ಯೋಬನು 39

1 ೧ ಬೆಟ್ಟದ ಮೇಕೆಗಳು ಈಯುವ ಸಮಯವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೀಯೋ? ಹರಿಣಗಳ ಹೆರಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆಯಾ?

Knowest thou the time when the wild goats of the rock bring forth? [or] canst thou mark when the hinds do calve?

2 ೨ ಅವು ಗರ್ಭವನ್ನು ಹೊರುವ ತಿಂಗಳುಗಳನ್ನು ಎಣಿಸುತ್ತೀಯೋ? ಅವು ಈಯುವ ಕಾಲವನ್ನು ಗೊತ್ತುಮಾಡುವೆಯೋ?

Canst thou number the months [that] they fulfil? or knowest thou the time when they bring forth?

3 ೩ ಅವು ಮರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿದೊಡನೆಯೇ ತಮ್ಮ ವೇದನೆಯನ್ನೂ ತೊರೆದುಬಿಡುವವು.

They bow themselves, they bring forth their young ones, they cast out their sorrows.

4 ೪ ಅವುಗಳ ಮರಿಗಳು ಪುಷ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಬಯಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳೆದು ಅಗಲಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ತಾಯಿಯ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಪುನಃ ಸೇರುವುದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ.

Their young ones are in good liking, they grow up with corn; they go forth, and return not unto them.

5 ೫ ಕಾಡುಕತ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರವಾಗಿರುವಂತೆ ಯಾರು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಬಿಟ್ಟರು? ಅದರ ಕಟ್ಟನ್ನು ಬಿಚ್ಚಿದವರು ಯಾರು?

Who hath sent out the wild ass free? or who hath loosed the bands of the wild ass?

6 ೬ ನಾನು ಅಡವಿಯನ್ನು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಮನೆಯನ್ನಾಗಿಯೂ, ಮರುಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಅದರ ನಿವಾಸವನ್ನಾಗಿಯೂ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇನಷ್ಟೆ.

Whose house I have made the wilderness, and the barren land his dwellings.

7 ೭ ಅದು ಊರುಗದ್ದಲವನ್ನು ಧಿಕ್ಕರಿಸಿ, ಹೊಡೆಯುವವನ ಕೂಗಾಟವನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದ್ದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ.

He scorneth the multitude of the city, neither regardeth he the crying of the driver.

8 ೮ ಅದರ ಕಾವಲು ವಿಶಾಲವಾದ ಬೆಟ್ಟಗಳೇ. ಹಸಿರು ಎಲ್ಲಿದ್ದರೂ ಅದನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕುತ್ತಲೇ ಇರುವುದು.

The range of the mountains [is] his pasture, and he searcheth after every green thing.

9 ೯ ಕಾಡುಕೋಣವು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಸೇವಿಸಲು ಒಪ್ಪಿ, ನಿನ್ನ ಗೋದಲಿಯ ಹತ್ತಿರ ತಂಗುವುದೋ?

Will the unicorn be willing to serve thee, or abide by thy crib?

10 ೧೦ ನೇಗಿಲ ಸಾಲಿಗೆ ಕಾಡುಕೋಣವನ್ನು ಹಗ್ಗದಿಂದ ಕಟ್ಟುವೆಯಾ? ಅದು ತಗ್ಗಿನ ಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಸಿ ಕುಂಟೆ ಎಳೆಯುವುದೋ?

Canst thou bind the unicorn with his band in the furrow? or will he harrow the valleys after thee?

11 ೧೧ ಬಲ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯಿಟ್ಟು, ನಿನ್ನ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿಬಿಡುವೆಯೋ?

Wilt thou trust him, because his strength [is] great? or wilt thou leave thy labour to him?

12 ೧೨ ಅದು ನಿನ್ನ ಕಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಳನ್ನು ಕೂಡಿಸಿ, ನಿನ್ನ ಬೆಳೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊತ್ತುಕೊಂಡು ಬರುವುದೆಂದು ಭರವಸವಿಡುವೆಯಾ?

Wilt thou believe him, that he will bring home thy seed, and gather [it into] thy barn?

13 ೧೩ ಉಷ್ಟ್ರಪಕ್ಷಿಯ ಪಕ್ಷವು ಸಂತೋಷದಿಂದ ಬಡಿದಾಡುವುದು, ಆದರೆ ಅದರ ರೆಕ್ಕೆಗರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರೀತಿಭಾವವುಂಟೋ?

[Gavest thou] the goodly wings unto the peacocks? or wings and feathers unto the ostrich?

14 ೧೪ ಅದು ತನ್ನ ಮೊಟ್ಟೆಗಳನ್ನು ಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟು, ಧೂಳಿನಿಂದಲೇ ಅವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಾವು ಕೊಡಿಸುವುದಲ್ಲವೇ.

Which leaveth her eggs in the earth, and warmeth them in dust,

15 ೧೫ ಯಾರಾದರು ಕಾಲಿನಿಂದ ತುಳಿದಾರು, ಕಾಡುಮೃಗ ತುಳಿದೀತು ಎಂದು ಯೋಚಿಸುವುದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ.

And forgetteth that the foot may crush them, or that the wild beast may break them.

