< Dagiti Salmo 10 >

1 O Yahweh, apay nga umad-adayoka? Apay nga aglemlemmengka iti tiempo ti riribuk?
Why stand you afar off, O Lord? [why] do you overlook [us] in times of need, in affliction?
2 Gapu iti kinapalangguadda, kamaten dagiti nadangkes a tattao dagiti maidaddadanes; ngem pangngaasim ta ipalubosmo a mapalab-ogan dagiti nadangkes babaen kadagiti bukodda a panggep nga insaganada.
While the ungodly one acts proudly, the poor is hotly pursued: [the wicked] are taken in the crafty counsels which they imagine.
3 Ta ipaspasindayag ti nadangkes a tao ti nalaus a tarigagayna; padpadayawanna dagiti naagum ken lalaisenna ni Yahweh.
Because the sinner praises himself for the desires of his heart; and the unjust one blesses himself.
4 Ti nadangkes a tao ket natangsit, saanna a sapsapulen ti Dios. Pulos a saanna a panpanunoten ti Dios gapu ta saanna a pagan-ano ti maipapan kenkuana.
The sinner has provoked the Lord: according to the abundance of his pride he will not seek after [him]: God is not before him.
5 Natalged isuna iti amin a tiempo, ngem nangato unay kenkuana dagiti nalinteg a bilbilinmo; tagtagibassitenna dagiti amin a kabusorna.
His ways are profane at all times; your judgments are removed from before him: he will gain the mastery over all his enemies.
6 Kunaenna iti pusona, “Saanakto pulos a mapaay; saanakto a makapadas iti riribuk iti amin a henerasion.”
For he has said in his heart, I shall not be moved, [continuing] without evil from generation to generation.
7 Napnoan ti ngiwatna iti panangilunod, panangallilaw, ken makapasakit a sasao; mangdangran ken mangdadael ti dilana.
Whose mouth is full of cursing, and bitterness, and fraud: under his tongue are trouble and pain.
8 Agab-abang isuna nga agsaneb iti asideg dagiti purpurok; patpatayenna dagiti awan basolna kadagiti nalimed a lugar; agsisiim dagiti matana kadagiti biktimaenna nga awan gawayna.
He lies in wait with rich [men] in secret places, in order to kill the innocent: his eyes are set against the poor.
9 Aglemlemmeng isuna a kasla leon iti kasamekan; agpadpadaan isuna a mangtiliw kadagiti maidaddadanes. Tiltiliwenna dagiti maidaddadanes no guyodenna ti silona.
He lies in wait in secret as a lion in his den: he lies in wait to ravish the poor, to ravish the poor when he draws him [after him]: he will bring him down in his snare.
10 Marumek ken madangran dagiti biktimana; matnagda kadagiti nalagda a silona.
He will bow down and fall when he has mastered the poor.
11 Kunaenna iti pusona, “Nanglipat ti Dios; lenglengdanna ti rupana; saannan a kayat ti kumita.”
For he has said in his heart, God has forgotten: he has turned away his face so as never to look.
12 Bumangonka, O Yahweh; ingatom ti imam iti panangukom, O Dios. Saanmo a lipaten dagiti maidaddadanes.
Arise, O Lord God; let your hand be lifted up: forget not the poor.
13 Apay a laklaksiden ti nadangkes a tao ti Dios ken kunaenna iti pusona, “Awanto ti sungsungbatak kenka”?
Therefore, has the wicked provoked God? for he has said in his heart, He will not require [it].
14 Nakitam, ta kanayon a makitkitam ti mangpaspasagrap iti riribuk ken liday. Italtalek dagiti awan gawayna ti bagida kenka; is-ispalem dagiti ulila.
You see [it]; for you do observe trouble and wrath, to deliver them into your hands: the poor has been left to you; you were a helper to the orphan.
15 Tukkolem ti takiag ti nadangkes ken managdakdakes a tao; dusaem isuna gapu kadagiti dakes nga aramidna, nga impagarupna a saanmo a matakuatan.
Break you the arm of the sinner and wicked man: his sin shall be sought for, and shall not be found.
16 Ni Yahweh ti Ari iti agnanayon ken awan patinggana; mapapanaw dagiti nasion iti dagana.
The Lord shall reign for ever, even for ever and ever: you Gentiles shall perish out his land.
17 O Yahweh, nangngegmo dagiti kasapulan dagiti maidaddadanes; pappapigsaem ti pusoda, dengdenggem ti kararagda;
The Lord has heard the desire of the poor: your ear has inclined to the preparation of their heart;
18 ikankanawam dagiti ulila ken dagiti maidaddadanes tapno awan ti tao ditoy rabaw ti daga ti mangbutbuteng manen.
to plead for the orphan and afflicted, that man may no more boast upon the earth.
