ಕೀರ್ತನೆಗಳು 89

1 ೧ ಜೇರಹ ಕುಲದವನಾದ ಏತಾನನ ಪದ್ಯ. ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನಿತ್ಯವೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಕೃಪಾತಿಶಯವನ್ನು ಹಾಡಿಹರಸುವೆನು; ನನ್ನ ಬಾಯಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಸತ್ಯವನ್ನು, ಮುಂದಣ ಸಂತಾನದವರೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ತಿಳಿಯಮಾಡುವುದು.

The lernyng of Ethan, Ezraite. I schal synge with outen ende; the mercies of the Lord. In generacioun and in to generacioun; Y schal telle thi treuthe with my mouth.

2 ೨ ನಿನ್ನ ಪ್ರೀತಿಸಂಕಲ್ಪವು ನಿತ್ಯವು ಸಿದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಬರುತ್ತಲೇ ಇರುವುದು; ಆಕಾಶದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಸತ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವಿ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

For thou seidist, With outen ende merci schal be bildid in heuenes; thi treuthe schal be maad redi in tho.

3 ೩ ನೀನು ನುಡಿದದ್ದೇನೆಂದರೆ, “ನಾನು ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡ ಸೇವಕನಾದ ದಾವೀದನ ಸಂಗಡ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಆಣೆಯಿಟ್ಟು,

I disposide a testament to my chosun men; Y swoor to Dauid, my seruaunt,

4 ೪ ‘ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂತತಿಯನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವೆನು, ತಲತಲಾಂತರಗಳಿಗೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಿಂಹಾಸನವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಿರಪಡಿಸುವೆನು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆ’” ಎಂಬುವುದೇ. (ಸೆಲಾ)

Til in to with outen ende I schal make redi thi seed. And Y schal bilde thi seete; in generacioun, and in to generacioun.

5 ೫ ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ಗಗನವು ನಿನ್ನ ಮಹತ್ತನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸುವುದು; ನಿನ್ನ ಸತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧರ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೀರ್ತಿಸುವೆನು.

Lord, heuenes schulen knouleche thi merueilis; and thi treuthe in the chirche of seyntis.

6 ೬ ಮೇಘಮಂಡಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಸಮಾನರು ಯಾರು? ದೇವದೂತರಲ್ಲಿ ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಸರಿಯಾದವರು ಯಾರು?

For who in the cloudis schal be maad euene to the Lord; schal be lijk God among the sones of God?

7 ೭ ಆತನು ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧರ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಘನ ಹೊಂದುವ ದೇವರು; ತನ್ನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪರಿವಾರದವರಿಗಿಂತ ಭಯಂಕರನು.

God, which is glorified in the counsel of seyntis; is greet, and dreedful ouere alle that ben in his cumpas.

8 ೮ ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ಸೇನಾಧೀಶ್ವರನಾದ ದೇವರೇ, ನಿನಗೆ ಸಮಾನರು ಯಾರು? ಯಾಹುವೇ, ನೀನು ಶಕ್ತನು, ಸತ್ಯತೆಯಿಂದ ಆವರಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವನು.

Lord God of vertues, who is lijk thee? Lord, thou art miyti, and thi treuthe is in thi cumpas.

9 ೯ ಸಮುದ್ರದ ಅಲ್ಲಕಲ್ಲೋಲಗಳನ್ನು ಅಧೀನದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿರುವವನು ನೀನು; ತೆರೆಗಳು ಏಳುವಾಗ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ತಡೆಯುವವನು ನೀನು.

Thou art Lord of the power of the see; forsothe thou aswagist the stiryng of the wawis therof.

10 ೧೦ ರಹಬನ್ನು ಛೇದಿಸಿ ಸಾಯಿಸಿದವನು ನೀನು; ನಿನ್ನ ಭುಜಬಲದಿಂದ ಶತ್ರುಗಳನ್ನು ಚದರಿಸಿಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಿ.

Thou madist lowe the proude, as woundid; in the arm of thi vertu thou hast scaterid thin enemyes.

11 ೧೧ ಆಕಾಶವೂ ನಿನ್ನದು, ಭೂಮಿಯೂ ನಿನ್ನದೇ; ಲೋಕವನ್ನೂ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿರುವುದೆಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿದವನು ನೀನು.

