Numeri 34
1 IL Signore parlò ancora a Mosè, dicendo:
And the Lord spoke unto Moses, saying,
2 Comanda a' figliuoli d'Israele, e di' loro: Conciossiachè voi siate [ora] per entrar nel paese di Canaan, quest'[è] il paese che vi scaderà per eredità, [cioè] il paese di Canaan, secondo i suoi confini.
Command the children of Israel, and say unto them, when ye come into the land of Canaan, shall this be the land that shall fall unto you for an inheritance: The land of Canaan according to its boundaries.
3 E siavi il lato meridionale dal deserto di Sin alle frontiere di Edom; e l'estremità del mar salato sia il vostro confine dal mezzodi verso oriente.
And the southern side shall be unto you from the wilderness of Zin along by the boundary of Edom, and your southern border shall commence at the outmost edge of the Salt Sea on its east side.
4 E giri questo confine dal mezzodì verso la salita di Acrabbim, e passi a Sin, e arrivino le sue estremità a Cades-barnea, dal mezzodì; e proceda in Hasa-raddar, e passi in Asmon;
And the border shall turn for you from the south of the ascent of 'Akrabbim, and pass on to Zin; and its terminating points shall be to the south of Kadesh-barnea', and shall go on to Chazar-addar, and pass on to Azmon;
5 poi volti questo confine da Asmon verso il Torrente di Egitto, e arrivino le sue estremità al mare.
And the border shall turn from 'Azmon unto the river of Egypt, and its terminating points shall be at the sea.
6 E per confine occidentale siavi il mar grande, e i confini. Questo siavi il confine occidentale.
And as the western border, shall ye have the Great Sea for a border: this shall be your western border.
7 E questo siavi il confine settentrionale: Dal mar grande segnatevi il monte di Hor;
And this shall be unto you the northern border: from the Great Sea shall ye mark out for you [the boundary to] mount Hor;
8 dal monte di Hor, segnatevi per confine là dove si entra in Hamat; e arrivino le estremità di questo confine a Sedad;
From mount Hor shall ye mark out [the boundary] unto the entrance of Chamath; and the terminations of the border shall be toward Zedad;
9 e proceda fino a Zifron, e arrivino le sue estremità in Hasar-enan. Questo sia il vostro confine settentrionale.
And the border shall go on to Ziphron, and its terminating points shall be at Chazar'-enan: this shall be unto you the northern border.
10 Poi segnatevi, per confine orientale, da Hasar-enan a Sefam.
And ye shall turn yourselves to the eastern border, from Chazar-'enan to Shepham;
11 E scenda questo confine da Sefam in Ribla, dirincontro alla Fonte; poi scenda, e tocchi il lato del mare di Chinneret, verso oriente.
And the boundary shall go down from Shepham to Riblah, to the eastward of 'Ayin; and the boundary shall descend, and shall touch upon the coast of the sea of Kinnereth, eastward;
12 Poi scenda al Giordano, e arrivino le sue estremità al mar salato. Questo sia il vostro paese, [limitato] per li suoi confini d'ogn'intorno.
And the border shall go down to the Jordan, and its terminating points shall be at the Salt Sea: this shall be your land after its boundaries round about.
13 E Mosè comandò, e disse a' figliuoli di Israele: Quest'[è] il paese, del quale voi partirete la possessione a sorte; il quale il Signore ha comandato che si dia a nove tribù e mezza;
And Moses commanded the children of Israel, saying, This is the land which ye shall divide among yourselves by lot, which the Lord hath commanded to give unto the nine tribes, and to the half tribe.
14 conciossiachè la tribù de' Rubeniti, secondo le lor nazioni paterne, e la tribù de' Gaditi, secondo le lor nazioni paterne, e la metà della tribù di Manasse, abbiano ricevuta la loro eredità.
For the tribe of the children of Reuben according to their family divisions, and the tribe of the children of Gad according to their family divisions, have received, —and the half of the tribe of Menasseh have received their inheritance;
15 Queste due tribù e mezza hanno ricevuta la loro eredità di qua dal Giordano di Gerico, verso oriente.
The two tribes and the half tribe have received their inheritance on this side of the Jordan opposite Jericho eastward, toward the rising of the sun.
16 Il Signore parlò ancora a Mosè, dicendo:
And the Lord spoke unto Moses, saying,
17 Questi [sono] i nomi degli uomini che vi partiranno l'eredità del paese: Eleazaro Sacerdote, e Giosuè, figliuolo di Nun.
These are the names of the men who shall parcel out unto you the land: Elazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun.
18 Prendete ancora di ciascuna tribù uno de' Capi, per far la partizione del paese.
And one prince each from every tribe shall ye take to parcel out the land.
19 E questi [sono] i nomi degli uomini: Della tribù di Giuda, Caleb, figliuolo di Gefunne;
And these are the names of the men: Of the tribe of Judah, Caleb the son of Yephunneh:
20 Della tribù de' figliuoli di Simeone, Samuele, figliuolo di Ammihud;
And of the tribe of the children of Simeon, Shemuel the son of 'Ammihud;
21 Della tribù di Beniamino, Elidad, figliuolo di Chislon;
Of the tribe of Benjamin, Elidad the son of Kisslon;
22 Della tribù de' figliuoli di Dan, il Capo, Bucchi, figliuolo di Iogli;
And of the tribe of the children of Dan the prince, Bukki the son of Yogli;
23 De' figliuoli di Giuseppe, della tribù de' figliuoli di Manasse, il Capo, Hanniel, figliuolo di Efod;
Of the children of Joseph, for the tribe of the children of Menasseh the prince, Channiel the son of Ephod;
24 E della tribù de' figliuoli di Efraim, il Capo, Chemuel, figliuolo di Siftan;
And of the tribe of the children of Ephraim the prince, Kemuel the son of Shiphtan;
25 E della tribù de' figliuoli di Zabulon, il Capo, Elisafan, figliuolo di Parnac;
And of the tribe of the children of Zebulun the prince, Elizaphan the son of Parnach;
26 E della tribù de' figliuoli d'Issacar, il Capo, Patiel, figliuolo di Azan;
And of the tribe of the children of Issachar the prince, Paltiel the son of 'Azzan;
27 E della tribù de' figliuoli di Aser, il Capo, Ahihud, figliuolo di Selomi;
And of the tribe of the children of Asher the prince, Achihud the son of Shelomi;
28 E della tribù de' figliuoli di Neftali, il Capo, Pedahel, figliuolo di Ammihud.
And of the tribe of the children of Naphtali the prince, Pedahel the son of 'Ammihud.
29 Questi [son] quelli, a' quali il Signore comandò di far la partizone dell'eredità a' figliuoli d'Israele, nel paese di Canaan.
These are they whom the Lord hath commanded to divide out the inheritance unto the children of Israel in the land of Canaan.
