1 Toe nimoneñe e Ierosalaime ao o mpifehe’ ondatio, le nifanendre an-kitsapake ka ondaty ila’eo, ty haneseañe ty raik’ ami’ty folo ho mpimoneñe e Ierosa­laime an-drova miavak’ ao vaho apok’ amo rova ila’eo ty sive.
And the rulers of the people dwelt at Jerusalem: the rest of the people also cast lots, to bring one of ten to dwell in Jerusalem the holy city, and nine parts to dwell in other cities.
2 Le nitatàe’ ondaty iabio o lahilahy nanolo-batañe himoneñe e Ierosalaimeo.
And the people blessed all the men, that willingly offered themselves to dwell at Jerusalem.
3 Irezao o mpiaolo’ i borizà nimoneñe e Ierosalaimeoy, fe songa nimoneñe am-panaña’e amo rova’ Iehodao o nte-Israeleo, o mpisoroñeo naho o nte-Levio naho o mpitoroñ’ anjombao vaho o anam-pitoro’ i Selomòo.
Now these are the chief of the province that dwelt in Jerusalem: but in the cities of Judah dwelt every one in his possession in their cities, to know, Israel, the priests, and the Levites, and the Nethinims, and the children of Solomon's servants.
4 E Ierosalaime ao ty nimoneña’ ty ila’ o nte-Levio naho o ana’ i Beniamineo. Amo ana’ Iehodao: i Ataià, ana’ i Ozià, ana’ i Zekarià, ana’ i Amarià, ana’ i Sefatià, ana’ i Mahalalile, amo tarira’ i Peretseo;
And at Jerusalem dwelt certain of the children of Judah, and of the children of Benjamin. Of the children of Judah; Athaiah the son of Uzziah, the son of Zechariah, the son of Amariah, the son of Shephatiah, the son of Mahalaleel, of the children of Perez;
5 naho i Maaseià, ana’ i Baroke, ana’ i Kolkozè, ana’ i Kazaià, ana’ i Adaià, ana’ Ioroaribe, ana’ i Zekarià, ana’ i nte-Siloney.
And Maaseiah the son of Baruch, the son of Colhozeh, the son of Hazaiah, the son of Adaiah, the son of Joiarib, the son of Zechariah, the son of Shiloni.
6 O hene ana’ i Peretse nimo­neñe e Iero­sa­laimeo: lahilahy maozatse efa-jato-tsi-enempolo-valo’amby.
All the sons of Perez that dwelt at Jerusalem were four hundred threescore and eight valiant men.
7 Irezao o ana’ i Beniamineo: i Salò, ana’ i Mesolame, ana’ Ioede, ana’ i Pe­daià, ana’ i Kolaià, ana’ i Maaseià, ana’ Itiele, ana’ Iesaià.
And these are the sons of Benjamin; Sallu the son of Meshullam, the son of Joed, the son of Pedaiah, the son of Kolaiah, the son of Maaseiah, the son of Ithiel, the son of Jesaiah.
8 Nanonjohy aze t’i Gabay, i Salay, sivan-jato-tsi-roapolo-valo’ amby.
And after him Gabbai, Sallai, nine hundred twenty and eight.
9 Le Ioele ana’ i Zikrý ty nimpisary iareo; vaho nimpifehe faharoe’ i rovay t’Ie­hoda ana’ i Hasenoà.
And Joel the son of Zichri was their overseer: and Judah the son of Senuah was second over the city.
10 Amo mpisoroñeo: Iedaià, ana’ Ioiaribe, Iakine,
Of the priests: Jedaiah the son of Joiarib, Jachin.
11 i Seraià, ana’ i Kilkià, ana’ i Mesolame, ana’ i Tsadoke, ana’ i Meraiote, ana’ i Akitobe, mpifehen’ anjomban’ Añahare,
Seraiah the son of Hilkiah, the son of Meshullam, the son of Zadok, the son of Meraioth, the son of Ahitub, was the ruler of the house of God.
12 le o rahalahi’ iareo mpitoloñe amy anjombaio: valon-jato-tsi-roapolo-ro’amby; naho Adaià, ana’ Ierokame, ana’ i Pelalià, ana’ i Amtsý, ana’ i Zekarià, ana’ i Paskore, ana’ i Malkiià,
And their brethren that did the work of the house were eight hundred twenty and two: and Adaiah the son of Jeroham, the son of Pelaliah, the son of Amzi, the son of Zechariah, the son of Pashur, the son of Malchiah.

And his brethren, chief of the fathers, two hundred forty and two: and Amashai the son of Azareel, the son of Ahasai, the son of Meshillemoth, the son of Immer,
14 naho o rahalahi’e, lahindefo-maozatseo, zato-tsi-roapolo-valo’ amby, nisaria’ i Zabdiele ana’ o Hagadoleo.
And their brethren, mighty men of valour, an hundred twenty and eight: and their overseer was Zabdiel, the son of one of the great men.
15 Le amo nte-Levio: i Semaià, ana’ i Kasobe, ana’ i Azrikame, ana’ i Kasabià, ana’ i Boný;
Also of the Levites: Shemaiah the son of Hashub, the son of Azrikam, the son of Hashabiah, the son of Bunni;
16 naho i Sabetay naho Ioza­bade, amo mpiaolo nte-Levy mpisary o raha alafe’ i anjomban’Añahareio;
And Shabbethai and Jozabad, of the chief of the Levites, had the oversight of the outward business of the house of God.
