< Lioka 10 >

1 Ary nony afaka izany, ny Tompo nanendry olona hafa koa, dia fito-polo lahy, ka naniraka azy tsiroaroa hialoha Azy any amin’ ny tanàna sy ny tany rehetra izay efa halehany.
Then, after these things, the Lord also designated another seventy-two. And he sent them in pairs before his face, into every city and place where he was to arrive.
2 Ary hoy Izy taminy: Be ny vokatra, fa ny mpiasa no vitsy; koa amin’ izany mangataha amin’ ny Tompon’ ny vokatra mba hampandehanany mpiasa hamory ny vokatra.
And he said to them: “Certainly the harvest is great, but the workers are few. Therefore, ask the Lord of the harvest to send workers into his harvest.
3 Mandehana; indro, Izaho maniraka anareo tahaka ny zanak’ ondry eo ampovoan’ ny amboadia.
Go forth. Behold, I send you out like lambs among wolves.
4 Aza mitondra kitapom-bola, na kitapom-batsy, na kapa; ary aza miarahaba olona akory eny an-dalana.
Do not choose to carry a purse, nor provisions, nor shoes; and you shall greet no one along the way.
5 Ary izay trano idiranareo, dia lazao aloha hoe: Fiadanana ho amin’ ity trano ity.
Into whatever house you will have entered, first say, ‘Peace to this house.’
6 Ary raha misy zanaky ny fiadanana ao, dia hitoetra ao aminy ny fiadanana tononinareo; fa raha tsy izany, dia hiverina ho aminareo ihany izany.
And if a son of peace is there, your peace will rest upon him. But if not, it will return to you.
7 Ary mitoera ao amin’ izany trano izany, ka mihinàna sy misotroa izay zavatra omeny; fa ny mpiasa miendrika hahazo ny karamany. Aza mifindrafindra trano.
And remain in the same house, eating and drinking the things that are with them. For the worker is worthy of his pay. Do not choose to pass from house to house.
8 Ary izay tanàna iakaranareo, ka mandray anareo ny olona, dia hano izay zavatra aroso eo anoloanareo.
And into whatever city you have entered and they have received you, eat what they set before you.
9 Ary sitrano izay marary ao, ka lazao amin’ ny olona hoe: Efa mby akaiky anareo ny fanjakan’ Andriamanitra.
And cure the sick who are in that place, and proclaim to them, ‘The kingdom of God has drawn near to you.’
10 Fa izay tanàna iakaranareo, ka tsy mandray anareo kosa ny olona, dia mankanesa eo amin’ ny lalambe, ka lazao hoe:
But into whatever city you have entered and they have not received you, going out into its main streets, say:
11 Ny vovoky ny tanànanareo aza, izay miraikitra amin’ ny tongotray, dia fafànay hiampanga anareo; nefa aoka ho fantatrareo fa efa mby akaiky anareo ny fanjakan’ Andriamanitra.
‘Even the dust which clings to us from your city, we wipe away against you. Yet know this: the kingdom of God has drawn near.’
12 Lazaiko aminareo fa ho moramora kokoa ny ho amin’ i Sodoma amin’ izany andro izany noho ny ho amin’ izany tanàna izany.
I say to you, that in that day, Sodom will be forgiven more than that city will be.
13 Lozanao, ry Korazina! lozanao, ry Betsaida! fa raha mba tany Tyro sy Sidona no natao ny asa lehibe izay natao teo aminareo, dia ho nibebaka ela izy ka nitafy lamba fisaonana sy nipetraka amin’ ny lavenona.
Woe to you, Chorazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! For if the miracles that have been wrought in you, had been wrought in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago, sitting in haircloth and ashes.
14 Fa ho moramora kokoa ny ho amin’ i Tyro sy Sidona amin’ ny andro fitsarana noho ny ho aminareo.
Yet truly, Tyre and Sidon will be forgiven more in the judgment than you will be.
