It is indeed unnecessary for me to write to you concerning the service to the saints,

2 Nga etu lah kowos engan in kasru, ac nga konkin nu sin mwet Macedonia yohk keiwos. Nga fahk, “Mwet wiasr in Achaia elos nuna akola in kasru oe ke yac tari ah.” Pwar in kasru lowos inge purakak mwet puspis selos.

for I know your readiness, of which I boast on your behalf to them of Macedonia, that Achaia has been prepared for a year past. Your zeal has stirred up very many of them.

I thought it necessary therefore to entreat the brothers that they would go before to you, and arrange ahead of time the generous gift that you promised before, that the same might be ready as a matter of generosity, and not of greediness.

Remember this: he who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly. He who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.

Each person should give according as he has determined in his heart; not grudgingly, or under compulsion; for God loves a cheerful giver.

8 Ac God El ku in sot mwe insewowo nu suwos yohk liki ma kowos enenu, tuh pacl nukewa in fas ma yuruwos nu ke enenu lowos sifacna, ac oayapa in fal nu ke orekma wo nukewa saya.

And God is able to make all grace abound to you, that you, always having all sufficiency in everything, may abound to every good work.

9 Oana ke Ma Simusla uh fahk, “El sang yohk nu sin mwet enenu; Kulang lal oan ma pahtpat.” (aiōn g165)

As it is written, "He has scattered, he has given to the poor; his righteousness endures forever." (aiōn g165)

Now he who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food, will supply and multiply your seed for sowing, and increase the fruits of your righteousness;

11 El fah akkasrupye kowos in ouiya nukewa tuh kowos fah ku in sang in yohk, ac mwet puspis fah sang kulo nu sin God ke mwe sang lowos su elos eis sesr.

you being enriched in everything to all liberality, which works through us thanksgiving to God.

12 Tuh orekma in kasru se inge su kowos oru, tia mwe akfalye enenu lun mwet lun God mukena, a ac oayapa oru tuh mwet puspis saya in sang kulo lulap nu sin God.

For this service of giving that you perform not only makes up for lack among the saints, but abounds also through many thanksgivings to God;

13 Ke sripen orekma lowos inge akkalemye lupan inse pwaye lowos nu ke Wosasu lun Christ, su kowos lulalfongi, ouinge mwet puspis ac fah kakasakin God kac, oayapa ke mwe sang yohk lowos nu selos ac nu sin mwet pac saya.

seeing that through the proof given by this service, they glorify God for the obedience of your confession to the Good News of Christ, and for the liberality of your contribution to them and to all;

14 Ouinge, ke lungse yohk lalos nu suwos elos fah pre keiwos ke sripen kulang yoklana su God El akinsewowoye kowos kac.

while they themselves also, with petition on your behalf, yearn for you by reason of the exceeding grace of God in you.

15 Kulo nu sin God ke mwe kite lal su yohk liki in fahk!
