Hosea 13

When Ephraim spake, there was trembling: hee exalted him selfe in Israel, but he hath sinned in Baal, and is dead.
2 Elos srakna orekma koluk ke elos orala ma sruloala ke osra, ac alu nu kac — ma sruloala ke silver, lumweyukla ke nunak lun mwet, ac orekla ke poun mwet. Na elos fahk, “Orek kisa nu selos.” Fuka tuh mwet uh ngok mutun ma sruloala inge, ma orekla in luman cow mukul!
And nowe they sinne more and more, and haue made them molten images of their siluer, and idoles according to their owne vnderstanding: they were all the woorke of the craftesmen: they say one to another whiles they sacrifice a man, Let them kisse the calues.
3 Ke ma inge, mwet inge fah wanginla oana ohk ke kusrun len, ac oana aunfong su sa na in sarla ke lotutang. Elos ac oana kulun wheat ma eng uh okla liki nien kulkul wheat uh, oana kulasr liki infunyu uh.
Therefore they shall bee as the morning cloude, and as the morning dewe that passeth away, as the chaffe that is driuen with a whirlewind out of the floore, and as the smoke that goeth out of the chimney.
4 LEUM GOD El fahk, “Nga pa LEUM GOD lowos, su pwenkowosme liki Egypt. Wangin God lowos sayuk. Nga mukena ku in molikowosla.
Yet I am the Lord thy God from the land of Egypt, and thou shalt knowe no God but me: for there is no Sauiour beside me.
5 Nga tuh karinginkowosyang yen mwesis, yen wangin kof we.
I did knowe thee in the wildernesse, in the land of drought.
6 Tuh ke kowos ilyak nu in facl mut sac, kowos kihp ac insewowo, na sifilpa fulatak insiowos ac kowos mulkinyula.
As in their pastures, so were they filled: they were filled, and their heart was exalted: therefore haue they forgotten me.
7 Ke ma inge nga fah anwuk nu suwos oana soko lion. Oana soko leopard nga ac fah mahsriki kowos sisken inkanek uh.
And I wil be vnto them as a very lyon, and as a leopard in the way of Asshur.
8 Nga fah anwuk nu suwos oana soko bear ma natu natul uh tuhlac, ac nga fah tiekowosla. Nga fah osrekowosla oana soko lion acn se na nga sun kowos we; aok oana soko kosro lemnak, nga fah srekowosi in ip srisrik.
I will meete them, as a beare that is robbed of her whelpes, and I will breake the kall of their heart, and there will I deuoure them like a lion: the wilde beast shall teare them.
9 “Mwet Israel, nga fah kunauskowosla! Na su ac ku in kasrekowos?
O Israel, one hath destroyed thee, but in me is thine helpe.

I am: where is thy King, that shoulde help thee in al thy cities? and thy iudges, of whom thou saidest, Giue me a King, and princes?
11 Ke kasrkusrak luk, nga sot tokosra uh nu suwos, ac ke nga foloyak nga eisalosla liki kowos.
I gaue thee a King in mine anger, and I tooke him away in my wrath.
12 “Ma koluk ac sutuela lun Israel oan in ma simusla, ac ma simusla inge oan in acn karinginyuk wo.
The iniquitie of Ephraim is bound vp: his sinne is hid.
13 Oasr pacl wo nu sin Israel in ku in moul, a el lalfon tiana akilen — oana sie tulik fusr su sun pacl in isusla lal, a el koflana illa liki insien nina kial.
The sorowes of a trauailing woman shall come vpon him: he is an vnwise sonne, els would he not stande still at the time, euen at the breaking forth of the children.
14 Nga fah tia molela mwet inge liki facl lun misa, ku kaingkunulos liki ku lun misa. Misa, srukak mwe lokoalok lom! Facl lun misa, srukak kunausten lom! Nga fah tia sifilpa pakomuta mwet inge. (Sheol h7585)
I wil redeeme them from the power of the graue: I will deliuer them from death: O death, I wil be thy death: O graue, I will be thy destruction: repentance is hid from mine eyes. (Sheol h7585)
15 Israel finne kap wel oana mah inima uh, nga ac supwala sie eng fol kutulap me liki yen mwesis, na unon lalos ac lufin kof lalos ac fah paola. Eng sac ac fah okla ma saok nukewa.
Though he grewe vp among his brethren, an East winde shall come, euen the winde of the Lord shall come vp from the wildernesse, and drie vp his veine, and his fountaine shalbe dryed vp: he shall spoyle the treasure of all pleasant vessels.
16 Samaria enenu in kalyeiyuk ke el tunyuna lainyu. Mwet lal uh ac fah misa ke mweun. Tulik fusr ac fah sisila nu infohk uh, ac mutan pitutu ac fah tiatla insialos.”
Samaria shalbe desolate: for she hath rebelled against her God: they shall fall by the sworde: their infants shalbe dashed in pieces, and their women with childe shalbe ript.