Heuenes ben thin, and erthe is thin; thou hast foundid the world, and the fulnesse therof;

12 ೧೨ ದಕ್ಷಿಣೋತ್ತರ ದಿಕ್ಕುಗಳನ್ನು ಉಂಟುಮಾಡಿದವನು ನೀನು. ತಾಬೋರ್, ಹೆರ್ಮೋನ್ ಪರ್ವತಗಳು ನಿನ್ನ ನಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಆನಂದಧ್ವನಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತವೆ.

thou madist of nouyt the north and the see. Thabor and Hermon schulen make ful out ioye in thi name;

13 ೧೩ ನಿನ್ನ ಭುಜಬಲವು ಮಹಾಬಲವುಳ್ಳದ್ದು. ನಿನ್ನ ಹಸ್ತವು ಶಕ್ತಿಯುಳ್ಳದ್ದು; ನಿನ್ನ ಬಲಗೈ ಮಹತ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತದೆ.

thin arm with power. Thin hond be maad stidefast, and thi riythond be enhaunsid;

14 ೧೪ ನೀತಿ ಮತ್ತು ನ್ಯಾಯಗಳು ನಿನ್ನ ಸಿಂಹಾಸನದ ಅಸ್ತಿವಾರವು; ನಿನ್ನ ಸಾನ್ನಿಧ್ಯದೂತರು ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸತ್ಯತೆಗಳೇ.

riytfulnesse and doom is the makyng redy of thi seete. Merci and treuthe schulen go bifore thi face;

15 ೧೫ ಉತ್ಸಾಹಧ್ವನಿಯನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದಿರುವ ಜನರು ಧನ್ಯರು; ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ಅವರು ನಿನ್ನ ಮುಖಪ್ರಕಾಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಚರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.

blessid is the puple that kan hertli song. Lord, thei schulen go in the liyt of thi cheer;

16 ೧೬ ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ನಿನ್ನ ನಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಆನಂದಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ; ನಿನ್ನ ನೀತಿಯಿಂದ ಏಳಿಗೆ ಹೊಂದುತ್ತಾರೆ.

and in thi name thei schulen make ful out ioye al dai; and thei schulen be enhaunsid in thi riytfulnesse.

17 ೧೭ ಅವರು ಹಿಗ್ಗುವ ಬಲವು ನೀನೇ. ನಿನ್ನ ಕರುಣೆಯ ಕಟಾಕ್ಷದಿಂದ ನಮ್ಮ ಕೊಂಬು ಎತ್ತಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿರುವುದು.

For thou art the glorie of the vertu of hem; and in thi good plesaunce oure horn schal be enhaunsid.

18 ೧೮ ನಮಗೆ ಗುರಾಣಿಯಂತಿರುವ ನಮ್ಮ ಅರಸನು ಯೆಹೋವನೇ; ಅವನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ಸದಮಲಸ್ವಾಮಿಯ, ಸ್ವಕೀಯನು.

For oure takyng vp is of the Lord; and of the hooli of Israel oure kyng.

19 ೧೯ ಆ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀನು ದರ್ಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಭಕ್ತರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆಂದರೆ, “ಒಬ್ಬ ಶೂರನಿಗೆ ರಕ್ಷಾಬಲವನ್ನು ಅನುಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬ ಯೌವನಸ್ಥನನ್ನು ಆರಿಸಿ ಉನ್ನತಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

Thanne thou spakist in reuelacioun to thi seyntis, and seidist, Y haue set help in the myyti; and Y haue enhaunsid the chosun man of my puple.

20 ೨೦ ನನ್ನ ಸೇವಕನಾದ ದಾವೀದನನ್ನು ಕಂಡು, ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ತೈಲದಿಂದ ಅವನನ್ನು ಅಭಿಷೇಕಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

I foond Dauid, my seruaunt; Y anoyntide hym with myn hooli oile.

21 ೨೧ ನನ್ನ ಹಸ್ತವು ಅವನ ಮೇಲೆ ಸ್ಥಿರವಾಗಿರುವುದು; ನನ್ನ ಭುಜವು ಅವನನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸುವುದು.

For myn hond schal helpe him; and myn arm schal conferme hym.

22 ೨೨ ವೈರಿಯ ಕುತಂತ್ರವು ಅವನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಗದು; ಯಾವ ಕೆಡುಕನೂ ಅವನನ್ನು ಕುಗ್ಗಿಸಲಾರನು.

The enemye schal no thing profite in him; and the sone of wickidnesse schal not `ley to, for to anoye him.

23 ೨೩ ಅವನ ವಿರೋಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅವನ ಮುಂದೆಯೇ ಜಜ್ಜಿ ಹಾಕುವೆನು; ಅವನ ದ್ವೇಷಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹತಮಾಡಿಬಿಡುವೆನು.

And Y schal sle hise enemyes fro his face; and Y schal turne in to fliyt hem that haten hym.

24 ೨೪ ಆದರೆ ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸತ್ಯತೆಗಳು ಅವನೊಡನೆ ಇರುವವು; ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿನಿಂದ ಅವನ ಕೊಂಬು ಎತ್ತಲ್ಪಡುವುದು.

And my treuthe and mercy schal be with him; and his horn schal be enhaunsid in my name.

