1 ೧ ಆದಾಮನ ಸಂತಾನದವರು; ಸೇತ್, ಎನೋಷ್,

Adam, Seth, Enos,

2 ೨ ಕೇನಾನ್, ಮಹಲಲೇಲ್, ಯೆರೆದ್,

and Cainan, Maleleel, Jared,

3 ೩ ಹನೋಕ್, ಮೆತೂಷೆಲಹ, ಲೆಮೆಕ್,

Enoch, Mathusala, Lamech,

4 ೪ ನೋಹ, ಶೇಮ್, ಹಾಮ್, ಯೆಫೆತ್ ಎಂಬವರು.

Noe: the sons of Noe, Sem, Cham, Japheth.

5 ೫ ಯೆಫೆತನ ಸಂತಾನದವರು ಯಾರೆಂದರೆ; ಗೋಮೆರ್, ಮಾಗೋಗ್, ಮಾದಯ್, ಯಾವಾನ್, ತೂಬಲ್, ಮೆಷೆಕ್ ಮತ್ತು ತೀರಾಸ್ ಎಂಬವರು.

The sons of Japheth, Gamer, Magog, Madaim, Jovan, Helisa, Thobel, Mosoch, and Thiras.

6 ೬ ಗೋಮೆರನ ಸಂತಾನದವರು ಯಾರೆಂದರೆ; ಅಷ್ಕೆನೆಜ್, ರೀಫತ್ ಮತ್ತು ತೋಗರ್ಮ ಎಂಬವರು.

And the sons of Gamer, Aschanaz, and Riphath, and Thorgama.

7 ೭ ಯಾವಾನನ ಸಂತಾನದವರು ಯಾರೆಂದರೆ ಎಲೀಷ, ತಾರ್ಷೀಷ್, ಕಿತ್ತೀಮ್, ದೋದಾನೀಮ್ ಎಂಬ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳವರು.

And the sons of Jovan, Helisa, and Tharsis, the Citians, and Rhodians.

8 ೮ ಹಾಮಾನ ಸಂತಾನದವರು ಯಾರೆಂದರೆ ಕೂಷ್, ಮಿಚ್ರಯಿಮ್, ಪೂಟ್, ಕಾನಾನ್ ಎಂಬವರು.

And the sons of Cham, Chus, and Mesraim, Phud and Chanaan.

9 ೯ ಕೂಷನ ಸಂತಾನದವರು: ಸೆಬಾ, ಹವೀಲ, ಸಬ್ತ, ರಮ್ಮ ಸಬ್ತೆಕ ಎಂಬುವರು. ರಮ್ಮನ ಸಂತಾನದವರು: ಶೆಬ ಮತ್ತು ದೆದಾನ್ ಎಂಬವರು.

And the sons of Chus, Saba, and Evila, and Sabatha, and Regma, and Sebethaca: and the sons of Regma, Saba, and Dadan.

10 ೧೦ ಕೂಷನು ನಿಮ್ರೋದನನ್ನು ಪಡೆದನು. ಇವನು ಈ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಮೇಲಿನ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಪರಾಕ್ರಮಶಾಲಿ ರಾಜನೆಂದು ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧನಾದನು.

And Chus begot Nebrod: he began to be a mighty hunter on the earth.

11 ೧೧ ಮಿಚ್ರಯಿಮ್ಯರಿಂದ ಲೂದ್ಯರೂ, ಅನಾಮ್ಯರೂ, ಲೆಹಾಬ್ಯರೂ, ನಫ್ತುಹ್ಯರೂ,

12 ೧೨ ಪತ್ರುಸ್ಯರೂ, ಕಸ್ಲುಹ್ಯರೂ, ಕಫ್ತೋರ್ಯರೂ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದರು. ಕಸ್ಲುಹ್ಯರಿಂದ ಫಿಲಿಷ್ಟಿಯರು ಬಂದರು.

