Ezechiele 9

1 POI egli gridò ad alta voce, udente me, dicendo: Accostatevi voi, che avete commessione contro alla città, avendo ciascuno le sue armi da distruggere in mano.

And he called out in ears my a voice great saying they have drawn near [the] punishments of the city and everyone [the] weapon of destruction his [is] in hand his.

2 Ed ecco sei uomini, che venivano di verso la porta alta, che riguarda verso il Settentrione, avendo ciascuno in mano le sue armi da dissipare; e nel mezzo di loro [vi era] un uomo vestito di panni lini, il quale avea un calamaio di scrivano in su i lombi; ed essi entrarono, e si fermarono presso all'altare di rame.

And there! six men [were] coming - from [the] direction of [the] gate upper which - [is] faced north-ward and everyone [the] weapon of shattering his [was] in hand his and a man one [was] in midst of them clothed linen and [the] writing-case of scribe [was] at hips his and they came and they stood beside [the] altar of bronze.

3 E la gloria dell'Iddio d'Israele si elevò d'in su i Cherubini, sopra i quali era; [e trasse] verso la soglia della Casa. E il Signore gridò all'uomo ch'era vestito di panni lini, che avea il calamaio di scrivano in su i lombi, e gli disse:

And [the] glory of - [the] God of Israel it was taken up from on the cherub which it had been on it to [the] threshold of the house and he called to the man who was clothed the linen whom writing-case of scribe [was] at hips his.

4 Passa per mezzo la città, per mezzo Gerusalemme, e fa' un segno sopra la fronte degli uomini che gemono, e sospirano per tutte le abbominazioni che si commettono nel mezzo di lei.

And he said Yahweh (to him *Qk) pass in [the] midst of the city in [the] midst of Jerusalem and you will mark a mark on [the] foreheads of the people who sigh and who groan on all the abominations which are done in [the] midst of it.

5 Ed agli altri disse, udente me: Passate dietro a lui per la città, e percotete; il vostro occhio non perdoni, e non risparmiate.

And to these he said in ears my pass in the city after him and strike (not *QK) let it look with compassion (eye your *QK) and may not you show pity.

6 Uccidete ad esterminio vecchi, e giovani, e vergini, e piccoli fanciulli, e donne; ma non vi accostate ad alcuno, sopra cui [sia] il segno; e cominciate dal mio santuario. Essi adunque cominciarono da quegli uomini anziani, ch'[erano] davanti alla Casa.

Old [man] young man and virgin and little one[s] and women you will kill to destruction and to any person whom [is] on him the mark may not you draw near and from sanctuary my you will begin and they began with the men old who [were] before the house.

7 Ed egli disse loro: Contaminate la Casa, ed empiete d'uccisi i cortili. [Poi disse loro: ] Uscite. Ed essi uscirono, e andavano percotendo per la città.

And he said to them make unclean the house and fill the courts [those] slain go forth and they went forth and they struck in the city.

8 E come essi andavano percotendo, io rimasi [quivi solo], e caddi sopra la mia faccia, e gridai, e dissi: Oimè lasso, Signore Iddio! distruggi tu tutto il rimanente d'Israele, spandendo la tua ira sopra Gerusalemme?

And it was when were striking they and [was] remaining I and I fell! on face my and I cried out and I said alas! O Lord Yahweh ¿ about to destroy [are] you all [the] remnant of Israel when pouring out you rage your on Jerusalem.

9 Ed egli mi rispose: L'iniquità della casa d'Israele, e di Giuda, [è] oltre modo grande; e il paese è pieno di sangue, e la città è piena di sviamento; perciocchè hanno detto: Il Signore ha abbandonato il paese, e il Signore non vede nulla.

And he said to me [the] iniquity of [the] house of Israel and Judah [is] great with muchness muchness and it has been filled the land blood and the city it is full perverseness for they have said he has forsaken Yahweh the land and not Yahweh [is] seeing.

10 Perciò, l'occhio mio non perdonerà, ed io non risparmierò; io renderò loro la lor via in sul capo.

And also I not it will look with compassion eye my and not I will show pity conduct their on own head their I will requite.

11 Ed ecco, l'uomo ch'era vestito di panni lini, che avea il calamaio sopra i lombi, fece [il suo] rapporto, dicendo: Io ho fatto secondo che tu mi comandasti.

And there! the man - clothed of the linen whom the writing-case [was] at hips his [was] bringing back a word saying I have done (according to all that *QK) you commanded me.
