Keluaran 13
1 TUHAN berkata kepada Musa,
Also the Lord spak to Moises, and seide,
2 "Persembahkanlah semua anak laki-laki yang sulung kepada-Ku. Setiap anak laki-laki sulung Israel, dan setiap ternak jantan yang pertama lahir, adalah milik-Ku."
Halewe thou to me ech firste gendrid thing that openeth the wombe among the sones of Israel, as wel of men as of beestis, for whi alle ben myn.
3 Musa berkata kepada bangsa Israel, "Pada hari ini TUHAN membebaskan kamu dengan kuasa-Nya yang besar, sehingga kamu dapat keluar dari Mesir, tempat kamu diperbudak. Sebab itu, peringatilah hari ini. Janganlah makan roti yang beragi.
And Moises seide to the puple, Haue ye mynde of this dai, in which ye yeden out of Egipt, and of the hows of seruage, for in strong hond the Lord ledde you out of this place, that ye ete not breed diyt with sour dow.
4 Pada hari ini, tanggal satu bulan Abib atau bulan satu, kamu meninggalkan negeri Mesir.
To dai ye gon out, in the monethe of new fruytis;
5 Dengan sumpah TUHAN menjanjikan kepada nenek moyangmu untuk menyerahkan kepadamu negeri bangsa Kanaan, Het, Amori, Hewi dan Yebus. Sesudah TUHAN membawa kamu ke negeri yang kaya dan subur itu, setiap tahun dalam bulan Abib, kamu harus mengadakan upacara ini.
and whanne the Lord hath led thee in to the lond of Cananey, and of Ethei, and of Amorrei, and of Euei, and of Jebusei, which lond he swoor to thi fadris, that he schulde yyue to thee, a lond flowynge with mylk and hony, thou schalt halowe this custom of holy thingis in this monethe.
6 Selama tujuh hari kamu harus makan roti yang tidak beragi, dan pada hari yang ketujuh harus diadakan perayaan untuk menghormati TUHAN.
In seuene daies thou schalt ete therf looues, and the solempnete of the Lord schal be in the seuenthe dai;
7 Selama tujuh hari kamu tidak boleh makan roti yang beragi, dan di seluruh negerimu tidak boleh ada ragi atau sesuatu pun yang beragi.
ye schulen ete therf looues seuene daies, no thing diyt with sour dow schal appere at thee, nether in alle thi coostis.
8 Pada permulaan perayaan itu kamu harus menceritakan kepada anakmu yang laki-laki bahwa semua itu kamu lakukan karena segala yang sudah diperbuat TUHAN bagimu pada waktu kamu meninggalkan negeri Mesir.
And thou schalt telle to thi sone in that dai, and schalt seie, This it is that the Lord dide to me, whanne Y yede out of Egipt.
9 Perayaan ini menjadi pengingat untukmu seperti tanda yang diikat pada tangan atau dahimu. Perayaan ini mengingatkan kamu untuk terus mengucapkan dan mempelajari Hukum-hukum TUHAN, sebab TUHAN mengeluarkan kamu dari Mesir dengan kuasa-Nya yang besar.
And it schal be as a signe in thin hond, and as a memorial before thin iyen, and that the lawe of the Lord be euere in thi mouth; for in a strong hond the Lord ledde thee out of Egipt, and of the hows of seruage.
10 Rayakanlah pesta ini setiap tahun pada waktu yang ditentukan."
Thou schalt kepe siche a worschipyng in tyme ordeined, `fro daies in to daies.
11 Musa berkata kepada bangsa Israel, "TUHAN akan mengantar kamu ke negeri Kanaan yang dijanjikan-Nya dengan sumpah kepadamu dan nenek moyangmu. Sesudah tanah itu menjadi milikmu,
And whanne the Lord hath brouyt thee in to the lond of Cananey, as he swoor to thee, and to thi fadris, and hath youe it to thee,
12 kamu harus mempersembahkan setiap anak lelaki yang sulung dan setiap ternak jantan yang pertama lahir. Semuanya itu milik TUHAN,
thou schalt departe to the Lord al the thing that openeth the wombe, and that that is the firste in thi beestis; what euer thing thou hast of male kynde, thou schalt halewe to the Lord.
