1 Na ka korero a Ihowa ki a Mohi, Haere ki a Parao, mea atu ki a ia, Ko te kupu tenei a Ihowa, Tukua taku iwi kia haere, kia mahi ratou ki ahau.

Der HERR sprach zu Mose: Gehe hinein zu Pharao und sprich zu ihm: So sagt der HERR: Laß mein Volk, daß mir's diene!

2 A ki te kore koe e rongo ki te tuku i a ratou, na, ka patua e ahau ou rohe katoa ki te poroka.

Wo du dich des weigerst, siehe, so will ich alle deine Grenze mit Fröschen plagen,

3 A ka ngahuehue ake te poroka i te awa, ka tae ratou ki tou whare, ki tou whare moenga, ki runga hoki ki tou moenga, ki roto hoki ki te whare o ou tangata, ki runga hoki ki tou iwi, ki roto ki au oumu, ki roto hoki ki au pokepokenga paraoa:

daß der Strom soll von Fröschen wimmeln; die sollen heraufkriechen und kommen in dein Haus, in deine Kammer, auf dein Lager, auf dein Bett; auch in die Häuser deiner Knechte, unter dein Volk, in deine Backöfen und in deine Teige;

4 A e haere ake te poroka ki runga ki a koe, ki runga ki tou iwi, ki runga hoki ki ou tangata katoa.

und sollen die Frösche auf dich und auf dein Volk und auf alle deine Knechte kriechen.

5 I korero ano a Ihowa ki a Mohi, Mea atu ki a Arona, Totoro tou ringa, me tau tokotoko, ki nga wai e rere ana, ki nga awa, ki nga roto, kia haere ake ai nga poroka ki te whenua o Ihipa.

Und der HERR sprach zu Mose: Sage Aaron: Recke deine Hand aus mit deinem Stabe über die Bäche und Ströme und Seen und laß Frösche über Ägyptenland kommen.

6 A ka totoro atu te ringa o Arona ki nga wai o Ihipa; na kua puta ake te poroka, a kapi ana te whenua o Ihipa.

Und Aaron reckte seine Hand über die Wasser in Ägypten; und kamen Frösche herauf, daß Ägyptenland bedeckt ward.

7 A i peratia ano e nga tohunga ki a ratou karakia maori, a whakaputaina ake ana e ratou te poroka ki te whenua o Ihipa.

Da taten die Zauberer auch also mit ihrem Beschwören und ließen Frösche über Ägyptenland kommen.

8 Na ka karanga a Parao ki a Mohi raua ko Arona, ka mea, Inoi atu ki a Ihowa, kia tangohia e ia nga poroka i ahau, i toku iwi hoki; a ka tuku ahau i te iwi ki te mea patunga tapu ki a Ihowa.

Da forderte Pharao Mose und Aaron und sprach: Bittet den HERRN für mich, daß er die Frösche von mir und von meinem Volk nehme, so will ich das Volk lassen, daß es dem HERRN opfere.

9 Na ka mea a Mohi ki a Parao, Kia whakanuia ake koe i ahau; ahea inoi ai ahau mou, mo ou tangata, mo tou iwi hoki, kia whakakahoretia atu nga poroka i a koe, i ou whare ano hoki, kia toe ki te awa anake?

Mose sprach: Habe du die Ehre vor mir und stimme mir, wann ich für dich, für deine Knechte und für dein Volk bitten soll, daß die Frösche von dir und von deinem Hause vertrieben werden und allein im Strom bleiben.

10 A ka mea ia, Hei apopo. Na ka mea ia, Kia rite ki tau na, kia mohio ai koe kahore tetahi e rite ana ki a Ihowa, ki to matou Atua.

Er sprach: Morgen. Er sprach: Wie du gesagt hast. Auf daß du erfahrest, daß niemand ist wie der HERR, unser Gott,

11 A ka mawehe atu i a koe nga poroka, i ou whare hoki, i ou tangata, i tou iwi ano hoki; a e toe ki te awa anake.

so sollen die Frösche von dir, von deinem Hause von deinen Knechten und von deinem Volk genommen werden und allein im Strom bleiben.

