Salmi 135

1 ALLELUIA. Lodate il Nome del Signore; Lodate[lo, voi] servitori del Signore;

Alleluya. Herie ye the name of the Lord; ye seruauntis of the Lord, herie ye.

2 Che state nella Casa del Signore, Ne' cortili della Casa del nostro Dio.

Ye that stonden in the hous of the Lord; in the hallis of `the hous of oure God.

3 Lodate il Signore; perciocchè il Signore [è] buono; Salmeggiate al suo Nome, perciocchè [è] amabile.

Herie ye the Lord, for the Lord is good; singe ye to his name, for it is swete.

4 Conciossiachè il Signore si abbia eletto Giacobbe [Ed] Israele per suo tesoro riposto.

For the Lord chees Jacob to him silf; Israel in to possessioun to him silf.

5 Certo io conosco che il Signore [è] grande, E che il nostro Signore [è maggiore] di tutti gl'iddii.

For Y haue knowe, that the Lord is greet; and oure God bifore alle goddis.

6 Il Signore fa tutto ciò che gli piace In cielo ed in terra; Ne' mari, ed [in] tutti gli abissi.

The Lord made alle thingis, what euere thingis he wolde, in heuene and in erthe; in the see, and in alle depthis of watris.

7 Egli fa salire i vapori dall'estremità dalle terra; Egli fa i lampi per la pioggia; Egli trae fuori il vento da' suoi tesori.

He ledde out cloudis fro the ferthest part of erthe; and made leitis in to reyn. Which bringith forth wyndis fro hise tresours;

8 [Egli è quel] che percosse i primogeniti di Egitto, Così degli uomini, come degli animali.

which killide the firste gendrid thingis of Egipt, fro man `til to beeste.

9 Che mandò segni e prodigi, in mezzo di te, o Egitto; Sopra Faraone, e sopra tutti i suoi servitori.

He sente out signes and grete wondris, in the myddil of thee, thou Egipt; in to Farao and in to alle hise seruauntis.

10 Che percosse nazioni grandi, Ed uccise re potenti;

Which smoot many folkis; and killide stronge kingis.

11 Sihon, re degli Amorrei, E Og, re di Basan, E i re di tutti i regni di Canaan;

Seon, the king of Ammorreis, and Og, the king of Basan; and alle the rewmes of Chanaan.

12 E diede i lor paesi per eredità, Per eredità ad Israele, suo popolo.

And he yaf the lond of hem eritage; eritage to Israel, his puple.

13 O Signore, il tuo Nome [è] in eterno; O Signore, la memoria di te [è] per ogni età.

Lord, thi name is with outen ende; Lord, thi memorial be in generacioun and in to generacioun.

14 Quando il Signore avrà fatti i suoi giudicii sopra il suo popolo, Egli si pentirà per amor de' suoi servitori.

For the Lord schal deme his puple; and he schal be preied in hise seruauntis.

15 Gl'idoli delle genti[sono] argento ed oro, Opera di mani d'uomini;

The symulacris of hethene men ben siluer and gold; the werkis of the hondis of men.

16 Hanno bocca, e non parlano; Hanno occhi, e non veggono;

Tho han a mouth, and schulen not speke; tho han iyen, and schulen not se.

17 Hanno orecchi, e non odono; [Ed] anche non hanno fiato alcuno nella lor bocca.

Tho han eeris, and schulen not here; for `nether spirit is in the mouth of tho.

18 Simili ad essi sieno quelli che li fanno; Chiunque in essi si confida.

Thei that maken tho, be maad lijk tho; and alle that tristen in tho.

19 Casa d'Israele, benedite il Signore; Casa d'Aaronne, benedite il Signore.

The hous of Israel, blesse ye the Lord; the hous of Aaron, blesse ye the Lord.

20 Casa di Levi, benedite il Signore; [Voi] che temete il Signore, beneditelo.

The hous of Leuy, blesse ye the Lord; ye that dreden the Lord, `blesse ye the Lord.

21 Benedetto [sia] da Sion il Signore, Che abita in Gerusalemme. Alleluia.

Blessid be the Lord of Syon; that dwellith in Jerusalem.
