Marco 11
1 E QUANDO furon giunti vicino a Gerusalemme, in Betfage, e Betania, presso al monte degli Ulivi, [Gesù] mandò due de' suoi discepoli.
And when they came neere to Hierusalem, to Bethphage and Bethania vnto the mount of Oliues, he sent forth two of his disciples,
2 E disse loro: Andate nel castello ch' [è] dirimpetto a voi; e subito, come entrerete là, troverete un puledro [d'asino] attaccato, sopra il quale non montò mai alcuno; scioglietelo, e menatemelo.
And sayd vnto them, Goe your wayes into that towne that is ouer against you, and assoone as ye shall enter into it, ye shall finde a colte tied, whereon neuer man sate: loose him, and bring him.
3 E se alcuno vi dice: Perchè fate questo? dite: Il Signore ne ha bisogno. E subito lo manderà qua.
And if any man say vnto you, Why doe ye this? Say that the Lord hath neede of him, and straightway he will send him hither.
4 Essi adunque andarono, e trovarono il puledro attaccato di fuori ad una porta, presso ad un capo di strada, e lo sciolsero.
And they went their way, and found a colt tyed by the doore without, in a place where two wayes met, and they loosed him.
5 Ed alcuni di coloro ch'eran quivi presenti dissero loro: Che fate voi in isciogliere il puledro?
Then certaine of them, that stoode there, sayd vnto them, What doe ye loosing the colt?
6 Ed essi dissero loro come Gesù avea ordinato. Ed essi li lasciarono andare.
And they sayde vnto them, as Iesus had commanded them: So they let them goe.
7 Ed essi menarono il puledro a Gesù, e gettarono sopra quello le lor vesti; ed egli montò sopra esso.
And they brought the colte to Iesus, and cast their garments on him, and he sate vpon him.
8 E molti distendevano le lor vesti nella via, ed altri tagliavan de' rami dagli alberi, e li distendevano nella via.
And many spred their garments in the way: other cut downe branches off the trees, and strawed them in the way.
9 E coloro che andavan davanti, e coloro che venivan dietro, gridavano, dicendo: Osanna! Benedetto [sia] colui che viene nel nome del Signore!
And they that went before, and they that folowed, cryed, saying, Hosanna: blessed be hee that commeth in the Name of the Lord.
10 Benedetto [sia] il regno di Davide, nostro padre, il quale viene nel nome del Signore. Osanna ne' luoghi altissimi!
Blessed be the kingdome that commeth in the Name of the Lord of our father Dauid: Hosanna, O thou which art in the highest heauens.
11 E Gesù, entrato in Gersualemme, venne nel tempio; ed avendo riguardata ogni cosa attorno attorno, essendo già l'ora tarda, uscì verso Betania, co' dodici.
So Iesus entred into Hierusalem, and into the Temple: and when he had looked about on all things, and now it was euening, he went forth vnto Bethania with the twelue.
12 ED il giorno seguente, quando furono usciti di Betania, egli ebbe fame.
And on the morowe when they were come out from Bethania, he was hungry.
13 E veduto di lontano un fico che avea delle foglie, andò [a vedere] se vi troverebbe cosa alcuna; ma, venuto a quello, non vi trovò nulla, se non delle foglie; perciocchè non era la stagion de' fichi.
And seeing a fig tree afarre off, that had leaues, he went to see if he might finde any thing thereon: but when he came vnto it, hee found nothing but leaues: for the time of figges was not yet.
14 E Gesù prese a dire al fico: Niuno mangi mai più in perpetuo frutto da te. E i suoi discepoli l'udirono. (aiōn g165)
Then Iesus answered, and sayd to it, Neuer man eate fruite of thee hereafter while the world standeth: and his disciples heard it. (aiōn g165)
15 E vennero in Gerusalemme. E Gesù, entrato nel tempio, prese a cacciar fuori coloro che vendevano, e che comperavano nel tempio; e riversò le tavole dei cambiatori, e le sedie di coloro che vendevano i colombi.
And they came to Hierusalem, and Iesus went into the Temple, and began to cast out them that solde and bought in the Temple, and ouerthrewe the tables of the money changers, and the seates of them that solde doues.
16 E non permetteva che alcuno portasse alcun vaso attraverso al tempio.
Neither would hee suffer that any man should cary a vessell through the Temple.
17 Ed insegnava, dicendo loro: Non è egli scritto: La mia casa sarà chiamata: Casa d'orazione, per tutte le genti? ma voi ne avete fatta una spelonca di ladroni.
