詩篇 110

1 ダビデの歌 主はわが主に言われる、「わたしがあなたのもろもろの敵をあなたの足台とするまで、わたしの右に座せよ」と。

Adonai says to adoni [my Lord], “Sit at my right hand, until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet.”

2 主はあなたの力あるつえをシオンから出される。あなたはもろもろの敵のなかで治めよ。

Adonai will send out the rod of your strength out of Zion [Mountain ridge, Marking]. Rule among your enemies.

3 あなたの民は、あなたがその軍勢を聖なる山々に導く日に心から喜んでおのれをささげるであろう。あなたの若者は朝の胎から出る露のようにあなたに来るであろう。

Your people offer themselves willingly in the day of your power, in holy array. Out of the womb of the morning, you have the dew of your youth.

4 主は誓いを立てて、み心を変えられることはない、「あなたはメルキゼデクの位にしたがってとこしえに祭司である」。

Adonai has sworn, and will not change his mind: “You are a priest forever in the order of Malki-Tzedek [My king Righteousness].”

5 主はあなたの右におられて、その怒りの日に王たちを打ち破られる。

The Lord is at your right hand. He will crush kings in the day of his wrath.

6 主はもろもろの国のなかでさばきを行い、しかばねをもって満たし、広い地を治める首領たちを打ち破られる。

He will judge among the nations. He will heap up dead bodies. He will crush the ruler of the whole earth.

7 彼は道のほとりの川からくんで飲み、それによって、そのこうべをあげるであろう。

He will drink of the brook on the way; therefore he will lift up his head.
