1 ൧ ക്രിസ്തുയേശുവിനുവേണ്ടി തടവുകാരനായ പൗലൊസും, സഹോദരനായ തിമൊഥെയൊസും, ഞങ്ങളുടെ പ്രിയനും കൂട്ടുവേലക്കാരനുമായ ഫിലേമോൻ എന്ന നിനക്കും

Paul, a prisoner of Christ Jesus, and Timothy our brother, to Philemon, our beloved fellow worker,

2 ൨ സഹോദരിയായ അപ്പിയയ്ക്കും ഞങ്ങളുടെ സഹഭടനായ അർക്കിപ്പൊസിനും നിന്റെ വീട്ടിലെ സഭയ്ക്കും എഴുതുന്നത്:

and to Apphia our sister, to Archippus, our fellow soldier, and to the church in your house:

that the fellowship of your faith may become effective, in the knowledge of every good thing which is in you in Christ.

Therefore, though I have all boldness in Christ to command you that which is appropriate,
