1 Samuele 21

1 OR Davide venne in Nob, al Sacerdote Ahimelec; ed Ahimelec fu spaventato del suo incontro, e gli disse: Perchè [sei] tu solo, e non [v'è] alcuno teco?

And he went David Nob towards to Ahimelech the priest and he trembled Ahimelech to meet David and he said to him why? [are] you to alone you and [is] anyone there not with you.

2 E Davide disse al Sacerdote Ahimelec: Il re m'ha comandato qualche cosa, e m'ha detto: Niuno sappia nulla di ciò perchè io ti mando, e di ciò che t'ho ordinato. E, quant'è a' [miei] fanti, io li ho assegnati a trovarsi in un certo luogo.

And he said David to Ahimelech the priest the king he commanded me a matter and he said to me anyone may not he know anything the matter which I [am] sending you and which I have commanded you and the young men I have directed to a place of a certain one a certain one.

3 Ora dunque, che hai a mano? dammi cinque pani, o ciò che tu potrai.

And therefore what? [is] there under hand your five bread[s] give! in hand my or that [which] may be found.

4 E il Sacerdote rispose a Davide, e disse: Io non ho a mano alcun pan comune, ma bene ho del pane sacro; i fanti si sono eglino almen guardati da donne?

And he answered the priest David and he said there not [is] bread of profaneness to under hand my that except [is] bread of holiness there if they have kept themselves the young men only from a woman.

5 E Davide rispose al Sacerdote, e gli disse: Anzi le donne sono state appartate da noi dall'altro ieri che io partii; e gli arnesi de' fanti già erano santi; benchè il [nostro] viaggio [sia per affare che] non [è] sacro; quanto più adunque sarà oggi [quel pane] tenuto santamente fra i [nostri] arnesi?

And he answered David the priest and he said to him that except woman [is] withheld to us as yesterday three days ago when go out I and they were [the] vessels of the young men holiness and it [is] a journey of profaneness and indeed? for this day it is holy in the vessel.

6 Il Sacerdote adunque gli diè del [pane] sacro; perciocchè quivi non era [altro] pane che i pani di presenza, ch'erano stati levati d'innanzi al Signore, per mettervi de' pani caldi, il giorno stesso che quelli si erano levati.

And he gave to him the priest a holy thing for not it was there bread that except [the] bread of the presence which had been removed from to before Yahweh to put bread of heat on [the] day was taken away it.

7 Or in quel dì un uomo de' servitori di Saulle, il cui nome [era] Doeg, Idumeo, il principale de' mandriani di Saulle, era quivi rattenuto davanti al Signore.

And there a man one of [the] servants of Saul on the day that [was] detained before Yahweh and name his [was] Doeg the Edomite [the] mighty [one] of the shepherds who [belonged] to Saul.

8 E Davide disse ad Ahimelec: Non hai tu qui a mano alcuna lancia o spada? perciocchè io non ho presa meco nè la mia spada, nè le mie armi; perchè l'affare del re premeva.

And he said David to Ahimelech and where? there here under hand your [is] a spear or a sword for both sword my as well as weapons my not I took in hand my for it was [the] matter of the king urgent.

9 E il Sacerdote rispose: [Io ho] la spada di Goliat Filisteo, il qual tu percotesti nella valle di Ela; ecco, ella è involta in un drappo dietro all'Efod; se tu te la vuoi pigliare, pigliala; perciocchè qui non [ve n'è] alcuna altra, se non quella. E Davide disse: Non [ve n'è] alcuna pari; dammela.

And he said the priest [the] sword of Goliath the Philistine whom you struck down - in [the] valley of Elah here! it [is] wrapped in the cloak behind the ephod if it you will take for yourself take [it] for there not [is] another except it in this [place] and he said David there not [is] like it give it to me.

10 Allora Davide si levò, e in quel giorno se ne fuggì d'innanzi a Saulle, e venne ad Achis, re di Gat.

And he arose David and he fled on the day that from before Saul and he went to Achish [the] king of Gath.

11 E i servitori di Achis gli dissero: Non [è] costui Davide, re del paese? Non è egli costui, del quale si cantava nelle danze, dicendo: Saulle ne ha percossi i suoi mille, E Davide i suoi diecimila?

And they said [the] servants of Achish to him ¿ not [is] this David [the] king of the land ¿ not of this [one] do people sing with dances saying he has struck down Saul (thousands his *QK) and David (ten thousands his. *QK)

12 E Davide si mise queste parole nel cuore, e temette grandemente di Achis, re di Gat.

And he put David the words these in heart his and he was afraid exceedingly of Achish [the] king of Gath.

13 Ed egli si contraffece in lor presenza, e s'infinse pazzo fra le lor mani; e segnava gli usci della porta, e si scombavava la barba.

And he changed it sense his in eyes their and he pretended to be mad in hand their (and he made marks *Qk) on [the] doors of the gate and he made to flow down spittle his to beard his.

14 Ed Achis disse a' suoi servitori: Ecco, voi vedete un uomo insensato; perchè me l'avete voi menato?

And he said Achish to servants his there! you see a man behaving like a madman why? do you bring him to me.

15 Mi mancano forse insensati, che voi mi avete menato costui, per far l'insensato appresso di me? entrerebbe costui in casa mia?

Lacking of madmen [am] I? that you have brought this one to behave like a madman on me ¿ this one will he come into house my.
