ಹೋಶೇಯನು 5

1 ೧ ಯಾಜಕರೇ, ಇದನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿರಿ, ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ಕುಲದವರೇ, ಆಲಿಸಿರಿ; ರಾಜವಂಶದವರೇ, ಕಿವಿಗೊಡಿರಿ; ನೀವು ಮಿಚ್ಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಉರುಲಾಗಿಯೂ, ತಾಬೋರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಲೆಯಾಗಿಯೂ ಇದ್ದ ಕಾರಣ ನಿಮಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರ್ಪು ಬಂದಿದೆ.

“Hear this, O priests, and attend, O house of Israel, And, O house of the king, give ear, For the judgment [is] for you, For you have been a snare on Mizpah, And a net spread out on Tabor.

2 ೨ ನನಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿಬಿದ್ದವರು ಅಗಾಧವಾದ ಕೊಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಗ್ನರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ನಾನೇ ಅವರೆಲ್ಲರನ್ನೂ ಶಿಕ್ಷಿಸುವೆನು.

And to slaughter sinners have gone deep, And I [am] a chain to them all.

3 ೩ ಎಫ್ರಾಯೀಮನ್ನು ಬಲ್ಲೆ, ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ನನಗೆ ಮರೆಯಾಗಿಲ್ಲ; ಎಫ್ರಾಯೀಮೇ, ನೀನೀಗ ವ್ಯಭಿಚಾರ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಿ, ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ಹೊಲೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.

I have known Ephraim, And Israel has not been hid from Me, For now you have gone whoring, Ephraim, Israel is defiled.

4 ೪ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ದೇವರ ಕಡೆಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅವುಗಳ ದುಷ್ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳು ಅವರನ್ನು ಬಿಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ; ವ್ಯಭಿಚಾರದ ಸ್ವಭಾವವು ಅವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಲೆಗೊಂಡಿದೆ, ಯೆಹೋವನನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡಿಲ್ಲ.

They do not give up their habitual doings, To turn back to their God, For a spirit of whoredoms [is] in their midst, And YHWH they have not known.

5 ೫ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿಗೆ ಅದರ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯೇ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾಗಿದೆ; ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲೂ ಮತ್ತು ಎಫ್ರಾಯೀಮೂ ತಮ್ಮ ದುರ್ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಡವಿ ಬೀಳುವವು; ಯೆಹೂದವೂ ಅವುಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬೀಳುವುದು.

And humbled has been the excellence of Israel to his face, And Israel and Ephraim stumble by their iniquity, Judah has also stumbled with them.

6 ೬ ಅವು ತಮ್ಮ ದನ ಮತ್ತು ಕುರಿಗಳ ಸಂಗಡ ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಶರಣುಹೊಗಲು ಹೊರಡುವವು; ಆತನು ಸಿಕ್ಕುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಅವುಗಳಿಂದ ಮರೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ.

With their flock and with their herd, They go to seek YHWH, and do not find, He has withdrawn from them.

7 ೭ ಅವು ಯೆಹೋವನ ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲದ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದು ಆತನಿಗೆ ದ್ರೋಹಮಾಡಿವೆ; ಅವುಗಳನ್ನೂ, ಅವುಗಳ ಭೂಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನೂ ಈ ಅಮಾವಾಸ್ಯೆಯು ನುಂಗಿಬಿಡುವುದು.

Against YHWH they dealt treacherously, For they have begotten strange sons, Now a month consumes them [with] their portions.

8 ೮ ಗಿಬ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತುತ್ತೂರಿಯನ್ನು ಊದಿರಿ, ರಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಂಬು ಕೂಗಲಿ, ಬೇತ್ ಅವೆನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಆರ್ಭಟಿಸಿರಿ, ಬೆನ್ಯಾಮೀನೇ, ಹಿಂದೆ ನೋಡು!

Blow a horn in Gibeah, a trumpet in Ramah, Shout, O Beth-Aven, after you, O Benjamin.

9 ೯ ದಂಡನೆಯ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಫ್ರಾಯೀಮು ಹಾಳಾಗುವುದು; ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ಕುಲಗಳ ಭವಿಷ್ಯತ್ತಿನ ನಿಶ್ಚಯವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಯಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

Ephraim is for a desolation in a day of reproof, I have made known a sure thing among the tribes of Israel.

10 ೧೦ ಯೆಹೂದದ ಮುಖಂಡರು ಮೇರೆಯನ್ನು ಒತ್ತುವವರಂತಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ನನ್ನ ರೌದ್ರವನ್ನು ನೀರಿನ ಹಾಗೆ ಹೊಯ್ದುಬಿಡುವೆನು.

Princes of Judah have been as those removing a border, I pour out My wrath as water on them.

11 ೧೧ ಎಫ್ರಾಯೀಮು ವ್ಯರ್ಥಾಚಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಲು ಮನಸ್ಸುಮಾಡಿದ ಕಾರಣ, ಅದು ದೇವರ ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರ್ಪಿಗೆ ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿ ಹಿಂಸಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದೆ, ಜಜ್ಜಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದೆ.

Ephraim is oppressed, broken in judgment, When he pleased he went after the command.

12 ೧೨ ನಾನು ಎಫ್ರಾಯೀಮಿಗೆ ನುಸಿ, ಯೆಹೂದ ಕುಲಕ್ಕೆ ಒಣ ಕುಂಟೆಯಂತಿರುವೆನು.

And I [am] as a moth to Ephraim, And as a rotten thing to the house of Judah.

13 ೧೩ ಹೀಗಿರಲು ಎಫ್ರಾಯೀಮು ತಾನು ರೋಗಿಯೆಂದು ತಿಳುಕೊಂಡಿತು, ಯೆಹೂದವು ತನ್ನ ವ್ರಣವನ್ನು ನೋಡಿಕೊಂಡಿತು; ಆಗ ಎಫ್ರಾಯೀಮು ಅಶ್ಶೂರದ ಕಡೆಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡು ಜಗಳಗಂಟ ಮಹಾರಾಜನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ದೂತರನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿತು; ಆದರೆ ಅವನು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಸ್ವಸ್ಥಮಾಡಲಾರನು, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಗಾಯವನ್ನು ಗುಣಪಡಿಸಲಾರನು.

And Ephraim sees his sickness, and Judah his wound, And Ephraim goes to Asshur, And sends to a warlike king, And he is not able to give healing to you, Nor does he remove a scar from you.

14 ೧೪ ನಾನು ಎಫ್ರಾಯೀಮಿಗೆ ಸಿಂಹವೂ, ಯೆಹೂದ ಕುಲಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಾಯದ ಸಿಂಹವೂ ಆಗುವೆನು; ನಾನೇ ಸೀಳಿಬಿಟ್ಟು ಹೋಗುವೆನು, ನಾನು ಎತ್ತಿಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಲು ಯಾರೂ ಬಿಡಿಸರು.

For I [am] as a lion to Ephraim, And as a young lion to the house of Judah, I tear and go, I carry away, and there is no deliverer.

15 ೧೫ ನನ್ನ ಜನರು ತಮ್ಮ ದೋಷಫಲವನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸಿ, ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಸನ್ನತೆಯನ್ನು ಬೇಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ತನಕ, ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ವಾಸಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿ ಹೋಗುವೆನು; ಅವರು ಇಕ್ಕಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದ ಕೂಡಲೆ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಆಶ್ರಯಿಸುವರು.

I go—I return to My place, Until they are desolate, and have sought My face. In their distress they seek Me speedily!”
