< Exodo 15 >

Then, sang Moses, and the sons of Israel, this song unto Yahweh, and they spake, saying, —I will sing to Yahweh, for he is exalted, exalted, —The horse and his rider, hath he cast into the sea.
2 Ni Yahweh ti pigsak ken kantak, ket isuna ti nagbalin a manangisalakanko. Daytoy ti Diosko, ket dayawek isuna, ti Dios ti amak, ket itag-ayko isuna.
My might and melody, is Yah, And he became mine, by salvation, —This, is my GOD, and I will glorify him, The God of my father and I will set him on high.
3 Ni Yahweh ket mannakigubat; Yahweh ti naganna.
Yahweh is a warlike one, —Yahweh, is his name.
4 Intappuakna dagiti karwahe ken ti armada ni Faraon idiay baybay. Nalmes idiay baybay ti Runruno dagiti napili nga opisial ni Faraon.
The chariots of Pharaoh and his train, hath he cast into the sea, —Yea, the choice of his warriors, were sunk in the Sedgy Sea.
5 Linipus ida ti danum; limnedda a kasla bato.
Roaring deeps, covered them, —They went down in the raging depths like a stone.
6 Ti makannawan nga imam, Yahweh, ket nadayag ti pannakabalinna; ti makannawan nga imam, Yahweh, ket dinadaelna dagiti kabusor.
Thy right hand, O Yahweh is splendid in power, —Thy right hand, O Yahweh dasheth in pieces a foe;
7 Iti naindaklan a kinatan-okmo, impurruakmo dagiti bimmusor kenka. Imbaonmo ti pungtotmo; inibusna ida a kas iti pananguram ti apuy iti garami.
And in the greatness of thine exaltation, dost thou tear down thine opposers, —Thou dost send forth thy wrath, it consumeth them as straw;
8 Babaen ti bang-es iti agongmo, naipangato ti danum; ti agay-ayus a danum ket nagtakder a nalinteg a kasla bunton; ti nauneg a danum ket nagbalay iti katengngaan ti baybay.
And with the blast of thy nostrils, heaped up are the waters, Upreared like a mound, are the flowing waves, —Roaring deeps are congealed in the heart of the sea.
9 Kinuna ti kabusor, 'Kamatekto, kamakamekto, bingayekto ti nasamsam; mapnekto kadakuada ti tarigagayko; asutekto ti kampilak; dadaelento ti imak ida.'
Said the foe—I will pursue—overtake divide spoil, —Take her fill of them—shall my soul, I will bare my sword, root them out—shall my hand.
10 Ngem impuyupuymo ti anginmo, ket linapunos ida ti baybay; limnedda a kasla buli kadagiti napipigsa a danum.
Thou didst blow with thy wind they were covered by the sea, —They rolled like lead, into the waters so wide.
11 Siasino ti kas kenka, Yahweh, kadagiti didiosen? Siasino ti kas kenka, nakaskasdaaw iti kinasantom, maidaydayaw kadagiti pammadayaw, agar-aramid kadagiti milagro?
Who is, like unto thee, among the mighty O Yahweh? Who is, like unto thee, Majestic in holiness, —To be revered in praises, Doing a marvellous thing?
12 Inyunnatmo ti makannawan nga imam ket inalun-on ida ti daga.
Thou didst stretch forth thy right hand, earth swallowed them up.
13 Iti kinapudnom iti katulagan, indalanmo dagiti tattao nga inispalmo. Iti pigsam, indalanmo isuda iti nasantoan a disso a pagnanaedam.
Thou hast led forth in thy lovingkindness, the people which thou hast redeemed, —Thou hast guided them in thy might into the home of thy holiness.
14 Mangegto dagiti tattao, ket agpigergerdanto; panagbutengto ti mangtengngel kadagiti agnanaed iti Filistia.
Peoples have heard they tremble, —A pang, hath seized the dwellers of Philistia:
15 Ket agbutengto dagiti panguloen ti Edom; agpigergerto dagiti soldado iti Moab; marunawto dagiti amin nga agnanaed iti Canaan.
Then, were amazed the chiefs of Edom, The mighty ones of Moab, there seizeth them, a trembling, —Melted away, have all the dwellers of Canaan:
16 Kintayeg ken alliawto ti agdissuor kadakuada. Gapu iti pannakabalin ti takkiagmo, tumangkendanto a kasla bato agingga a makalabas dagiti tattaom, Yahweh—agingga a makalabas dagiti tattao nga inispalmo.
