< Luk 10 >

1 Mgbe nke a gasịrị, Onyenwe anyị họpụtara iri mmadụ asaa na abụọ ndị ọzọ, zipụ ha mmadụ abụọ abụọ ka ha buru ya ụzọ gaa nʼobodo niile nakwa ebe niile ọ na-achọ ịga.
After these things the Lord appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come.
2 Ọ sịrị ha, “Owuwe ihe ubi dị ukwuu ma ndị ọrụ dị naanị ole na ole. Ya mere, rịọọnụ Onyenwe owuwe ihe ubi ka o zite ndị ọrụ nʼowuwe ihe ubi ya.
Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly [is] great, but the labourers [are] few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.
3 Gaanụ! Ma lee, ana m ezipu unu dị ka ụmụ atụrụ nʼetiti agụ.
Go your ways: behold, I send you forth as lambs among wolves.
4 Unu ewerekwala ego maọbụ akpa maọbụ akpụkpọụkwụ. Unu ekelekwala onye ọbụla nʼụzọ.
Carry neither purse, nor scrip, nor shoes: and salute no man by the way.
5 “Mgbe unu banyere nʼụlọ ọbụla, burunu ụzọ sị, ‘Udo dịrị nʼụlọ a.’
And into whatsoever house ye enter, first say, Peace [be] to this house.
And if the son of peace be there, your peace shall rest upon it: if not, it shall turn to you again.
7 Nọgidenụ nʼebe ahụ, na-erinụ ma na-aṅụkwanụ ihe ọbụla ha nyere unu, nʼihi na onye ọrụ kwesiri ịnata ụgwọ ọrụ ya. Unu esitela nʼotu ụlọ gaa nʼụlọ ọzọ.
And in the same house remain, eating and drinking such things as they give: for the labourer is worthy of his hire. Go not from house to house.
8 “Ọ bụrụ na ndị bi nʼobodo unu batara anabata unu, rienụ ihe ọbụla ha nyere unu.
And into whatsoever city ye enter, and they receive you, eat such things as are set before you:
9 Gwọọnụ ndị ọrịa nọ nʼebe ahụ, gwakwanụ ha sị, ‘Alaeze Chineke adịla unu nso.’
And heal the sick that are therein, and say unto them, The kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.
10 Ma mgbe unu banyere nʼobodo ọbụla ha jụ ịnabata unu, pụọnụ gaa nʼokporoụzọ ya kwuo sị,
But into whatsoever city ye enter, and they receive you not, go your ways out into the streets of the same, and say,
11 ‘Ọ bụladị aja si nʼobodo a nke nyapagidere nʼụkwụ anyị, anyị na-ehichapụ ya ka ọ bụrụ ihe ịdọ aka ntị nye gị. Otu ọ dị, matakwanụ nke a, na alaeze Chineke dị nso.’
Even the very dust of your city, which cleaveth on us, we do wipe off against you: notwithstanding be ye sure of this, that the kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.
12 Ana m agwa unu na nʼụbọchị ahụ, ga-akara Sọdọm mma karịa obodo ahụ.
But I say unto you, that it shall be more tolerable in that day for Sodom, than for that city.
13 “Ahụhụ ga-adịrị gị Korazin. Ahụhụ ga-adịrị gị Betsaida. Nʼihi na ọ bụrụ na ọrụ ebube a rụrụ nʼime unu ka a rụrụ na Taịa na Saịdọn ha gaara echegharị ogologo oge, nọdụ nʼakwa mkpe na ntụ.
Woe unto thee, Chorazin! woe unto thee, Bethsaida! for if the mighty works had been done in Tyre and Sidon, which have been done in you, they had a great while ago repented, sitting in sackcloth and ashes.
14 Ọ ga-akara Taịa na Saịdọn mma nʼụbọchị ikpe karịa unu.
But it shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the judgment, than for you.
