Yosua 13
1 Sekarang Yosua sudah tua sekali. TUHAN berkata kepada Yosua, "Kau sudah tua, Yosua! Tetapi masih banyak daerah yang harus direbut:
Now Joshua was old, well stricken in years; and the Lord said unto him, Thou art old, stricken in years, and of the land there remaineth yet very much to be taken possession of.
2 seluruh wilayah Filistin dan Gesur,
This is the land that yet remaineth: All the circles of the Philistines, and all [the land of the] Geshurites,
3 dan seluruh wilayah Awi ke arah selatan. (Daerah dari Sungai Sikhor di perbatasan Mesir sampai ke perbatasan Ekron di sebelah utara, seluruhnya itu terhitung daerah bangsa Kanaan; dan raja-raja Filistin tinggal di Gaza, Asdod, Askelon, Gat dan Ekron.)
From the Shichor, which runneth before Egypt, even unto the boundary of 'Ekron northward, is counted to the Canaanites; the five lords of the Philistines; the Gazzathites, and the Ashdodites, the Eshkelonites, the Gittites, and the 'Ekronites; also the 'Avvim;
4 Juga masih harus direbut: seluruh daerah Kanaan dan Meara (milik bangsa Sidon), sampai ke Afek di perbatasan daerah bangsa Amori;
On the south, all the land of the Canaanites, and Me'arah that belongeth to the Zidonians, up to Aphek, up to the border of the Emorites;
5 selanjutnya daerah bangsa Gebal, dan seluruh daerah Libanon ke arah timur, dari Baal-Gad di sebelah selatan Gunung Hermon, terus sampai ke jalan yang menuju ke Hamat.
And the land of the Giblites, and all Lebanon, toward the rising of the sun, from Ba'al-gad under mount Chermon up to the entrance of Chamath.
6 Termasuk juga seluruh daerah orang Sidon, yang tinggal di daerah pegunungan antara gunung-gunung Libanon dan Misrefot-Maim." "Semua bangsa-bangsa itu akan Kuusir nanti, pada waktu umat Israel memerangi mereka," kata TUHAN selanjutnya kepada Yosua. "Tanah itu harus kaubagi-bagikan kepada umat Israel untuk menjadi tanah milik mereka, seperti yang sudah Kuperintahkan kepadamu.
All the inhabitants of the mountain from Lebanon unto Missrephoth-mayim, all the Zidonians: these will I drive out from before the children of Israel; only divide thou it by lot unto the Israelites for an inheritance, as I have commanded thee.
7 Jadi, sekarang bagi-bagikanlah tanah itu kepada sembilan suku dalam bangsa Israel, dan kepada separuh dari suku Manasye, supaya itu menjadi tanah milik mereka."
And now divide this land for an inheritance unto the nine tribes, and the half tribe of Menasseh.
8 Suku Ruben dan Gad serta separuh suku Manasye sudah menerima bagian tanah dari Musa, hamba TUHAN itu; yaitu tanah di sebelah timur Sungai Yordan.
With him the Reubenites and the Gadites have received their inheritance, which Moses gave unto them, beyond the Jordan eastward, as Moses the servant of the Lord hath given them;
9 Wilayah mereka meliputi Aroer (di tepi Lembah Sungai Arnon), dan kota yang di tengah-tengah lembah itu. Juga seluruh daerah dataran tinggi dari Medeba sampai ke Dibon
From 'Aro'er, that is upon the bank of the brook Arnon, and the city that is in the midst of the brook, and all the plain of Medeba up to Dibon;
10 dan sampai ke perbatasan daerah Amon, termasuk semua kota yang pernah dikuasai oleh Sihon, raja Amori, yang berkedudukan di Hesybon.
And all the cities of Sichon the king of the Emorites, who reigned over Cheshbon, up to the border of the children of 'Ammon;
11 Juga termasuk daerah Gilead, daerah sekitar Gesur dan Maakha, serta seluruh Gunung Hermon, dan seluruh daerah Basan sampai ke Salkha.
