コリント人への手紙第一 5
1 第一項 近親相婚者の事件 取総て聞く所によれば、汝等の中に私通あり、而も異邦人の中にも在らざる程の私通にして、或人は其父の妻を娶れりと云ふ。
On all hands, there is reported to be among you—fornication, and such fornication as this—which, not among the nations, [is found], —as that one should have, his father’s wife: —
2 斯ても汝等は驕るか、之を行へる人の汝等の中より除かれん事を望みて嘆かざるか。
And, ye, have become puffed up, and have not rather mourned, in order that he might be removed out of your midst, who, this deed, hath wrought.
3 我身こそは其處に在らざれど、精神にては其處に在りて躬之に臨めるが如く、然行ひし人を既に裁判せり。
For, I, indeed, —being absent in the body, but present in the spirit, have already judged, as present, him who, thus, this thing hath perpetrated: —
4 即ち我主イエズス、キリストの御名に由り、汝等と我精神と相合して、我主イエズス、キリストの権力を以て、
In the name of our Lord Jesus, ye being gathered together, and my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus,
5 斯る輩をサタンに付す。是肉體は亡ぶるも、精神は我主イエズス、キリストの日に於て救はれん為なり。
To deliver such a one as this, unto Satan, for the destruction of the flesh, —that, the spirit, may be saved in the day of the Lord.
6 汝等の誇れるは善き事に非ず、僅の酵は麪の全體を膨らすと知らずや。
Unseemly, is your boast! Know ye not that, a little leaven, doth leaven, the whole of the lump?
7 汝等既に無酵麪となりし如く、古き酵を除きて新しき麪たるべし。其は、我等が過越[の犠牲]たるキリストは屠られ給ひたればなり。
Purge ye out the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, —even as ye are unleavened; for, our passover, hath even been sacrificed—Christ:
8 故に我等は古き麪酵、及び惡事と不義との麪酵を用ひずして、純粋と眞實との無酵麪を用ひて祝はざるべからず。
So then, let us be keeping the feast, not with old leaven, nor with leaven of baseness and wickedness, —but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.
9 我曾て書簡にて私通者に交る勿れと書贈りしが、
I wrote unto you in my letter—not to be mixing yourselves up with fornicators; —
10 是は此世の私通者、或は貪欲者、或は掠奪者、或は偶像崇拝者に交る勿れとには非ず、若然らば、汝等此世を去らざるを得ざりしならん。
Not at all, [meaning] the fornicators of this world, or the covetous and extortioners, or idolaters, —else had ye been obliged, in that case, to go out of the world!
11 然れども交る勿れと今書贈るは、若兄弟と名けらるる人にして、私通者、或は貪欲者、或は偶像崇拝者、或は侮辱者、或は酩酊者、或は掠奪者ならば、斯る人と食事を共にする事勿れとなり。
But, now, I have written unto you not to be mixing yourselves up, —if anyone named a brother, be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or an extortioner, with such a one as this, not so much, as to be eating together,
12 其は我争でか外に在る人を審く事あらんや。汝等の審くは内なる人に非ずや。
For what have I to do to be judging them who are without? Do, ye, not judge, them who are within,
13 蓋外に在る人をば神ぞ審き給ふべき。惡人を汝等の中より取除け。
Whereas, them who are without, God, judgeth? Remove ye the wicked man from among, yourselves.