13 ೧೩ ಕಾನಾನ್ ವಂಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊದಲು ಹುಟ್ಟಿದವನು ಸೀದೋನ್, ನಂತರ ಹೇತ್ ಎಂಬವನು ಹುಟ್ಟಿದನು.

14 ೧೪ ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಯೆಬೂಸಿಯರೂ, ಅಮೋರಿಯರೂ, ಗಿರ್ಗಾಷಿಯರೂ,

15 ೧೫ ಹಿವ್ವಿಯರೂ, ಅರ್ಕಿಯರೂ, ಸೀನಿಯರೂ,

16 ೧೬ ಅರ್ವಾದಿಯರೂ, ಚೆಮಾರಿಯರೂ ಮತ್ತು ಹಮಾತಿಯರೂ ಕಾನಾನನಿಂದ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದವರು.

17 ೧೭ ಶೇಮನ ಸಂತಾನದವರು: ಏಲಾಮ್, ಅಶ್ಶೂರ್, ಅರ್ಪಕ್ಷದ್, ಲೂದ್, ಅರಾಮ್, ಊಚ್, ಹೂಲ್, ಗೆತೆರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಮೆಷೆಕ್ ಎಂಬುವರು.

The sons of Sem, Aelam, and Assur,

18 ೧೮ ಅರ್ಪಕ್ಷದನಿಂದ ಶೆಲಹನೂ ಮತ್ತು ಶೆಳಹನಿಂದ ಏಬೆರನೂ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದನು.

and Arphaxad, Sala,

19 ೧೯ ಏಬೆರನಿಗೆ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಹುಟ್ಟಿದರು. ಒಬ್ಬನಿಗೆ ಪೆಲೆಗ್ (ವಿಂಗಡನೆ) ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರು. ಇವನ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಜನರು ವಿಂಗಡಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟರು. ಇವನ ತಮ್ಮನ ಹೆಸರು ಯೊಕ್ತಾನ್.

20 ೨೦ ಯೋಕ್ತಾನನ ಸಂತಾನದವರು: ಅಲ್ಮೋದಾದ್, ಶೆಲೆಫ್, ಹಚರ್ಮಾವೆತ್, ಯೆರಹ,

21 ೨೧ ಹದೋರಾಮ್, ಊಜಾಲ್, ದಿಕ್ಲ,

22 ೨೨ ಎಬಾಲ್, ಅಬೀಮಾಯೇಲ್, ಶೆಬಾ,

23 ೨೩ ಓಫೀರ್, ಹವೀಲಾ ಮತ್ತು ಯೋಬಾಬ್ ಎಂಬುವರು.

24 ೨೪ ಶೇಮನ ಸಂತಾನದವರು: ಅರ್ಪಕ್ಷದ್, ಶೆಲಹ,

25 ೨೫ ಏಬೆರ್, ಪೆಲೆಗ್, ರೆಯೂ,

Eber, Pheleg, Ragan,

26 ೨೬ ಸೆರೂಗ್, ನಾಹೋರ್, ತೆರಹ,

Seruch, Nachor, Tharrha,

27 ೨೭ ಅಬ್ರಾಮ್ ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರು ಹೊಂದಿದ ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮ ಎಂಬುವರು.

Abraam.

28 ೨೮ ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು: ಇಸಾಕ ಮತ್ತು ಇಷ್ಮಾಯೇಲ್.

And the sons of Abraam, Isaac, and Ismael.

29 ೨೯ ಇಷ್ಮಾಯೇಲರ ವಂಶಾವಳಿ: ಇಷ್ಮಾಯೇಲನಿಗೆ ಮೊದಲು ಹುಟ್ಟಿದವನು ನೆಬಾಯೋತ್, ಆ ಮೇಲೆ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದವರು ಕೇದಾರ್, ಅದ್ಬೆಯೇಲ್, ಮಿಬ್ಸಾಮ್,

And these [are] their generations: the firstborn of Ismael, Nabaeoth, and Kedar, Nabdeel, Massam,

30 ೩೦ ಮಿಷ್ಮ, ದೂಮಾ, ಮಸ್ಸ, ಹದದ್, ತೇಮ,

Masma, Iduma, Masse, Chondan, Thaeman,

31 ೩೧ ಯೆಟೂರ್, ನಾಫೀಷ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕೇದೆಮ್ ಎಂಬುವರು.

