Nehemias 7
1 Idi nalpasen ti pader ken naikabilkon dagiti ridaw, ken nadutokanen dagiti guardia iti ruangan, dagiti kumakanta ken dagiti Levita,
Now it came to pass, when the wall was built, and I had set up the doors, and the porters and the singers and the Levites were appointed,
2 insaadko ni Hanani a kabsatko a mangimaton iti entero a Jerusalem, kaduana ni Hananias a mangkita iti sarikedked, ta mapagtalkan isuna a tao ken addaan iti naan-anay a panagbuteng iti Dios ngem iti kaadduan.
That I gave my brother Hanani, and Hananiah the ruler of the palace, charge over Jerusalem: for he [was] a faithful man, and feared God above many.
3 Ket imbagak kadakuada, “Saanyo a lukatan dagiti ruangan ti Jerusalem agingga a makatangkayag ti init. Bayat a nakabantay dagiti guardia iti ruagan, mabalinyo nga irikep dagiti ruangan ken ibalunet dagitoy. Mangdutokkayo kadagiti guardia manipud kadagiti agnanaed iti Jerusalem, maisaad dagiti dadduma iti kampo a pagbantayanda, ken maisaad dagiti dadduma iti sango dagiti pagtaenganda.”
And I said to them, Let not the gates of Jerusalem be opened until the sun shall be hot; and while they stand by, let them shut the doors, and bar [them]: and appoint watches of the inhabitants of Jerusalem, every one in his watch, and every one [to be] over against his house.

Now the city [was] large and great: but the people in it [were] few, and the houses [were] not built.

And my God put into my heart to assemble the nobles, and the rulers, and the people, that they might be reckoned by genealogy. And I found a register of the genealogy of them who came up at the first, and found written in it,
6 Dagitoy dagiti tattao iti probinsia a nagsubli manipud kadagiti naitalaw a balud nga intalaw ni Nebucadnesar nga ari ti Babilonia. Nagsubli ti tunggal maysa iti siudadna idiay Jerusalem ken idiay Juda.
These [are] the children of the province, that went up out of the captivity, of those that had been carried away, whom Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon had carried away, and came again to Jerusalem and to Judah, every one to his city;

The children of Solomon's servants: the children of Sotai, the children of Sophereth, the children of Perida,

The children of Jaala, the children of Darkon, the children of Giddel,
59 dagiti kaputotan ni Sefatias, dagiti kaputotan ni Hattil, dagiti kaputotan ni Pokeret Hazzebaim, dagiti kaputotan ni Amon.
The children of Shephatiah, the children of Hattil, the children of Pochereth of Zebaim, the children of Amon.
60 Amin dagiti agserserbi iti templo, ken dagiti kaputotan dagiti adipen ni Solomon ket 392.
All the Nethinims, and the children of Solomon's servants, [were] three hundred and ninety two.
61 Ket dagitoy dagiti nagsubli manipud Tel Mela, Tel Harsa, Kerub, Addan, ken Immer; ngem saanda a mapaneknekan no isuda wenno dagiti kapuonan dagiti pamiliada ket kaputotan ni Israel:
And these [were] they who went up [also] from Tel-mela, Tel-haresha, Cherub, Addon, and Immer: but they could not show their fathers house, nor their seed, whether they [were] of Israel.
62 Dagiti kaputotan ni Delias, dagiti kaputotan ni Tobias, ken dagiti kaputotan ni Nekoda ket 642.
The children of Delaiah, the children of Tobiah, the children of Nekoda, six hundred and forty two.
63 Ken kadagiti papadi: dagiti kaputotan ni Habaias, dagiti kaputotan ni Hakkoz, dagiti kaputotan ni Barzillai a nangasawa iti maysa kadagiti babbai a putot ni Barzillai a Galaadita ket naawagan a maiyannurot kadagiti naganda.
And of the priests: the children of Habaiah, the children of Koz, the children of Barzillai, who took [one] of the daughters of Barzillai the Gileadite for a wife, and was called after their name.
64 Sinapul dagitoy ti nakailistaanda iti listaan dagiti kapuonan, ngem saanda a nasarakan, isu a naikkatda iti kinapadi a kas narugit.
These sought their register [among] those that were reckoned by genealogy, but it was not found: therefore were they, as polluted, put from the priesthood.
65 Ket kinuna ti gobernador kadakuada a saanda a mapalubosan a mangan iti taraon a bingay ti padi manipud kadagiti naidaton agingga nga anamungan ti padi nga adaan Urim ken Tummim.
And the Tirshatha said to them, that they should not eat of the most holy things, till there should stand [up] a priest with Urim and Thummim.

The whole congregation together [was] forty two thousand three hundred and sixty.

Besides their man-servants and their maid-servants, of whom [there were] seven thousand three hundred and thirty seven: and they had two hundred and forty five singing-men and singing-women.

Their horses, seven hundred and thirty six: their mules, two hundred and forty five:

[Their] camels, four hundred and thirty five: six thousand seven hundred and twenty asses.
70 Nangted dagiti sumagmamano a panguloen dagiti pamilia kadagiti sagut a mausar iti trabaho. Inkabil ti gobernador ti sangaribu a daric a balitok, 50 a palanggana, ken ti 530 a pagan-anay ti padi iti pagiduldulinan iti gameng.
And some of the chief of the fathers gave to the work. The Tirshatha gave to the treasure a thousand drams of gold, fifty basins, five hundred and thirty priests' garments.
71 Inkabil dagiti sumagmamano a panguloen dagiti pamilia ti 20, 000 a daric a balitok ken 2, 200 a minas a pirak iti pagiduldulinan iti gameng, a mausar iti trabaho.
And [some] of the chief of the fathers gave to the treasure of the work, twenty thousand drams of gold, and two thousand and two hundred pounds of silver.
72 Nangted dagiti dadduma a tattao iti 20, 000 a daric a balitok, ken 2, 000 a minas a pirak, ken 67 a kagay nga agpaay kadagiti papadi.
And [that] which the rest of the people gave [was] twenty thousand drams of gold, and two thousand pounds of silver, and sixty seven priests' garments.
73 Isu a dagiti papadi, dagiti Levita, dagiti guardia, dagiti kumakanta, dagiti dadduma a tattao, dagiti agserserbi iti templo, ken amin nga Israel ket nagnaed kadagiti siudadda. Iti maikapito a bulan, nagnaeden dagiti tattao ti Israel kadagiti siudadda.”
So the priests, and the Levites, and the porters, and the singers, and [some] of the people, and the Nethinims, and all Israel, dwelt in their cities; and when the seventh month came, the children of Israel [were] in their cities.