15 Ma gị Kapanọm! Ị na-eche na a ga-ebuli gị elu ruo eluigwe? Mba! Ị ga-arịda nʼala mmụọ! (Hadēs g86)
And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted to heaven, shalt be thrust down to hell. (Hadēs g86)
16 “Onye ọbụla gere unu ntị, ọ bụ mụ ka o gere ntị. Onye ọbụla jụrụ ịnabata unu, ọ bụ mụ ka ọ jụrụ ịnabata. Onye ọbụla jụrụ ịnabata m jụrụ ịnabata onye zitere m.”
He that heareth you heareth me; and he that despiseth you despiseth me; and he that despiseth me despiseth him that sent me.
17 Iri mmadụ asaa na abụọ ahụ jiri ọṅụ lọta sị, “Onyenwe anyị, nʼaha gị, ọ bụladị ndị mmụọ ọjọọ rubeere anyị isi.”
And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name.
18 Ọ sịrị ha, “Ahụrụ m ekwensu ka o si nʼeluigwe daa dị ka amụma.
And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.
19 Lee! Enyela m unu ikike ịzọkwasị agwọ na akpị ụkwụ, na imegide ike niile nke onye iro; ọ dịghị ihe ọbụla ga-emerụ unu ahụ.
Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
20 Otu ọ dị, unu aṅụrịla ọṅụ nʼihi na mmụọ ọjọọ rubere unu isi, kama ṅụrịanụ ọṅụ nʼihi na e deela aha unu nʼeluigwe.”
Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.
21 Nʼotu oge ahụ, o jupụtara nʼọṅụ nke Mmụọ Nsọ kwuo sị, “Nna, Onyenwe eluigwe na ụwa, ana m ekele gị nʼihi na ị zonarịrị ihe ndị a nʼebe ndị ọkachamara na ndị nwere amamihe nọ, ma ị kpughere ihe ndị a niile nye ụmụntakịrị. E, Nna, otu a ka o si masị uche gị ime ya.
In that hour Jesus rejoiced in spirit, and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes: even so, Father; for so it seemed good in thy sight.
22 “Nna m enyefeela m ihe niile nʼaka. Ọ dịghị onye maara onye Ọkpara ahụ bụ, karịa Nna ahụ. Ọ dịkwaghị onye maara Nna ahụ karịa Ọkpara na ndị ahụ Ọkpara chọrọ igosi onye Nna ya bụ.”
All things are delivered to me of my Father: and no man knoweth who the Son is, but the Father; and who the Father is, but the Son, and [he] to whom the Son will reveal [him.]
23 Mgbe ahụ ọ tụgharịrị gwa ndị na-eso ụzọ ya na nzuzo sị, “Ngọzị na-adịrị anya nke na-ahụ ihe unu na-ahụ ugbu a.
And he turned him unto [his] disciples, and said privately, Blessed [are] the eyes which see the things that ye see:
24 Ana m asị unu, na ọtụtụ ndị amụma na ndị eze ka ọ gụrụ agụụ ịhụ ihe unu na-ahụ ma ha ahụghị ya, na ịnụ ihe unu na-anụ, ma ha anụghị ya.”
For I tell you, that many prophets and kings have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen [them]; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard [them.]
25 Otu ụbọchị, otu onye ozizi iwu biliri ịnwale ya. Ọ jụrụ ya, “Onye ozizi, gịnị ka m kwesiri ime ka m keta ndụ ebighị ebi?” (aiōnios g166)
And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted him, saying, Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life? (aiōnios g166)
26 Ọ sịrị ya, “Gịnị ka e dere nʼiwu? Gịnị ka ị gụtara nʼime ya?”
He said unto him, What is written in the law? how readest thou?
27 Ọ zara sị, “‘Ị ga-eji obi gị niile, na mkpụrụobi gị niile, na ike gị niile, na uche gị niile, hụ Onyenwe anyị bụ Chineke gị nʼanya’; ma ‘hụkwa onye agbataobi gị nʼanya dị ka onwe gị.’”
