1 Inge, ke kut aksuwosyeyukla tari yurin God ke sripen lulalfongi lasr, oasr misla lasr yurin God ke Leum lasr Jesus Christ.
Since we stand justified as the result of faith, let us continue to enjoy the peace we have with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
2 Ke sripen lulalfongi lasr in Christ, el pwenkutme in pulakin lungkulang lun God, su kut moul kac in pacl inge. Ouinge kut arulana engan mweyen oasr finsrak lasr lah kut ac fah ipeis ke wolana lun God!
Through him also we have had our access into this grace in which we have taken our stand, and are exulting in hope of the glory of God.
3 Kut oayapa engan ke mwe keok nu sesr, mweyen kut etu lah mwe keok uh orala muteng,
And not only so, but we are actually exulting also even in our troubles; for we know that trouble works fortitude,
4 ac ke sripen muteng lasr God El insewowo sesr, ac insewowo lal kacsr ase finsrak lasr.
and fortitude character, and character, hope -
5 Finsrak se inge ac tia aktoasrye kut, tuh God El ase lungse lal nu in kut ke Ngun Mutal, su mwe kite lal nu sesr.
a hope which never disappoints us. For through the Holy Spirit who has given to us, the "brimming river of the love of God" has overflowed in our hearts.
6 Tuh ke pacl se kut srakna munas, Christ El misa kacsr su mwet koluk, ke pacl ma God El pakiya.
For while we were still without strength, Christ died in due time for the ungodly.
7 Ma na upa se sie mwet in misa ke sie mwet suwoswos. Tuh sahp ac oasr mwet lungse in misa ke sie mwet wo.
Why, a man will hardly give his life for another, even for a righteous man, though perchance for a good man one might even take it upon himself to die.
8 Tusruktu God El akkalemye lupan lungse lal nu sesrmweyen ke pacl se kut srakna mwet koluk, Christ el misa kacsr.
But God gives proof of his love to us by the fact that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
9 Ke sripen misa lal fin sakseng, inge kut aksuwosyeyukla yurin God; na arulana kalem pac lah el ac fah molikutla liki kasrkusrak lun God!
By how much more, then, being now justified in his blood, shall we be saved through him from the wrath of God.
10 Tuh meet kut mwet lokoalok lun God, tusruktu El orala kut in mwet kawuk lal ke misa lun Wen natul. Inge ke kut mwet kawuk lun God uh, arulana kalem lah kut ac fah moliyukla ke sripen moul lun Christ!
For if, when we were God’s enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his Son, how much more, now that we are reconciled, shall we be saved in his life.
11 Ac tia ma inge mukenakut insewowo pac ke sripen ma God El oru nu sesr in Jesus Christ Leum lasr, su orala tuh kut in mwet kawuk lun God.
And not only that, but we exult in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now obtained our reconciliation.
12 Ma koluk tuku nu faclu ke mwet se, ac ma koluk lal use pac misa. Ke sripa se inge, misa ma nu sin mwet nukewa, mweyen mwet nukewa orekma koluk.
Thus, then, sin came into the world through one man, and through sin came death and so death spread to all men, because all had sinned.
13 Tuh oasr ma koluk faclu meet liki God El sang Ma Sap nu sel Moses; tusruktu yen wangin ma sap we, wangin akilenyen ma koluk we.
For prior to the Law, sin actually existed in the world, but sin was not set down to man’s account when there was no law.
Nevertheless, from Adam to Moses death reigned as king, even over those who had not sinned after the likeness of Adam’s transgression. Now Adam is a type of Him who was to come.
15 Tusruktu mwet luo inge tia oana sie, mweyen mwe kite kulang lun God tia oana ma koluk lal Adam. Pwaye lah mwet puspis misa ke sripen ma koluk lun mwet sac. Tusruktu lungkulang lun God arulana yohk liki, oayapa luman mwe kite ke kulang lal su ma nu sin mwet puspis, ma ke sripen lungkulang lun mwet se, su Jesus Christ.
But the free gift is not like the transgression; for if through the transgression of that one man the rest on men died, much more did the grace of God and the gift given in his grace in the one Man, Jesus Christ, overflow unto the rest of men.
16 Oayapa oasr ekla inmasrlon mwe sang lun God ac ma koluk lun sie mwet. Tukun ma koluk sac, nununku tuku ac fahk “Oasr mwatal.” A tukun ma koluk puspis orekla, mwe kite ke kulang lun God fahk “Wangin mwatalos!”
And it is not with the free gift as it was through the one that sinned; for the judgment came from one transgression unto condemnation; but the free gift came from many transgressions unto acquittal.
17 Pwaye lah ke sripen ma koluk lun sie mwet, misa leum fin mwet uh. Na faska lupan kutangla lun mwet su God El sang mwe kite kulang ac suwohs lal nu selos ke sripen mwet se ngia, Jesus Christ!
For if through the transgression of the one, death reigned as king through the one, much more shall those who receive the overflowing grace and gift of righteousness reign as kings in life through One, through Jesus Christ.
18 Ouinge, ke ma koluk sefanna tuh sang lusla nu sin mwet uh nukewa, in ouiya sacna orekma in aksuwos sefanna tuh aksukosokye mwet uh nukewa, ac sang moul nu selos.
It follows then, as through the transgression of one man came condemnation unto all men, even so through the act of righteousness of One came acquittal and life to all men.
19 Na oana ke mwet nukewa elos mwet koluk ke sripen seakos lun mwet sefanna, in ouiya sacna, mwet nukewa ku in aksuwosyeyuk ye mutun God ke sripen akos lun mwet se, Jesus Christ.
For just as through the disobedience of one man the rest were made sinners; even so by the obedience of One shall all the rest be made righteous.
20 Ma Sap uh ituku in pwanang orekma koluk in yokelik; tusruktu yen ma koluk uh yokelik we, lungkulang lun God yokelik liki.
Now law was brought in so that transgression might abound; but where sin abounded, grace super-abounded;
21 Ouinge, in oana ke ma koluk uh leumi mwet uh ke misa, in ouiya sac pacna, lungkulang lun God leumi kut ke El aksuwosye kut ye mutal, ac pwen kut nu ke moul ma pahtpat ke sripen Jesus Christ, Leum lasr. (aiōnios g166)
in order that as sin has ruled as king in death, so also grace might rule as king in righteousness which issues in eternal life, through Jesus Christ our Lord, - ours! (aiōnios g166)