Jettur, Naphes, Kedma: these [are] the sons of Ismael.

32 ೩೨ ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನ ಉಪಪತ್ನಿಯಾದ ಕೆಟೂರಳ ಸಂತಾನದವರು: ಜಿಮ್ರಾನ್, ಯೊಕ್ಷಾನ್, ಮೆದಾನ್, ಮಿದ್ಯಾನ್, ಇಷ್ಬಾಕ್ ಮತ್ತು ಶೂಹ ಎಂಬವರು. ಯೊಕ್ಷಾನನು ಶೆಬಾ ಮತ್ತು ದೆದಾನ್ ಎಂಬವರನ್ನು ಪಡೆದನು.

And the sons of Chettura Abraam's concubine: —and she bore him Zembram, Jexan, Madiam, Madam, Sobac, Soe: and the sons of Jexan; Daedan, and Sabai;

33 ೩೩ ಏಫ, ಏಫೆರ್, ಹನೋಕ್, ಅಬೀದ, ಎಲ್ದಾಯ ಎಂಬವರು ಮಿದ್ಯಾನನಿಂದ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದವರು. ಇವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಕೆಟೂರಳ ಸಂತತಿಯವರು.

and the sons of Madiam; Gephar, and Opher, and Enoch, and Abida, and Eldada; all these [were] the sons of Chettura.

34 ೩೪ ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನು ಸಾರಳಿಂದ ಇಸಾಕನನ್ನು ಪಡೆದನು. ಏಸಾವ ಮತ್ತು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ಇಸಾಕನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು.

And Abraam begot Isaac: and the sons of Isaac [were] Jacob, and Esau.

35 ೩೫ ಏಸಾವನ ವಂಶಸ್ಥರು ಯಾರೆಂದರೆ ಎಲೀಫಜ್, ರೆಯೂವೇಲ್, ಯೆಯೂಷ್, ಯಳಾಮ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕೋರಹ ಇವರೇ.

The sons of Esau, Eliphaz, and Raguel, and Jeul, and Jeglom, and Core.

36 ೩೬ ಎಲೀಫಜನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು: ತೇಮಾನ್, ಓಮಾರ್, ಜೆಫೀ, ಗತಾಮ್, ಕೆನಜ್; ತಿಮ್ನ ಮತ್ತು ಅಮಾಲೇಕ್ ಎಂಬವರು.

The sons of Eliphaz: Thaeman, and Omar, Sophar, and Gootham, and Kenez, and Thamna, and Amalec.

37 ೩೭ ರೆಯೂವೇಲನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು: ನಹತ್, ಜೆರಹ, ಶಮ್ಮ ಮತ್ತು ಮಿಜ್ಜ.

And the sons of Raguel, Naches, Zare, Some, and Moze.

38 ೩೮ ಸೇಯೀರನಿಂದ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದವರು ಲೋಟಾನ್, ಶೋಬಾಲ್, ಚಿಬ್ಬೋನ್, ಅನಾಹ, ದೀಶೋನ್, ಏಚೆರ್ ಮತ್ತು ದೀಶಾನ್ ಸೇಯೀರನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು.

The sons of Seir, Lotan, Sobal, Sebegon, Ana, Deson, Osar, and Disan.

39 ೩೯ ಲೋಟಾನನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಹೋರೀ ಮತ್ತು ಹೋಮಾಮ್. ಲೋಟಾನನ ತಂಗಿ ತಿಮ್ನ.

And the sons of Lotan, Chorri, and Aeman; and the sister of Lotan [was] Thamna.

40 ೪೦ ಶೋಬಾಲನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಅಲ್ಯಾನ್, ಮಾನಹತ್, ಏಬಾಲ್, ಶೆಫೀ ಮತ್ತು ಓನಾಮ್. ಚಿಬ್ಬೋನನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಅಯ್ಯಾಹ ಮತ್ತು ಅನಾಹ.

The sons of Sobal; Alon, Machanath, Taebel, Sophi, and Onan: and the sons of Sebegon; Aeth, and Sonan.

41 ೪೧ ಅನಾಹನ ಮಗನು ದೀಶೋನ್. ದೀಶೋನನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಹಮ್ರಾನ್, ಎಷ್ಬಾನ್, ಇತ್ರಾನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕೆರಾನ್.

The sons of Sonan, Daeson: and the sons of Daeson; Emeron, and Asebon, and Jethram, and Charran.

42 ೪೨ ಏಚೆರನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಬಿಲ್ಹಾನ್, ಜಾವಾನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಯಾಕಾನ್. ದೀಶಾನನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಊಚ್ ಮತ್ತು ಅರಾನ್.

And the sons of Hosar, Balaam, and Zucam, and Acan: the sons of Disan, Os, and Aran.

43 ೪೩ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ಅರಸರು ಆಳ್ವಿಕೆ ಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಮೊದಲು ಎದೋಮ್ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಅರಸರು ಆಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಇವರಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಯೋರನ ಮಗನಾದ ಬೆಳನು ಮೊದಲನೆಯವನು. ಅವನ ರಾಜಧಾನಿ ಹೆಸರು ದಿನ್ಹಾಬಾ.

And these [are] their kings, Balac the son of Beor; and the name of his city [was] Dennaba.

44 ೪೪ ಬೆಳನು ಸತ್ತ ನಂತರ ಬೊಚ್ರದವನಾದ ಜೆರಹನ ಮಗ ಯೋಬಾಬನು ಅಧಿಪತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದನು.

And Balac died, and Jobab the son of Zara of Bosorrha reigned in his stead.

45 ೪೫ ಯೋಬಾಬನು ಸತ್ತ ಮೇಲೆ ತೇಮಾನೀಯರ ದೇಶದವನಾದ ಹುಷಾಮನು ಆಳ್ವಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದನು.

And Jobab died, and Asom of the land of the Thaemanites reigned in his stead.

46 ೪೬ ಹುಷಾಮನು ಸತ್ತ ಮೇಲೆ ಮೋವಾಬ್ಯರ ಬೈಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಿದ್ಯಾನರನ್ನು ಸೋಲಿಸಿದ ಬೆದದನ ಮಗನಾದ ಹದದನು ಅರಸನಾದನು. ಅವನ ರಾಜಧಾನಿಯ ಹೆಸರು ಅವೀತ್.

And Asom died, and Adad the son of Barad reigned in his stead, who struck Madiam in the plain of Moab: and the name of his city [was] Gethaim.

47 ೪೭ ಹದದನು ಸತ್ತ ಮೇಲೆ ಮಸ್ರೇಕದವನಾದ ಸಮ್ಲಾಹನು ಪಟ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದನು.

And Adad died, and Sebla of Masecca reigned in his stead.

48 ೪೮ ಸಮ್ಲಾಹನು ಸತ್ತ ಮೇಲೆ ಯೂಫ್ರೆಟಿಸ್ ನದಿ ತೀರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ರೆಹೋಬೋತ್ ಊರಿನ ಸೌಲನು ಅರಸನಾದನು.

And Sebla died, and Saul of Rhoboth by the river reigned in his stead.

49 ೪೯ ಸೌಲನು ಸತ್ತ ಮೇಲೆ ಅಕ್ಬೋರನ ಮಗನಾದ ಬಾಳ್ಹಾನಾನು ಅರಸನಾದನು.