15 Ary ianao, ry Kapernaomy, hasandratra hatrany an-danitra va ianao? Haetry hatrany amin’ ny fiainan-tsi-hita ianao. (Hadēs g86)
And as for you, Capernaum, who would be exalted even up to Heaven: you shall be submerged into Hell. (Hadēs g86)
16 Izay mihaino anareo dia mihaino Ahy; ary izay mandà anareo dia mandà Ahy; ary izay mandà Ahy dia mandà Izay naniraka Ahy.
Whoever hears you, hears me. And whoever despises you, despises me. And whoever despises me, despises him who sent me.”
17 Ary ny fito-polo lahy niverina tamin’ ny fifaliana ka nanao hoe: Tompo ô, na dia ny demonia aza dia manaiky anay noho ny anaranao.
Then the seventy-two returned with gladness, saying, “Lord, even the demons are subject to us, in your name.”
18 Fa hoy Jesosy taminy: Izaho nahita an’ i Satana latsaka avy tany an-danitra tahaka ny varatra.
And he said to them: “I was watching as Satan fell like lightning from heaven.
19 Indro, efa nomeko fahefana hanitsaka menarana sy maingoka sy handresy ny hery rehetra ananan’ ny fahavalo ianareo, ka tsy hisy hampaninona anareo akory.
Behold, I have given you authority to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and upon all the powers of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you.
20 Kanefa aza mifaly ianareo, satria manaiky anareo ny fanahy; fa mifalia, satria voasoratra any an-danitra ny anaranareo.
Yet truly, do not choose to rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you; but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.”
21 Ary tamin’ izany ora izany dia ravoravo tamin’ ny Fanahy Masìna Jesosy ka nanao hoe: Midera Anao Aho, Raiko ô, Tompon’ ny lanitra sy ny tany, fa efa nafeninao tamin’ ny hendry sy ny manan-tsaina izany ka nasehonao tamin’ ny zaza madinika; eny, Raiko, fa izany no sitrakao.
In the same hour, he exulted in the Holy Spirit, and he said: “I confess to you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and the prudent, and have revealed them to little ones. It is so, Father, because this way was pleasing before you.
22 Ny zavatra rehetra dia efa natolotry ny Raiko Ahy; ary tsy misy mahalala ny Zanaka afa-tsy ny Ray, ary ny Ray afa-tsy ny Zanaka sy izay tian’ ny Zanaka hanehoana Azy.
All things have been delivered to me by my Father. And no one knows who the Son is, except the Father, and who the Father is, except the Son, and those to whom the Son has chosen to reveal him.”
23 Ary nitodika tamin’ ny mpianany Izy, dia nilaza taminy manokana hoe: Sambatra ny maso mahita izay hitanareo.
And turning to his disciples, he said: “Blessed are the eyes that see what you see.
24 Fa lazaiko aminareo fa mpaminany sy mpanjaka maro no naniry hahita izay hitanareo, fa tsy nahita, ary naniry nahare izay renareo, fa tsy nahare.
For I say to you, that many prophets and kings wanted to see the things that you see, and they did not see them, and to hear the things that you hear, and they did not hear them.”
25 Ary, indro, nisy mpahay lalàna anankiray nitsangana ka naka fanahy an’ i Jesosy hoe: Mpampianatra ô, inona no hataoko handovako fiainana mandrakizay? (aiōnios g166)
And behold, a certain expert in the law rose up, testing him and saying, “Teacher, what must I do to possess eternal life?” (aiōnios g166)
26 Ary hoy Izy taminy: Inona no voasoratra ao amin’ ny lalàna? Manao ahoana no famakinao azy?
But he said to him: “What is written in the law? How do you read it?”
27 Ary izy namaly ka nanao hoe: Tiava an’ i Jehovah Andriamanitrao amin’ ny fonao rehetra sy ny fanahinao rehetra sy ny herinao rehetra ary ny sainao rehetra; ary, Tiava ny namanao tahaka ny tenanao.
In response, he said: “You shall love the Lord your God from your whole heart, and from your whole soul, and from all your strength, and from all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself.”
28 Ary hoy Jesosy taminy: Marina ny navalinao; ataovy izany, dia ho velona ianao.
And he said to him: “You have answered correctly. Do this, and you will live.”
