ലൂക്കോസ് 10
1 ൧ അതിന് ശേഷം കർത്താവ് വേറെ എഴുപത് പേരെ നിയമിച്ചു, താൻ ചെല്ലുവാനുള്ള ഓരോ പട്ടണത്തിലേക്കും സ്ഥലത്തിലേക്കും അവരെ തനിക്കുമുമ്പായി രണ്ടുപേർ വീതം അയച്ചു,
AFTER these Jeshu separated from his disciples seventy others, and sent them by two and two before his face to every place and city whither he was himself to come.
2 ൨ അവരോട് പറഞ്ഞത്: കൊയ്ത്ത് വളരെ ഉണ്ട് സത്യം; വേലക്കാരോ ചുരുക്കം; ആകയാൽ കൊയ്ത്തിന്റെ യജമാനനോടു തന്റെ കൊയ്ത്തിന് വേലക്കാരെ അയക്കേണ്ടതിന് അപേക്ഷിക്കുവിൻ.
And he said to them, The harvest is great, but the labourers (are) few; pray therefore from the Lord of the harvest to send forth labourers into his harvest.
Go; behold, I send you as sheep among wolves.
4 ൪ നിങ്ങൾ പണസഞ്ചിയും പൊക്കണവുംചെരിപ്പും എടുക്കരുത്; വഴിയിൽവെച്ച് ആരെയും വന്ദനം ചെയ്യുവാനായി നിങ്ങളുടെ സമയം കളയരുത്;
Take with you neither purses, nor bags, nor sandals, neither with the salutation (shaloma) shall you salute any man in the way.
But into whatever house you enter, first say, Peace to the house!
6 ൬ അവിടെ സമാധാനം പ്രിയപ്പെടുന്നവർ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ നിങ്ങളുടെ സമാധാനം അവരുടെ മേൽ വസിക്കും; ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ നിങ്ങളിലേക്ക് മടങ്ങിവരും.
And if a son of peace be there, your peace shall descend upon him; but if not, your peace upon you shall return.
7 ൭ അവർ തരുന്നത് തിന്നും കുടിച്ചുംകൊണ്ടു ആ വീട്ടിൽ തന്നേ താമസിക്കുക; വേലക്കാരൻ തന്റെ കൂലിക്ക് യോഗ്യനാണല്ലോ; ഒരു വീട്ടിൽനിന്ന് മറ്റൊരു വീട്ടിലേക്ക് മാറിപ്പോകരുതു.
But in that house be, eating and drinking of theirs: for worthy is the labourer of his hire. And remove not from house to house.
8 ൮ ഏത് പട്ടണത്തിൽ ചെന്നാലും അവർ നിങ്ങളെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നു എങ്കിൽ നിങ്ങളുടെ മുമ്പിൽ വെയ്ക്കുന്നത് ഭക്ഷിക്കുക.
And into whatever city you enter and they receive you, eat such things as are set to you.
And heal those who are sick, and say to them, There hath drawn nigh upon you the kingdom of Aloha.
But if any city which you enter will not receive you, go you out into the street and say,
11 ൧൧ നിങ്ങളുടെ പട്ടണത്തിൽനിന്നു ഞങ്ങളുടെ കാലിന് പറ്റിയ പൊടിയും ഞങ്ങൾ കുടഞ്ഞിട്ടുപോകുന്നു; എന്നാൽ ദൈവരാജ്യം സമീപിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു അറിഞ്ഞുകൊൾവിൻ എന്നു പറയുക.
Even the dust which cleaveth to our feet from your city we shake off against you; nevertheless know this, that hath come nigh upon you the kingdom of Aloha.
12 ൧൨ ന്യായവിധി നാളിൽ സൊദോമ്യർക്ക് ആ പട്ടണത്തേക്കാൾ സഹിക്കാൻ സാധിക്കും എന്നു ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു.
I tell you that for Sadum it shall be more tolerable in that day than for that city.