And he taught, saying vnto them, Is it not written, Mine house shalbe called the house of prayer vnto all nations? but you haue made it a denne of theeues.
18 Or gli Scribi, e i principali sacerdoti udirono [queste cose], e cercavano il modo di farlo morire; perchè lo temevano; perciocchè tutta la moltitudine era rapita in ammirazione della sua dottrina.
And the Scribes and hie Priestes heard it, and sought howe to destroy him: for they feared him, because the whole multitude was astonied at his doctrine.
19 E quando fu sera, [Gesù] se ne uscì fuori della città.
But when euen was come, Iesus went out of the citie.
20 E la mattina [seguente], come essi passavano presso del fico, lo videro seccato fin dalle radici.
And in the morning as they iourneyed together, they saw the figge tree dried vp from the rootes.
21 E Pietro, ricordatosi, gli disse: Maestro, ecco, il fico che tu maledicesti è seccato.
Then Peter remembred, and said vnto him, Master, beholde, the figge tree which thou cursedst, is withered.
22 E Gesù, rispondendo, disse loro: Abbiate fede in Dio.
And Iesus answered, and said vnto them, Haue the faith of God.
23 Perciocchè io vi dico in verità, che chi avrà detto a questo monte: Togliti [di là], e gettati nel mare; e non avrà dubitato nel cuor suo, anzi avrà creduto che ciò ch'egli dice avverrà; ciò ch'egli avrà detto gli sarà fatto.
For verely I say vnto you, that whosoeuer shall say vnto this mountaine, Be thou taken away, and cast into the sea, and shall not wauer in his heart, but shall beleeue that those things which he saieth, shall come to passe, whatsoeuer he saieth, shall be done to him.
24 Perciò io vi dico: Tutte le cose che voi domanderete pregando, crediate che le riceverete, e voi le otterrete.
Therefore I say vnto you, Whatsoeuer ye desire when ye pray, beleeue that ye shall haue it, and it shalbe done vnto you.
25 E quando vi presenterete per fare orazione, se avete qualche cosa contro ad alcuno, rimettetegliela; acciocchè il Padre vostro ch' [è] ne' cieli vi rimetta anch'egli i vostri falli.
But when ye shall stand, and pray, forgiue, if ye haue any thing against any man, that your Father also which is in heauen, may forgiue you your trespasses.
26 Ma, se voi non perdonate, il Padre vostro ch' [è] ne' cieli non vi perdonerà i vostri falli.
For if you will not forgiue, your Father which is in heauen, will not pardon you your trespasses.
27 POI vennero di nuovo in Gerusalemme; e mentre egli passeggiava per lo tempio, i principali sacerdoti, e gli Scribi, e gli anziani vennero a lui, e gli dissero:
Then they came againe to Hierusalem: and as he walked in the Temple, there came to him ye hie Priestes, and the Scribes, and the Elders,
28 Di quale autorità fai queste cose? e chi ti ha data cotesta autorità da far queste cose?
And said vnto him, By what authoritie doest thou these things? and who gaue thee this authoritie, that thou shouldest doe these things?
29 E Gesù, rispondendo, disse loro: Anch'io vi domanderò una cosa; rispondetemi adunque, ed io vi dirò di quale autorità io fo queste cose.
Then Iesus answered, and saide vnto them, I will also aske of you a certaine thing, and answere ye me, and I will tell you by what authoritie I do these things.
30 Il battesimo di Giovanni era egli dal cielo, o dagli uomini? rispondetemi.
The baptisme of Iohn, was it from heauen, or of men? answere me.
31 Ed essi ragionavan tra loro, dicendo: Se diciamo: Dal cielo, egli dirà: Perchè dunque non gli credeste?
And they thought with themselues, saying, If we shall say, From heauen, he will say, Why then did ye not beleeue him?
32 Ma [se] diciamo: Dagli uomini, noi temiamo il popolo (perciocchè tutti tenevano che Giovanni era veramente profeta);
But if we say, Of men, we feare the people: for all men counted Iohn, that he was a Prophet in deede.
33 perciò, rispondendo, dissero a Gesù: Noi non sappiamo. E Gesù, rispondendo, disse loro: Io ancora non vi dirò di quale autorità fo queste cose.
Then they answered, and saide vnto Iesus, We cannot tell. And Iesus answered, and said vnto them, Neither will I tell you by what authoritie I doe these things.