12 Na ka haere atu a Mohi raua ko Arona i a Parao: a ka karanga a Mohi ki a Ihowa, mo nga poroka i whakamuia ake e ia ki a Parao.

Also ging Mose und Aaron von Pharao. Und Mose schrie zu dem HERRN der Frösche halben, wie er Pharao hatte zugesagt.

13 A peratia ana e Ihowa me ta Mohi i mea ai; na ka mate atu nga poroka i nga whare, i nga kainga, i nga mara ano hoki.

Und der HERR tat, wie Mose gesagt hatte; und die Frösche starben in den Häusern, in den Höfen und auf dem Felde.

14 A apoapohia ana e ratou, puranga atu, puranga atu: a, piro ana te whenua.

Und sie häuften sie zusammen, hie einen Haufen und da einen Haufen; und das Land stank davon.

15 Otira i te kitenga o Parao ka whai taanga manawa, ka whakapakeke ano i tona ngakau, kahore hoki i rongo ki a raua; ko ta Ihowa hoki i ki ai.

Da aber Pharao sah, daß er Luft gekriegt hatte, ward sein Herz verhärtet und hörete sie nicht, wie denn der HERR geredet hatte.

16 Na ka mea a Ihowa ki a Mohi, Mea atu ki a Arona, Totoro tau tokotoko, patua te puehu o te whenua, kia kutu ai ki te whenua katoa o Ihipa.

Und der HERR sprach zu Mose: Sage Aaron: Recke deinen Stab aus und schlag in den Staub auf Erden, daß Läuse werden in ganz Ägyptenland.

17 A pera ana raua; ko te toronga atu o te ringa o Arona me tana tokotoko, patua ana te puehu o te whenua, a ka meinga hei kutu ki te tangata, ki te kararehe; he kutu kau te puehu katoa o te oneone, i te whenua katoa o Ihipa.

Sie taten also, und Aaron reckte seine Hand aus mit seinem Stabe und schlug in den Staub auf Erden; und es wurden Läuse an den Menschen und an dem Vieh; aller Staub des Landes ward Läuse in ganz Ägyptenland.

18 A pera ana ano nga tohunga ki a ratou mahi maori, kia puta ai te kutu; kihai ia i taea e ratou; a muia ana te tangata me te kararehe e te kutu.

Die Zauberer taten auch also mit ihrem Beschwören, daß sie Läuse heraus brächten, aber sie konnten nicht. Und die Läuse waren beide an Menschen und an Vieh.

19 Na ka mea nga tohunga ki a Parao, Na te matikara o te Atua tenei: a ka whakapakeketia te ngakau o Parao, kihai hoki ia i rongo ki a raua: ko ta Ihowa hoki i ki ai.

Da sprachen die Zauberer zu Pharao: Das ist Gottes Finger. Aber das Herz Pharaos ward verstockt und hörete sie nicht, wie denn der HERR gesagt hatte.

20 Na ka mea a Ihowa ki a Mohi, Maranga wawe i te ata, e tu ki te aroaro o Parao; na, e haere ana ia ki te wai; mea atu ki a ia, Ko te kupu tenei a Ihowa, Tukua taku iwi ki te mahi ki ahau.

Und der HERR sprach zu Mose: Mache dich morgen frühe auf und tritt vor Pharao (siehe, er wird ans Wasser gehen) und sprich zu ihm: So sagt der HERR: Laß mein Volk, daß es mir diene;

21 A ki te kahore koe e tuku i taku iwi, na, ka tukua atu e ahau nga pokai namu ki a koe, ki ou tangata, ki tou iwi, ki ou whare; e ki hoki nga whare o nga Ihipiana i nga pokai namu, me te whenua e noho nei ratou.

wo nicht, siehe, so will ich allerlei Ungeziefer lassen kommen über dich, deine Knechte, dein Volk und dein Haus, daß aller Ägypter Häuser und das Feld und was drauf ist, voll Ungeziefer werden sollen.

22 A ka wehea atu e ahau i taua ra te whenua o Kohena, e noho nei taku iwi, kei whai pokai namu a reira; kia mohio ai koe ko Ihowa ahau i waenganui o te whenua.

