< Lucas 5 >

1 Itatta, ti napasamak, kabayatan nga ar-aribungbungan dagiti tattao ni Hesus ken dumdumngegda iti sao ti Dios, isuna ket agtaktakder iti igid ti dan-aw ti Genesaret.
And it came to pass, that, as the people pressed on him to hear the word of God, he stood by the lake of Gennesaret,
2 Nakitana ti dua nga bangka a naitakdang iti igid ti dan-aw. Bimmaba dagiti agkalkalap ug-ugasanda dagiti iketda.
And saw two ships standing by the lake: but the fishermen were gone out of them, and were washing their nets.
3 Limmugan ni Hesus iti maysa kadagiti bangka nga kukua ni Simon, ket imbagana kenkuana nga ipanna iti danom nga adayo bassit iti igid. Ket nagtugaw ken sinuroanna dagiti tattao manipud iti bangka.
And he entered into one of the ships, which was Simon’s, and prayed him that he would thrust out a little from the land. And he sat down, and taught the people out of the ship.
4 Idi nalpas isuna nga nagsao, kinunana ken Simon, “Ipanmo daytoy bangkam iti naad-adalem pay nga danom ket ibabam dagiti iketmo tapno makakalapka. “
Now when he had left speaking, he said to Simon, Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draught.
5 Simmungbat ni Simon ket kinunana, “Maestro, nagpatpatnag kami a nagtrabtrabaho, ngem awan nga pulos ti naalami, ngem gapu iti saom, ibabak ngarud dagiti iket.”
And Simon answering said to him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at your word I will let down the net.
6 Ket idi inaramidda daytoy, adu launay nga lames ti naalada, ken dandanin mapisang dagiti iketda.
And when they had this done, they enclosed a great multitude of fishes: and their net broke.
7 Ngarud, pinayapayanda dagiti kaduada nga adda iti dadduma nga bangka nga umayda ken tumulongda kadakuada. Immayda ket pinunnoda dagiti bangka, isu nga nangrugida nga lumned.
And they beckoned to their partners, which were in the other ship, that they should come and help them. And they came, and filled both the ships, so that they began to sink.
8 Ngem ni Simon Pedro idi nakitana daytoy, nagparintumeng iti sangoanan ni Hesus a kunana, “Panawannak, ta maysaak a managbasol nga tao, Apo.”
When Simon Peter saw it, he fell down at Jesus’ knees, saying, Depart from me; for I am a sinful man, O Lord.
9 Agsipud ta nasdaaw isuna ken kasta met kadagiti kakaduana kadagiti lames nga nakalapanda.
For he was astonished, and all that were with him, at the draught of the fishes which they had taken:
10 Nairaman ditoy ni Santiago ken ni Juan, annak ni Zebedeo, nga kakadua ni Simon. Kinuna ni Hesus ken ni Simon, “Saanka nga agbuteng, ta manipud ita, tattaon ti inka kalapen.”
And so was also James, and John, the sons of Zebedee, which were partners with Simon. And Jesus said to Simon, Fear not; from now on you shall catch men.
11 Ket kalpasan nga naitakdangda dagiti bangka, pinanawanda amin ket simmurotda kenkuana.
And when they had brought their ships to land, they forsook all, and followed him.
12 Kalpasan daytoy, kabayatan nga adda isuna ti maysa kadagiti siudad, ket pagammoan, adda iti lalaki sadiay nga napnoan ti ketong. Idi nakitana ni Hesus, nagpakleb ken nagpakpakaasi kenkuana, kinunana, “Apo, no pagayatam, mabalinnak nga aramiden a nadalus.”
And it came to pass, when he was in a certain city, behold a man full of leprosy: who seeing Jesus fell on his face, and sought him, saying, Lord, if you will, you can make me clean.
13 Ket inggaw-at ni Hesus ti imana ket sinagidna isuna a kunana, “Mayatak. Agbalin ka nga nadalus.” Ket dagus a pimmanaw iti ketong kenkuana.
And he put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will: be you clean. And immediately the leprosy departed from him.