And Gil'ad, and the territory of the Geshurites and Ma'achathites, and all mount Chermon, and all Bashan up to Salchah;
12 Daerah mereka juga meliputi daerah kekuasaan Raja Og, orang Refaim terakhir yang memerintah di Asytarot dan Edrei. Musa sudah mengalahkan bangsa-bangsa itu dan mengusir mereka keluar dari daerah mereka.
All the kingdom of 'Og in Bashan, who reigned in 'Ashtaroth and in Edre'i; who had been left of the remnant of the Rephaim; and Moses smote them, and cast them out.
13 Tetapi penduduk Gesur dan Maakha tidak diusir oleh orang Israel; mereka masih tinggal di Israel.
Nevertheless the children of Israel expelled not the Geshurites and the Ma'achathites; but the Geshurites and the Ma'achathites continued to dwell in the midst of the Israelites until this day.
14 Suku Lewi tidak menerima bagian tanah dari Musa, sebab TUHAN sudah mengatakan kepada Musa bahwa bagian suku Lewi ialah dari kurban-kurban yang dibakar di mezbah untuk TUHAN Allah Israel.
Only unto the tribe of Levi he gave no inheritance: the fire-offerings of the Lord, the God of Israel, are their inheritance, as he hath spoken unto them.
15 Sebagian dari tanah yang dijanjikan TUHAN kepada umat Israel itu sudah diberikan Musa kepada keluarga-keluarga dalam suku Ruben, untuk menjadi tanah milik mereka.
And Moses gave unto the tribe of the children of Reuben according to their families;
16 Wilayah mereka itu meliputi Aroer (di tepi Lembah Sungai Arnon) dan kota yang di tengah-tengah lembah itu sampai ke seluruh dataran tinggi sekitar Medeba;
And their territory was from 'Aro'er, that is on the bank of the brook Arnon, and the city that is in the midst of the brook, and all the plain by Medeba;
17 juga Hesybon dan semua kota di dataran tinggi itu, yaitu: Dibon, Bamot-Baal, Bet-Baal-Meon,
Cheshbon, and all its cities that are in the plain; Dibon, and Bamoth-ba'al, and Beth-ba'al-me'on,
18 Yahas, Kedemot, Mefaat,
And Yahzah, and Kedemoth, and Mepha'ath,
19 Kiryataim, Sibma, Zeret-Hasahar yang terletak di atas bukit di lembah itu,
And Kiryathayim, and Sibmah, and Zereth-hashachar on the mount of the valley,
20 Bet-Peor, lereng-lereng Gunung Pisga, dan Bet-Yesimot.
And Beth-pe'or, and the declivities of Pisgah, and Beth-hayeshimoth,
21 Selanjutnya termasuk pula semua kota di dataran tinggi itu, dan seluruh daerah kekuasaan Sihon, raja bangsa Amori, yang dahulunya berkedudukan di Hesybon. Dia dan penguasa-penguasa Midian pun, yaitu: Ewi, Rekem, Zur, Hur dan Reba, sudah dikalahkan oleh Musa. Semua penguasa itu pernah memerintah negeri itu untuk Raja Sihon.
And all the cities of the plain, and all the kingdom of Sichon the king of the Emorites, who reigned in Cheshbon, whom Moses smote with the princes of Midian, Evi, and Rekem, and Zur, and Chur, and Reba', the dukes of Sichon, the dwellers of the country.
22 Di antara orang-orang yang dibunuh oleh bangsa Israel terdapat juga Bileam anak Beor, si peramal.
And Bil'am the son of Be'or, the soothsayer, did the children of Israel slay with the sword among their slain.
23 Sungai Yordan merupakan batas bagian barat wilayah suku Ruben. Itulah kota-kota dan desa-desa yang diberikan kepada keluarga-keluarga dalam suku Ruben untuk menjadi tanah milik mereka.