25 ೨೫ ಸಮುದ್ರದಿಂದ ನದಿಗಳವರೆಗೂ ಅವನ ಹಸ್ತಕ್ಕೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಕೊಡುವೆನು.

And Y schal sette his hond in the see; and his riyt hoond in flodis.

26 ೨೬ ಅವನು ನನಗೆ, ‘ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯೂ, ದೇವರೂ, ಆಶ್ರಯದುರ್ಗವೂ ನೀನೇ’ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವನು.

He schal inwardli clepe me, Thou art my fadir; my God, and the vptaker of myn heelthe.

27 ೨೭ ನಾನಾದರೋ ಅವನನ್ನು ಜ್ಯೇಷ್ಠಪುತ್ರನನ್ನಾಗಿಯೂ, ಭೂರಾಜರಲ್ಲಿ ಉನ್ನತನನ್ನಾಗಿಯೂ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆನು.

And Y schal sette him the firste gendrid sone; hiyer than the kyngis of erthe.

28 ೨೮ ನನ್ನ ಕೃಪೆಯು ಅವನಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿ ಇರುವುದು; ನನ್ನ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯು ಅವನಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಿರವಾಗಿರುವುದು.

With outen ende Y schal kepe my merci to hym; and my testament feithful to him.

29 ೨೯ ಅವನ ಸಂತಾನವನ್ನು ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಉಳಿಸುವೆನು. ಅವನ ಸಿಂಹಾಸನವು ಆಕಾಶವಿರುವವರೆಗೂ ಇರುವುದು.

And Y schal sette his seed in to the world of world; and his trone as the daies of heuene.

30 ೩೦ ಅವನ ಸಂತಾನದವರು ನನ್ನ ಧರ್ಮಶಾಸ್ತ್ರವನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು, ನನ್ನ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯದೆ,

Forsothe if hise sones forsaken my lawe; and goen not in my domes.

31 ೩೧ ನನ್ನ ವಿಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮೀರಿ, ನನ್ನ ನೇಮಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸದೆ ಹೋದರೆ,

If thei maken vnhooli my riytfulnessis; and kepen not my comaundementis.

32 ೩೨ ಆಗ ನಾನು ಅವರ ದ್ರೋಹಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಬೆತ್ತದಿಂದ ಹೊಡೆಯುವೆನು; ಅವರ ಅಪರಾಧಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಪೆಟ್ಟುಕೊಡುವೆನು.

I schal visite in a yerde the wickidnessis of hem; and in betyngis the synnes of hem.

33 ೩೩ ಆದರೂ ನಾನು ಅವನಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಕೃಪೆಯನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ; ನನ್ನ ನಂಬಿಗಸ್ತಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ಜಾರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

But Y schal not scatere my mercy fro hym; and in my treuthe Y schal not anoye hym.

34 ೩೪ ನನ್ನ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಭಂಗಪಡಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ; ನನ್ನ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಬದಲಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

Nethir Y schal make vnhooli my testament; and Y schal not make voide tho thingis that comen forth of my lippis.

35 ೩೫ ನನ್ನ ಪವಿತ್ರತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಣೆಯಿಟ್ಟು ಒಂದು ಸಂಗತಿಯನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ಅದರ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ದಾವೀದನಿಗೆ ಸುಳ್ಳುಗಾರನಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

Onys Y swoor in myn hooli;

36 ೩೬ ಅದೇನೆಂದರೆ, ಅವನ ಸಂತತಿಯು ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿ ಇರುವುದು; ಅವನ ಸಿಂಹಾಸನವು ಸೂರ್ಯನಂತೆ ನನ್ನ ಎದುರಿನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು,

Y schal not lie to Dauid, his seed schal dwelle with outen ende.

37 ೩೭ ಚಂದ್ರನಂತೆ ನಿತ್ಯಕ್ಕೂ ಸ್ಥಿರವಾಗಿರುವುದು. ಪರಲೋಕದ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ ಸತ್ಯವೇ ಸರಿ.” (ಸೆಲಾ)

And his trone as sunne in my siyt, and as a perfit mone with outen ende; and a feithful witnesse in heuene.

38 ೩೮ ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ ನೀನು ನಿನ್ನ ಅಭಿಷಿಕ್ತನ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೋಪಗೊಂಡವನಾಗಿ, ಅವನನ್ನು ಅಸಹ್ಯಿಸಿ ತಳ್ಳಿಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೀ.

But thou hast put awei, and hast dispisid; and hast dilaied thi crist.

39 ೩೯ ನೀನು ನಿನ್ನ ಸೇವಕನ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಭಂಗಪಡಿಸಿ, ಅವನ ಕಿರೀಟವನ್ನು ನೆಲಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಕಿ ಅಪವಿತ್ರಮಾಡಿದ್ದೀ.

Thou hast turned awei the testament of thi seruaunt; thou madist vnhooli his seyntuarie in erthe.

