Ezekiel 14
1 Kutu sin mwet kol lun Israel elos tuku nu yuruk in siyuk ke ma lungse lun LEUM GOD.
Then came certain of the elders of Israel unto me, and sat before me.
2 Na LEUM GOD El kaskas nu sik
And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
3 ac fahk, “Kom, mwet sukawil moul la, mwet inge elos sang insialos nu ke ma sruloala, ac elos lela tuh ma sruloala uh in kololos nu ke ma koluk. Ya elos nunku mu nga ac topkolos?
Son of man, these men have set up their idols in their heart, and put the stumblingblock of their iniquity before their face: should I be enquired of at all by them?
4 “Inge, kaskas nu selos ac fahk ma nga, LEUM GOD Fulatlana, fahk nu selos: Kutena mwet Israel su sang insial nu ke ma sruloala ac lela in kolol nu ke ma koluk, na tok el suk kasru sin sie mwet palu, el ac fah eis top sik — sie top ma fal nu ke pusien ma sruloala lal!
Therefore speak unto them, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Every man of the house of Israel that setteth up his idols in his heart, and putteth the stumblingblock of his iniquity before his face, and cometh to the prophet; I the LORD will answer him that cometh according to the multitude of his idols;

That I may take the house of Israel in their own heart, because they are all estranged from me through their idols.
6 “Na inge, fahkang nu sin mwet Israel ma nga, LEUM GOD Fulatlana, fahk nu selos: Kowos forma, ac fahsr liki ma sruloala srungayuk lowos.
Therefore say unto the house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Repent, and turn [yourselves] from your idols; and turn away your faces from all your abominations.
7 “Kutena pacl sie mwet Israel, ku sie mwetsac su muta Israel, ac forla likiyu ac alu nu ke ma sruloala, na tok el som siyuk kas in kasru yurin sie mwet palu, nga LEUM GOD pa ac sang top nu sel uh!
For every one of the house of Israel, or of the stranger that sojourneth in Israel, which separateth himself from me, and setteth up his idols in his heart, and putteth the stumblingblock of his iniquity before his face, and cometh to a prophet to enquire of him concerning me; I the LORD will answer him by myself:

And I will set my face against that man, and will make him a sign and a proverb, and I will cut him off from the midst of my people; and ye shall know that I [am] the LORD.
9 “Sie mwet palu fin kiapweyukla ac orala sie top sutuu, nga LEUM GOD pa oru elan fahk ma tia pwaye uh. Nga ac sisella liki un mwet Israel.
And if the prophet be deceived when he hath spoken a thing, I the LORD have deceived that prophet, and I will stretch out my hand upon him, and will destroy him from the midst of my people Israel.
10 Mwet palu sac ac mwet se ma suk kasru sel ah, ac fah kaiyuk eltal oana sie.
And they shall bear the punishment of their iniquity: the punishment of the prophet shall be even as the punishment of him that seeketh [unto him; ]
11 Nga fah oru ma inge tuh mwet Israel elos in tia sisyula, ac tia akfohkfokyalos sifacna ke orekma koluk lalos. Elos fah mwet luk sifacna, ac nga ac fah God lalos.” LEUM GOD Fulatlana pa fahk ma inge.
That the house of Israel may go no more astray from me, neither be polluted any more with all their transgressions; but that they may be my people, and I may be their God, saith the Lord GOD.
12 LEUM GOD El kaskas nu sik
The word of the LORD came again to me, saying,
13 ac fahk, “Mwet sukawil, fin oasr sie mutunfacl oru ma koluk ac tia pwaye nu sik, nga ac asroela pouk ac supwala sie pacl in sracl in uniya mwet ac kosro, oana sie.
Son of man, when the land sinneth against me by trespassing grievously, then will I stretch out mine hand upon it, and will break the staff of the bread thereof, and will send famine upon it, and will cut off man and beast from it:
14 Finne Noah, Danel, ac Job wi muta we, a moul suwoswos lalos lukun molela na moul lalos sifacna.” LEUM GOD Fulatlana pa fahk ma inge uh.
Though these three men, Noah, Daniel, and Job, were in it, they should deliver [but] their own souls by their righteousness, saith the Lord GOD.
15 “Ku sahp nga ac supwala kutu kosro lemnak in uniya mwet we ac oru facl sac in arulana sensen, na wangin mwet ku in fahsr sasla we.
If I cause noisome beasts to pass through the land, and they spoil it, so that it be desolate, that no man may pass through because of the beasts:
16 Oana ke nga LEUM GOD Fulatlana pa God moul, finne mwet tolu inge muta we, elos tia ku in molela moul lun tulik natulos, a moul na lalos sifacna. Na facl sacn ac fah sie acn mwesisla.
[Though] these three men [were] in it, [as] I live, saith the Lord GOD, they shall deliver neither sons nor daughters; they only shall be delivered, but the land shall be desolate.
17 “Ku sahp nga ac oru tuh in oasr mweun in facl sac, ac supwala kufwen mwe mweun in sukela mwet ac oayapa kosro.
Or [if] I bring a sword upon that land, and say, Sword, go through the land; so that I cut off man and beast from it:
18 Ac mwet tolu inge finne muta we — oana ke nga LEUM GOD Fulatlana pa God moul — elos ac tia ku in molela moul lun tulik natulos, a moul na lalos sifacna.
Though these three men [were] in it, [as] I live, saith the Lord GOD, they shall deliver neither sons nor daughters, but they only shall be delivered themselves.
19 “Nga fin supwala sie mas upa nu in facl sac, ac uniya mwet puspis ac kosro puspis ke sripen kasrkusrak luk,
Or [if] I send a pestilence into that land, and pour out my fury upon it in blood, to cut off from it man and beast:
20 finne Noah, Danel, ac Job muta we — oana ke nga LEUM GOD Fulatlana pa God moul — elos ac tia ku in molela moul lun tulik natulos. Moul suwoswos lalos ac molela na moul lalos sifacna.”
Though Noah, Daniel, and Job, [were] in it, [as] I live, saith the Lord GOD, they shall deliver neither son nor daughter; they shall [but] deliver their own souls by their righteousness.
21 Pa inge ma LEUM GOD Fulatlana El fahk: “Nga ac supwala mwe akkeok akosr ma upa emeet luk nu fin acn Jerusalem — mweun, sracl, kosro lemnak, ac mas — in uniya mwet ac oayapa kosro.
For thus saith the Lord GOD; How much more when I send my four sore judgments upon Jerusalem, the sword, and the famine, and the noisome beast, and the pestilence, to cut off from it man and beast?
22 Fin oasr mwet painmoulla su molela pac tulik natulos, kom in ngetang liyalos ke elos ac tuku nu yurum. Liye lupan koluk lalos, ac akilen lah pwaye fal mwe akkeok ma nga sang nu fin Jerusalem.
Yet, behold, therein shall be left a remnant that shall be brought forth, [both] sons and daughters: behold, they shall come forth unto you, and ye shall see their way and their doings: and ye shall be comforted concerning the evil that I have brought upon Jerusalem, [even] concerning all that I have brought upon it.
23 Na kom fah etu lah oasr sripa wo ke ma nukewa nga orala uh.” LEUM GOD Fulatlana El fahk ma inge.
And they shall comfort you, when ye see their ways and their doings: and ye shall know that I have not done without cause all that I have done in it, saith the Lord GOD.