16 ೧೬ ತನ್ನ ಮರಿಗಳನ್ನು ತನ್ನವುಗಳೆಂದೆಣಿಸದೆ ಬಾಧೆಗೊಳಪಡಿಸುವುದು, ತನ್ನ ಹೆರಿಗೆ ನಿಷ್ಫಲವಾದರೂ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಏನೂ ಚಿಂತೆ ಇಲ್ಲ.

She is hardened against her young ones, as though [they were] not hers: her labour is in vain without fear;

17 ೧೭ ದೇವರು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಮರೆಮಾಡಿ, ವಿವೇಕವನ್ನು ದಯಪಾಲಿಸದೆ ಇದ್ದಾನಷ್ಟೆ!

Because God hath deprived her of wisdom, neither hath he imparted to her understanding.

18 ೧೮ ಅದು ರೆಕ್ಕೆಬಡಿಯುತ್ತಾ ನೀಳವಾಗಿ ಓಡುವ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಾದರೋ, ಕುದುರೆಯನ್ನೂ, ಸವಾರನನ್ನೂ ಹೀಯಾಳಿಸುವುದು.

What time she lifteth up herself on high, she scorneth the horse and his rider.

19 ೧೯ ನೀನು ಕುದುರೆಗೆ ಶಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟು, ಅದರ ಕೊರಳಿಗೆ ಗುಡುಗನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿದವನು ನಿನಲ್ಲವೇ?

Hast thou given the horse strength? hast thou clothed his neck with thunder?

20 ೨೦ ಅದು ಮಿಡತೆಯ ಹಾಗೆ ಕುಪ್ಪಳಿಸಿ ಹಾರುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆಯಾ? ಅದರ ಕೆನೆತನದ ಪ್ರತಾಪವು ಭಯಂಕರವಾಗಿದೆ.

Canst thou make him afraid as a grasshopper? the glory of his nostrils [is] terrible.

21 ೨೧ ಅದು ತಗ್ಗಿನ ನೆಲವನ್ನು ಕೆರೆದು ತನ್ನ ಬಲಕ್ಕೆ ಹಿಗ್ಗಿ, ಸನ್ನದ್ಧವಾಗಿರುವ ಸೈನ್ಯವನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸಲು ಹೋಗುವುದು.

He paweth in the valley, and rejoiceth in [his] strength: he goeth on to meet the armed men.

22 ೨೨ ಅದು ಕಳವಳಗೊಳ್ಳದೆ ಖಡ್ಗಕ್ಕೆ ಹಿಂದೆಗೆಯದೆ ಭಯವನ್ನು ತಾತ್ಸಾರ ಮಾಡುವುದು.

He mocketh at fear, and is not affrighted; neither turneth he back from the sword.

23 ೨೩ ಬತ್ತಳಿಕೆಯೂ, ಥಳಥಳಿಸುವ ಭರ್ಜಿಯೂ, ಈಟಿಯೂ ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಜಣಜಣಿಸುವವು.

The quiver rattleth against him, the glittering spear and the shield.

24 ೨೪ ಅದು ತುತ್ತೂರಿಯ ಶಬ್ದವನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದರೂ, ನಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಉಗ್ರತೆಯಿಂದ ಕಂಪಿಸುತ್ತಾ ನೆಲವನ್ನು ನುಂಗಿಬಿಡುವುದೋ ಎಂಬಂತೆ ಓಡುವುದು.

He swalloweth the ground with fierceness and rage: neither believeth he that [it is] the sound of the trumpet.

25 ೨೫ ತುತ್ತೂರಿ ಊದಿದಾಗೆಲ್ಲಾ ಆಹಾ! ಎಂದುಕೊಂಡು ಕಾಳಗ, ಆರ್ಭಟ, ಸೇನಾಪತಿಗಳ ಗರ್ಜನೆ, ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ದೂರದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದರೂ ಮೂಸಿನೋಡಿ ತಿಳಿಯುವುದು.

He saith among the trumpets, Ha, ha; and he smelleth the battle afar off, the thunder of the captains, and the shouting.

26 ೨೬ ಗಿಡಗವು ತನ್ನ ರೆಕ್ಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹರಡಿ, ದಕ್ಷಿಣದಿಕ್ಕಿಗೆ ಹಾರುವುದು ನಿನ್ನ ವಿವೇಕದಿಂದಲೋ?

Doth the hawk fly by thy wisdom, [and] stretch her wings toward the south?

27 ೨೭ ಹದ್ದು ಮೇಲಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾರಿ ಉನ್ನತದಲ್ಲಿ ಗೂಡುಮಾಡುವುದು ನಿನ್ನ ಅಪ್ಪಣೆಯಿಂದಲೋ?

Doth the eagle mount up at thy command, and make her nest on high?

28 ೨೮ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂಡೆಯೇ ನಿವಾಸವು; ಅದು ಶಿಲಾಶಿಖರದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ, ದುರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ತಂಗುವುದು.

She dwelleth and abideth on the rock, upon the crag of the rock, and the strong place.

29 ೨೯ ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದಲೇ ಬೇಟೆಯನ್ನು ನೋಡುತ್ತಾ; ದೂರದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದರೂ ಅದನ್ನು ಕಂಡುಹಿಡಿಯುವುದು.

From thence she seeketh the prey, [and] her eyes behold afar off.

30 ೩೦ ಹೆಣಬಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ರಣಹದ್ದೂ ಅದರ ಮರಿಗಳೂ ಹೀರುತ್ತವೆ ರಕ್ತವನ್ನು;

Her young ones also suck up blood: and where the slain [are], there [is] she.
