka tirohia mai a Hara e Ihowa, ka peratia me tana i korero ai, a rite tonu ki tana kupu ta Ihowa i mea ai ki a Hara.
Forsothe God visitide Sare, as he bihiyte, and fillide tho thingis, that he spak.
2 Na ka hapu a Hara, a ka whanau he tama ma Aperahama i tona koroheketanga i te wa ano i whakaritea e te Atua ki a ia.

And Abraham clepide the name of his sone, whom Sare childide to him, Ysaac.
4 A, ka waru ona ra, ka kotia e Aperahama a Ihaka, tana tama, ka peratia me ta te Atua i whakahau ai ki a ia.
And Abraham circumcidide hym in the eiyte dai, as God comaundide to him,
5 A kotahi rua nga tau o Aperahama i te whanautanga o tana tama, o Ihaka.

and God seide to hym, Be it not seyn scharp to thee on the child, and on thin handmayde; alle thingis whiche Sare seith to thee, here thou hir vois, for in Isaac seed schal be clepid to thee;
13 Na, ko te tama a te pononga wahine, ka meinga ia e ahau hei iwi, no te mea he uri ia nou.
but also I schal make the sone of the handmaid in to a greet folk, for he is thi seed.
14 Na ka maranga wawe a Aperahama i te ata, ka mau ki tetahi taro, ki tetahi taha wai, a hoatu ana e ia ki a Hakara, whakawaha ana ki tona pokohiwi, me te tamaiti hoki, a tonoa atu ana: na ka haere ia, ka kopikopiko i te koraha o Peerehepa.
And so Abraham roos eerli, and took breed, and a botel of watir, and puttide on hir schuldre, and bitook the child, and lefte hir; and whanne sche hadde go, sche yede out of the weie in the wildirnesse of Bersabee.

16 Na ka haere ia, a ka noho mai i tawhiti, me te anga nui mai ano ki a ia, he pera te matara me te taunga pere: i mea hoki ia, Kei kite ahau i te matenga o te tamaiti. Na ka noho ia me te aronui mai ki a ia, a ka puaki tona reo, ka tangi.
and sche yede awei, and sche sat euene ayens as fer as a bowe may caste; for sche seide, Y schal not se the child diynge; and sche sat ayens, and reiside hir vois, and wepte.

And God openyde hir iyen, and sche seiy a pit of watir, and sche yede, and fillide the botel, and sche yaf drynk to the child;
20 A i noho te Atua ki te tamaiti, a ka tupu ia; i noho ia i te koraha, a ka mohio ki te kopere.
and was with him, and he encresside, and dwellide in wildernesse, and he was maad a yong man an archer,
21 Na ka noho ia ki te koraha o Parana: a ka tikina atu e tona whaea he wahine mana i te whenua o Ihipa.
and dwellide in the deseert of Faran; and his modir took to him a wijf of the lond of Egipt.
22 A i taua wa ano ka korero a Apimereke raua ko Pikora, ko te rangatira o tana ope, ki a Aperahama, ka mea, Na kei a koe te Atua i nga mea katoa e mea ai koe:
In the same tyme Abymelech, and Ficol, prince of his oost, seide to Abraham, God is with thee in alle thingis whiche thou doist;
23 Tena oatitia mai te Atua ki ahau, e kore koe e teka ki ahau, ki taku tama, ki te tama ranei a taku tama; engari ka rite ki te aroha i whakaputaina e ahau ki a koe tau mahi ki ahau, ki te whenua ano hoki i noho nei koe.
therfore swere thou bi God that thou noye not me, and myn eiris, and my kynrede; but bi the mersi whych Y dide to thee, do thou to me, and to the lond in which thou lyuedist a comelyng.
24 Na ka mea a Aperahama, Ka oati ahau.
And Abraham seide, Y schal swere.
25 Na ka whakawa a Aperahama i a Apimereke mo tetahi puna wai i murua e nga tangata a Apimereke.
And he blamyde Abymelech for the pit of watir, which hise seruauntis token awey bi violence.

And Abymelech answerde, I wiste not who dide this thing, but also thou schewidist not to me, and Y herde not outakun to dai.

And so Abraham took scheep and oxun, and yaf to Abymalech, and bothe smyten a boond of pees.

30 Ka mea ia, Ko enei reme uha e whitu me tango e koe i toku ringa, kia ai enei mea hei whakaatu maku, naku i keri tenei poka.
And he seide, Thou schalt take of myn hond seuene ewe lambren, that tho be in to witnessyng to me, for Y diggide this pit.
31 Na reira i huaina ai e ia taua wahi ko Peerehepa; no raua hoki oati ki reira.
Therfor thilke place was clepid Bersabee, for euere eithir swore there;
32 Heoi whakaritea ana e raua te kawenata i Peerehepa: a ka whakatika a Apimereke raua ko Pikora, ko te rangatira o tana ope, a hoki ana ki te whenua o nga Pirihitini.
and thei maden boond of pees for the pit of an ooth.
33 Na ka whakatokia e Aperahama he rakau, he tamarihi, ki Peerehepa, a ka karanga i reira ki te ingoa o Ihowa, o te Atua ora tonu.
Forsothe Abymelech roos, and Ficol, prince of his chyualrie, and thei turneden ayen in to the lond of Palestyns. Sotheli Abraham plauntide a wode in Bersabee, and inwardli clepide there the name of euerlastinge God;
34 A ka noho a Aperahama ki te whenua o nga Pirihitini mo nga ra maha.
and he was an erthetiliere ether a comelynge of the lond of Palestynes in many dayes.