29 Fa izy ta-hanamarina ny tenany ka nanao tamin’ i Jesosy hoe: Iza ary no namako?
But since he wanted to justify himself, he said to Jesus, “And who is my neighbor?”
30 Ary Jesosy namaly ka nanao hoe: Nisy lehilahy anankiray nidina avy tany Jerosalema hankany Jeriko ka azon’ ny jiolahy, dia nendahany ny lambany, sady nokapohiny izy, dia nilaozany, rehefa saiky maty.
Then Jesus, taking this up, said: “A certain man descended from Jerusalem to Jericho, and he happened upon robbers, who now also plundered him. And inflicting him with wounds, they went away, leaving him behind, half-alive.
31 Ary sendra nisy mpisorona anankiray nidina tamin’ izany lalana izany; ary raha nahita an-dralehilahy izy, dia nandalo azy.
And it happened that a certain priest was descending along the same way. And seeing him, he passed by.
32 Ary toy izany koa ny Levita anankiray, izay tonga teo, dia nahita azy, nefa nandalo koa.
And similarly a Levite, when he was near the place, also saw him, and he passed by.
33 Fa nisy kosa Samaritana anankiray nandeha tamin’ ny nalehany ka tonga teo aminy, ary nony nahita azy, dia onena.
But a certain Samaritan, being on a journey, came near him. And seeing him, he was moved by mercy.
34 Dia nanatona izy, ka nofeheziny ny feriny, sady nasiany diloilo sy divay; dia nampitaingeniny tamin’ ny bibiny izy, ka nentiny ho any amin’ ny tranom-bahiny, dia notsaboiny.
And approaching him, he bound up his wounds, pouring oil and wine on them. And setting him on his pack animal, he brought him to an inn, and he took care of him.
35 Ary nony ampitson’ iny, dia naka denaria roa izy, ka nomeny ny tompon’ ny tranom-bahiny, sady nanao taminy hoe: Tsaboy izy; ary na hoatrinona na hoatrinona no laninao mihoatra noho ireto dia honerako, rehefa miverina aho.
And the next day, he took out two denarii, and he gave them to the proprietor, and he said: ‘Take care of him. And whatever extra you will have spent, I will repay to you at my return.’
36 Iza moa amin’ izy telo lahy no ataonao ho naman’ ilay azon’ ny jiolahy?
Which of these three, does it seem to you, was a neighbor to him who fell among the robbers?”
37 Ary hoy izy: Ilay niantra azy. Dia hoy Jesosy taminy: Mandehana ianao, ka mba manaova toy izany koa.
Then he said, “The one who acted with mercy toward him.” And Jesus said to him, “Go, and act similarly.”
38 Ary raha nandeha izy ireo, dia niditra teo amin’ ny vohitra anankiray Jesosy; ary nisy vehivavy anankiray atao hoe Marta nampiantrano Azy ho ao an-tranony.
Now it happened that, while they were traveling, he entered into a certain town. And a certain woman, named Martha, received him into her home.
39 Ary izy nanana rahavavy atao hoe Maria, izay nipetraka teo anilan’ ny tongotry ny Tompo ka nihaino ny teniny.
And she had a sister, named Mary, who, while sitting beside the Lord’s feet, was listening to his word.
40 Fa Marta sahirana tamin’ ny fanompoana be; dia avy izy ka nanao hoe: Tompoko, moa tsy mampaninona Anao va ny amelan’ ny rahavaviko ahy hanompo irery? koa mba asaovy manampy ahy izy.
Now Martha was continually busying herself with serving. And she stood still and said: “Lord, is it not a concern to you that my sister has left me to serve alone? Therefore, speak to her, so that she may help me.”
41 Fa ny Tompo namaly ka nanao taminy hoe: Marta, Marta, maro ahina sy maro herehina ianao;
And the Lord responded by saying to her: “Martha, Martha, you are anxious and troubled over many things.
42 nefa zavatra iray loha no ilaina; fa Maria no efa nifidy ny anjara tsara, izay tsy halaina aminy.
And yet only one thing is necessary. Mary has chosen the best portion, and it shall not be taken away from her.”