17 naho i Matanià, ana’ i Mikà, ana’ i Zabdý, ana’ i Asafe mpiaolo, namototse ty fañandriañañe am-pitalahoañe naho i Bakbokià, ty faharoe amo rahalahi’eo; naho i Abdà, ana’ i Samoà, ana’ i Galale, ana’ Iedotone.
And Mattaniah the son of Micha, the son of Zabdi, the son of Asaph, was the principal to begin the thanksgiving in prayer: and Bakbukiah the second among his brethren, and Abda the son of Shammua, the son of Galal, the son of Jeduthun.
18 Le o nte-Levy an-drova masiñeo: niroan-jato-tsi-valom-polo-efats’ amby.
All the Levites in the holy city were two hundred fourscore and four.
19 Le o mpañambeñeo, i Akobe, i Talmone naho o rahalahi’e mpigari-lalambeio: zato-tsi-fitompolo-ro’amby.
Moreover the porters, Akkub, Talmon, and their brethren that kept the gates, were an hundred seventy and two.
20 Le o sisa’ Israeleo, amo mpisoroñeo, amo nte-Levio, ze hene an-drova’ Iehoda añe, sindre am-panaña’e ao.
And the residue of Israel, of the priests, and the Levites, were in all the cities of Judah, every one in his inheritance.
21 Fe nimoneñe e Ofele ao o mpitoroñ’ anjombao; i Tsikà naho i Gispà ty nimpisary o mpitoroñ’ anjombao.
But the Nethinims dwelt in Ophel: and Ziha and Gispa were over the Nethinims.
22 Le ty nimpisari’ o nte-Levy e Ierosalaimeo t’i Ozý ana’ i Baný, ana’ i Kasabià, ana’ i Matanià, ana’ i Mika, amo ana’ i Asafeo, songa mpisabo mitoloñe añ’ anjomban’ Añaharey,
The overseer also of the Levites at Jerusalem was Uzzi the son of Bani, the son of Hashabiah, the son of Mattaniah, the son of Micha. Of the sons of Asaph, the singers were over the business of the house of God.
23 fa am’iereo ty lili’ i mpanjakay, ty fanohanañe o mpisaboo, ze ipaiañe boak’ andro.
For it was the king's commandment concerning them, that a certain portion should be for the singers, due for every day.
24 Naho i Petakià, ana’ i Mesezabele, ana’ i Zerà, ana’ Iehodà ty tam-pità i mpanjakay ty amy ze nioza am’ ondatio.
And Pethahiah the son of Meshezabeel, of the children of Zerah the son of Judah, was at the king's hand in all matters concerning the people.
25 Le o tanàñe reketse teteke nimoneña’ ty ila’ o ana’ Ieho­daoo, e Kiriate-arba naho o tanà’eo naho e Dibone naho o tanà’eo vaho e Ie­kabe-zeele naho o tanà’eo;
And for the villages, with their fields, some of the children of Judah dwelt at Kirjatharba, and in the villages thereof, and at Dibon, and in the villages thereof, and at Jekabzeel, and in the villages thereof,
26 le e Iehosoa naho e Moladà vaho e Bete-pelete;
And at Jeshua, and at Moladah, and at Bethphelet,
27 naho e Katsare-saole naho e Beer-sevà rekets’ o tanà’eo
And at Hazarshual, and at Beersheba, and in the villages thereof,
28 naho e Tsiklage naho e Mekonà rekets’ o tanà’eo;
And at Ziklag, and at Mekonah, and in the villages thereof,
29 naho e En-drimone naho e Tsorà naho e Iarmote;
And at Enrimmon, and at Zareah, and at Jarmuth,
30 e Zanoake, e Adolame naho o tanà’eo, e Lakise rekets’ o tete’ iareoo, e Azekà rekets’ o tanà’eo. Aa le nitobe mifototse e Beer-Sevà eo pak’ am-bavatane’ i Hinome eo iereo.
Zanoah, Adullam, and in their villages, at Lachish, and the fields thereof, at Azekah, and in the villages thereof. And they dwelt from Beersheba unto the valley of Hinnom.
31 Le o ana’ i Beniamineo mifototse e Gibà, le e Mikmase naho e Aiià naho e Betele rekets’ o tanà’eo;
The children also of Benjamin from Geba dwelt at Michmash, and Aija, and Bethel, and in their villages.
32 e Anatote, e Nobe, e Ananià;
And at Anathoth, Nob, Ananiah,
33 e Kàtsore, e Ramà, e Gitaime;
Hazor, Ramah, Gittaim,
34 e Kadide, e Tseboime, e Nebalate;
Hadid, Zeboim, Neballat,
35 e Lode naho e Ono naho am-bavatane’ o mpandrafitseo.
Lod, and Ono, the valley of craftsmen.
36 Le o nte-Levio; nampireketeñe amy Beniamine o firimboña’ Iehoda ila’eo.
And of the Levites were divisions in Judah, and in Benjamin.