And the boundary of the children of Reuben was the Jordan, and its bordering territory. This was the inheritance of the children of Reuben after their families, the cities and their villages.
24 Sebagian dari tanah yang dijanjikan TUHAN kepada umat Israel itu juga telah diberikan Musa kepada keluarga-keluarga dalam suku Gad, untuk menjadi milik mereka.
And Moses gave unto the tribe of Gad, unto the children of Gad according to their families;
25 Wilayah mereka meliputi Yaezer dan semua kota di Gilead serta separuh dari daerah bangsa Amon sampai sejauh Aroer di sebelah timur Raba;
And their territory was Ya'zer, and all the cities of Gil'ad, and half the land of the children of 'Ammon, up to 'Aro'er that is before Rabbah;
26 daerah dari Hesybon sampai ke Ramat-Mizpa dan Betonim, serta daerah dari Mahanaim sampai ke perbatasan Lodebar, semuanya itu termasuk juga wilayah untuk suku Gad.
And from Cheshbon unto Ramath-mizpeh, and Betonim; and from Machanayim up to the border of Debir;
27 Di Lembah Yordan, wilayah suku Gad itu meliputi Bet-Haram, Bet-Nimra, Sukot, dan Zafon, yaitu sisa daerah kekuasaan Raja Sihon di Hesybon. Perbatasan bagian barat wilayah suku Gad itu adalah Sungai Yordan sampai sejauh Danau Galilea di sebelah utara.
And in the valley, Beth-haram, and Beth-nimrah, and Succoth, and Zaphon, the rest of the kingdom of Sichon the king of Cheshbon, the Jordan and its bordering territory, up to the edge of the sea of Kinnereth on the other side of the Jordan eastward.
28 Itulah kota-kota dan desa-desa yang diberikan kepada keluarga-keluarga dalam suku Gad untuk menjadi tanah milik mereka.
This is the inheritance of the children of Gad after their families, the cities and their villages.
29 Sebagian dari tanah yang dijanjikan TUHAN kepada umat Israel itu juga sudah diberikan Musa kepada keluarga-keluarga dalam separuh dari suku Manasye untuk menjadi milik mereka.
And Moses gave unto the half tribe of Menasseh; and it belonged to the half tribe of the children of Menasseh after their families;
30 Batas-batas wilayah mereka sampai ke Mahanaim, termasuk seluruh Basan--yaitu seluruh wilayah kekuasaan Og, raja Basan, dan juga keenam puluh kampung-kampung Yair di Basan.
And their territory was from Machanayim, all Bashan, all the kingdom of 'Og the king of Bashan, and all the villages of Ya'ir, which are in Bashan, sixty cities;
31 Selanjutnya termasuk juga separuh daerah Gilead, serta Asytarot dan Edrei, yaitu kedua ibu kota wilayah kekuasaan Raja Og di Basan. Seluruh daerah itu diberikan kepada separuh dari keluarga-keluarga keturunan Makhir, anak Manasye.
And half Gil'ad and 'Ashtaroth, and Edre'i, the cities of the kingdom of 'Og in Bashan, [belonged] unto the children of Machir the son of Menasseh, even to the one half of the children of Machir after their families.
32 Begitulah Musa membagi tanah di sebelah timur Yerikho, di seberang Sungai Yordan, ketika ia berada di dataran rendah Moab.
These are they to whom Moses did distribute an inheritance in the plans of Moab, on the other side of the Jordan, by Jericho, eastward.
33 Tetapi suku Lewi tidak mendapat tanah sedikit pun dari Musa. Musa mengatakan kepada mereka bahwa bagian yang diberikan kepada mereka adalah dari kurban-kurban yang dipersembahkan kepada TUHAN Allah Israel.
But unto the tribe of Levi Moses gave not any inheritance: the Lord the God of Israel is himself their inheritance, as he hath spoken unto them.
