ಕೀರ್ತನೆಗಳು 21

1 ೧ ಪ್ರಧಾನಗಾಯಕನ ಕೀರ್ತನ ಸಂಗ್ರಹದಿಂದ ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡದ್ದು; ದಾವೀದನ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ಪರಾಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಅರಸನು ಸಂತೋಷಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ; ನೀನು ಉಂಟುಮಾಡಿದ ಜಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಎಷ್ಟೋ ಆನಂದಪಡುತ್ತಾನೆ.

“For the leader of the music. A psalm of David.” The king rejoiceth in thy strength, O LORD! Yea, he doth greatly exult in thy protection.

2 ೨ ನೀನು ಅವನ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯನ್ನು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸದೆ, ಅವನ ಇಷ್ಟಾರ್ಥವನ್ನು ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿದಿಯಲ್ಲಾ. (ಸೆಲಾ)

Thou hast given him his heart's desire, And hast not denied him the request of his lips. (Pause)

3 ೩ ನಾನಾ ಶುಭಗಳೊಡನೆ ನೀನೇ ಅವನನ್ನು ಎದುರುಗೊಂಡಿಯಲ್ಲಾ; ಅವನ ತಲೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಸುವರ್ಣ ಕಿರೀಟವನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೀ.

Yea, thou hast met him with rich blessings, Thou hast placed a crown of pure gold upon his head.

4 ೪ ಅವನು ದೀರ್ಘಾಯುಷ್ಯವನ್ನು ಬೇಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು, ನೀನು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಯುಗಯುಗಾಂತರಗಳ ಆಯುಷ್ಯವನ್ನು ಅನುಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದ್ದೀ.

He asked life of thee; thou gavest it him; Even long life, enduring for ever.

5 ೫ ನಿನ್ನ ರಕ್ಷಣಕಾರ್ಯದಿಂದ ಅವನ ಗೌರವ ಬಹು ವೃದ್ಧಿಯಾಯಿತು; ಘನತೆ ಮತ್ತು ವೈಭವಗಳನ್ನು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಅನುಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದ್ದೀ.

Great is his glory through thine aid; Honor and majesty hast thou laid upon him.

6 ೬ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾದ ಸೌಭಾಗ್ಯನಿಧಿಯನ್ನು ದಯಪಾಲಿಸಿದ್ದೀ; ಅವನನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅತ್ಯಾನಂದಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದೀ.

Thou hast made him blessed for evermore; Thou hast made him glad with the joy of thy countenance.

7 ೭ ಅರಸನು ಯೆಹೋವನಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಭರವಸವಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾನೆ; ಪರಾತ್ಪರನಾದ ದೇವರ ಶಾಶ್ವತ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ಅವನು ಕದಲುವುದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ.

For the king trusteth in the LORD; And through the goodness of the Most High he shall never fall.

8 ೮ ಶತ್ರುಗಳೆಲ್ಲರು ನಿನಗೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕುವರು; ಭುಜಬಲದಿಂದ ನಿನ್ನ ಹಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿಯುವಿ.

Thy hand shall overtake all thine enemies; Thy right hand shall overtake them that hate thee.

9 ೯ ನೀನು ಪ್ರತ್ಯಕ್ಷನಾಗುವಾಗ ಉರಿಯುವ ಕುಲುಮೆಯಂತಿದ್ದು ಅವರನ್ನು ಬೂದಿ ಮಾಡುವಿ. ಯೆಹೋವನು ಮಹಾಕೋಪದಿಂದ ಅವರನ್ನು ನಾಶ ಮಾಡುವನು; ಆತನ ಕೋಪಾಗ್ನಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ದಹಿಸಿಬಿಡುವುದು.

Thou wilt make them like a burning oven in the time of thine anger; Jehovah shall swallow them up in his wrath, And the fire shall devour them.

10 ೧೦ ನೀನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಂಹರಿಸಿ, ಭೂಮಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವರ ಸಂತತಿಯೇ ಇಲ್ಲದಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವಿ; ಅವರ ವಂಶದವರು ಮನುಷ್ಯರೊಳಗೆ ಉಳಿಯುವುದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ.

Their offspring shalt thou destroy from the earth, And their posterity from the sons of men.

11 ೧೧ ಅವರು ತಂತ್ರೋಪಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಿ, ನಿನಗೆ ಕೇಡನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಆಲೋಚಿಸಿದರೂ ಅದು ನಡೆಯುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

For they spread a net of mischief against thee; They devised plots against thee, but they did not prevail.

12 ೧೨ ನೀನು ನಿನ್ನ ಬಾಣಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಹೂಡಿ, ಅವರ ಮುಖಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಎಸೆದು, ಅವರು ಬೆನ್ನುತೋರಿಸಿ ಓಡಿಹೋಗುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವಿ.

Therefore thou wilt cause them to turn their backs; Thou wilt make ready thine arrows upon the strings against them.

13 ೧೩ ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ಪರಾಕ್ರಮದಿಂದ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಘನಪಡಿಸಿಕೋ; ನಾವು ಗಾಯನಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ನಿನ್ನ ಶೂರತ್ವವನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡಾಡುವೆವು.

Exalt thyself, O LORD! by thy strength! So will we sing, and praise thy mighty deeds.
