< Oseas 3 >

1 Kinuna ni Yahweh kaniak, “Mapanka manen, ayatem ti maysa a babai, nga inayat ti asawana, ngem maysa a mannakikammalala. Ayatem isuna kas iti panagayatko, siak a ni Yahweh, kadagiti tattao ti Israel, uray no nagkamangda kadagiti dadduma a dios ken pagay-ayatda dagiti kankanen a naaramid iti pasas.”
Then said the Lord unto me, Go once more, love a woman beloved of her husband, yet committing adultery; like the love of the Lord toward the children of Israel, who turn themselves after other gods, and love flagons of wine.
2 Isu a ginatangko isuna a maipaay kaniak iti sangapulo ket lima a pidaso a pirak ken maysa ket kagudua nga omer ti sebada.
So I bought me such a one for fifteen pieces of silver, and for a chomer of barley, and half a chomer of barley.
3 Kinunak kekuana, “Masapul a makipagbiagka kaniak iti adu nga aldaw. Saankanto a balangkantis wenno kukua ti siasinoman a lalaki. Kastaakto met, addaakto kenka.”
And I said unto her, Many days shalt thou abide [true] for me: thou shalt not play the harlot, and thou shalt not belong to any man, and so will I also be toward thee.
4 Ta agbiagto dagiti tattao ti Israel iti adu nga aldaw nga awanan iti ari, prinsipe, sakrifisio, adigi a bato, efod wenno didiosen dagiti bumalay.
For many days shall the children of Israel abide without a king, and without a prince, and without a sacrifice, and without a standing image, and without an ephod and theraphim.
5 Kalpasanna, agsublinto dagiti tattao ti Israel ket birokendanto ni Yahweh a Diosda ken ni David nga arida. Ket kadagiti kamaudianan nga al-aldaw, umaydanto a sibubuteng iti sangoanan ni Yahweh ken iti kinaimbagna.
After that will the children of Israel return, and seek for the Lord their God and David their king; and fearing will they hasten to the Lord and to his goodness in the latter days,
