ಕೀರ್ತನೆಗಳು 109

1 ೧ ಪ್ರಧಾನಗಾಯಕನ ಕೀರ್ತನ ಸಂಗ್ರಹದಿಂದ ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡದ್ದು; ದಾವೀದನ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. ನಾನು ಸ್ತುತಿಸುವ ದೇವರೇ, ಸುಮ್ಮನಿರಬೇಡ.

To the chief Musician. Of David. A Psalm. O God of my praise, be not silent:

2 ೨ ದುಷ್ಟರು, ವಂಚಕರು ನನಗೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಬಾಯ್ದೆರೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರು ಸುಳ್ಳು ನಾಲಿಗೆಯಿಂದ ನನ್ನೊಡನೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

For the mouth of the wicked [man] and the mouth of deceit are opened against me: they have spoken against me with a lying tongue,

3 ೩ ಅವರು ಹಗೆಯ ನುಡಿಗಳಿಂದ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಮುತ್ತಿಕೊಂಡು, ಕಾರಣವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ನನ್ನ ಸಂಗಡ ಯುದ್ಧ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

And with words of hatred have they encompassed me; and they fight against me without a cause.

4 ೪ ನಾನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸಿದರೂ, ಅವರು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ವಿರೋಧಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ; ನಾನಾದರೋ ನಿನಗೆ ಮೊರೆಯಿಡುತ್ತೇನೆ.

For my love they are mine adversaries; but I [give myself unto] prayer.

5 ೫ ಉಪಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಅಪಕಾರವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ನಾನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರತಿಯಾಗಿ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ದ್ವೇಷಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

And they have rewarded me evil for good, and hatred for my love.

6 ೬ ದುಷ್ಟ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ನೇಮಿಸು; ತಪ್ಪು ಹೊರಿಸುವವನನ್ನು ಅವನ ಬಲಗಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸು.

Set a wicked [man] over him, and let [the] adversary stand at his right hand;

7 ೭ ನ್ಯಾಯವಿಚಾರಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನು ಅಪರಾಧಿ ಎಂದು ತೀರ್ಪುಹೊಂದಲಿ; ಅವನ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯೂ ಪಾಪವೆಂದು ಎಣಿಸಲ್ಪಡಲಿ.

When he shall be judged, let him go out guilty, and let his prayer become sin;

8 ೮ ಅವನ ಜೀವಿತದ ದಿನಗಳು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪವಾಗಿರಲಿ; ಅವನ ಉದ್ಯೋಗವು ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನಿಗಾಗಲಿ.

Let his days be few, let another take his office;

9 ೯ ಅವನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಅನಾಥರೂ ಮತ್ತು ಹೆಂಡತಿ ವಿಧವೆಯೂ ಆಗಲಿ.

Let his sons be fatherless, and his wife a widow;

10 ೧೦ ಅವನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಹಾಳಾದ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು, ದಿಕ್ಕಿಲ್ಲದವರಂತೆ ಅಲೆಯುತ್ತಾ ಭಿಕ್ಷೆಬೇಡಲಿ.

Let his sons be vagabonds and beg, and let them seek [their bread] far from their desolate places;

11 ೧೧ ಸಾಲಕೊಟ್ಟವನು ಅವನ ಆಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕಸಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿ; ಪರರು ಅವನ ಕಷ್ಟಾರ್ಜಿತವನ್ನು ಸುಲಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿ.

Let the usurer cast the net over all that he hath, and let strangers despoil his labour;

12 ೧೨ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಯಾರೂ ಕೃಪೆತೋರಿಸದಿರಲಿ, ದಿಕ್ಕಿಲ್ಲದ ಅವನ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಯಾರೂ ದಯೆತೋರದಿರಲಿ,

Let there be none to extend kindness unto him, neither let there be any to favour his fatherless children;

13 ೧೩ ಅವನ ಸಂತತಿಯು ನಿರ್ಮೂಲವಾಗಲಿ; ಎರಡನೆಯ ತಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಅದು ನಿರ್ನಾಮವಾಗಿ ಹೋಗಲಿ.

Let his posterity be cut off; in the generation following let their name be blotted out:

14 ೧೪ ಯೆಹೋವನು ಅವನ ಹಿರಿಯರ ಪಾಪವನ್ನು ಮರೆಯದಿರಲಿ; ಅವನ ತಾಯಿಯ ಪಾಪವು ಅಳಿದುಹೋಗದಿರಲಿ.

Let the iniquity of his fathers be remembered with Jehovah, and let not the sin of his mother be blotted out;

15 ೧೫ ಅವು ಯೆಹೋವನ ಜ್ಞಾಪಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದೇ ಇರಲಿ. ಆತನು ಅವರ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಭೂಮಿಯಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕಲಿ.

Let them be before Jehovah continually, that he may cut off the memory of them from the earth:

16 ೧೬ ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಅವನು ಕರುಣೆ ತೋರಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ಮರೆತುಬಿಟ್ಟನು, ಬಡವನನ್ನು, ದೀನನನ್ನು, ಮನಗುಂದಿದವನನ್ನು ಹಿಂಸಿಸಿ ಕೊಲ್ಲಬೇಕೆಂದು ಯತ್ನಿಸಿದನು.

Because he remembered not to shew kindness, but persecuted the afflicted and needy man, and the broken in heart, to slay him.