14 Binilin ni Hesus isuna nga saanna nga ibagbaga iti siasinoman, ngem imbagana kenkuana, “Mapanka ket agparangka iti padi ket mangiyegka ti daton iti pannakadalusmo, sigun iti inbilin ni Moises, a kas pammaneknek kadakuada.”
And he charged him to tell no man: but go, and show yourself to the priest, and offer for your cleansing, according as Moses commanded, for a testimony to them.
15 Ngem iti damag maipanggep kenkuana ket ad-adda pay nga naiwaragawag iti adayo ket adu nga tattao ti nag-uurnong nga agdengngeg iti panangisurona ken mapaimbag kadagiti saksakitda.
But so much the more went there a fame abroad of him: and great multitudes came together to hear, and to be healed by him of their infirmities.
16 Ngem masansan nga umadayo isuna a mapan kadagiti awan matagtagitao a lugar ken nagkararag.
And he withdrew himself into the wilderness, and prayed.
17 Kalpasan iti maysa kadagidi nga al-aldaw a nangisursuro isuna, ket adda nga agtugtugaw dagiti Pariseo ken dagiti manursuro ti linteg a naggapo kadagiti nadumaduma nga barrio iti rehion ti Galilea ken Judea, ken kasta met iti siudad iti Jerusalem. Adda kenkuana ti pannakabalin ti Apo nga mangpaimbag.
And it came to pass on a certain day, as he was teaching, that there were Pharisees and doctors of the law sitting by, which were come out of every town of Galilee, and Judaea, and Jerusalem: and the power of the Lord was present to heal them.
18 Itatta, adda dagiti lalaki a simmangbay nga mangaw-awit iti lalaki a paralitiko nga nakaidda iti ikamen, ket nagsapulda iti wagas tapno maiserrekda ken maipaiddada iti sangoanan ni Hesus.
And, behold, men brought in a bed a man which was taken with a palsy: and they sought means to bring him in, and to lay him before him.
19 Saanda a makasapul iti wagas tapno maiserrekda isuna gapu iti adu nga tattao. Isu nga immulida iti rabaw ti balay, ket inbabada ti lalaki nga adda iti ikamen manipud iti atep, iti nagtetengngaan dagiti tattao, iti mismo nga sangoanan ni Hesus.
And when they could not find by what way they might bring him in because of the multitude, they went on the housetop, and let him down through the tiling with his couch into the middle before Jesus.
20 Idi nakita ni Hesus ti pammatida, kinunana, “Lalaki, dagiti basbasolmo ket napakawanen kenka.”
And when he saw their faith, he said to him, Man, your sins are forgiven you.
21 Inrugi dagiti eskriba ken Pariseo nga isaludsod daytoy a kunada, “Siasino daytoy nga agsasao ti tabbaaw? Siasino ti mabalin nga mangpakawan kadagiti basbasol, ngem ti Dios laeng?”
And the scribes and the Pharisees began to reason, saying, Who is this which speaks blasphemies? Who can forgive sins, but God alone?
22 Ngem ni Hesus, agsipud ta ammona no ania iti panpanunotenda, simmungbat ket kinunana kadakuada, “Apay nga salsaludsodenyo daytoy kadagiti puspusoyo?
But when Jesus perceived their thoughts, he answering said to them, What reason you in your hearts?
23 Ania ti nalaklaka nga ibaga, 'Dagiti basbasolmo ket napakawanen kenka' wenno ti ibaga nga 'Tumakderka ket magnaka?'
Whether is easier, to say, Your sins be forgiven you; or to say, Rise up and walk?
24 Ngem tapno maamoanyo nga ti Anak ti Tao ket addaan turay ditoy daga nga mangpakawan kadagiti basbasol, ibagak kenka, 'Tumakderka, alaem ta ikamenmo ket mapankan idiay balaymo.'”
But that you may know that the Son of man has power on earth to forgive sins, (he said to the sick of the palsy, ) I say to you, Arise, and take up your couch, and go into your house.
25 Dagus isuna a bimmangon iti sangoananda ket innalana iti ikamen nga nagiddaanna; ket nagsubli iti balayna, nga agdaydayaw iti Dios.
And immediately he rose up before them, and took up that where on he lay, and departed to his own house, glorifying God.