13 ൧൩ കോരസീനേ, നിനക്ക് അയ്യോ കഷ്ടം; ബേത്ത്സയിദേ, നിനക്ക് അയ്യോ കഷ്ടം; നിങ്ങളിൽ നടന്ന അത്ഭുതപ്രവൃത്തികൾ സോരിലും സീദോനിലും നടന്നിരുന്നു എങ്കിൽ അവർ പണ്ടുതന്നെ രട്ടിലുംവെണ്ണീറിലുംഇരുന്നു മാനസാന്തരപ്പെടുമായിരുന്നു.
Woe to thee, Kurazin! woe to thee, Bethtsaida! for if in Tsur and Tsaidon had been wrought the miracles which were wrought in you, now long since in sackcloth and in ashes would they have repented.
Nevertheless for Tsur and for Tsaidon it shall be more tolerable in the day of the judgment, than for you.
And thou, Kapher-nachum, which unto heaven art lifted up, unto Shiul shalt thou be abased. (Hadēs g86)
16 ൧൬ യേശു വീണ്ടും ആ എഴുപത് പേരോടു പറഞ്ഞത്: നിങ്ങളുടെ വാക്ക് കേൾക്കുന്നവൻ എന്റെ വാക്ക് കേൾക്കുന്നു; നിങ്ങളെ സ്വീകരിക്കാത്തവൻ എന്നെ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയില്ല; എന്നെ സ്വീകരിക്കാത്തവൻ എന്നെ അയച്ചവനെ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയില്ല.
He that you heareth, me heareth; and he who you rejecteth, me he rejecteth; and he who me rejecteth, he rejecteth him who sent me.
17 ൧൭ ആ എഴുപതുപേർ സന്തോഷത്തോടെ മടങ്ങിവന്നു: കർത്താവേ, നിന്റെ നാമത്തിൽ ഭൂതങ്ങളും ഞങ്ങൾക്കു കീഴടങ്ങുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു;
And the seventy whom he had sent, returned with great joy, saying to him, Our Lord, the demons also are subjected to us through thy name.
Then he said to them, I saw him, Satana, when he fell as lightning from heaven.
19 ൧൯ പാമ്പുകളെയും തേളുകളെയും ശത്രുവിന്റെ സകല ബലത്തെയും ചവിട്ടുവാൻ ഞാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്ക് അധികാരം തരുന്നു; എന്നാൽ അവ ഒന്നും നിങ്ങൾക്ക് ഒരിക്കലും ദോഷം വരുത്തുകയും ഇല്ല.
Behold, I give you power to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and all the strength of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you.
20 ൨൦ എങ്കിലും ഭൂതങ്ങൾ നിങ്ങൾക്ക് കീഴടങ്ങുന്നതിലല്ല നിങ്ങൾ സന്തോഷിക്കേണ്ടത്. നിങ്ങളുടെ പേർ സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിൽ എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നതിൽ സന്തോഷിക്കുക.
Nevertheless in this rejoice not, that the demons are subject to you; but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.
21 ൨൧ ആ സമയത്ത് യേശു പരിശുദ്ധാത്മാവിൽ ആനന്ദിച്ചു പറഞ്ഞത്: പിതാവേ, സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിനും ഭൂമിക്കും കർത്താവായുള്ളോവേ, നീ ഇവ ജ്ഞാനികൾക്കും വിവേകികൾക്കും മറച്ചുവച്ച് ശിശുക്കൾക്ക് വെളിപ്പെടുത്തിയതുകൊണ്ട് ഞാൻ നിന്നെ വാഴ്ത്തുന്നു. അതേ, പിതാവേ, ഇങ്ങനെയല്ലോ നിനക്ക് പ്രസാദം തോന്നിയത്.
In that hour Jeshu exulted in the Holy Spirit, and said, I praise thee, my Father, Lord of heaven and of earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and the intellectual, and hast revealed them unto children. Yes, my Father, for so was thy will.
