Isaia 13
1 Il carico di Babilonia, il quale Isaia figliuolo di Amos vide.
[the] oracle of Babylon which he saw Isaiah [the] son of Amoz.
2 LEVATE la bandiera sopra un alto monte, alzate la voce a coloro, scotete la mano, e [dite] che entrino nelle porte dei principi.
On a mountain swept bare lift up a standard lift up a voice to them wave a hand so they may go [the] doors of noble [people].
3 Io ho data commissione a' miei deputati; ed anche, per [eseguir] l'ira mia, ho chiamati i miei [uomini] prodi, gli uomini trionfanti della mia altezza.
I I have commanded to consecrated [ones] my also I have summoned warriors my to anger my [the] exultant [ones] of pride my.
4 [Vi è] un romore di moltitudine sopra i monti, simile a quello di un gran popolo; [vi è] un romore risonante de' regni delle nazioni adunate; il Signor degli eserciti rassegna l'esercito [della gente] di guerra.
[the] sound of A tumult [is] on the mountains [the] likeness of a people numerous [the] sound of an uproar of kingdoms of nations gathering Yahweh of hosts [is] mustering an army of battle.
5 Il Signore e gli strumenti della sua indegnazione vengono di lontan paese, dall'estremità del cielo, per distrugger tutta la terra.
[they are] coming From a land of distance from [the] end of the heavens Yahweh and [the] weapons of indignation his to destroy all the land.
6 Urlate; perciocchè il giorno del Signore [è] vicino; egli verrà come un guastamento [fatto] dall'Onnipotente.
Wail for [is] near [the] day of Yahweh like devastation from [the] Almighty it will come.
7 Perciò, tutte le mani diventeranno fiacche, ed ogni cuor d'uomo si struggerà.
There-fore all hands they will drop and every heart of a person it will melt.
8 Ed essi saranno smarriti; tormenti e doglie li coglieranno; sentiranno dolori, come la donna che partorisce; saranno tutti sbigottiti, [riguardandosi] l'un l'altro; le lor facce [saranno come] facce divampate dalle fiamme.
And they will be terrified - pangs and pains they will seize [them]! like [woman] giving birth they will be in anguish! each to neighbor his they will look in astonishment [will be] faces of flames faces their.
9 Ecco, il giorno del Signore viene, [giorno] crudele, e d'indegnazione, e d'ira accesa, per metter la terra in desolazione, e per distrugger da essa i suoi peccatori.
There! [the] day of Yahweh [is] coming a cruel [day] and wrath and burning of anger to make the land a waste and sinners its he will destroy from it.
10 Perciocchè le stelle dei cieli, e gli astri di quelli non faranno lucere la lor luce; il sole scurerà, quando si leverà; e la luna non farà risplendere la sua luce.
For [the] stars of the heavens and constellations their not they will flash forth light their it will be dark the sun when goes forth it and [the] moon not it will make shine light its.
11 Ed io, [dice il Signore], punirò il mondo della [sua] malvagità, e gli empi della loro iniquità; e farò cessar l'alterezza de' superbi, ed abbatterò l'orgoglio de' violenti.
And I will visit on [the] world evil and on wicked [people] iniquity their and I will put an end to [the] pride of arrogant [people] and [the] haughtiness of ruthless [people] I will bring low.
12 Io farò che un uomo sarà più pregiato che oro fino, e una persona più che oro di Ofir.
I will make precious humankind more than pure gold and humankind more than [the] gold of Ophir.
13 Perciò, io crollerò il cielo, e la terra tremerà, [e sarà smossa] dal suo luogo, per l'indegnazione del Signor degli eserciti, e per lo giorno dell'ardor dell'ira sua.
There-fore heaven I will make tremble and it may shake the earth from place its in [the] wrath of Yahweh of hosts and in [the] day of [the] burning of anger his.
14 Ed essi saranno come un cavriuolo cacciato, e come pecore che niuno accoglie; ciascuno si volterà verso il suo popolo, e ciascuno fuggirà al suo paese.
And it will be like a gazelle hunted and like sheep and there not [will be one who] gathers everyone to own people his they will turn and everyone to own land his they will flee.
15 Chiunque sarà trovato sarà trafitto, e chiunque si sarà aggiunto [con loro] caderà per la spada.
Every [one who] is found he will be pierced through and every [one who] is captured he will fall by the sword.
16 E i lor fanciulletti saranno schiacciati davanti agli occhi loro; le lor case saranno rubate, e le lor mogli violate.
And children their they will be dashed in pieces to eyes their they will be plundered houses their and wives their (they will be lain with. *QK)
17 Ecco, io eccito contro a loro i Medi, i quali non faranno stima alcuna dell'argento, e non vorranno oro.
Here I [am] about to rouse on them Media who silver not they value and gold not they delight in it.
18 E con gli archi [loro] atterreranno i fanciulli, e non avranno pietà del frutto del ventre; e l'occhio loro non risparmierà i figlioletti.
And bows youths they will dash in pieces and [the] fruit of [the] womb not they will have compassion on on children not it will look with pity eye their.
19 E Babilonia, la gloria de' regni, la magnificenza della superbia dei Caldei, sarà [sovvertita], come Iddio sovvertì Sodoma e Gomorra.
And it will be Babylon [the] beauty of kingdoms [the] splendor of [the] pride of [the] Chaldeans like [the] overthrow of God Sodom and Gomorrah.
20 Ella non sarà giammai [più] in piè, nè sarà abitata per alcuna età, nè pur vi pianteranno gli Arabi i lor padiglioni, nè vi stabbieranno i pastori.
Not it will remain to perpetuity and not it will settle until a generation and a generation and not he will pitch a tent there an Arab and shepherds not they will make lie down there.
21 Ma quivi giaceranno le fiere de' deserti; e le lor case saranno piene di gran serpenti, e l'ulule vi abiteranno, e vi salteranno i demoni.
And they will lie down there desert-dwellers and they will be full houses their jackals and they will dwell there daughters of an ostrich and goats they will leap about there.
22 E i gufi canteranno nelle lor case grandi, e i dragoni ne' [lor] palazzi di diletto. Or il tempo di essa viene, ed [è] vicino, e i suoi giorni non saran prolungati.
And it will sing hyenas in palaces its and jackals in [the] palaces of delight and [is] near to go time its and days its not they will be prolonged.