26 Nagsiddaw iti tunggal maysa ket dinaydayawda ti Dios. Napnoanda iti panagbuteng, ket kunada, “Naidumduma dagiti banbanag nga naimatanganmi ita nga aldaw.”
And they were all amazed, and they glorified God, and were filled with fear, saying, We have seen strange things to day.
27 Kalpasan a napasamak dagitoy a banbanag, rimmuar ni Hesus manipud sadiay ket nakitana ti maysa nga agsingsingir iti buis a managan Levi nga agtugtugaw iti pagsingsingiranna iti buis. Kinunana kenkuana, “Surotennak.”
And after these things he went forth, and saw a publican, named Levi, sitting at the receipt of custom: and he said to him, Follow me.
28 Ngarud, timmakder ni Levi, pinanawanna amin ket sinurotna ni isuna.
And he left all, rose up, and followed him.
29 Ket nangisagana ni Levi iti dakkel a padaya idiay balayna, ket adu dagiti agsingsingir iti buis sadiay, ken dadduma pay nga tattao nga nakasadag iti lamisaan a makipangpangan kadakuada.
And Levi made him a great feast in his own house: and there was a great company of publicans and of others that sat down with them.
30 Ngem nagtantanabutob dagiti Pariseo ken eskriba kadagiti adalanna, a kunada, “Apay nga mangan ken uminomkayo a kakaduayo dagiti agsingsingir iti buis ken dadduma a managbasol nga tattao?
But their scribes and Pharisees murmured against his disciples, saying, Why do you eat and drink with publicans and sinners?
31 Simmungbat ni Hesus kadakuada, “Saan nga masapul dagiti nasalun-at nga tattao iti mangngagas, dagiti laeng masaksakit nga tattao iti agkasapulan.
And Jesus answering said to them, They that are whole need not a physician; but they that are sick.
32 Saanak nga immay tapno ayaban dagiti nalinteg nga tattao iti panagbabawi, ngem tapno ayaban dagiti managbasol iti panagbabawi.”
I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.
33 Kinunada kenkuana, “Masansan nga agayunar ken agkararag dagiti adalan ni Juan, ken kasta met dagiti adalan dagiti Pariseo. Ngem dagiti adalam, mangmangan ken uminomda.”
And they said to him, Why do the disciples of John fast often, and make prayers, and likewise the disciples of the Pharisees; but your eat and drink?
34 Kinuna ni Jesus kadakuada, “Mabalin kadi nga pagayunaren ti siasinoman dagiti abay ti nobio no kaduada pay laeng ti nobio?
And he said to them, Can you make the children of the bridal chamber fast, while the bridegroom is with them?
35 Ngem umayto iti al-aldaw nga maipanaw ti nobio kadakuada, ket kadagita nga al-aldaw ket agayunarda.”
But the days will come, when the bridegroom shall be taken away from them, and then shall they fast in those days.
36 Ket nagsarita pay ni Hesus iti pangngarig kadakuada, “Awan ti tao a mangpigis iti lupot iti baro nga pagan-anay ket usarenna tapno tarimaanenna iti daan nga pagan-anay. No inaramidna dayta, pigisenna iti baro a pagan-anay, ket ti lupot nga naggapu iti baro a pagan-anay ket saanton nga umanay ti daan a pagan-anay.
And he spoke also a parable to them; No man puts a piece of a new garment on an old; if otherwise, then both the new makes a rent, and the piece that was taken out of the new agrees not with the old.
37 Kasta met, awan ti tao a mangikabil ti baro nga arak iti daan nga lalat a pagkabilan ti arak. No inaramidna dayta, bettaken ken dadaelen ti baro nga arak dagiti lalat a pagkabilan ti arak, ket maibelleng ti arak.
And no man puts new wine into old bottles; else the new wine will burst the bottles, and be spilled, and the bottles shall perish.
38 Masapul nga maikabil iti baro nga arak iti kaararamid nga lalat nga pagkabilan ti arak.
But new wine must be put into new bottles; and both are preserved.
39 Awan ti tao, nga kalpasan nga imminom iti daan nga arak, agtarigagay iti baro nga arak, agsipud ta kunana, 'Naim-imas ti daan.'”
No man also having drunk old wine straightway desires new: for he says, The old is better.
