भजन संहिता 96

1 १ यहोवा के लिये एक नया गीत गाओ, हे सारी पृथ्वी के लोगों यहोवा के लिये गाओ!

Singe ye a newe song to the Lord; al erthe, synge ye to the Lord.

2 २ यहोवा के लिये गाओ, उसके नाम को धन्य कहो; दिन प्रतिदिन उसके किए हुए उद्धार का शुभ समाचार सुनाते रहो।

Synge ye to the Lord, and blesse ye his name; telle ye his heelthe fro dai in to dai.

3 ३ अन्यजातियों में उसकी महिमा का, और देश-देश के लोगों में उसके आश्चर्यकर्मों का वर्णन करो।

Telle ye his glorie among hethene men; hise merueilis among alle puplis.

4 ४ क्योंकि यहोवा महान और अति स्तुति के योग्य है; वह तो सब देवताओं से अधिक भययोग्य है।

For the Lord is greet, and worthi to be preisid ful myche; he is ferdful aboue alle goddis.

5 ५ क्योंकि देश-देश के सब देवता तो मूरतें ही हैं; परन्तु यहोवा ही ने स्वर्ग को बनाया है।

For alle the goddis of hethene men ben feendis; but the Lord made heuenes.

6 ६ उसके चारों ओर वैभव और ऐश्वर्य है; उसके पवित्रस्थान में सामर्थ्य और शोभा है।

Knouleching and fairnesse is in his siyt; hoolynesse and worthi doyng is in his halewing.

7 ७ हे देश-देश के कुल के लोगों, यहोवा का गुणानुवाद करो, यहोवा की महिमा और सामर्थ्य को मानो!

Ye cuntrees of hethene men, brynge to the Lord, bringe ye glorye and onour to the Lord;

8 ८ यहोवा के नाम की ऐसी महिमा करो जो उसके योग्य है; भेंट लेकर उसके आँगनों में आओ!

bringe ye to the Lord glorie to hys name. Take ye sacrificis, and entre ye in to the hallis of hym;

9 ९ पवित्रता से शोभायमान होकर यहोवा को दण्डवत् करो; हे सारी पृथ्वी के लोगों उसके सामने काँपते रहो!

herie ye the Lord in his hooli halle. Al erthe be moued of his face;

10 १० जाति-जाति में कहो, “यहोवा राजा हुआ है! और जगत ऐसा स्थिर है, कि वह टलने का नहीं; वह देश-देश के लोगों का न्याय खराई से करेगा।”

seie ye among hethene men, that the Lord hath regned. And he hath amendid the world, that schal not be moued; he schal deme puplis in equite.

11 ११ आकाश आनन्द करे, और पृथ्वी मगन हो; समुद्र और उसमें की सब वस्तुएँ गरज उठें;

Heuenes be glad, and the erthe make ful out ioye, the see and the fulnesse therof be moued togidere; feeldis schulen make ioye,

12 १२ मैदान और जो कुछ उसमें है, वह प्रफुल्लित हो; उसी समय वन के सारे वृक्ष जयजयकार करेंगे।

and alle thingis that ben in tho. Thanne alle the trees of wodis schulen make ful out ioye, for the face of the Lord, for he cometh;

13 १३ यह यहोवा के सामने हो, क्योंकि वह आनेवाला है। वह पृथ्वी का न्याय करने को आनेवाला है, वह धर्म से जगत का, और सच्चाई से देश-देश के लोगों का न्याय करेगा।

for he cometh to deme the erthe. He schal deme the world in equite; and puplis in his treuthe.