There falleth upon them a terror and dread, With the greatness of thine arm, are they struck dumb as a stone, —Till thy people pass over O Yahweh, Till the people pass over, which thou hast made thine own: —
17 Ipanmunto ida ket imulamto ida iti bantay iti tawidmo, ti lugar, Yahweh, nga inaramidmo a pagnaedam, ti santuario, Apomi, nga impatakder dagiti imam.
Thou bringest them in and plantest them, In the mountain of thine inheritance, Thy dwelling-place to abide in which thou hast made, O Yahweh, —A hallowed place O My Lord which thy hands have established.
18 Agturay ni Yahweh iti agnanayon ken awan patinggana.”
Yahweh, shall reign unto times age-abiding and beyond.
19 Ta napan dagiti kabalyo ni Faraon ken dagiti karwahena ken kumakabalyo idiay baybay. Insubli ni Yahweh kadakuada ti danum ti baybay. Ngem nagna dagiti Israelita iti namaga a daga iti tengnga ti baybay.
For the horses of Pharaoh, with his chariots and his horsemen, entered into the sea, Then did Yahweh bring back upon them the waters of the sea, —But the sons of Israel, had gone their way on the dry ground through the midst of the sea.
20 Ni Miriam, ti propeta a kabsat ni Aaron, ket nangala iti pandareta, ket rimmuar dagiti amin a babbai nga addaan iti pandareta, a kaduana a nagsalsala.
Then took Miriam the prophetess, sister of Aaron the timbrel in her hand, —and all the women came forth after her with timbrels and dances,
21 Kinantaan ni Miriam isuda: “Agkanta para kenni Yahweh, ta sidadayag isuna a nagballigi. Ti kabalyo ken ti nakasakay iti daytoy ket intappuakna idiay baybay.”
And Miriam responded to the men, Sing to Yahweh for he is exalted—exalted, The horse and his rider, hath he cast into the sea.
22 Ket indauloan ni Moises ti Israel manipud iti baybay dagiti Runo. Napanda iti let-ang ti Sur. Nagdalliasatda iti tallo nga aldaw iti let-ang ket awan nasarakanda a danum.
And Moses caused Israel to break up from the Red Sea, and they went out into the desert of Shur, —and journeyed three days in the desert and found no water;
23 Ket nakadanunda idiay Mara, ngem saanda a makainum iti danum sadiay gapu ta napait daytoy. Isu nga inawaganda dayta a lugar a Mara.
and, when they came in towards Marah they could not drink the waters of Marah, for they were bitter, —for this cause, was the name thereof called Marah.
24 Isu a nagreklamo dagiti tattao kenni Moises ket kinunada, “Ania ti inumenmi?”
So the people murmured against Moses—saying, What are we to drink?
25 Isu nga immawag ni Moises kenni Yahweh, ket nangipakita ni Yahweh iti kayo kenkuana. Impurruak ni Moises ti kayo iti danum, ket nagbalin ti danum a nasam-it nga inumen. Sadiay a nangted ni Yahweh kadakuada iti nainget a linteg, ken sadiay ti nangsuotanna kadakuada.
And he made outcry unto Yahweh, and Yahweh pointed out a tree, and he cast it into the waters, and the waters became sweet, —There, he appointed him a statute and regulation And, there, he put him to the proof.
26 Kinunana, “No dumngegkayo a naimbag iti timekko, Siak, ni Yahweh a Diosyo, ken aramidenyo no ania ti umno iti imatangko—ken no indenganyo dagiti bilinko ken agtulnogkayo kadagiti amin a lintegko, saankayonto nga ikkan iti sakit a kas iti intedko kadagiti Egipcio; ta siak ni Yahweh, ti mangpapaimbag kadakayo.”
And he said: If thou, wilt indeed hearken, to the voice of Yahweh thy God, And the thing that is right in his eyes, thou wilt do, And so give ear to his commandments, And keep all his statutes, None of the sicknesses which I laid on the Egyptians, will I lay upon thee, For, I, am Yahweh, thy physician.
27 Kalpasanna, napan dagiti tattao idiay Elim, a sadiay ket adda sangapulo ket dua nga ubbog ken pitupulo a kayo ti palma. Nagkampoda sadiay iti abay ti danum.
Then came they in to Elim, and there, were twelve fountains of water and seventy palm-trees, —so they encamped there, by the waters.