22 ൨൨ എന്റെ പിതാവ് സകലവും എന്നിൽ ഭരമേല്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. പുത്രൻ ആരെന്ന് പിതാവല്ലാതെ ആരും അറിയുന്നില്ല; പിതാവ് ആരെന്ന് പുത്രനും പുത്രൻ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തിക്കൊടുക്കുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവനും അല്ലാതെ ആരും അറിയുന്നതുമില്ല.
And he turned to his disciples, and said to them, Every thing is delivered to me by my Father: and no man knoweth who the Son is but the Father; and who the Father is but the Son, and he to whom the Son willeth to reveal.
And he turned to his disciples by themselves, and said, Blessed are your eyes because they see what you see;
24 ൨൪ നിങ്ങൾ കാണുന്നതിനെ കാണ്മാൻ അനേകം പ്രവാചകന്മാരും രാജാക്കന്മാരും ആഗ്രഹിച്ചിട്ടും കണ്ടില്ല; നിങ്ങൾ കേൾക്കുന്നതിനെ കേൾക്കുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിച്ചിട്ടും കേട്ടില്ല എന്നു ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു എന്നു പ്രത്യേകം പറഞ്ഞു.
for I tell you that prophets many and kings have desired to see what you see, and have not seen, and to hear what you hear, and have not heard.
25 ൨൫ അതിനുശേഷം ഒരു ന്യായശാസ്ത്രി എഴുന്നേറ്റ്: ഗുരോ, ഞാൻ നിത്യജീവന് അവകാശി ആയിത്തീരുവാൻ എന്ത് ചെയ്യേണം എന്നു അവനെ പരീക്ഷിച്ച് ചോദിച്ചു. (aiōnios g166)
AND, behold, a certain Sophra stood up to try him, saying, Malphona, what shall I do to inherit everlasting life? (aiōnios g166)
26 ൨൬ അവൻ അവനോട്: ന്യായപ്രമാണത്തിൽ എന്ത് എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നു; നീ എങ്ങനെ വായിക്കുന്നു എന്നു ചോദിച്ചതിന്
But Jeshu said to him, In the law how is it written, how readest thou?
27 ൨൭ അവൻ: നിന്റെ ദൈവമായ കർത്താവിനെ നീ പൂർണ്ണഹൃദയത്തോടും പൂർണ്ണാത്മാവോടും പൂർണ്ണശക്തിയോടും പൂർണ്ണ മനസ്സോടുംകൂടെ സ്നേഹിക്കേണം എന്നും കൂട്ടുകാരനെ നിന്നെപ്പോലെതന്നെ സ്നേഹിക്കേണം എന്നും തന്നെ എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു.
He answered and said to him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy Aloha with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind, and thy neighbour as thyself,
Jeshu said to him, Thou hast said correctly. This do, and thou shalt live.
But he, willing to justify himself, said to him, And who is my neighbour?
30 ൩൦ യേശു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞത്: ഒരു മനുഷ്യൻ യെരൂശലേമിൽ നിന്നു യെരിഹോവിലേക്കു പോകുമ്പോൾ കള്ളന്മാർ അവനെ ആക്രമിച്ചു. അവർ അവനെ വസ്ത്രം അഴിച്ച്, മുറിവേല്പിച്ചു, അർദ്ധപ്രാണനായി വിട്ടേച്ചു പോയി.
Jeshu saith to him, A certain man went down from Urishlem to Jerichu, and fell among robbers, who stripped him and wounded him, and left him with little life subsisting in him, and went.
And a certain priest happened to go down by that way, and he saw him and passed over.
And likewise also a Levoia, being come to that place, beheld him, and passed over.
33 ൩൩ എന്നാൽ ഒരു ശമര്യക്കാരൻ അതുവഴി പോകയിൽ അവന്റെ അടുക്കൽ എത്തി. അവനെ കണ്ടിട്ട് മനസ്സലിഞ്ഞ് അരികെ ചെന്ന്.
