1 Tu autem loquere quae decent sanam doctrinam:

ܐܢܬ ܕܝܢ ܡܠܠ ܡܕܡ ܕܝܐܐ ܠܝܘܠܦܢܐ ܚܠܝܡܐ

2 Senes ut sobrii sint, pudici, prudentes, sani in fide, in dilectione, in patientia:

ܘܐܠܦ ܕܢܗܘܘܢ ܩܫܝܫܐ ܥܝܪܝܢ ܒܪܥܝܢܝܗܘܢ ܘܢܗܘܘܢ ܢܟܦܝܢ ܘܢܗܘܘܢ ܕܟܝܢ ܘܢܗܘܘܢ ܚܠܝܡܝܢ ܒܗܝܡܢܘܬܐ ܘܒܚܘܒܐ ܘܒܡܤܝܒܪܢܘܬܐ

3 Anus similiter in habitu sancto, non criminatrices, non multo vino servientes, bene docentes:

ܘܐܦ ܩܫܝܫܬܐ ܗܟܢܐ ܕܢܗܘܝܢ ܒܐܤܟܡܐ ܕܝܐܐ ܠܕܚܠܬ ܐܠܗܐ ܘܠܐ ܢܗܘܝܢ ܐܟܠܢ ܩܪܨܐ ܘܠܐ ܢܗܘܝܢ ܡܫܥܒܕܢ ܠܚܡܪܐ ܤܓܝܐܐ ܘܢܗܘܝܢ ܡܠܦܢ ܫܦܝܪܬܐ

4 ut prudentiam doceant adolescentulas, ut viros suos ament, filios suos diligant,

ܘܡܢܟܦܢ ܠܐܝܠܝܢ ܕܛܠܝܢ ܕܢܪܚܡܢ ܒܥܠܝܗܝܢ ܘܒܢܝܗܝܢ

5 prudentes, castas, sobrias, domus curam habentes, benignas, subditas viris suis, ut non blasphemetur verbum Dei.

ܘܢܗܘܝܢ ܢܟܦܢ ܘܩܕܝܫܢ ܘܢܗܘܝܢ ܝܨܦܢ ܫܦܝܪ ܕܒܬܝܗܝܢ ܘܡܫܬܥܒܕܢ ܠܒܥܠܝܗܝܢ ܕܠܐ ܐܢܫ ܢܓܕܦ ܥܠ ܡܠܬܗ ܕܐܠܗܐ

6 Iuvenes similiter hortare ut sobrii sint.

ܘܡܢ ܐܝܠܝܢ ܕܛܠܝܢ ܗܟܢܐ ܒܥܝ ܕܢܗܘܘܢ ܢܟܦܝܢ

7 In omnibus teipsum praebe exemplum bonorum operum, in doctrina, in integritate, in gravitate,

ܒܟܠܡܕܡ ܕܝܢ ܕܡܘܬܐ ܒܢܦܫܟ ܚܘܐ ܒܟܠ ܥܒܕܐ ܛܒܐ ܘܒܡܠܦܢܘܬܟ ܬܗܘܐ ܠܟ ܡܠܬܐ ܚܠܝܡܬܐ

8 verbum sanum, irreprehensibile: ut is, qui ex adverso est, vereatur, nihil habens malum dicere de nobis:

ܕܢܟܦܐ ܘܠܐ ܡܚܒܠܐ ܘܠܐ ܐܢܫ ܒܤܪ ܠܗ ܕܐܝܢܐ ܕܩܐܡ ܠܩܘܒܠܢ ܢܒܗܬ ܟܕ ܠܐ ܢܫܟܚ ܕܢܐܡܪ ܥܠܝܢ ܡܕܡ ܕܤܢܐ

9 Servos dominis suis subditos esse, in omnibus placentes, non contradicentes,

ܥܒܕܐ ܠܡܪܝܗܘܢ ܢܫܬܥܒܕܘܢ ܒܟܠܡܕܡ ܘܢܫܬܦܪܘܢ ܘܠܐ ܗܘܘ ܡܥܨܝܢ

10 non fraudantes, sed in omnibus fidem bonam ostendentes: ut doctrinam Salvatoris nostri Dei ornent in omnibus.

ܘܠܐ ܗܘܘ ܓܢܒܝܢ ܐܠܐ ܢܚܘܘܢ ܫܪܪܗܘܢ ܛܒܐ ܒܟܠܡܕܡ ܕܢܨܒܬܘܢ ܒܟܠܡܕܡ ܝܘܠܦܢܗ ܕܐܠܗܐ ܡܚܝܢܢ

11 Apparuit enim gratia Dei Salvatoris nostri omnibus hominibus,

ܐܬܓܠܝܬ ܓܝܪ ܛܝܒܘܬܗ ܕܐܠܗܐ ܡܚܝܬ ܟܠ ܠܒܢܝܢܫܐ ܟܠܗܘܢ

12 erudiens nos, ut abnegantes impietatem, et saecularia desideria: sobrie, et iuste, et pie vivamus in hoc saeculo, (aiōn g165)

ܘܪܕܝܐ ܠܢ ܕܢܟܦܘܪ ܒܪܘܫܥܐ ܘܒܪܓܝܓܬܐ ܕܥܠܡܐ ܘܢܚܐ ܒܥܠܡܐ ܗܢܐ ܒܢܟܦܘܬܐ ܘܒܟܐܢܘܬܐ ܘܒܕܚܠܬ ܐܠܗܐ (aiōn g165)

13 expectantes beatam spem, et adventum gloriae magni Dei, et Salvatoris nostri Iesu Christi:

ܟܕ ܡܤܟܝܢܢ ܠܤܒܪܐ ܒܪܝܟܐ ܘܠܓܠܝܢܐ ܕܬܫܒܘܚܬܗ ܕܐܠܗܐ ܪܒܐ ܘܡܚܝܢܢ ܝܫܘܥ ܡܫܝܚܐ

14 qui dedit semetipsum pro nobis, ut nos redimeret ab omni iniquitate, et mundaret sibi populum acceptabilem, sectatorem bonorum operum.

ܕܗܘ ܝܗܒ ܢܦܫܗ ܚܠܦܝܢ ܕܢܦܪܩܢ ܡܢ ܟܠ ܥܘܠܐ ܘܢܕܟܝܢ ܠܢܦܫܗ ܥܡܐ ܚܕܬܐ ܕܚܤܡ ܒܥܒܕܐ ܛܒܐ

15 Haec loquere, et exhortare, et argue cum omni imperio. Nemo te contemnat.

ܗܠܝܢ ܡܠܠ ܘܒܥܝ ܘܟܘܢ ܒܟܠ ܦܘܩܕܢ ܘܠܐ ܐܢܫ ܢܒܤܐ ܒܟ