And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.
28 Ọ sịrị ya, “Ị zara nke ọma. Gaa mee nke a ị ga-adị ndụ.”
And he said unto him, Thou hast answered right: this do, and thou shalt live.
29 Ma iji gosi na ya bụ onye na-eme ihe ziri ezi, ọ sịrị Jisọs, “Onye kwanụ bụ onye agbataobi m?”
But he, willing to justify himself, said unto Jesus, And who is my neighbour?
30 Jisọs sịrị ya, “Otu nwoke sitere Jerusalem na-aga Jeriko, ọ dabara nʼaka ndị ohi, ndị gbara ya ọtọ, tiekwa ya ihe, hapụ ya nʼọnọdụ ọdịndụ-ọnwụkamma laa.
And Jesus answering said, A certain [ man] went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, which stripped him of his raiment, and wounded [him], and departed, leaving [him] half dead.
31 Ma dị ka ihe si eme, otu onye nchụaja sitere ụzọ ahụ na-agafe. Mgbe ọ hụrụ ya, o sitere nʼakụkụ ụzọ nke ọzọ gafee.
And by chance there came down a certain priest that way: and when he saw him, he passed by on the other side.
32 Otu a kwa, otu onye Livayị bịarutekwara nʼebe ahụ, hụ ya, ma o sitere nʼakụkụ ụzọ nke ọzọ gafeekwa.
And likewise a Levite, when he was at the place, came and looked [on him], and passed by on the other side.
33 Ma otu onye Sameria na-aga njem, mgbe ọ bịarutere nso nʼebe ahụ; hụ ya, o nwere ọmịiko nʼahụ ya.
But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was: and when he saw him, he had compassion [on him],
And went to [him], and bound up his wounds, pouring in oil and wine, and set him on his own beast, and brought him to an inn, and took care of him.
35 Nʼechi ya, o wepụtara mkpụrụ ego ọlaọcha abụọ nye onye na-elekọta ụlọ ndị ije ahụ sị ya, ‘Lezie ya anya nke ọma. M lọta aga m akwụghachi gị ihe ọbụla ọzọ i mefuru.’
And on the morrow when he departed, he took out two pence, and gave [them] to the host, and said unto him, Take care of him; and whatsoever thou spendest more, when I come again, I will repay thee.
36 “Onye nʼime mmadụ atọ ndị a ka i chere bụ onye gosiri onwe ya dị ka onye agbataobi nye nwoke ahụ nke dabara nʼaka ndị ohi?”
Which now of these three, thinkest thou, was neighbour unto him that fell among the thieves?
37 Ọ sịrị, “Ọ bụ onye ahụ meere ya ebere.” Jisọs sịrị ya, “Laa, gaa mee otu ahụ.”
And he said, He that shewed mercy on him. Then said Jesus unto him, Go, and do thou likewise.
38 Mgbe ha na-aga nʼụzọ, ọ banyere nʼotu obodo nta ebe nwanyị a na-akpọ Mata nabatara ya nʼụlọ ya.
Now it came to pass, as they went, that he entered into a certain village: and a certain woman named Martha received him into her house.
39 O nwere nwanne nwanyị a na-akpọ Meri nke nọdụrụ ala nʼụkwụ Onyenwe anyị na-ege ntị nʼihe ọ na-ekwu.
And she had a sister called Mary, which also sat at Jesus’ feet, and heard his word.
But Martha was cumbered about much serving, and came to him, and said, Lord, dost thou not care that my sister hath left me to serve alone? bid her therefore that she help me.
41 Ma Onyenwe anyị zara ya sị, “Mata, Mata, ị na-echegbu onwe gị ma na-adọgbukwa onwe gị banyere ọtụtụ ihe,
And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things:
42 maọbụ naanị otu ihe dị mkpa, Meri ahọrọla nke ka mma, nke a na-agaghị anapụkwa ya.”
But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.