17 ೧೭ ಶಪಿಸುವುದು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಇಷ್ಟವಾಗಿತ್ತು, ಅದೇ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಬರಲಿ! ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸುವುದು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಇಷ್ಟವಿರಲ್ಲಿಲ್ಲ, ಅದು ಅವನಿಂದ ದೂರವಿರಲಿ!

And he loved cursing; so let it come unto him. And he delighted not in blessing; and let it be far from him.

18 ೧೮ ಅವನು ಶಾಪವನ್ನೇ ವಸ್ತ್ರವನ್ನಾಗಿ ಹೊದ್ದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿ, ಅದು ನೀರಿನಂತೆ ಅವನ ಅಂತರಂಗದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ, ಎಣ್ಣೆಯಂತೆ ಎಲುಬುಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸೇರಲಿ.

And he clothed himself with cursing like his vestment; so let it come into his bowels like water, and like oil into his bones;

19 ೧೯ ಶಾಪವೇ ಅವನ ಹೊದಿಕೆಯಂತೆಯೂ, ನಿತ್ಯವಾದ ನಡುಕಟ್ಟಿನಂತೆಯೂ ಆಗಲಿ.

Let it be unto him as a garment with which he covereth himself, and for a girdle wherewith he is constantly girded.

20 ೨೦ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸಿ ಕೀಳುಮಾತನಾಡುವವರಿಗೆ ಯೆಹೋವನಿಂದ ಬರುವ ಪ್ರತಿಫಲವು ಇದೇ ಆಗಿರಲಿ.

Let this be the reward of mine adversaries from Jehovah, and of them that speak evil against my soul.

21 ೨೧ ಕರ್ತನೇ, ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ಕೃಪೆಯು ಹಿತಕರವಾಗಿದೆ; ನಿನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿನ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ನನ್ನ ಪಕ್ಷವನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದು ರಕ್ಷಿಸು.

But do thou for me, Jehovah, Lord, for thy name's sake; because thy loving-kindness is good, deliver me:

22 ೨೨ ನಾನು ಬಡವನೂ, ದೀನನೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದೇನಲ್ಲಾ! ನನ್ನ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಲಗು ನೆಟ್ಟಂತಾಗಿದೆ.

For I am afflicted and needy, and my heart is wounded within me.

23 ೨೩ ಸಂಜೆಯ ನೆರಳಿನಂತೆ ಗತಿಸಿಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ಗಾಳಿಯು ಬಡಿದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗುವ ಮಿಡತೆಯಂತಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

I am gone like a shadow when it lengtheneth; I am tossed about like the locust;

24 ೨೪ ಉಪವಾಸದಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಮೊಣಕಾಲುಗಳು ಬಲಹೀನವಾದವು; ನನ್ನ ದೇಹವು ಎಣ್ಣೆಯಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಕ್ಷೀಣವಾಯಿತು.

My knees are failing through fasting, and my flesh hath lost its fatness;

25 ೨೫ ನಾನು ಜನರ ಪರಿಹಾಸ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನೋಡುವವರು ತಲೆಯಾಡಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.

And I am become a reproach unto them; [when] they look upon me they shake their heads.

26 ೨೬ ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನನ್ನ ದೇವರೇ, ಸಹಾಯಮಾಡು; ನಿನ್ನ ಕೃಪೆಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಂತೆ ರಕ್ಷಿಸು.

Help me, Jehovah my God; save me according to thy loving-kindness:

27 ೨೭ ಆಗ ಅವರು ಇದು ನಿನ್ನ ಕೈಕೆಲಸವೆಂದೂ, ಯೆಹೋವನಾದ ನೀನೇ ಇದನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವರು.

That they may know that this is thy hand; that thou, Jehovah, hast done it.

28 ೨೮ ಅವರು ಶಪಿಸಲಿ, ಚಿಂತೆಯಿಲ್ಲ; ನೀನು ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸುವಿ. ಅವರು ಎದ್ದು ಅಪಮಾನ ಹೊಂದುವರು. ಆದರೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಸೇವಕನಾದ ನಾನು ಉಲ್ಲಾಸಿಸುವೆನು.

Let them curse, but bless thou; when they rise up, let them be ashamed, and let thy servant rejoice.

29 ೨೯ ಮಾನಭಂಗವೇ ನನ್ನ ವಿರೋಧಿಗಳಿಗೆ ವಸ್ತ್ರವಾಗಲಿ; ನಾಚಿಕೆಯೇ ಅವರ ಹೊದಿಕೆಯಾಗಲಿ.

Let mine adversaries be clothed with confusion, and let them cover themselves with their shame as with a mantle.

30 ೩೦ ಯೆಹೋವನನ್ನು ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ಕೊಂಡಾಡುವೆನು; ಜನಸಮೂಹದ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಆತನನ್ನು ಕೀರ್ತಿಸುವೆನು.

I will greatly celebrate Jehovah with my mouth; yea, I will praise him among the multitude.

31 ೩೧ ಆತನು ದೀನನ ಬಲಗಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂತುಕೊಂಡು, ಪ್ರಾಣಶಿಕ್ಷೆ ವಿಧಿಸುವವರ ಕೈಯಿಂದ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿ ರಕ್ಷಿಸುವನು.

For he standeth at the right hand of the needy, to save him from those that judge his soul.