13 tetapi tiap keledai jantan yang pertama lahir harus ditebus dari TUHAN dengan mengurbankan seekor anak domba sebagai gantinya. Kalau kamu tidak mau menebus keledai itu, lehernya harus dipatahkan. Setiap anakmu laki-laki yang pertama lahir harus ditebus.
Thou schalt chaunge the firste gendrid of an asse for a scheep, that if thou ayen biest not, thou schalt sle; forsothe thou schalt ayen bie with prijs al the firste gendrid of man of thi sones.
14 Kalau di kemudian hari anakmu bertanya apa arti semuanya itu, kamu harus menjawab begini, 'Dengan kuasa yang besar TUHAN membawa kita keluar dari negeri Mesir, tempat kita diperbudak.
And whanne thi sone schal axe thee to morewe, and seie, What is this? thou schalt answere to hym, In a strong hond the Lord ladde vs out of the lond of Egipt, of the hows of seruage; for whanne Farao was maad hard,
15 Ketika raja Mesir berkeras kepala dan tidak mau melepaskan kita pergi, TUHAN membunuh setiap anak laki-laki yang sulung di Mesir, baik anak manusia maupun anak hewan. Itulah sebabnya kita mengurbankan kepada TUHAN setiap ternak jantan yang pertama lahir, tetapi kita tebus anak-anak kita yang sulung.'
and nolde delyuere vs, the Lord killide alle the firste gendrid thing in the lond of Egipt, fro the firste gendrid of man til to the firste gendrid of beestis; therfor Y offre to the Lord al thing of male kynde that openeth the wombe, and Y ayen bie alle the firste gendrid thingis of my sones.
16 Kebiasaan itu menjadi pengingat bagi kita seperti tanda yang diikat pada tangan atau dahi kita. Dengan demikian kita akan tetap diingatkan bahwa TUHAN telah mengeluarkan kita dari Mesir dengan kuasa yang besar."
Therfor it schal be as a signe in thin hond, and as a thing hangid for mynde bifore thin iyen, for in a strong hond the Lord ledde vs out of Egipt.
17 Sesudah raja Mesir melepas bangsa Israel pergi, Allah tidak membawa mereka lewat jalan yang melalui negeri Filistin, walaupun itu jalan yang paling pendek. Allah berpikir, "Jangan-jangan orang-orang itu menyesal kalau melihat bahwa mereka harus berperang, lalu kembali ke Mesir."

18 Karena itu Allah membawa mereka lewat jalan putar melalui padang gurun menuju Laut Gelagah. Pada waktu meninggalkan Mesir, orang-orang Israel itu bersenjata seperti akan berperang.
but God ledde aboute by the weie of deseert, which weie is bisidis the reed see. And the sones of Israel weren armed, and stieden fro the lond of Egipte.
19 Musa membawa tulang-tulang Yusuf, sebab semasa hidupnya Yusuf menyuruh orang Israel bersumpah untuk berbuat begitu. Begini pesan Yusuf, "Pada waktu Allah membebaskan kamu, jenazahku harus kamu bawa dari tempat ini."

20 Orang Israel meninggalkan Sukot dan berkemah di kota Etam, di tepi padang gurun.
And thei yeden forth fro Socoth, and settiden tentis in Etham, in the laste endis of wildirnesse.
21 Pada waktu siang TUHAN berjalan di depan mereka dalam tiang awan dan pada waktu malam Ia mendahului mereka dalam tiang api untuk menunjukkan jalan. Dengan demikian mereka dapat berjalan siang dan malam.
Forsothe the Lord yede bifore hem to schewe the weie, bi dai in a piler of clowde, and bi nyyt in a piler of fier, that he schulde be ledere of the weie in euer either time;
22 Sepanjang hari tiang awan berada di depan bangsa itu dan sepanjang malam tiang api menyertai mereka.
the piler of clowde failide neuere bi dai, nether the piler of fier bi niyt, bifor the puple.
