Ephesus 4
1 Ke ma inge, nga su sie mwet presin ke sripen nga kulansupu Leum, nga kwafe nu suwos tuh kowos in moulkin ouiyen moul ma fal nu ke srikasrak se ma God El oakiya ke El pangon kowos.
I summon you then, I the prisoner in the Lord, to live lives worthy of the calling to which you were called.
2 Kowos in pusisel, efal, ac mongfisrasr pacl nukewa. Akkalemye lungse lowos nu sin sie sin sie ke muteng.
With all humility and gentleness and long-suffering forbear with one another in love;
3 Kowos in moniyuk in karingin inse sefanna su Ngun el asot nu suwos, ke misla se su kaprikowosi nu sie.
and endeavor to preserve the unity of the Spirit in the bonds of peace.

There is one body and one spirit, even as also you were called in one hope of your calling.
5 Oasr Leum sefanna, lulalfongi sefanna, ac baptais sefanna;
There is one Lord, one faith, one baptism,
6 oasr God sefanna, su Papa tumun mwet nukewa, ac su leumi ma nukewa, ac El orekma in ma nukewa ac muta in ma nukewa.
one God and Father of all, who is over all, and through all, and in all.
7 Kais sie sesr eis tari mwe sang ke lungkulang, fal nu ke ma Christ el ase nu sesr.
And to each one of us was grace given according to the measure of the munificence of Christ.
8 Oana ke Ma Simusla uh fahk: “El utyak nu yen fulatlana, El us mwet sruoh puspis welul, El asang mwe sang nu sin mwet uh.”
Thus it is said, When he ascended on high, he led captivity captive and gave gifts to men.
9 Na mea kalmen “El utyak”? Kalmac pa el oatui meet nu yen loallana lun faclu.
Now surely this "he ascended" implies that he also descended into the lower part of the earth.
10 Ouinge el su oatui, el pacna pa utyak nu yen fulatlana inkusrao, tuh el fah ku in oasr yen nukewa.
He who descended is he who ascended above the highest heaven, that he might fill the universe.
11 El pacna pa “asang mwe sang nu sin mwet uh” — el sang nu sin kutu tuh elos in mwet sap, ac kutu in mwet palu, ac kutu in mwet sulkakinelik Pweng Wo, ac kutu in mwet sropo ac mwet luti.
It is he who made some men apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers,
12 El oru ma inge in akoela mwet lun God nukewa nu ke orekma lun mwet Christian in musaeak monin Christ.
in order to equip the saints for the work of serving, for the building up of the Body of Christ -
13 Ouinge kut nukewa fah ma sefannala in lulalfongi ac in etauk lasr ke Wen nutin God. Kut kwafe kut in sun moul in mwet pwaye, ac kut oayapa akwot in sun fulatan woiyen moul su oan in Christ.
till we all come in the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to the maturity of manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ.
14 Na kut fah tia sifil moul in tulik, ikwot ikme ke noa ac eng uh, oana elos su srifeyuk ke mwe luti lun mwet kutasrik su kiapwelos ac kololosla nu ke moul tafongla.
So we shall no longer be children, tossed up and down, and blown about by every wind of teaching, tricked by the craft of men in the snares of misleading error;
15 A ke kut fahkak ma pwaye in ngun lun lungse, kut in kapkapak in ouiya nukewa lun Christ, su sifa.
but holding the truth in love we shall grow up in every part into him who is our Head, even Christ.
16 Ye karinginyuk lal, kain in lah nukewa ke mano kupasreni wo, ac mano nufon sac fah sruokyukeni ke kais sie kupasr kac. Ouinge, ke kais sie lahn mano el oru ma kunal in fal, na mano nufon sac kapkapak ac musaiyukyak ke lungse.
From him the whole body (knit together and compacted by all its joints) makes continual growth of the body so as to build itself up in love, through the energy of his bounteous provision, according to the need of each several part.
17 Ke ma inge nga sensenkakin kowos inen Leum: kowos in tia sifil moul oana mwet pegan, su wangin sripen nunak lalos
This then I tell you and implore you in the Master’s name, to pass your lives no longer as the Gentiles do in the perverseness of their minds;

having their understanding darkened, alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the hardening of their hearts.
19 Wangin pulakinyen mwekin selos; elos sifacna eisalosyang nu ke lung lun ikwa, ac oru ma fohkfok nukewa ac kofla sifacna tulokinya.
These being past feeling have given themselves over to sensuality, in order to practise every form of impurity with greedy zest.
20 Tia pa ingan ma kowos luti ke Christ!
But you have not so learned Christ,
21 Kowos lohng na pwaye kacl, ac ke kowos mwet lulalfongi in el, lutiyuk kowos tari ke ma pwaye lun Jesus.
if indeed you have listened to him, and in him been taught the truth as it is in Jesus.
22 Ouinge kowos in sisla ouiyen moul matu lowos ma kowos moulkin in pacl meet — moul se su kunauskowosla ke sripen kena lowos nu ke ma kikiap.
You have learned to lay aside, with your former manner of living, the old self who was on his way to ruin, as he followed the desires which deceive;
23 Insiowos ac nunkowos enenu in arulana aksasuyeyukla,
and to be made new in the spirit of your mind,
24 ac kowos enenu in nokomang mwet sasu, su orekla in luman God, ac su fwackyuk in moul pwaye, su suwoswos ac mutal.
and to put on the new self, created after God’s likeness, in the uprightness and holiness of the truth.
25 Ke ma inge kowos in tia sifil kikiap! Kais sie mwet enenu in kaskas pwaye nu sin mwet wialos in lulalfongi, mweyen kut nukewa lahn sie sin sie in Christ.
So then put away falseness and speak every man the truth to his neighbor, for we are members one of another.
26 Kowos fin mulat, nik kowos lela mulat lowos in kolkowosla nu ke ma koluk, ac kowos in tia sruokya mulat lowos len fon se.
"Be angry and sin not"; let not the sun go down upon your anger.
27 Nikmet sang pacl lun devil.
Give the devil no place.
28 El su pisrapasr meet el enenu elan tia sifil pusr, a elan orekma tuh elan akfalye enenu lal sifacna, ac elan ku pac in kasru mwet sukasrup.
Let him who stole steal no more, but let him work, and in honest industry toil with his hands, so that he may have something to give to the needy.
29 Nikmet orekmakin kas in akkolukye mwet, a kas in kasru mukena — kain in kas ma ac musaeak ac su fal nu ke enenu, tuh ma kowos fahk uh ac fah akwoyalos su lohng.
From your lips let no evil words come forth, but such as occasion warrants, such as are good for upbuilding and give a blessing to the hearers.
30 Ac nikmet aktoasrye Ngun lun God; tuh Ngun el mwe akul lun God keiwos in akpwayeye lah Len sac ac fah tuku ke God El ac fah aksukosokyekowosla.
And grieve not the Holy Spirit of God, in whom you have been sealed for the day of redemption.
31 Sisla liki kowos lumah inge nukewa: sulung, mongsa, kasrkusrak, wowon, wenteisr, ac kutena nunak koluk lain mwet.
Banish from among you all bitterness and passion and anger and clamor and slander, as well as all malice;
32 A kowos in kulang ac mongfisrasr nu sin sie sin sie, ac kowos in nunak munas nu sin sie sin sie, oana ke God El nunak munas nu suwos ke Christ.
and be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ has forgiven you.
