ಕೀರ್ತನೆಗಳು 122

1 ೧ ಯಾತ್ರಾಗೀತೆ; ದಾವೀದನ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. “ಯೆಹೋವನ ಮಂದಿರಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗೋಣ ಬಾ!” ಎಂದು ಜನರು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕರೆದಾಗ ನನಗೆ ಸಂತೋಷವಾಯಿತು.

A Song of Ascents; of David. I rejoiced when they said unto me: 'Let us go unto the house of the LORD.'

2 ೨ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮೇ! ನಮ್ಮ ಕಾಲುಗಳು, ನಿನ್ನ ಬಾಗಿಲುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿರುತ್ತವಲ್ಲಾ.

Our feet are standing within thy gates, O Jerusalem;

3 ೩ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮೇ! ನೀನು ಸರಿಯಾದ ಹೊಂದಿಕೆಯಿಂದ, ಕಟ್ಟಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ನಗರವಾಗಿದ್ದಿ.

Jerusalem, that art builded as a city that is compact together;

4 ೪ ಕುಲಗಳು ಅಂದರೆ ಯೆಹೋವನ ಕುಲದವರು, ಯೆಹೋವನ ನಾಮದ ಕೀರ್ತನೆಗೋಸ್ಕರ, ಇಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಯಾತ್ರೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಇದು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಕಟ್ಟಳೆಯಷ್ಟೆ.

Whither the tribes went up, even the tribes of the LORD, as a testimony unto Israel, to give thanks unto the name of the LORD.

5 ೫ ನ್ಯಾಯಪೀಠಗಳಾಗಿರುವ ದಾವೀದನ ಮನೆತನದವರ, ಸಿಂಹಾಸನಗಳು ಇಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಇದ್ದವಲ್ಲಾ.

For there were set thrones for judgment, the thrones of the house of David.

6 ೬ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನ ಸಮಾಧಾನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸಿರಿ. “ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮೇ, ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವವರಿಗೆ ಸೌಭಾಗ್ಯವುಂಟಾಗಲಿ.

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem; may they prosper that love thee.

7 ೭ ನಿನ್ನ ಪೌಳಿಗೋಡೆಗಳೊಳಗೆ ಶುಭವುಂಟಾಗಲಿ; ನಿನ್ನ ಅರಮನೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸೌಭಾಗ್ಯವಿರಲಿ.”

Peace be within thy walls, and prosperity within thy palaces.

8 ೮ ನನ್ನ ಬಂಧುಮಿತ್ರರ ನಿಮಿತ್ತವಾಗಿ, “ನಿನಗೆ ಸಮಾಧಾನವಾಗಲಿ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ.

For my brethren and companions' sakes, I will now say: 'Peace be within thee.'

9 ೯ ನಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾದ ಯೆಹೋವನ ಮಂದಿರದ ನಿಮಿತ್ತವಾಗಿ, ನಿನ್ನ ಸುಕ್ಷೇಮಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.

For the sake of the house of the LORD our God I will seek thy good.