Und will des Tages ein Besonderes tun mit dem Lande Gosen, da sich mein Volk enthält, daß kein Ungeziefer da sei, auf daß du inne werdest, daß ich der HERR bin auf Erden allenthalben.

23 Ka whakatakoto arai ano ahau ki waenganui o taku iwi, o tou iwi: ko apopo tenei tohu meatia ai.

Und will eine Erlösung setzen zwischen meinem und deinem Volk: Morgen soll das Zeichen geschehen.

24 A pera ana a Ihowa; na kua tae mai nga pokai namu, tona nanakia ra, ki te whare o Parao, ki nga whare o ana tangata, ki te whenua katoa ano hoki o Ihipa; a ngaro ana te whenua i te huihuinga namu.

Und der HERR tat also, und es kam viel Ungeziefers in Pharaos Haus, in seiner Knechte Häuser und über ganz Ägyptenland; und das Land ward verderbet von dem Ungeziefer.

25 Na ka karanga a Parao ki a Mohi raua ko Arona, ka mea, Haere, meatia he patunga tapu ki to koutou Atua, ki te whenua nei.

Da forderte Pharao Mose und Aaron und sprach: Gehet hin, opfert eurem Gott hie im Lande.

26 Na ka mea a Mohi, E kore e pai kia pena; ka patua hoki e matou ma Ihowa, ma to matou Atua, ta nga Ihipiana e morikarika ai: na, ki te patua e matou ki to ratou aroaro nga mea e morikarika ai nga Ihipiana, e kore ranei ratou e aki i a matou ki te kohatu?

Mose sprach: Das taugt nicht, daß wir also tun; denn wir würden der Ägypter Greuel opfern unserm Gott, dem HERRN; siehe, wenn wir denn der Ägypter Greuel vor ihren Augen opferten, würden sie uns nicht steinigen?

27 Ka haere matou ki te koraha, kia toru nga ra ki te ara, ka mea patunga tapu ai ki a Ihowa, ki to matou Atua, ka pera ai me tana e ako ai ki a matou.

Drei Tagereisen wollen wir gehen in die Wüste und dem HERRN, unserm Gott, opfern, wie er uns gesagt hat.

28 Na ka mea a Parao, Ka tukua koutou ki te mea patunga tapu ma Ihowa, ma to koutou Atua, ki te koraha; otiia aua e haere rawa ki tawhiti: inoi korua moku.

Pharao sprach: Ich will euch lassen, daß ihr dem HERRN, eurem Gott opfert in der Wüste; allein; daß ihr nicht ferner ziehet, und bittet für mich.

29 A ka mea a Mohi, Nana, ka mawehe atu ahau i a koe, ka inoi ahau ki a Ihowa kia turere atu nga pokai namu i a Parao, i ona tangata, i tona iwi apopo; otiia kaua a Parao e tinihanga ano, a kore ake e tuku i te iwi ki te mea patunga tapu ki a Ihowa.

Mose sprach: Siehe, wenn ich hinaus von dir komme so will ich den HERRN bitten, daß dies Ungeziefer von Pharao und seinen Knechten und von seinem Volk genommen werde, morgen des Tages; allein täusche mich nicht mehr, daß du das Volk nicht lassest, dem HERRN zu opfern.

30 Na, ka mawehe a Mohi i a Parao, a ka inoi ki a Ihowa.

Und Mose ging hinaus von Pharao und bat den HERRN.

31 A peratia ana e Ihowa me ta Mohi i mea ai; i mea ia i nga pokai namu kia rere atu i a Parao, i ona tangata, i tona iwi: kihai i toe tetahi.

Und der HERR tat, wie Mose gesagt hatte, und schaffte das Ungeziefer weg von Pharao, von seinen Knechten und von seinem Volk, daß nicht eins überblieb.

32 Na ka whakapakeke ano a Parao i tona ngakau i taua taima hoki, a kihai i tuku i te iwi.

Aber Pharao verhärtete sein Herz auch dasselbe Mal und ließ das Volk nicht.