40 ೪೦ ಅವನ ದೇಶದ ಮೇರೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೆಡವಿ, ಕೋಟೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಳುಮಾಡಿದ್ದೀ.

Thou distriedist alle the heggis therof; thou hast set the stidefastnesse therof drede.

41 ೪೧ ದಾರಿಗರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಅವನನ್ನು ಸುಲಿಗೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ; ಅವನು ನೆರೆಹೊರೆಯವರ ಪರಿಹಾಸ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ.

Alle men passynge bi the weie rauyschiden him; he is maad schenschipe to hise neiyboris.

42 ೪೨ ಅವನ ವಿರೋಧಿಗಳ ಹಸ್ತವನ್ನು ಉನ್ನತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದೀ; ಅವನ ವೈರಿಗಳಿಗೆಲ್ಲಾ ಆನಂದವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೀ.

Thou hast enhaunsid the riythond of men oppressinge him; thou hast gladid alle hise enemyes.

43 ೪೩ ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅವನ ಕತ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ತಿರುಗಿಸಿಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೀ; ಅವನನ್ನು ಯುದ್ಧದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಲ್ಲದಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೀ.

Thou hast turned awei the help of his swerd; and thou helpidist not hym in batel.

44 ೪೪ ಅವನ ವೈಭವವನ್ನು ತಡೆದುಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೀ; ಅವನ ಸಿಂಹಾಸನವನ್ನು ನೆಲಕ್ಕುರುಳಿಸಿದ್ದೀ.

Thou destriedist him fro clensing; and thou hast hurtlid doun his seete in erthe.

45 ೪೫ ಅವನ ಯೌವನದ ದಿನಗಳನ್ನು ಬೇಗ ಮುಗಿಸಿ, ನಾಚಿಕೆಯು ಅವನನ್ನು ಕವಿಯುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಿ. (ಸೆಲಾ)

Thou hast maad lesse the daies of his time; thou hast bisched him with schenschip.

46 ೪೬ ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ಇನ್ನೆಷ್ಟರವರೆಗೆ ಮರೆಯಾಗಿರುವಿ? ನಿನ್ನ ಕೋಪಾಗ್ನಿಯು ನಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲೆ ಸದಾ ಉರಿಯುತ್ತಿರಬೇಕೋ?

Lord, hou longe turnest thou awei in to the ende; schal thin ire brenne out as fier?

47 ೪೭ ನನ್ನ ಆಯುಷ್ಯವು ಎಷ್ಟು ಅಲ್ಪವೆಂದೂ, ಎಂಥಾ ವ್ಯರ್ಥ ಜೀವಿತಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮನುಷ್ಯರನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿದ್ದಿ ಎಂದೂ ಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿಕೋ.

Bithenke thou what is my substaunce; for whether thou hast ordeyned veynli alle the sones of men?

48 ೪೮ ತಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಪಾತಾಳಕ್ಕೆ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು, ಮರಣಹೊಂದದೆ ಚಿರಂಜೀವಿಯಾಗಿರುವವರು ಯಾರು? (ಸೆಲಾ) (Sheol h7585)

Who is a man, that schal lyue, and schal not se deth; schal delyuere his soule fro the hond of helle? (Sheol h7585)

49 ೪೯ ಕರ್ತನೇ, ನೀನು ನಿನ್ನ ಸತ್ಯತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಣೆಯಿಟ್ಟು, ದಾವೀದನಿಗೆ ವಾಗ್ದಾನಮಾಡಿ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಕೃಪಾಕಾರ್ಯಗಳು ಎಲ್ಲಿ?

Lord, where ben thin elde mercies; as thou hast swore to Dauid in thi treuthe?

50 ೫೦ ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ವೈರಿಗಳು ನಿಂದಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ; ನಿನ್ನ ಅಭಿಷಿಕ್ತನನ್ನು ಹೆಜ್ಜೆ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಗೂ ಅಪಮಾನ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.

Lord, be thou myndeful of the schenschipe of thi seruauntis, of many hethene men; whiche Y helde togidere in my bosum.

51 ೫೧ ಕರ್ತನೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ಸೇವಕರಿಗಾಗುವ ಅಪವಾದವನ್ನೂ, ನಾನು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳ ನಿಂದಾಭಾರವನ್ನು ಉಡಿಲಲ್ಲಿ ಕಟ್ಟಿರುವುದನ್ನೂ ಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿಕೋ.

Whiche thin enemyes, Lord, diden schenschipfuli; for thei dispisiden the chaungyng of thi crist.

52 ೫೨ ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಸದಾಕಾಲವೂ ಕೊಂಡಾಟವಾಗಲಿ. ಆಮೆನ್, ಆಮೆನ್.

Blessid be the Lord with outen ende; be it don, be it don.