But a man, a Shomroya, while he journeyed, came where he was, and saw him, and had compassion on him,
34 ൩൪ എണ്ണയുംവീഞ്ഞുംപകർന്നു അവന്റെ മുറിവുകളെ കെട്ടി അവനെ തന്റെ വാഹനത്തിൽ കയറ്റി വഴിയമ്പലത്തിൽ കൊണ്ടുപോയി രക്ഷിച്ചു.
and went near, and bound up his wounds, and poured in upon them wine and oil, and set him upon his ass, and brought him to the inn, and was anxious for him.
35 ൩൫ പിറ്റെ ദിവസം അവൻ പുറപ്പെടുമ്പോൾ രണ്ടു വെള്ളിക്കാശ് എടുത്തു വഴിയമ്പലക്കാരന് കൊടുത്തു: ഇവന് ആവശ്യമുള്ള ശുശ്രൂഷ ചെയ്യേണം; അധികം വല്ലതും ചെലവായാൽ ഞാൻ മടങ്ങിവരുമ്പോൾ തന്നു കൊള്ളാം എന്നു അവനോട് പറഞ്ഞു.
And on the morning of the day, he took out two dinoreen, gave to the host, and said to him, Take care of him; and if more thou layest out, when I return I will give to thee.
36 ൩൬ കള്ളന്മാരുടെ കയ്യിൽ അകപ്പെട്ടവന് ഈ മൂന്നുപേരിൽ ആർ കൂട്ടുകാരനായിത്തീർന്നു എന്നു നിനക്ക് തോന്നുന്നു?
Which therefore of these three doth it appear to thee was neighbour to him who fell into the hands of the thieves?
37 ൩൭ അവനോട് കരുണ കാണിച്ചവൻ എന്നു അവൻ പറഞ്ഞു. യേശു അവനോട് നീയും പോയി അങ്ങനെ തന്നെ ചെയ്ക എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
And he said, He who had compassion on him. Jeshu saith to him, Go thou also and do likewise.
38 ൩൮ പിന്നെ അവർ യാത്രചെയ്ത് ഒരു ഗ്രാമത്തിൽ എത്തി; മാർത്താ എന്നു പേരുള്ള ഒരു സ്ത്രീ അവനെ വീട്ടിൽ സ്വീകരിച്ചു.
AND it was that as they went in the way, he entered into a certain village, and a woman whose name was Martha received him into her house.
39 ൩൯ അവൾക്ക് മറിയ എന്ന ഒരു സഹോദരി ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. അവൾ കർത്താവിന്റെ കാൽക്കൽ ഇരുന്നു അവന്റെ വചനം കേട്ടുകൊണ്ടിരുന്നു.
And she had a sister whose name was Mariam, and she came, sat at the feet of our Lord, and heard his words.
40 ൪൦ മാർത്തയോ ജോലി ചെയ്തു തളർന്നിട്ട് അടുക്കെ വന്നു: കർത്താവേ, എന്റെ സഹോദരി വീട്ടുജോലികൾ ചെയ്യുവാൻ എന്നെ തനിച്ചു വിട്ടിരിക്കുന്നതിന് അങ്ങയ്ക്ക് വിചാരമില്ലയോ? എന്നെ സഹായിക്കുവാൻ അവളോട് കല്പിച്ചാലും എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
But Martha was occupied with much serving. And she came and said to him, My Lord, carest thou not that my sister leave me alone to serve? Tell her to help me.
41 ൪൧ കർത്താവ് അവളോട്: മാർത്തയേ, മാർത്തയേ, നീ പലകാര്യങ്ങളെ പറ്റി ചിന്തിച്ച് നിന്റെ മനസ്സ് അസ്വസ്ഥമായിരിക്കുന്നു.
Jeshu answered and said to her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and disturbed about many,
42 ൪൨ എന്നാൽ അല്പമേ വേണ്ടൂ; അല്ല, ഒന്ന് മതി. മറിയ നല്ല അംശം തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു; അത് ആരും അവളോട് അപഹരിക്കുകയുമില്ല.
but (there) is the one that is needed. And Mariam the good portion hath chosen, that which shall not be taken from her.
