詩篇 92
1 安息日の歌、さんび いと高き者よ、主に感謝し、み名をほめたたえるのは、よいことです。
A Psalm, a Song. For the sabbath day. It is a good thing to give thanks unto the LORD, and to sing praises unto Thy name, O Most High;
2 あしたに、あなたのいつくしみをあらわし、夜な夜な、あなたのまことをあらわすために、
To declare Thy lovingkindness in the morning, and Thy faithfulness in the night seasons,
3 十弦の楽器と立琴を用い、琴のたえなる調べを用いるのは、よいことです。
With an instrument of ten strings, and with the psaltery; with a solemn sound upon the harp.
4 主よ、あなたはみわざをもってわたしを楽しませられました。わたしはあなたのみ手のわざを喜び歌います。
For Thou, LORD, hast made me glad through Thy work; I will exult in the works of Thy hands.
5 主よ、あなたのみわざはいかに大いなることでしょう。あなたのもろもろの思いは、いとも深く、
How great are Thy works, O LORD! Thy thoughts are very deep.
6 鈍い者は知ることができず、愚かな者はこれを悟ることができません。
A brutish man knoweth not, neither doth a fool understand this.
7 たとい、悪しき者は草のようにもえいで、不義を行う者はことごとく栄えても、彼らはとこしえに滅びに定められているのです。
When the wicked spring up as the grass, and when all the workers of iniquity do flourish; it is that they may be destroyed for ever.
8 しかし、主よ、あなたはとこしえに高き所にいらせられます。
But Thou, O LORD, art on high for evermore.
9 主よ、あなたの敵、あなたの敵は滅び、不義を行う者はことごとく散らされるでしょう。
For, lo, Thine enemies, O LORD, for, lo, Thine enemies shall perish: all the workers of iniquity shall be scattered.
10 しかし、あなたはわたしの角を野牛の角のように高くあげ、新しい油をわたしに注がれました。
But my horn hast Thou exalted like the horn of the wild-ox; I am anointed with rich oil.
11 わたしの目はわが敵の没落を見、わたしの耳はわたしを攻める悪者どもの破滅を聞きました。
Mine eye also hath gazed on them that lie in wait for me, mine ears have heard my desire of the evil-doers that rise up against me.
12 正しい者はなつめやしの木のように栄え、レバノンの香柏のように育ちます。
The righteous shall flourish like the palm-tree; he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.
13 彼らは主の家に植えられ、われらの神の大庭に栄えます。
Planted in the house of the LORD, they shall flourish in the courts of our God.
14 彼らは年老いてなお実を結び、いつも生気に満ち、青々として、
They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be full of sap and richness;
15 主の正しいことを示すでしょう。主はわが岩です。主には少しの不義もありません。
To declare that the LORD is upright, my Rock, in whom there is no unrighteousness.
